@virginmedia I’ve lodged another complaint for this, not entirely convinced you will fix the issues. Being force to fought up for extra CPE in order to make your piss poor service to work is frankly disgusting

@virginmedia I saw the disclaimer. What is really shocking is I’m having to have this out publically with you. Your offshore call centre is not fit to diagnose issues. Every times I’ve called with a major fault I’ve been told there is an area fault and to wait for it to be fixed.

@virginmedia Thanks for the response. As far as I’m aware I can’t text you so you can run diagnostics. I also can’t call you free. As my phone won’t connect with your network all of a sudden. The phone is fine as the SIM card I had to buy to keep working is having no issues.

@EE There’s a distinct possibility that I’ll be switching services in the imminent future. The help from @virginmedia has been laughable. However, having spent £10 to top up the EE SIM card and then finding out I can’t contact your customer support because it costs 25p extra is rich.

I’ve never had a heartbroken ex (my last was over 30 years ago and it took her months to notice I’d gone) but I imagine it’s a similar experience to leaving @virginmedia - suddenly they’re attentive and concerned, and won’t stop asking me why I left. Bit late for that now, love.

@virginmedia On the forum one person states: I've rang 150 and have been told that Virgin Media block access to this site which I can't believe given its just a bicycle retailer but I couldn't get any further with that on the phone. There is are more issues mentioned Kind regards Chris

@LDesesperes @virginmedia Luck you. Their pricing is a joke. Despite being a customer for as long as they’ve been providing broadband services, the price increased to an eye-watering amount. Apparently the cheapest they could offer me for broadband and tv: over £80 pm. I left. Service was awful too.

@virginmedia The signal drops at least once a day. As I say, it’s not just mine a number of neighbours are making the same comments on out street WhatsApp group. A few have returned to Sky/BT for a more stable service
