@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK I'm trying to get my PAC to port my number but the text option doesn't work for some reason, I'm number 68 in the queue for chat and been on hold to your team for 20min? When I walked in to a shop they said they couldn't help! Can you see the problem here??
