@BenJaneDavies @virginmedia Well this is the thing!! We had cancelled because we weren’t happy they couldn’t match the new customer offers for us. Retentions rang and beat the offer instead. Said would all be up today but have had issue after issue! They’re so incompetent

@virginmedia Media service. We had cancelled and got a call Tuesday offering us a better deal, to be activated today. Rang earlier and spent nearly 50 minutes on the phone with a great woman who went through our new package which for some reason hadn’t been auctioned.

@virginmedia evening, we have phoned once today re; activating WiFi hub, however it’s flashed all day. We reset but still flashing hours later, and now can’t get through on phone to activate new WiFi box. Any help at all? Been on hold for an hour now, no WiFi for 2 days.

@virginmedia After speaking to your first colleague, who advised wasn't your problem, and then speaking to Netflix who said it wasnt there issue for refunds, although cancelled the account. I then rung you again, a colleague advised to write to your complaints department online. 😭

I don’t normally do this, but nobody should bother with Virgin Media. The customer service is absolutely terrible. They’ve farmed it out to a call centre abroad full of people who just pass your query between themselves until one of them hangs up.

@virginmedia Yes, it does imply that there should be and the fact there isn't is concerning given people may be signing a contract without those terms being available. Your legal team may have an issue with that. Is there any way to get the page fixed or have the terms emailed to me?

@virginmedia Yes I have put in a complaint and was told we’d get a call back by today and we’ve heard nothing. The online account is showing a bill for last month + this month which is wrong because had I not changed package you would’ve happily charged me the £59 it was going to be.

@virginmedia I have cleared cache snd this hasn't worked. I have had to phone again the customer service guys and they said my number has been updated to the correct number and that the engineer would call me on my preferred mobile number.
