Paul W Mitchell (@pwmcomms) reportedUpgraded to new @virginmedia box. Wish I hadn't. Streaming requires more logins than before, main box has to be on elsewhere in the house to delete recordings and pushed all manner of crap shows. Off to look at alternatives
-
🌸 🙀 Teresa Cooper (@Teresacooper) reported@virginmedia Not 2 days. The ambulance had the drama of it early hours in an emergency. I bet any money you repair it just before everyone is due compensation
-
David Gerrish (@DavidGerrish) reportedMisleading email @virginmedia saying I can watch Champions League Final for free. Seems I can’t. Now my son is in tears and he thinks I’m a terrible Dad.
-
CarryOnGemma (@CarryOnGemma) reported@virginmedia this has gone beyond the pale now. You already know all the issues my dad and I have had for, well, weeks now. Dad had all his recordings deleted and now his new recordings are recording and now, when he’s watched part of something he can’t go back and watch it because it says the recording has failed. This has happened on every recording. It seems to record fine then changes to failed. Get this sorted and get the broadband sorted. How @Ofcom isn’t all over this I don’t know. Pushing people to take the V6 and then a year later this happens. Shocking.
-
Danger Mouse 🏴 (@stewiejohn2) reported@Tony_Minter @OliverGMcManus @virginmedia Yes you are correct. I was thinking of a delay to service starting. The latest increase means that providers will now need to pay out £10.34 per day for delayed repairs, £32.31 for missed appointments and £6.46 per day for a delay to the start of a new service.
-
haggard girl 🏳️⚧️ (@fffoceania) reportedVirgin media is so bad it took me turning my phone wifi off and on again 3 times and resetting soundcloud twice just to put on a song

-
Mark Sutherland * (@markenello) reported@MattyBeer @virginmedia Its broadband and TV but I've had more than enough of the terrible service
-
Kelli Jayne Nunez (@JayneNunez11) reported@keithward329 @virginmedia Depends. Auto replies are usually garbage, but the real issue is no human loop. We set up Replymer to catch mentions, then still route the messy ones to a person.
