    The service I've had from @virginmedia has been absolutely awful! If I treated my customers this way I would be out of business. Complaint has been dragging on for 2 months now, with loads of empty promises. Now I'm being messed about with my broadband service not working ->

    Virgin media are awful. Wi-Fi should’ve been installed on 19th of August, and the full installation has been pushed back to past November despite still paying for the Wi-Fi. Shocking.

    @virginmedia TV down in NR4 and the suggested reconnection date is December 29. Seems a long time? I’m aware no time is a good time for this to happen but Boxing Day is a REALLY bad time. Will this reflect in my (vast) bill?

    Just hearing that in a drive to retain accounts, VirginMedia has gone down on all their customers. It's a novel approach, and to be fair, more than BT ever did...and because Dave, in customer retention, had "cunning linguist" on his CV... #VirginMediaoutage

    @virginmedia Complaint - package price is wrong and everyone keeps promising to sort, but still haven't. Broadband - keeps dropping out. When issue occured last time router swap fixed it. I need an engineer to come out and fix today but nobody can help.

    @virginmedia I’m trying to install my broadband, but don’t have the right socket at home. I was told I wouldn’t need an engineer which is why I booked it in now. Also, my password isn’t working so I can’t do anything. Please help because at the moment I’ll be paying for nothing

    @virginmedia Your auto comp service is ridiculous. And besides, it's not just about the fact it's a paid service - it's the fact no service for several days. This doesn't need an engineer, I just need a box. You have a base just up the road from me, maybe I should go knock on their door.

    @virginmedia It's no problem really - we have the TV remote for the volume so it's OK. Is there no way of programming the remote or is it just that it's faulty?

    How easy is it to pair a new Virgin Media remote to a TIVo box? My current remote is not working very well anymore so I've ordered a new one and now I'm panicking. (YES I've changed the batteries/checked the sensors etc)

    I tried again day 109 of no service from @virginmedia @LutzSchueler the incompetence is systemic throughout the business . They dont give a crap about there customers had a look on trust pilot was like reading a horror story . “Caveat Emptor” let the buyer beware with these fools

    @Ofcom @virginmedia Thank you. I am not the only one having this issue. There twitter page is full of complaints with the same issue. Being disconnected after 1 hour on hold, no live chat, calling to get a message saying there are too busy and to call back layer (no option to be put in a queue)
