@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

I get the same, very polite and kind, round of responses every morning - but no-one can/will tell me what the matter is and what’s being done to actually fix it. Are you actually fighting @VodafoneUK about this? Or are you saying ‘sorry’ a lot and leaving me chasing my tail?

@VodafoneUK seems impossible to get a PAC code - text number does not send, chat cannot do it and the phone lines have told me for days "our systems are down".
