I think I’m done with the bullshit from @virginmedia I can’t take another day of having to reboot or reconnect just to get online on my own home only to have them **** the entire thing with a firmware update. My old dial up was faster than the service we receive.

@virginmedia tried calling you for 40 minutes now, no luck. Broadband issue in LN1 area. Can ping external servers but your DNS servers (194.168.4.100) is not responding/working. All our devices are affected, but service status says all good. Rebooted everything. Fix please!

@mrwilliamstokes He couldn’t be clearer that he’s asking for a repayable loan not free money. The media really have their heart set on pulling Virgin apart. People are terrible too, we make our own beds that we have to sleep in - E.g. flying Ryanair now because we put nicer airlines out of biz.

@virginmedia Yes I have and it hasn't worked. You don't even get the screen where it asks you to login as a virgin customer. With multiple customers reporting the same issue it's unlikely to be a problem with our devices
