    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK company is a joke! New customer trying to get the big value bundle that’s been paid for and taken out of my bank to be told I haven’t made a purchase that was done in a Vodafone store days ago thiefs! How senior do you have to go with Customer service to get results?

    @VodafoneUK Had normal fibre for 2 years no issues, moved to fttp was connected 2 weeks late due to issues, after the two weeks was working fine with no issue for nearly 2 weeks then there was unannounced upgrade to the line, the upgrade clearly failed as now have had no internet for 3 days

    @VodafoneUK I am trying to change provider (good new customer deal) but say they can't as there is a cease on the line. Vodafone say there is no issue with that but my new provider (Shell) say they can't change it over until the cease is removed. Repeat several times

    @VodafoneUK What an absolute shambles of communication! You have sold me a system broadband and mobile that won’t connect to anywhere net!? And your suggestion is I take out another mobile line? Sorry? Dreadful customer service.

    @sharnetasney @VodafoneUK Im about to do the same. Been with them for over 3 years but their customer service sucks. They can never sort out anything properly. Ugh

    @VodafoneUK I get no signal in my house. The phone on my new contract is useless. You do offer a network service guarantee. I need to cancel my contract at no fee as I'm entitled to. Sale of goods & services act 2015. I can't get a human on the phone.
