@VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK I am amazed you have any customers the amount of people I've spoke to to try and get a issue resolved is obscene. No further forward a week on! Management will call you still nothing now got another numpty on the phone who can't understand the notes

Now they are saying that I need to place the reorder which will put me to the back of the queue and will have to wait another 4 weeks for delivery really bad service will be looking for a new provider now @VodafoneUK
