@virginmedia I have the activation tab in the entertainment section but it states pending? They have told me they are escalating but I haven’t had Netflix via yourselves since I took out the contract in July and I’m having to continue to pay for my Netflix service.

@virginmedia Internet down in our area KT8 again. It was down for hours on Wednesday, up Thursday, down most of the day Friday, up yesterday but went down at around 11pm and still down this morning. Your engineer clearly hasn’t made a permanent fix to whatever the problem is.

When @virginmedia messes up my 70 year olds fathers internet / phone line so much that when he thinks virgin media call to help him it’s actually a bank fraud! And now we can’t contact them to let them know that the scammers have access to his broadband!!!! 👏🏻👏🏻 what a service!!!
