    @VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

    Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

    @CeeH07 @VodafoneUK Only thing I can suggest is a formal complaint. Had to do that with Talk Talk who gave me £25 plus refunded all the data charges on my mobile. So far @VodafoneUK broadband has been 100% reliable

    @Pmac2k @VodafoneUK No. But they did manage to not fix the line and send me 4 bills for fixing (not fixing) the line totaling around £1200.

    @VodafoneUK I have now been waiting a week for my fault to be rectified! (FLT11433785) I've only been with you for about 3 weeks and never had so many issues! If no contact tomorrow I will be cancelling due to breach of contract under the consumers right act! It's unacceptable!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for getting back to me. That advice does not work when the Wi-Fi is down! I live in an area without 4G reception so rely on my broadband. It is so frustrating to be stuck in a continuous loop to try to get someone to fix it.

    @VodafoneUK Guys - I've been trying to get one number set up for over 2 weeks for my @madebygoogle #PixelWatch. It won't work because I have a failed one number connection showing as a ghost connection from my temporary number before a number port to my account. Please help!

    @VodafoneUK for over 6 months we’ve tried to cancel our mobile broadband as we are unable to get signal. Have tried, unsuccessfully, to contact you. Stopped paying and now debt collection after me! unbelievable! Can anyone help?

    @VodafoneUK I have done this several times. I have telephoned, emailed the directors office. This is the 2nd major issue in a month! It's damaging lives! @SkyNewsBreak
