Timeouts on cat6 & wifi

For most people these timeouts wouldn’t even be noticed but my day job is working in IT and we use VPN and each timeout is a disconnect so it’s very noticeable . Same with Microsoft Teams calls “Searching for network “

Try removing all (if any) ethernet cables from the back and do a factory pinhole reset (hold the pin in the hole for approx 30 seconds) then give it about 10 minutes to see if it comes on with the white light solid
