Time for a phone upgrade with @VodafoneUK... Problem is there are no decent phones available ones I've had an eye on they don't do like the @vivo_uk x60 pro plus.. Or the @XiaomiUK Mi11 ultra... Just no options available at all.. Only thing they off is absurdly priced Samsung.

@VodafoneUK don’t bother taking a contact out trying to charge us an extra £14 a month compared to what the quoted! Can’t make business calls! Asked them to call back yesterday had no response back and now they have put our account on hold. @ofcom complaint coming in soon.

@VodafoneUK Thats understandable, but 18 HOURS!!!!!!!!! Is the queue really that long? Luckily my problem is sorted, it took from 2pm to nearly midnight yesterday but don't worry its not your time you're wasting

@VodafoneUK actually didn’t understand my problem what actually was I told them it’s transferred to my friend account but they haven’t responded again asking me to pay the bill what a big fraud company it is and more over because of them my credit score is gone down

@VodafoneUK I'm being plagued with scam "you will be arrested unless you press 1" calls from Vodafone mobile numbers. I block and report, another call comes from new number. Customer services gave me number to text and request call to help, it doesn't work. Pls advise.

@LadyMuck75 @VodafoneUK They are an awful company I moved and they were supposed to connect up the internet and phone at my new address on the Monday after i moved, they never did months and me contacting them almost daily in the end but nope broken promises , so i got Plusnet to do it NP done
