Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

so @VOXI_UK how does it take 72 hours to transfer my number from @VodafoneUK to your service? I was advised 15 minutes at 16.31 on 17.09.22. Any idea? Your chat service just tells me to wait 24 hours for an update every day which never comes..

@VodafoneUK The girl checked my usage (12 to 13 gb a month) the offered 250gb at a price beyond what the online offer is. What you’re saying is if you’re a new customer buying online you can have a contract of 40gb for £10 a month BUT if your an excising customer of 15 years! You can’t….

@VodafoneUK @TheendofdaysB This proves my point on that last tweet, if you invest in more signal towers and boosters the £40p/m for copious data is justified. Customer service is a separate issue, but not something I’ve had serious problems with. The signal loss IS!

So last day of my @VodafoneUK contract and I’ve rang them today and they won’t give me the deal I’ve seen online as I am an existing customer. Told to ring back tomorrow to discuss my options. Looks like after approx 15years I’ll be leaving. Zero thanks from them for my loyalty!
