    @jongaunt @virginmedia They keep not taking my direct debit out then charge me for not paying .. their customer service is appalling no one speaks good English.. in rented accommodation so cant change provider

    @virginmedia Complaint - package price is wrong and everyone keeps promising to sort, but still haven't. Broadband - keeps dropping out. When issue occured last time router swap fixed it. I need an engineer to come out and fix today but nobody can help.

    @virginmedia ... put through to multiple people, had to explain situation again, promised manager Paul would call me in 2 hrs, wasted Sunday waiting for the call which never came, followed up again in eve, on hold 40 mins, promised Paul would call and he never did.

    @BenJaneDavies @virginmedia Well this is the thing!! We had cancelled because we werenโ€™t happy they couldnโ€™t match the new customer offers for us. Retentions rang and beat the offer instead. Said would all be up today but have had issue after issue! Theyโ€™re so incompetent

    18 months after stopping #BT BB due to shocking service returning as @virginmedia don't serve new home. Terrible sales experience with @bt_uk promised delivery date & mobile back up if couldn't be met. Delivery date delayed, no interim service offered as promised. @BTCare

    How easy is it to pair a new Virgin Media remote to a TIVo box? My current remote is not working very well anymore so I've ordered a new one and now I'm panicking. (YES I've changed the batteries/checked the sensors etc)

    @virginmedia TV down in NR4 and the suggested reconnection date is December 29. Seems a long time? Iโ€™m aware no time is a good time for this to happen but Boxing Day is a REALLY bad time. Will this reflect in my (vast) bill?

    @virginmedia @AlloquiStrix Reported an issue 2 months ago and only just received a response. The advice given was unhelpful, careless, and frankly unprofessional. The issue is still ongoing with Now being told it could take another 28 days for a follow-up. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time.

    @koenjideck Only worked well for me in recent years, but it gave me a decade of packet loss and outages before then ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ I remember playing games with people on my street at uni, and half the people would disconnect in a lobby whenever Virgin Media had an outage ๐Ÿฅ€

    @virginmedia Just cancelled my broadband because you want ยฃ33 for m350 but new customers get m500 for ยฃ24 how does that work been with you for nearly ten years but a new customer gets a better deal ๐Ÿ‘.
