    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK What’s point you offered £175 only for Nada (Egypt) to remove it when I put phone down absolute jokers 2 order cancelled and it was a manual error John In retentions absolute 💩 service l happily pay £600 fee to leave this is what happens when offshore call agents don’t care

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK A few weeks ago I found the Vodafone mobile I had bought but never ever used, still in its box with the receipt and the screen protector still in place. Never ever used. It was a scary time especially as they threatened to take furniture and belongings if I didn't pay up. Scary++

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusted at the service I have received today whilst trying to get an upgrade after 6+ years of being a loyal customer. Not only did I not get offered any discount (which I have done for years) - the advisor then hung up. #poorcustomerservice

    So after a 3 day outage last week we have another this week....sick of paying for a service and not getting it @VodafoneUK. Unlike other networks you don't even keep your customers informed....sickieningly poor service all round. Almost 3 decades a customer it's time I dumped you
