@VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK why have I still not got any phone reception in my house? Was fine the first month but for the last two months it has been very limited. You don’t have any problems taking the money at the end of the month for a shocking service though.

@VodafoneUK I did DM you yesterday @VodafoneUK but to continue the theme of poor customer service you haven’t responded. That massive fine you were given for the most appalling customer service in the UK has made not one bit of difference. @Ofcom

@virginmedia your mail service via your broadband no worky…. Service status page doesn’t provide that level of detail…. But the good news it works via @VodafoneUK cell network

@VodafoneUK I ordered online, you sent me a confirmation accepting the order, you didn't send or refer to a loan agreement. You didn't chase for signature on the unsent loan agreement. Your technology and process failed and you want to use a BOT and follow some process that will also fail.

Can't believe @VodafoneUK are so incompetent they can't port my old landline number (supplied by them) to my new property without cutting off my broadband for 2 weeks. Customer service staff are utterly useless. It should be a 5 second config job for someone. #fail @Ofcom
