@virginmedia no coincidence that as I'm not renewing my contract, my Wi-Fi has been playing up during the last 2 weeks and is now unavailable. So much for looking after its customers. (I'm still paying for this service btw)

@virginmedia I have exactly the same problem I had in November that required an engineer to come out coz of an issue in the street. I was told 3 months prior to that there was no problem but it ended up there was!

@virginmedia Trouble is that there is no advice or solution offered. The last advice (if you can call it that) was that they would escalate the issue to the technical team - once said in 2019, then on two occasions in 2020 but still no solution.

@virginmedia Don’t blame it on customers. Did anyone choose this?! No. Your company is penalising customers through no fault of their own. Most of the reasons, I can agree with but the second you put blame on customers who are literally using what they pay for, that’s horrible.
