    Just had to put a 2nd call into @virginmedia this afternoon to sort out the problem they caused from this mornings call to them, which was to attempt to sort out issues from a previous call to them 🤬 New TV aerial installed next week and once @CityFibre are running, VM are gone!

    @virginmedia Basically cut a long story I did agree a deal however it appears despite me asking for confirmation and then saying yes they put through the wrong one ,I chatted again this morning and basically told no you can’t ,it was literally like the new customer deal with a minor variation

    Absolutely loath @virginmedia's over priced 360, and like their customer service, it's just rubbish, can't wait for @CityFibre to go online in our area so that I can trash VM, even if I have to take a hit when I cancel as locked into a contract at the mo, it'll be worth it!😡😠

    @virginmedia So after the call, I've been told that all of the devices that are in my home have exactly the same fault. Which is why I've been experiencing issues, not sure how my computer connected via network cable is having WiFi issues when I've never connected via WiFi to it.
