  @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

  @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!

  @VodafoneUK I am writing to formally complain about Vodafone TR. The customer service agents are extremely rude and they hung up the phone on me. Furthermore, they are charging unfair and unauthorized extra fees on my bill. I cannot find any helpful representative in TR to solve my problem.
