Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

I had no idea about @vodafoneuk cancelling their underground coverage, I would never have taken a deal with you had I known this was the case 🤨 I hope there's a cooling off period on a new contract because I may have to go elsewhere 😕

@VodafoneUK the thing that needs understanding when you leave people 2days without service & updates: its not just important to stay connected, it's a life line. It's missing the call to say someone's ill,in hospital,having a baby, had a fall. It's missing work. Not good enough

@VodafoneUK I was told I would get a call back from a manager within 72 hours but as expected no call, no email, nothing. If you aren’t going to resolve the issue in a timely manner, I’ll be making a formal complaint to the communications ombudsman.
