  So frustrated. @VodafoneUK have looked at our internet for two weeks and claimed to have fixed it. Two days of it being ok since moving from the test port, finally, and it’s gone off again. It’s a disgrace. So tired of their poor service and inability to solve a problem.

  @VodafoneUK mobile WiFi box is majorly slow. Won’t load anything on PlayStation despite full bar 4G. Been like this for ages now. Fed up!

  @VodafoneUK I’m honestly sick of wasting my time, an engineer is already looking we were told 24-72 hours, it’s now been 72 hours. No fix, no call. Cancelling the service!

  @robbielockie @VodafoneUK @EE You're not alone. When 5G works it's great, but it rarely does. On 4G I'm getting speeds of 1mbps for a whole month now, and all they do is tell me there's no issue!
