Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

@VodafoneUK 3 hours on the phone to upgrade my existing home BB with you for another 24 months. still no order Told to phone back Monday after technical has looked at the 5 orders which have been cancelled 'by the system' this afternoon. Retaining a willing customer isn't hard😡

@VodafoneUK after more than 10 years as a customer, the last year of service from you has been absolutely shocking. 3 hours on the phone this weekend and u want to sting me £117, can't wait till September when ill finally be rid of you, will not recommend u to anyone

@VodafoneUK my 4G speed has been ridiculously slow recently. Ive tried turning my mobile on and off etc but the problem persists. Waiting for something to load is like watching paint dry!!! Help

@VodafoneUK Nearly two decades of being a loyal customer & Vodafone UK, after numerous calls, have decided to drop the discounts I've previously enjoyed & do nothing to find me an affordable plan. Customer loyalty suddenly seems worthless to them 😔

@VodafoneUK trying to upgrade I was told that your system had crashed & to call back today. Just called back to be told the deal I was quoted yesterday is not valid. This is the worst customer service. You’ve wasted my time on 2 occasions. Sort it out!!

@VodafoneUK doesn't allow me to cancel my plan. The store says I can cancel it by calling 191, whenever I talk to 191, they say "sorry our system is currently not available, we can't make any cancellation" Stay away from this provider!
