@virginmedia Phone line refers to "intermittent issues" for my postcode with Broadband and TV. The link that was sent to my via text refers a problem for TV only that you hope to fix by tomorrow noon. Chatting to your colleague yesterday they said it would be fixed by the 24th. Which is it?
