    @VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

    Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

    @VodafoneUK phenomenal broadband experience, WiFi cutting out every day. Had talktalk previously never had this issue. Vodafone broadband is the absolute worst. Avoid. Constant chats to "fix" issues. Promised call backs - repeated failure after failure. OFCOM complaint incoming.

    @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I thought the merger was meant to improve signal. Not make it blooming worse. Cambridge is meant to be “silicon fen” tricky with such terrible network

    Got to love @VodafoneUK sponsoring the @DownloadFest and giving 100k+ customers the worst network coverage known to humankind. I will 100% be changing networks in a few days and I recommend others do to. 2026? Profiteering at its worst

    @ThreeUK can you please explain why the signal for your network has got worse since you merged with @VodafoneUK ? It has got especially bad between Hungerford and Newbury.

    At 12:45pm today, my @VodafoneUK Internet connection stopped working. I still had an IP address with 50mbps down and 12 up, but no data could make it through. (Curiously, the VoIP phone still worked.) It was like that until around 11pm, when service was restored. A check on the Vodafone Network Status Checker said there were no problems reported. (Couldn’t do it before because of the lack of Internet connectivity.) Anyone else have problems today?

    @VodafoneUK how come coverage is so poor and slow recently?? Prices go up yet product quality goes down. Make it make sense?!

    @CityFibre @VodafoneUK - New Internet installed recently and really not happy. Terrible WiFi and internet speeds in the house, cant connect due to signal strength sat in my own front room. Try and get on Vodafone app and it doesn't work. How do I cancel please? #terrible

    @VodafoneUK I am trying to set up an account with yourselves for a new mobile SIM card but I am being sent in circles, clicking create an account in the app to be sent to the website to download the app? Please help!
