    I think I’m done with the bullshit from @virginmedia I can’t take another day of having to reboot or reconnect just to get online on my own home only to have them **** the entire thing with a firmware update. My old dial up was faster than the service we receive.

    @virginmedia tried calling you for 40 minutes now, no luck. Broadband issue in LN1 area. Can ping external servers but your DNS servers (194.168.4.100) is not responding/working. All our devices are affected, but service status says all good. Rebooted everything. Fix please!

    @virginmedia No one has replied to the text. Spent hours on it ourselves and Googled the problem. Virgin media were no help at all.

    @Ofcom @virginmedia @Plusnet Thanks. I have submitted an advisory form to make a formal log of my issue. I will have this investigated further if it is not resolved with a view to pursuing an independent decision from either of the bodies mentioned.

    @virginmedia 12pm is good. I'll take anything since I can't call Customer Services because the system is flawed and won't accept my call unless I pay the bill which is incorrect due to Virgin Media making a mistake. I don't know how you're not yet being investigated by @financialombuds

    So... it would seem @CNN will no longer be available on @VirginMedia (UK) after the 31st of August. Anyone know why? That really sucks. CNN are one of the very best out there.

    @OST_R6 @bt_uk Unfortunately I can’t get Virgin Media in my area to bypass Openreach altogether. When things like SpaceX starlink comes down in price Openreach will be so far behind they will wish they actually rolled out fibre.
