    Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

    @VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

    @VodafoneUK I have an open complaint (167430127). I'm moving house locally and you can only provide 60 Mbps instead of my contracted 900 Mbps. Your agent is demanding a £555 exit fee for a service you can no longer provide. This is a material detriment.

    @VodafoneUK team couldn’t even handle a package upgrade. They asked for my consent to deactivate my line to do it. After I questioned the consent they admitted it could take 1–5 days! No written 1-day fix guarantee, failed upgrade, and I missed the campaign. Bravo.

    @VodafoneUK how can I make a complaint and speak to someone in the UK? I have had no internet for over a week now and open reach are doing a terrible job and I'm getting no where with Vodafone as well.

    @VodafoneQatar @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Support chat keeps getting closed without any solution. I’ve asked a simple question twice, and both times the chat was ended with no help. Very poor customer service.

    The @VodafoneUK car tracker tag has to be one of the worst pieces of design I have encountered in years.. and thats saying something..

    How can we get out of our contract early with you @VodafoneUK ? You are not providing us with a service ...we are paying good money for no internet whatsoever, we ring your god awful scripted customer call lines and its groundhog day ... 2 weeks of this rubbish

    @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.
