@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK @WIREDInsider Wooo, another touch screen some of your disabled customers can't use. When are any of you finally going to realise you're driving some of us out of the market, by getting rid of the only phones we can use, by dropping the only network they work on.

@VodafoneUK I'm a QWERTY board user, but you're insisting on getting rid of the network that supports the phones that support this ability, since I am a disabled customer, who can't use a touch screen. Totally over the tech industry, ONLY thinking of able body users, like we don't exist too!

Anyone managed to get in touch with either a human being or Ai bot @VodafoneUK appalling customer service and I want to spend money with them Ffs - simple transaction to change to a sim only deal and their systems fail - 25mins into a web chat and no progress
