    Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

    @VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

    @VodafoneUK what’s happened to your customer support. The whole process is really disjointed and in all honesty pathetic. Staff are friendly and try to be helpful but every process seems littered with errors. I’ve been trying to get a new router because the one I have is awful.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK you finally reply tonight with something again completely wrong and not the issue we have. If I have not heard back from the complaints team with a proper answer and resolution by 10am tomorrow, I will formally raise this issue via the press, small claims court, CEO
