As a very long customer of V/M I phoned them to see what they could do for me as I'm out of contract, basically he just said There's nothing he could offer me! apart from phone back in 10 days or so And see what's on offer then!

It has comedy, movies, Sky channels Etc., and it's no contract and far cheaper than alternatives.

Bill arrived, charged ยฃ39pcm plus ยฃ84.95 unitemised additional charges, at no point did yr rep advise me of this. Tried calling yesterday, put on hold for nearly 2hrs...
