    @VodafoneUK Hi Beth Please can you help us? We want and pay for "Superfast 2", but our Broadband is stuck on "Superfast1" at 30Mbps or less Please can you fix it, so we start getting above 50Mbps (or, better still the 63Mbps which appears in your advertising for Superfast 2). Thank you

    @floydbrett @VodafoneUK Oh... They were working on the site last weekend as there was an issue. 4G power was turned all the way down. From the Saturday to Monday. U may not have seen it if you're near it. If you're that close bet you get some great speeds! I hope they add 5G but we'll need more than 1.

    @floydbrett @VodafoneUK I'm that side, around sunnycroft area. Vodafone has a site up on the Common. Fades just outside! But only tried it briefly in a different phone. I'm with Three. Really wish they would turn power up. All 4 operators have poor indoor signal. 3G/4G. Hey Neighbour!

    @StusReviewsUK @VodafoneUK Definitely not an accident. They want you to hang up and not call back. Once you get through it then takes another 30 minutes of them trying to keep you as a customer.

    @VodafoneUK For the amount of money your company throws at advertising how great you are maybe you could reallocate some of it to a proper support function when things go wrong! Fed up with Big Company plc taxing my time. Long time business customer feeling very weary now

    Wtf is it w/ @VodafoneUK that they're all helpfol in public -"just DM us" - where they immediately demand all sorts of personal data. Do they becone dara controller at that point even tho it's on eg a Twitter server. #ffs

    Terrible customer service @VodafoneUK. I am a long standing customer @VodafoneUK . I work for the #nhs Services were disabled in the middle of calling patients today. No warning. Unable to get through on the customer service number to speak to anyone and my phone still cut off.

    @VodafoneUK 2 formal complaints submitted. 10 days have passed yet still no response. Shocking service 😡 Avoid at all costs - cheaper deals elsewhere anyway!
