    @virginmedia I do, about an ongoing complaint and a new query too, as well as this unresolved mobile query. Am supposed to have someone talking to me via text right now but they are very slow to respond! 2 meaningless texts in 13 minutes. Could someone please ring me?

    @virginmedia Second day as a virgin media tv customer, only four basic channels, the fault has been referred to your fault mgt team, who will aim to resolve within 5 working days! It’s not good enough, better be a reduction in my bill, I’m not paying for a service not received!

    @virginmedia By stating services have resumed, by false advertising quality. By breaking promiseses time after time. Do not call me by my first name either. Virgin media forfeited that right through years of chappy treatment. Trust me. Looking to cancel for good now
