  Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

  @SkyNews @BorisJohnson @vodafoneUK need to be investigated and fined for deliberately lowering Broadband Speed who are on old tarrifs of 67 to 35MB they are breaking the Law! They have no customer service in UK you can only speak to people in India and Egypt who will not help you

  @BBCNews @VodafoneUK are scamming customers by lowering the speeds of old tarrifs 67MB they reduced speeds down to 35MB customer service in Egypt and India are trained to lie and say words no line connection loss to not send out engineers they have lowered the tarrifs 40MB!

  @VodafoneUK your customer service is awful. You make it so difficult to cancel - no ability to cancel online, and long wait times on the phone. @WhichUK

  @VodafoneUK @CostaCoffee I have been promised twice by a customer care consultant previously that this would be refunded. Can someone please assist in getting this sorted here? I have sent a message to your inbox as well as it’s quite ridiculous that I’ve been told this would be actioned but it hasn not.

  @VodafoneUK @f1_kerry @VodafoneUK Don’t think you really appreciate the issue here - there’s 150,000 at the F1 this weekend - no Vodafone network at all in the area. These are your paying customers you’re failing. Zero satisfaction.

  @VodafoneUK is there an issue with the veryme Costa qr code. Went to use it this morning and it didnt work. Store said they’ve had the same issue with 4 people using it this morning
