  The funny thing is that authorities don't care about customer complaints. As for MTN they are not in the West, but @VodafoneGhana has counterparts in @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup. Is that the service they provide in those countries, what an insult to us??

  To commemorate an entire year of working from home, I've been pretty much unable to work today due to my @VodafoneUK broadband dropping out every 5 mins and no telephone number on their website to get hold of an actual human. Shocking customer service as well #vodafonebroadband

  @VodafoneUK I've been trying to order a broadband package from your online store, but it keeps failing silently when I click submit order. Every section is completed without errors. There are a load of javascript errors in the console.

  Lastyear I paid £10 to receive a nhs discount on my @VodafoneUK bill, randomly may 2020 they stopped it.. so I’ve had no discount on my bill since then surely I am owed a £145 pound refund or credit on my account as I paid for this service 🙃 why am I having to fight for this?!?
