Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

I said/tweeted some bad things about @VodafoneUK which have now been deleted because their social media team came through and sorted every issue that I had brilliantly. A shame it couldn’t be sorted by their phone team. #thankyou #customerservice

@VodafoneUK I haven’t had data for a few days and there seems to be an issue with account. I called and spoke to someone who promised me a call back within the hour around 12 and I still haven’t had back. Can you have someone call me back?

Another near enough hour on hold for wanting to pay my overdue bill @VodafoneUK - customer service terrible. Frustrated with the service for months being passed onto all areas! Then told to ring back Monday!!!!!!

@Ofcom @VodafoneUK I wish to cancel my contract that you have failed to advise me had expired. I have tried voice call but your phone system bats the call away. I have tried to use app and TOBI to no avail so how do I cancel with you if you wont talk to customers.. @Ofcom note!

@VodafoneUK never known a network like it speak to customer relations ( Evan ) get everything set in place and he does NOT leave notes so now its been 6 weeks with no phone , but yet I receive a bill for £121 this morning another 7 hours waisted on the phone today

@richard32hard @VodafoneUK Ha yeh I regret leaving @Plusnet never no issues but I needed faster broadband they only did 25 meg at the time but there again Vodafone gives me like 12 meg not over 50

@VodafoneUK A few months ago we changed from @PostOffice WiFi to you & was told on phone & letter you would contact the previous supplier to cancel. Just noticed that this wasn’t the case & have still been charged by PO, losing out on a lot of money. Please can you advise?

@VodafoneUK Soooo... Apparently this isn’t sorted! A refund has not appeared in my account. Why is it seemingly impossible to speak to a human being!!! The online chat team are of no help. Please sort this out! I’ve been with Vodafone for 30 years!!!
