Sam Gravener (@Spr1718) reported from Norwich, England

@BenJaneDavies @virginmedia Well this is the thing!! We had cancelled because we weren’t happy they couldn’t match the new customer offers for us. Retentions rang and beat the offer instead. Said would all be up today but have had issue after issue! They’re so incompetent

@virginmedia It was. I called Sunday 1040, promised Paul would call me before 1320; he did not. That was nearly a week ago and I’ve had no contact, despite three follow-ups by me via phone, online complaint form submission x2 and this. Seriously unimpressed.

  • AndyWoodturner
Andy Coates (@AndyWoodturner) reported from Mutford, England

Just hearing that in a drive to retain accounts, VirginMedia has gone down on all their customers. It's a novel approach, and to be fair, more than BT ever did...and because Dave, in customer retention, had "cunning linguist" on his CV... #VirginMediaoutage

  • thejpwphotos
Jon P Watson Photography (@thejpwphotos) reported from Norwich, England

@virginmedia Your auto comp service is ridiculous. And besides, it's not just about the fact it's a paid service - it's the fact no service for several days. This doesn't need an engineer, I just need a box. You have a base just up the road from me, maybe I should go knock on their door.

  • thejpwphotos
Jon P Watson Photography (@thejpwphotos) reported from Norwich, England

@virginmedia But no TV service for another 2 days. Not acceptable, and this is being paid for. No offer to even send a quick install box I can do myself.

  • DrS_Reynolds
Shirley Reynolds #FBPE (@DrS_Reynolds) reported from Norwich, England

Anyone got any suggestions about how to get @virginmedia to reconnect our wifi - nothing since 31st July, can’t work or run business. Help!

  • LaGodden
Frances Godden (@LaGodden) reported from Norwich, England

@virginmedia Still no response to my complaint made Sunday morning @virginmedia - 72 hours and then some!

  • FussyDave
FussyDave (@FussyDave) reported from Norwich, England

@virginmedia #bgt ruined by your outage. Please don't advertise how good your service is for at least 6 months 🖕🏻

  • Si_67
    Si (@Si_67) reported

@virginmedia Whenever I use your service checker, I get the message: "Intermittent signal in your area..." etc I go through the charade of checking the equipment (knowing it's not that) to get the stock message: "Don’t worry, we’re looking into this issue..."etc. This is all the time now.

  • zohra_belabed
    Zohra Belabed (@zohra_belabed) reported

@virginmedia another outage 24hrs of intermittent signal. When are you going to fix it

  • Bargainhunter85
    Simon Fitzgerald 🇺🇦 (@Bargainhunter85) reported

@SteWhoPlays @virginmedia Had the same problem. They give you yodel to use so they must get a notification it’s been sent but then bill you because they haven’t checked in the equipment 😩

  • PeteMcManus
    Pete McManus (@PeteMcManus) reported

Update… @vmbusiness might be the worst company I’ve ever come across for customer service! Stay well away, they will miss-sell you and then ignore you, promise you a call back and ignore you! Unbelievably bad

  • lewisbyers92
    Lewis Byers (@lewisbyers92) reported

@O2 keep having sign in attempt emails from virgin media o2. I’ve reported and was allegedly getting a call back from you (never happened) and if I try to sign in to my o2 account, it always asks me for a pin and as if it’s the first time logging in every time. Sort it out ffs

  • _DanJbh
    Dan🥷 (@_DanJbh) reported

@Simon_Coates @Simon_Whale @virginmedia I think so, seeing as im an telecommunications engineer. Just stating my prices like everyone else never once mentioned your "Starlink"

  • AJ01991
    Alex (@AJ01991) reported

@Simon_Whale @virginmedia They’re dodgy as ****, I had total loss of service for over a month, they kept closing my complaints saying it was resolved after I explicitly said not to. They also kept saying it was fixed when it wasn’t to avoid paying compensation.

  • RevQntmBigfoot
THE Rev. Quantum Bigfoot ♿️ #FLTG OG Anti-RGB OAP (@RevQntmBigfoot) reported

@sephiroth17181 @virginmedia WiFi signal on my router is pretty decent tbh. I get 40Mbps (WiFi5) connection on my iPhone 14 Plus at farthest point of back garden (router is at front of the house), which is more than enough for browsing, YT, etc if get to sit out there on the bench

  • AKA_The_RC_One
    Mystery Bird (@AKA_The_RC_One) reported

@Simon_Whale @virginmedia Don't use Onestream, awful service, kept having mast problems so internet kept failing daily and i couldn't get out of the contract.
