Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK IVe had nothing but bad experiences with Vodafone. I don’t even know what rewards you could possible offer when you can’t even keep my phone working! I’m on hold now to your complaints department for the 13th time about the same problem. Whilst on hold I leave negative feedback

@VodafoneUK our suresignal is either not working or you have turned it off, there is a v poor signal in our village and WiFi calling doesn’t work. Maybe it’s time to change provider unless you can fix the signal?

@VodafoneUK I've been paying for 5g since February and have never seen it once! Lucky to get 4g and even then, signal is unreliable.
