That was nearly a week ago and Iโve had no contact, despite three follow-ups by me via phone, online complaint form submission x2 and this. Seriously unimpressed.

Tend to avoid now but just left again after a couple of years of thankfully issue free broadband. Moved to PlusNet which is Openreach rebranded but far cheaper.
