@marmulades oh it's very tenuous if I'm honest. mostly about keeping the ipv6 of virgin media in ds-lite ipv6 w/o breaking PlayStation Network by subbing in some nice ipv4 connectivity from digiweb. pings / routes in inex are much better for digiweb so I wfh with it too

@virginmedia @vmbusinesshelp Hi, if you check Twitter this has been reported by a number of Virgin Media customers in the Ballsbridge area. It it a network issue so it should not matter if its a Corporate or Private account.

  • adrianweckler Adrian Weckler (@adrianweckler) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

Virgin Media Ireland says it doesn’t have a “repair time frame” on a sizeable broadband outage affecting “the Dublin area”. It hopes that the undiagnosed issue will be fixed today as, “given the scale it would be very rare for this to continue for the full day”.

  • jamesmcc2000 jamesmcc (@jamesmcc2000) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

@virginmedia now waiting 45mins for support to pick up - you said 20mins! The problem is your service is so awful I can’t do this online. Please let me know if the 20mins is a lie and that you don’t answer at all.

  • Gerryob105 Gerry O Brien (@Gerryob105) reported from Dublin City, Leinster

@VirginMediaIE has anyone else noticed that virgin media have taken most FM radio stations off their network.. They recently did upgrade works in Dublin 3 and virtually all the stations are gone. I’ve held on the phone for far too long waiting for someone to answer.

  • derekbeau8 Derek Beauchamp (@derekbeau8) reported from Fingal County, Leinster

@donie At midnight CNN went blank. Apparently Virgin Media, my network, has lost their contract to show CNN. I'll miss you Donie, and all the other presenters and correspondents. Have to consider moving to Sky, but I've resisted that move for years. 🖐🖐🇮🇪

  • GeeDubSevenNine GeeDub (@GeeDubSevenNine) reported

@virginmedia Not listed no but when I go through and select broadband to test the hub it says there is an issue

  • ScottyH_Raw Scotty H. (@ScottyH_Raw) reported

@virginmedia I don't think you have read my thread? It would be polite to respond there. You are still billing me to 27 August even though Virgin had 30 day notice twice over that under our contract disconnection should occur on 22 July. I have not used service since 15 July.

  • charliecassen Charlie Cassen (@charliecassen) reported

@virginmedia Hello. WiFi isn’t working in Tooting SW17. What’s the issue and what is the timeframe for fixing? Cheers

  • alanpenn Alan Penn (@alanpenn) reported

@virginmedia Several things. 1, your service status webpage still says that there are no problems in my postcode area. This means that the status webpages are useless. 2, your helpline has promised that the repairs will be completed by certain times every day and yet these have not been met

  • macnelliebus KMac (@macnelliebus) reported

@virginmedia Why do you make it SO difficult to cancel a broadband contract?

  • anton31318751 anton (@anton31318751) reported

Well done virgin media you have done it again service is down AGAIN seriously BT is the right choice or even any other provider would be better because virgin is becoming bad and more expensive time to cancel with virgin there a joke

  • ScottyH_Raw Scotty H. (@ScottyH_Raw) reported

@virginmedia Contents of my further complaint of 24 July have been ignored but a letter received yesterday offered me disconnection on 27 August and a 'package change' as a resolution. As I said I am already disconnected. Do you see a recurring problem of ignoring any communication I make?

  • jasonkneen Jason Kneen (@jasonkneen) reported

@virginmedia Just went from 904 to 94mb down — anything going on?

  • CryptoDan2k CryptoDan2k (@CryptoDan2k) reported

@virginmedia Stop sending generic replies that mean nothing they haven't been able to help in months. Resetting the router, turning it off, Splitting the signal dosnt work. Empty and cheap copy and paste replys. Better free WiFi in this hospital than the non service I pay for at home 😡😡😡

  • jrtkew Jean Tolmaer (@jrtkew) reported

@MikeWads999 @virginmedia @CryptoDan2k I’m at my wits end, trying to contact Virgin Media. All I want to do is cancel my contract which is due to end very, very soon. I do not wish to pay for a service I will not be using and having my phone cut off this morning is the last straw.
