    Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

    @VodafoneUK complaints team meant to give me a call back today between 8-10am. No call back and now I've been sent warnings about account suspension and late charges. Great way to treat a loyal customer of over 10 years

    @VodafoneUK 6 weeks without internet. Constant lies from customer services. At my whits end. I feel the Ombudsman needs to get involved because of misinformation and blatant lies told by your representatives

    @micmcgrorty @VodafoneUK Sadly the level of service @VodafoneUK now offer. Our recent "upgrade" turned into "new" contracts costing us £472! our PAC codes are on the way. 30 year customer means nothing so I'd suggest Small Claim Court #badservice

    @VodafoneUK we have been with you for a few years and for the past few years since we signed up we had problems with our internet keep losing connection slowing down and we fed up the contract doesn't run out till next year cancell it without that penalty
