@VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK someone somewhere is having a right laugh at my expense, so fair play to 'em. Now four lots of the same amount pending on my bank account yet still matter not resolved. Utterly inept. Absolutely the worst "customer service" I've ever experienced.

@VodafoneUK We Vodafone Idea India's Share Holders, invested our hard earned money,ported to VIL,Marketing VIL and Fighting with Airtel,Jio,Indian Government. But what Nick Read & Kumar Mangalam Birla is doing for their Share Holders ? Never do anything & whenever speak/act,negative for VIL

Come on @VodafoneUK don't start this again! The internet on device I'm connected to via hotspot is slow. Yes I know you don't restrict hotspot, but funny last month I told you I'm working from home and not had any issues since then until now.

@VodafoneUK Ok so I’ve had a poor online web chat about the problem and now I’ve absolutely no signal for the last 2.5 hours. Can’t make or receive calls unless I’m connected to WiFi and using WhatsApp. I wasn’t told about this
