    @virginmedia I’m a new customer. You agreed on 08/08 to add tv to phone/bb package for advertised rate of £33pcm. Bill arrived, charged £39pcm plus £84.95 unitemised additional charges, at no point did yr rep advise me of this. Tried calling yesterday, put on hold for nearly 2hrs...

    Virgin media are awful. Wi-Fi should’ve been installed on 19th of August, and the full installation has been pushed back to past November despite still paying for the Wi-Fi. Shocking.

    18 months after stopping #BT BB due to shocking service returning as @virginmedia don't serve new home. Terrible sales experience with @bt_uk promised delivery date & mobile back up if couldn't be met. Delivery date delayed, no interim service offered as promised. @BTCare

    @virginmedia evening, we have phoned once today re; activating WiFi hub, however it’s flashed all day. We reset but still flashing hours later, and now can’t get through on phone to activate new WiFi box. Any help at all? Been on hold for an hour now, no WiFi for 2 days.

    @virginmedia @NatGeoUK I have been a customer of yours for 25 years and upon the most recent contract renewal, you denied the package I opted for because it was for 'new customers only' and then went on to charge me with a bill for £124! A colossal 34% increase! Loyalty means nothing!
