    @virginmedia New one is I was hoping to sign up to some sort of TV package, but when logged into my online account it gives me a "oops" with no option, so I need to talk to someone. Experience with the number you have given me has been poor, I want to avoid it!

    @virginmedia I do, about an ongoing complaint and a new query too, as well as this unresolved mobile query. Am supposed to have someone talking to me via text right now but they are very slow to respond! 2 meaningless texts in 13 minutes. Could someone please ring me?

    @virginmedia Original date given was 2/12. Over a week since the issues started. I refused and said it needed to be sooner. Told I needed to pay an additional £9.99 to have priority. Booked for 28/11 but I didn’t consent to add. charges. Why should I have to pay after your works caused this?

    @virginmedia 2/2 it down to the parents to replace th clothes as “ you should have been watching her more” well take it you have never tried to get an independent 3 year old and a pushchair out on the school run……the whole estate is a mess and no one at VM cares

    @virginmedia thinking it's completely acceptable to charge you £65 for not sending their router back when they haven't sent you a bag to send it back and you've asked for one three times. Can't wait all day for a collection team to randomly turn up either. Terrible
