Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

@VodafoneUK I’ve now spoken to 4 different advisors since Sunday. None of whom have been able to resolve the issue. Or at minimum, be honest about when your broadband will be experiencing issues until.

@VodafoneUK Can anyone advise me what is going on in my area ? Vodafone has been rubbish for ages. However over the last few week I have received emails saying there has been network improvements. The coverage map has changed from poor to good. But nothing has changed.
