    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @Help1ngHans @VodafoneUK Vodafone are a joke, don’t bother with their agents as they do crap all! Just send an email to their CEO and it will get escalated into their directors complaints team and you can have a go at them

    @VodafoneUK I've complained twice in your online chat about internet outages, to which I've been asked to provide a speed test (What is that showing if the internet is down?!?). Genuinely the service has been useless since we started with you and you've done nothing to fix it

    Stay clear of @VodafoneUK. Never will use them again. Been on the phone to cancel my contract with them for over an 1hr and 30 minutes. Constantly getting thrown around departments and none of them have a clue. "sorry I can't help you, you need to talk with the next team". FFS 🤬

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup you should really be embarrassed at how you have treated your customers. From the agents to the directors level. I will be taking my complaint to OFCOM. I will be doing a story time on my tiktok explaining how they are scamming you right now

    @VodafoneUK Dropped a dm…. This is so weird the advisor… who later claims he is a manager…. Wants us to raise the complaint about him…. To him…. As this is the policy… and point blank refuses to let us speak to ANYONE else….. literally anyone, any department، just anyone but them
