@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK the worst customer service. Ordered home broadband on 05/10 been waiting for it to be activated since 20/10. Spoke to various different people. How hard is it to get broadband!!! That I’m already paying for!!

Just had the most appalling service from @VodafoneUK. Trying to help my 87 year old dad as his circumstances have changed. Refused point blank and put me in a 60 minute queue to speak to someone else

@ratfromhalo3 @VodafoneUK 2 to have to wire the same devices to maintain speed. Just going to leave and pay the exit fee, not worth the time on the phone and not worth paying for an inconsistent shocking service
