@virginmedia I do, about an ongoing complaint and a new query too, as well as this unresolved mobile query. Am supposed to have someone talking to me via text right now but they are very slow to respond! 2 meaningless texts in 13 minutes. Could someone please ring me?

@virginmedia How will this please be different from the service I have had so far? Will someone competent ring me?

@virginmedia New one is I was hoping to sign up to some sort of TV package, but when logged into my online account it gives me a "oops" with no option, so I need to talk to someone. Experience with the number you have given me has been poor, I want to avoid it!

@virginmedia how are you so inept?? Get a message advising of work on 21 Sept. Outage nearly 2 weeks later, find out from a neighbour! Got a message 2 days ago saying all work completed. Messaged today saying you're doing essential work on 7 Oct! Incompetence doesn't cover it

@virginmedia 10 minutes on hold and nobody to take my call. This is nothing to do with COVID. You're call centres are under-resourced and you aren't thinking about technologies that can help. Perhaps offer call-backs so customers don't have to waste their time hanging on?

@virginmedia 1-6 today. They will ring just before so I can go home to meet them. I am elsewhere working right now as I need internet to do my day job. Now you know the issue can you proceed with a full complaint and compensation claim please. We now know it's entirely your fault.

@virginmedia Whole process then - checking online, rebooting, resetting, calling up, getting cut off, waiting 24 hours etc. When customers have problems (which seems to be often judging by the forum/twitter mentions) it shouldnt be this hard to get an engineer out.

@virginmedia As already said there is no useful info in that link. I’m going to wait a few more days for a customer services rep to call me back. If they don’t, I’m just going to cancel my contract. If @virginmedia can afford to mess customers around like this then it’s best to go elsewhere

@virginmedia Our WiFi has been repeatedy crashing for long periods since yesterday morning, but your online service status checker says there are no problems. We're in BR1. Can you advise on when this will be fixed (and how we'll be compensated), please?

@virginmedia We were promised a refund which hasn’t happened. Trying to cancel but can’t speak to anyone capable of helping, web complaints form doesn’t work and yesterday I was left on hold for an hour! Still no closer to being resolved. Am dealing with a bereavement and don’t need this!!

@virginmedia This sort of message BTW is incredibly unhelpful John. Telling someone who is being treated like this that it is all just so simple, normal and legit is a huge wind up. This is not a comfort or good customer relations. Better to not reply. Or else be properly helpful.
