@VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

@VodafoneUK I've got 2 unlimited data SIMs and there's been a network issue in my area for at least the last 3 weeks, which makes them fairly useless. CS aren't really providing any answers. Any idea what the deal is? A nearby postcode is ST72UD.

Hey @VodafoneUK, unable to track my Vodafone Curve in DE56, couldn’t track last night, briefing worked this morning & now failing again. Mate having same issues in Derby with his Curve. Appreciate these things go down, just wondering when reliable service will be restored? Thanks

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneProbs had a phone call from Doaa from Vodafone complaints meant to be priority & as I expected no update. I’m nearly on 120 hours of waiting to sort this **** out. Imagine in 2021 living in a pandemic & the bullshit u are putting me thru🤬🤬🤬🤬.

@VodafoneUK my wife’s just been charged £1 for securenet and found it so difficult to cancel. Can she have a refund? Also are your masts in my area back working? My data issues continue and this has been going on since October with no improvement or update

I moved home and decided to move my @VodafoneUK broadband contract over as I only had a few months left. I have had no end of problems with Vodafone so I called to cancel my contract to be told I have been automatically entered into a new 18 month contract! 1/2
