    @virginmedia Seasonโ€™s greetings. An engineer has replaced the cable in the road with a temporary one and it works but itโ€™s super slow, definitely not fibre quality! Any idea when this might be improved? J

    @virginmedia It's no problem really - we have the TV remote for the volume so it's OK. Is there no way of programming the remote or is it just that it's faulty?

    @virginmedia The last 3 days have been poor from virgin media with my postcode area.. Hours without WiFi, TV or Broadband.. Absolute disgraceful really.. Not helped that my @giffgaff mobile is non exsitant in my area too.. Shocking in this day and age too..

    @BenJaneDavies @virginmedia Well this is the thing!! We had cancelled because we werenโ€™t happy they couldnโ€™t match the new customer offers for us. Retentions rang and beat the offer instead. Said would all be up today but have had issue after issue! Theyโ€™re so incompetent

    @virginmedia I just couldn't believe what I heard! As a very long customer of V/M I phoned them to see what they could do for me as I'm out of contract, basically he just said There's nothing he could offer me! apart from phone back in 10 days or so And see what's on offer then!

    @virginmedia It was. I called Sunday 1040, promised Paul would call me before 1320; he did not. That was nearly a week ago and Iโ€™ve had no contact, despite three follow-ups by me via phone, online complaint form submission x2 and this. Seriously unimpressed.

    @virginmedia yet again shocking customer service over the phone, asked to speak to a manager and the agent hung up on me. On the phone again and whoops, your agent keeps forgetting to put me on hold whilst he speaks to a manager and I can hear everything.This call is embarrassing

    @virginmedia TV down in NR4 and the suggested reconnection date is December 29. Seems a long time? Iโ€™m aware no time is a good time for this to happen but Boxing Day is a REALLY bad time. Will this reflect in my (vast) bill?

    @NaomiRedman4 @O2 @virginmedia I had this problem I put in my email address & password which I use but it failed so tried again email then clicked forgot password once I reset that and was sent a verification code once I did that I was back in maybe try that.

    So then @virginmedia, having escaped your contract after 18 months of poor service when will someone come to my house to remove the large ugly brown box that was fixed to my outside wall (bearing in mind it was installed without a booking or any notice at the contract start)?

    @virginmedia @gblondon1 The new virgin box has a mind of it's own, some days it decides not to record, other times it it decides to delete all your recordings. I will give it a couple more months if it continues as it has done in the past I will cancel it. I have been with virgin for over 20 years.

    @virginmedia Iโ€™ve only used iplayer since changing but itโ€™s impossible to watch anything so thereโ€™s obviously some connection problem and extremely annoying as its in the evening when we watch
