@virginmedia Terrible CM service on phone. Ive no internet and the lady wasn’t able to assist and disconnected my call when I requested cancelling my contract. SHOCKING so called service.

@virginmedia My mum has had a collection letter for an old address - she js a still a VM customer and advised of the move at the time. The account in the old house was in my late fathers name so i need to know what this letter is about

@virginmedia He apparently told my neighbour that it will just come on at some point tonight? I don’t really hold a lot of faith with that as he had no idea what the issue was?

@virginmedia had no wifi since essential work was carried out in the area yesterday. It was supposed to be back up by 4pm yesterday. Neighbour had same issue engineer came out to neighbour and realised we both had the same problem. He said he would let me know what 1/2

@virginmedia We have had nothing but problems with Virgin and their customer service is appalling. I’m disappointed with such poor service and feel aggrieved that we have to stay with them until the end of our contract! 😡

Apparently their systems are down so even if you get through, they’ll tell you to call back tomorrow. Not great. Said keep rebooting to see if the problem has resolved. Close at 10 though not 8

@virginmedia 2 days of no internet. Told issue has been resolved but clearly it hasn't. Just waited 1 hour on the phone to speak to customer services to be told the diagnostic tool is down and to call back tomorrow morning! Seriously??!? Get your **** together!

@virginmedia your service is a joke. Can't get through on the phone inless I stay on hold for over an hour. I got on live chat at 19:11. I start chat at 19:24. It took 50 minutes to even get past security checks they took so long. At 2023 I get put onto retentions team........

@clarefiona22 @virginmedia @Ofcom No, not resolved. I'm fuming with them lying to me 4 times promising a call back to book an engineer and never calling back. The customer treatment is disgusting and yet they take your money quick enough.

@virginmedia Erm.... episode 11 is still showing as the part 1 season finale. So even though I said what the issue was, all Virgin thought to write back was ‘how’s it going?’ Rather than pass on to any tech team that their GoApp is messing up episode order??? Surely this is an easy fix.
