@VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

I want to give you an opportunity to recover my extremely poor customer service experience over the past 3 weeks @VodafoneUK. A total of 9 hours spent with Tobi on chat. 5 separate calls with your resolutions team and my original problem is still not resolved. Step-up please!

@VodafoneUK We talked to customer service hundreds of times every day, they say they will try to overcome this grievance. There has been no progress so far. Vodafone continues to make us victims. The 21st campaign is usurping our right. We can't use it because we gave it.

@matt_dathan @vodafoneservice @VodafoneUK Just a word of warning Matt, they will say it is the sim card. Send you a new SIM card and that will not fix it. I noticed a drop in usability after I believe Asda mobile started using Vodafone… is there just to many users?
