Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

So basically @VodafoneUK is forcing people to get new phones even if their current one works fine.... A big problem for me as newer phones are full of rampant anti-consumer practices, such as being glued shut and having locked down software that's full of useless bloatware...

@VodafoneUK We have had no FTTP broadband for over 3 weeks now. Its an @WeAreOpenreach issue that they can't solve! But our 4G backup has also never worked for this period. Why on earth can no one just send us a new sim card? Clearly the reactivating it isn't working! HELP!

@VodafoneUK I called support last week about my poor broadband speeds. It's better than it was but 16mbps is below my "guaranteed minimum speed", right? You better make with the speed or make with the discount

@virginmedia Hi. We have. And we’ve spoken to customer services who pointed us towards @VodafoneUK service checker site which confirms a problem but no repair date. It’s been like that for weeks
