Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

@VodafoneUK I want to cry i have no Internet for 4 days Mixed messages and unknowning what's happening. Now I have to wait. Grandchildren and no TV or Internet is horrible and I pay for broadband

@VodafoneUK Yet another day passes and still no sign of a solution to what was supposed to be a simple order for Xmas !! It’s unbelievable in today’s modern high tech world that it takes 9 days to process an order correctly, do Vodafone actually want business & happy customers???
