    Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

    @VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

    @tom_lindsay @VodafoneUK Thats nothing i am customer since 2013 never missed a bill date still got three numbers under my name mine was increased will be leaving vodafone once all my contacts expire s customer service always wants me to get something new but never discount

    @VodafoneUK not sure what sort of idiots you employ but I've never had worse customer service in my life. Your policies aren't much better either. Not allowed to keep my existing number just because I wanted to move to a sim only deal. Forced to move to 02. Absolute crooks.
