Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

Nice to see customer loyalty @VodafoneUK means nothing. 10 different cs agents unable/unwilling to help. No other option but to leave. Makes you wonder how they can afford for customers who spend £250 a month with various contracts to leave them 🤔

@VodafoneUK I have no words for the way in which Vodafone is dealing with my faulty line and poor internet but it’s ok it’s only the third time I’ve experienced the fault and four failed engineer appts they’ll update me in two days ......#fuming

@dpd_support Tell me where the parcel i've sent is? your tracking system is not recognising the ref no, My emails are not being responded to. Very disappointing service so far, the parcel is worth a lot money!! @VodafoneUK - May want to revisit who you use as your couriers
