Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK ka3 .Ayrshire . Still no internet 13 hour later. Stop telling people you didn't know there was a issue. When I contacted Vodafone customer services 13 hours ago. They said they are working on it.

@VodafoneUK surely you can’t quote a monthly price, get me to sign up, then increase the the price saying ‘oh that’s discount isn’t applicable now’ Shouldn’t you say that before the customer signs up? This is very very deceptive. I’m in DM contact but people should know this

@VodafoneUK Still waiting on a team leader calling me back which was promised within 48 hours after talking to complaints, still no call and still no new phone despite ot being ordered on 22nd December. I want a letter of deadlock if complaints can't help me.
