    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    UK people: You might find online debit payments are declined right now. That's because banks are, or already have implemented Secure Customer Authorisation (SCA) BUT some companies have not. Like @VodafoneUK who I've spent hours explaining why it's their fault my payment declined

    Signal is SHOCKING with @VodafoneUK at the minute. Hardly working. Bloody nightmare. 4G and 3G utterly useless!!!!

    @VodafoneUK appalling service! I reported my phone stolen over. Week ago and was told it would be blacklisted. Needed proof of this for insurance and got an email today telling me it hadn’t been ! Please explain

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. I had contacted Vodafone for assistance a couple of days to no avail, but whatever the problem was, you seem to have it fixed now.

    @VodafoneUK I have done, 6 mths of doing everything I'm asked, sent screenshots, emailed call logs, endless calls, endless complaints, going in store all whilst paying bills & be told to be patient. I've now requested call conversations so I can go to @Ofcom too but let's see if you can help

    @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK I was expecting them to call me as agreed- why should i have to waste my time chasing them? Who is your CEO as i am escalating higher up the food chain than your so called Customer Relations Team who are frankly unreliable? Anyone know who is their CEO?
