We had cancelled because we werenโt happy they couldnโt match the new customer offers for us. Retentions rang and beat the offer instead. Said would all be up today but have had issue after issue! Rang earlier and spent nearly 50 minutes on the phone with a great woman who went through our new package which for some reason hadnโt been auctioned.

As per him it needs a network engineer who is very confident that it can be resolved and will come on 23/03/2022 and will inform next steps. 5/n
