    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK Too late. I’m a business customer that cares more about the service I’m getting rather than anything else i.e. the price. Vodafone came up incredibly short on this occasion. When I want a problem resolved, it needs to be immediate, not 10 days to 1 year later I’m afraid.

    @VodafoneUK if there is a known problem with voicemail that people are working on, wouldn't it be smart to make sure the front end call handlers know so I don't have to keep shouting in the void with some non technical numpty ?

    Hei @Google I think you have issues with your CDN and @VodafoneUK broadband. My broadband is fine when downloading from anywhere than google sites. Apps updates and YouTube are slow, really slow. If I turn on VPN your services immediately go faster. Can you please have a look?

    @VodafoneUK .. In the space of 2 months. I’ve been on this for months now. I’ve been to the Vodafone walk in centre and been told to call. I call and no response or resolution. Every time they tell me to pay the lates bill and cancel but they take my money and repeat the same thing next…

    @VodafoneUK in Merry Hill told me on 18/9 that my Apple Watch would absolutely be with me on the 20th - guess what hasn’t been dispatched yet as there are supply issues which I assume they knew about at the time. I don’t like being misled to to make a sale….

    @VodafoneUK what is wrong with my 4g reception??? It has gone from pretty reliable and decent to utterly crap and unusable in the space of a few days. Despite reporting it online 3 days ago I'm still waiting for a response! #vodafone4g #terrible4g #vodafoneuk

    @VodafoneUK Month.. I’m exhausted, why is it always so easy to sign up but to get out it’s almost like you lot want my blood or something. I have never been put through to collections for anything until now, for a service I haven’t even used in over a year and tried to cancel.
