    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK Hello; About 35 days ago, we transferred our line to Vodafone in the customer service vehicle. They said that a new sim card will reach us within 2 days, and it will be active after 2 days. New sim card arrived in 2 days. However, our line could not be activated

    @VodafoneUK Hello Iv recently got Vodafone router, got an Xbox series x and it doesn’t connect by wired connection only by wifi was completely fine with virgin internet so I’m a bit confused it’s not the wire Iv tried multiple wires please help thank you

    @VodafoneUK Non-FCA CR Complaint - Ref. 25305012 Still no call or contact or engineer or resolution or any effort to get any of the above address. Now when I am connected the speed has dropped all last night too. How do you get worse? Is anybody doing anything?
