@virginmedia New one is I was hoping to sign up to some sort of TV package, but when logged into my online account it gives me a "oops" with no option, so I need to talk to someone. Experience with the number you have given me has been poor, I want to avoid it!

@virginmedia 2 full days? So if I had 47 hours it'd be all good? The fact that you've clocked up about 50-60 hours of outages a month since October means nothing because they were in chunks of 5-8 hours? You know what, never mind. I'm done. I'll 1/4 of the speed from BT over this sideshow.

No problems with @virginmedia broadband for ages and oh surprise surprise it went off an hour ago and won’t come back on, no problems in our area, tried to reset the router.. still nothing. Pay out of your arse for a service that is nothing but crap!

@virginmedia I called yesterday after receiving an email saying I had cashed the cheque and so will not be sent another one. The person on the call just kept saying that a complaint is in progress and I’ve cashed the cheque. No help whatsoever. Your customer service systems are deeply flawed

@virginmedia any issues S65 Area my status says you cant get on the internet run the app tests - your back on the net no problems found every 5mins net on/off rebooted etc been on off since fri
