    @jongaunt @virginmedia They keep not taking my direct debit out then charge me for not paying .. their customer service is appalling no one speaks good English.. in rented accommodation so cant change provider

    @virginmedia evening, we have phoned once today re; activating WiFi hub, however itโ€™s flashed all day. We reset but still flashing hours later, and now canโ€™t get through on phone to activate new WiFi box. Any help at all? Been on hold for an hour now, no WiFi for 2 days.

    @virginmedia Hi I tried to call the customer services, but no body answer me. My broadband doesnโ€™t work and there is no signal for internet. I donโ€™t know whatโ€™s the problem Can you help me plz as soon as possible ๐Ÿ™๐ŸปI have online meeting after two hours

    @BenJaneDavies @virginmedia Well this is the thing!! We had cancelled because we werenโ€™t happy they couldnโ€™t match the new customer offers for us. Retentions rang and beat the offer instead. Said would all be up today but have had issue after issue! Theyโ€™re so incompetent

    @TumbleweedBob @virginmedia Sorry to jump on your thread, but I'm also having issues with @virginmedia who are awful at customer service and I'd just like to cancel my contract. Tried to do this morning but webchat decided to end and I've heard nothing back.

    @virginmedia Media service. We had cancelled and got a call Tuesday offering us a better deal, to be activated today. Rang earlier and spent nearly 50 minutes on the phone with a great woman who went through our new package which for some reason hadnโ€™t been auctioned.

    @virginmedia my WiFi keeps dropping out, canโ€™t sign into my account to get help for some reason, called and was on hold for 30 mins then got disconnected, no response on live chat either. Please advise what to do as we are working from home and need WiFi

    @virginmedia Seasonโ€™s greetings. An engineer has replaced the cable in the road with a temporary one and it works but itโ€™s super slow, definitely not fibre quality! Any idea when this might be improved? J

    @virginmedia Sure thing, let it be known that I think itโ€™s pretty irresponsible of your management to be taking on lots of new accounts whilst the customer service is actually running at a reduced capacity! Credit to you guys in the social media team and those in the call centres ๐Ÿ™

    @virginmedia 25/04/2022 - Calls customer care to enquire about refund of the bill and automatic compensation as mandated by Ofcom. After close to waiting 45 minutes gets connected to an agent who is junior enough not to understand the ask and transfer it to a senior agent. 12/n

    @virginmedia 22/03/2022 - Technician turns up. Blames the first technician for not checking the inbound connection as it is dead. As per him it needs a network engineer who is very confident that it can be resolved and will come on 23/03/2022 and will inform next steps. 5/n
