@VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer over 20yrs and I’m Absolutely disgusted with your treatment since I upgraded my contract. I’ve been trying for almost a month now to apply VEA discount and no one has done this for me!!!! I’m extremely frustrated and angry!!!

@VodafoneUK I have been having issue with incoming calls for the last 4 days. Customer service could not resolve the problem. My calls directly go to voicemail without ringing. #vodofoneuk cannot fix it. #ahmedessam no help so far!
