    Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

    @VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

    @VodafoneUK Having shocking customer service from @VodafoneUK. Son has returned from Australia and PAYG sim doesn't work. Say they can't help unless phone is with me! Ridiculous!🤬

    @VodafoneUK - we signed up to a new contract with a new phone. Not ONE WORD about the delivery of the new phone (I'm moving on from a housebrick!) but you've started charging us the new rate for the non existent phone - what next - do we cancel the whole shooting match?! Poor.

    I’ve been a @VodafoneUK customer for over quarter century. I won’t be as soon as I land back in the UK. 3 plans, all roaming prepped in advance. One roaming failing completely, another charging per day extortion rates despite pass. Support systems either clueless or just broken

    @simonplantphoto @VodafoneUK What app was that obtained through. I am having Vodafone issues and using cellmapper to work out what cell I am connected too and it's strength. Also I think Vodafone ignore x now

    Hey @VodafoneUK is it a deliberate choice to not answer a question and try to end support chats early for reoccurring issues that you keep pretending don't exist? Is that why your Share Feedback link doesn't work as you already know #broadband #terribleservice

    Is it just me or has @VodafoneUK network got worst since they merge with @ThreeUK still no support for RCS on iPhones but most upcoming 3rd party networks have support???
