Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK ridiculous, my broadband down again since 7pm, service test shows no issues again yet router (2nd in 3 weeks) is flashing red. No answer from advisors, chat kept cutting off & now you’re closed. Not acceptable, still no compensation for the 6 days I lost last month

@VodafoneUK I tried DMs but got conflicting info. First they said 4G will be available when 3G is switched off and then "we do not have any updates on when we will get network in this area." We currently have no service at all here & 2G is only intermittent even when we do. Please help!
