Agent yesterday promised me Paul would call me before 4pm. She said my complaint had been closed in error as a duplicate but you’ve never attempted contact despite it being over 3 weeks.

Broadband - keeps dropping out. When issue occured last time router swap fixed it. I need an engineer to come out and fix today but nobody can help.

As a very long customer of V/M I phoned them to see what they could do for me as I'm out of contract, basically he just said There's nothing he could offer me! apart from phone back in 10 days or so And see what's on offer then!
