    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK can someone help me please. I'm stuck in hospital in Italy with pneumonia. My data has run out. There's no WiFi. Someone on chat tried but the extra 8 day roaming won't add to my account. Its my only means of communication with friends and family, I'm struggling.

    Hi @VodafoneUK my mobile data doesn’t seem to be working even though I have 4G. I’ve restarted my phone, removed the sim, turned airplane mode on/off, turned mobile data on/off, reset network settings and still it only works with Wi-Fi. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

    @AndyBurnhamGM Definitely! I can see the @VodafoneUK mast from my window & the signal is bobbins. 5g is grossly overrated.

    @VodafoneUK no its not my issue its your website - it hapens all the time - i dont understand how a company of this size has such bad technology as its customer portal - if a local cafe was this bad id be disappointed
