Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK @Ofcom Jasmine I appreciate your reply, but it’s too late. For 2 weeks I’ve begged @VodafoneUK colleagues (over 7 people) for help resolving this mistake. Now I’ve paid you twice and have a mark on my credit file for no reason. Your colleagues could have helped, but they chose not to.

@VodafoneUK No. It's not my SIM. I'm just trying to help an elderly person who lives pretty far away from a Vodafone store and can't visit store. Self help isn't working for the person as the page is down. Why can't this be fixed?

The best thing about being an @VodafoneUK customer is knowing that your service physically couldn't get any worse unless they actually come to your house and steal your phone or follow you around slapping you every time you try to make a call
