@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

Awful service from @VodafoneUK customer for 11 years, multiple lines for the family, thousands spent. Went to cancel a line which was out of contract, nothing on the app to say I had to give 30 days notice. Paying another month for nothing!! Complained, no follow up from them

@VodafoneUK, what does 'server response error' mean when i'm trying to send an MMS message? I have unlimited picture messages as part of my contract, so it's not a credit issue either

@VodafoneUK The issue wasn't that they couldn't receive it at their end, I couldn't send it at my end as it kept saying 'server response error'. That isn't an issue at their end.
