Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

Over the years they've "forgot" to take my dd for 18 months, support has advised me to use website features that don't even exist on multiple occasions, they seem unable to renew contracts without it being a major ball ache... utter trash.

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Only posted this because he has a platform & it's bad publicity. You must do better for *all* customers. The process of dealing with bereaved customers needs a massive overhaul & an experienced team dedicated to assisting the customer around your companies dpa policies.

@VodafoneUK @sullivanclean I Left Vodafone best part of 10 years ago and still get bills (with no amount on them) monthly. Gave up trying to get them to stop. It’s a really rubbish interface that will do anything rather than cancel. I can’t log on to their platform but they can send me invoices ???
