Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

@VodafoneUK @SophiaThakur I’ve had my broadband installed 10 days ago have nothing but problems with it since install. No phone line, app not showing an active plan can’t use broadband service checker, broadband cutting out constantly. I’ve been on to support loads of times, still not sorted

@VodafoneUK your trade in tool is discriminatory against people with poor eyesight. Instead of my phone being worth £335 at mazuma you offer me£65 because of “screen damage” as the spots on your test are hard for me to see. Shocking!

Hey @VodafoneUK - I’ve been trying to renew an inthecar subscription for our Volvo but it’s just not working. We’ve done this before and both the card on the account and another card aren’t working either. Is there currently an issue with the system?

@VodafoneUK I could sit in the same spot and stream movies without a hitch before April this year Callum, now it’ll take an hour for a simple messenger text to send. Wouldn’t be so bad if I could get out of my contract that @VodafoneUK are in breach of but once you’re in there’s no way out.
