@virginmedia evening, we have phoned once today re; activating WiFi hub, however it’s flashed all day. We reset but still flashing hours later, and now can’t get through on phone to activate new WiFi box. Any help at all? Been on hold for an hour now, no WiFi for 2 days.

@virginmedia So they contact me when I’m not available then I get an email saying the case is closed with “self-help” guidance on fixing my Wi-Fi signal. 8 weeks I waited for that! You lot are having a laugh. I’ve had to phone and demand the case get re-opened, Wi-Fi pod “on way”. Shoddy!

@virginmedia I've got this and when internet ok, Wi-Fi says great in all rooms. When internet not working, I can't check as no connection. If it happens again, which it's doing more and more, I'll ring and see if I need a new router. thanks for help

@virginmedia Yeah, the issue's been happening since yesterday. I did have a tech advisor remotely access my system (I was watching not from Virgin) which could be connected although obviously he was still using my system and I made sure it was logged out after.

@steviebronco1 @virginmedia Well it turns out BT have FTTP here and Openreach have never activated it! It'll be on by Friday. Double speed of Virgin None of the RP block **** or intermittent connectivity And better yet... not having to call someone reading of a script when there is a fault Tara Virgin!

@virginmedia He offered me a package "best he could do at 79 quid" I pay 45 now. When I said that wasn't good enough I'm leaving... suddenly best you can do is 59 with all my stuff reduced. New customer get my old deal. Terrible. I'll cancel it today, service has been terrible since setup
