Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

@VodafoneUK Vodafone 4G signal has been extremely poor for weeks now at AB34 4YJ, we depend on it for home internet for working from home and it is almost unuseable. Please get it sorted as a matter of urgency. Do not direct me to the utterly dire TOBI chat on your app.

@VodafoneUK Constant issues with my router not connecting to the internet, several calls and online chats and still having the same issues-last two times being told my router has been updated and to turn off then on!! Still not working
