    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    I've been on the phone to @VodafoneUK for 24:38 now, to cancel a mobile broadband SIM I tried to cancel in September, then February. I've spoken to two people: they both said, "I can't deal with this, I need to transfer you." The conversations were both about 2 minutes each.

    And yet another @VodafoneUK debacle: an agent was supposed to call 5-7p, left my phone 2 mins to go to the toilet and of course he called. Not his fault, his fault is that instead of calling me back he sent an email schedulling a call on 17/4/21...worst customer service ever.

    @VodafoneUK unbreakable broadband fails at first hurdle....broadband down all day, dongle is just an ornament it seems, customer service non-existent!!!
