Agent yesterday promised me Paul would call me before 4pm. She said my complaint had been closed in error as a duplicate but you’ve never attempted contact despite it being over 3 weeks.

Even spoke to one of the customer service people on Friday, the issue is worse and we were told unless they get 360 then Virgin won’t help. Absolute disgrace!
