@VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@vodafoneuk I'm trying to resolve an issue with the 4G on my phone. Your recorded message system just takes me round in circles before ending the call, and your TOBi on the website is useless. Will somebody on your team please DM me to help resolve this matter.

@VodafoneUK If you want me to disclose my security information, I suggest you phone me from a number that makes the word 'VODAFONE' appear on my screen, not some random landline I don't recognise. Your staff also talk like I'm in trouble for something! Why the aggressive tone?

@VodafoneUK you have the shittest wifi of all time. I use more 4G than my own wifi because it cuts every 5 minutes and takes 20 minutes to come back on, only to turn off again 5 minutes later. your customer support is also useless. thank you for coming to my TED talk.

@VodafoneUK Raised a complaint on 10/03/21, it was escalated. On 12/03/21 I had a discussion that concluded it was further escalated. No reply to my email on 18/03/2021, no communication since 12/03. Today the complaint portal says "Closed - deadlock", no explanation. Please help
