Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

@dpch @VodafoneUK So there's hope! But frustrating at same time to know others nearby back but you're not. Lack of info from Vodafone means I have to jump in car to work, 2 hour commute rather than WFH 🙄 Good news for them is their mobile signal there means I can't jump in queue to speak to them

Not a word from @vodafoneuk for 36 hours on here while our internet was down ; posted nonsense in that period though to attract new customers. We're officially taking our business elsewhere and I really hope we're not alone. TAKE CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS!
