    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK appalling customer blocking from your Bournemouth store. No solution offered, assistant claimed connecting to customer service was fraud and still no functional device and 14 months of no service. Customer care after 19 years loyalty I think not.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks - we aren’t with you but someone in our village said you were helpful in refunding the month because of affected service. Just wish @O2 would follow suit

    @VodafoneUK 4 times I’ve now been disconnected by your chat team whilst they disappear to look into the issues. Why is it so hard to speak to a human to fix a problem

    @VodafoneUK Why do you steal an extra 3.9% on top of CPI price rises??? You claim its to invest into your network. Why am I being forced to invest in your network without being given any stock? Thieves.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks. I’m now on the train so I think I’ll have to hang up as I won’t be able to access the router if I need to do anything anyway. It’s 2.5hrs now though. Judging by internet complaints you are struggling to get people activated, which is also my issue.

    Very disappointed with the service from @EE. 89yr old emergency lifeline PAYG phone disconnected without notice. Claim to be UKs No1 network but your customer service is shocking, leaving my dad stranded. @O2 @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely ludicrous that an Internet connection can be down for over a week with no resolution. Easy to blame @OpenreachHelp but the lies and blatant BS makes you look like amateurs. Worst customer service ever. Noone should be using your pathetic services.
