Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK customer service is a JOKE. First waiting for 10 mins then explain what I need and the person says they'll transfer to the section. When they finally pick up you have to explain everything all over again and they have no clue how to help you!!! Lost ONE hour...😡

@VodafoneUK Hello again. I have another issue. Every time I try to reset my password, I get an error: Internal Server Error. Why is your site not working?!! I enter the password correctly twice for the reset and get that error every time! This is not good enough!
