    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK I've currently got two phone contracts but I want to cancel my old one (which ends in January 2023) If I choose to pay off the remainder of my contract in the "upgrade early" section, will this mean I will stop getting charged for that contract? 1/2

    @VodafoneUK Hi - I had perfect signal on 4G and 5G in my area ( Wroughton ) which is why I decided to go for a Gigacube…last few days on signal checker says maintenance, but 5G signal gone all together !! I work from home I need service restored asap please!!

    @VodafoneUK not impressed. Upgraded last Wednesday. Still awaitingfor phone to be delivered as didn't have any in store. Paid an upfront cost plus delivery charge. And I keep getting are emails telling me I have to keep waiting. 20+yr customer, very pissed off!

    @VodafoneUK I did but it's some kind of bot not a real person. I'm even more annoyed now. This level of 'service' is woeful.

    @VodafoneUK Full broadband package with boosters and tech support. Absolutely rubbish. Doesn’t work. Hasn’t worked since installed and tech support can’t fix it. Unable to watch TV or use any device without dropping signal! Pathetic!

    Fairly unimpressed with @VodafoneUK customer service. Firstly it took well over 20mins to get through their god awful automated answer machine. I needed to return a Google pixel 6a that a bought in a back Friday offer. They would not send out a replacement. And would only refund
