Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK has the worst and most unreliable WiFi and their customer service is never available when it goes down in the evenings. Avoid at all costs. Really ruined my Sunday evening (again)

@VodafoneUK can I ask I'm currently only using a 1/3rd of my sim only plan each month would I be able to down grade onto a more suitable sim only monthly deal? I've tried ringing your cs team but keeps saying unable to answer my call. #help #vodaphone
