Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK what is going on with broadband and mobile signal. All gone down again for 3rd time 24hrs. Yesterday 12pm-9pm. Today went off 12pm-4:30pm and now just dropped 8:50pm Paying for a service and not getting it 😡

Great customer service from @VodafoneUK this evening. During a complaint and before I’d even had the issue fixed (it’s still not) the support person tried to sell me more @VodafoneUK products. Can’t wait to leave.

@VodafoneUK is there a known issue with your bb network? I'm averaging about 4.5mbps download but regularly dropping into the kbps. Our contract is coming up very soon, i honestly think I'll be looking elsewhere unfortunately.

@gnomeicide @VodafoneUK 02 just told the Ombudsman that Carphone Warehouse changed my legal name on an existing credit contract between 02 and myself and the Ombudsman bought the lie. As if a 3rd party can change anything on a credit contract! Brand new complaint being drafted....
