    @virginmedia I do, about an ongoing complaint and a new query too, as well as this unresolved mobile query. Am supposed to have someone talking to me via text right now but they are very slow to respond! 2 meaningless texts in 13 minutes. Could someone please ring me?

    @virginmedia New one is I was hoping to sign up to some sort of TV package, but when logged into my online account it gives me a "oops" with no option, so I need to talk to someone. Experience with the number you have given me has been poor, I want to avoid it!

    @virginmedia new customer ...2 engineer No Shows !! Not a great start. Try again for Wednesday. Let's hope they show this time. In the meantime please stop sending me emails to get me up and running.....that's the whole reason I need an engineer 😡

    @virginmedia I have no access to my emails for around 5 months and have emailed and called and spoke to about 7 different staff up to 49 minute calls. Promises, promises and still no access to important emails. Still paying for the luxury of Virgin Media "service"!
