@virginmedia Your auto comp service is ridiculous. And besides, it's not just about the fact it's a paid service - it's the fact no service for several days. This doesn't need an engineer, I just need a box. You have a base just up the road from me, maybe I should go knock on their door.

@virginmedia I wrote to Virgin on 30 Jan requesting service termination (responding to a virgin letter informing me of price increases). This letter was not actioned and I was told today that disconnection would take 30 days and that I would be charged. I was basically called a liar.

@virginmedia Thank you I have been on touch with the team and had an unsatisfactory exchange. I have asked them to change my account based upon a new package they suggested but they haven’t acted upon it. The whole experience has been awful. My customer number is 718177001.
