Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@BudgieBudgieUK @VodafoneUK Same. It’s always ‘I can’t help, but the person I pass you to will’… they never do. I work from home and need to change provider if they can’t provide a service, but @VodafoneUK are holding us ransom.

@VodafoneUK Please contact me. Broadband disconnected without warning and due to an admin error. Haven't had internet since Monday and have spent 6 hours on the phone already. The service provided was appalling so far.

@VodafoneUK no one care of my problem!! I tried to contact through phone and DM but all what i got is automated agent!!! I cannt access my account because of “internal error” and my bill reaches 70£ and i still cannt do anything!!!!!!!!

@AndrewBrazier1 Thanks, Andrew. I'll probably switch to @VodafoneUK. As to the energy thing -- and I work in the industry -- it sucks. I'm a kid who can remember the whole privatisation thing. We should have gone with renewables decades ago. Add in tidal (I've done some work here).

@VodafoneUK 3rd day in a row I am struggling to get any signal whatsoever. Yesterday it was countrywide! This past year I have never got faster than 2mbps 4G. This week is going to be my last. Two contracts getting cancelled, and Ofcom being contacted. I refuse to pay for NOTHING
