    @virginmedia Season’s greetings. An engineer has replaced the cable in the road with a temporary one and it works but it’s super slow, definitely not fibre quality! Any idea when this might be improved? J

    @virginmedia Sure thing, let it be known that I think it’s pretty irresponsible of your management to be taking on lots of new accounts whilst the customer service is actually running at a reduced capacity! Credit to you guys in the social media team and those in the call centres 🙏

    @virginmedia evening, we have phoned once today re; activating WiFi hub, however it’s flashed all day. We reset but still flashing hours later, and now can’t get through on phone to activate new WiFi box. Any help at all? Been on hold for an hour now, no WiFi for 2 days.

    @virginmedia Media service. We had cancelled and got a call Tuesday offering us a better deal, to be activated today. Rang earlier and spent nearly 50 minutes on the phone with a great woman who went through our new package which for some reason hadn’t been auctioned.

    @BenJaneDavies @virginmedia Well this is the thing!! We had cancelled because we weren’t happy they couldn’t match the new customer offers for us. Retentions rang and beat the offer instead. Said would all be up today but have had issue after issue! They’re so incompetent

    @virginmedia Thanks! I've downloaded the app and scanned our house. Our office is suggesting that we should order a booster due to the signal strength, but there are apparently none available? Do you know how long these will take to become available to order? What can I do in the mean-time?

    @virginmedia I already have done that too! I was told someone would ring me back and they haven’t. I’ve rang up this morning to just get an automated message saying a technician is booked, and still nothing. Maybe if I phone to cancel everything I will actually get to speak to somebody.

    @virginmedia If I would have had a support ticket, I wouldn’t need to wait a few hours on the phone just for someone to tell me to check my wifi connection. I could have updates about F008876425 resolution directly. I’m currently out of service since 19/3 and you still tell me to check wifi..

    @virginmedia I get the external checks, but why can’t you offer me an interim solution? Send me a dongle and a sim so that we can get online. Why credit check me for this? How do you expect us to work when offices are closed? I joined virgin 11/02 you’ve had plenty of time. Very poor @Ofcom
