@VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK I’ve already wasted a load of time with unhelpful online chats who always end up telling me there’s nothing they can do. Can never get through in the phone. It’s pretty bad, too stressful, and very frustrating. Every time.

@VodafoneUK This has been the theme for the last few years; incorrect activation dates, incorrect billing, inability to manage multiple services on a single account. Things go wrong, that’s fine, but the overall experience with an organisation of your size is poor.

@VodafoneUK So I did what was asked and I’ve just been ignored on DMs. Is this really how you treat customers ? Shocking. Absolutely shocking service. It’s all just automated and no one really cares about resolving the issues. Yet I’m sure my DD will still be taken.

Now over a month of broadband cutting out/line fault not fixed from @VodafoneUK but worst is the unreliable #cx. I waited 5hrs on Wednesday for a call out to find out it was never going to be an inside visit anyway. Then promised a call back on Thursday to no avail. Exasperating!
