Virgin media are awful. Wi-Fi should’ve been installed on 19th of August, and the full installation has been pushed back to past November despite still paying for the Wi-Fi. Shocking.

@virginmedia Your auto comp service is ridiculous. And besides, it's not just about the fact it's a paid service - it's the fact no service for several days. This doesn't need an engineer, I just need a box. You have a base just up the road from me, maybe I should go knock on their door.

@virginmedia It's no problem really - we have the TV remote for the volume so it's OK. Is there no way of programming the remote or is it just that it's faulty?

@virginmedia I’m trying to install my broadband, but don’t have the right socket at home. I was told I wouldn’t need an engineer which is why I booked it in now. Also, my password isn’t working so I can’t do anything. Please help because at the moment I’ll be paying for nothing

@virginmedia Another poor service. The street was struck by lightning this afternoon. It has killed my landline. I have to wait until Tuesday for an engineer to fix the problem in the street. Then I am told the bill will be going up £15 a month. Absolutely shocking!

@virginmedia I've just received my price rise letter. Utterly extortionate! I will be calling you later to move providers. Your WiFi router is terrible as well. Perhapse my new provider will let me use the Internet more than 6ft away from the router?

@virginmedia your service is shocking. My broadband has been intermittent and ridiculously slow for weeks. The status check says there’s an issue with my TV service but it’s actually the broadband. I will be raising an official complaint as finding your customer service poor.
