  @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

  @VodafoneUK how can there be next to no reception on trains from sw20 to Waterloo.? On sw20 no reception on any network. It says full coverage , but you can’t do anything. How is it possible in this day and age ?

  How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!

  @VodafoneUK hopeless service 3 phone calls I have been a customer for years and decided to do my gamepass through you and pay £22.99 a month. I have now been told by Micrsoft they didnt receive payment from you and have cancelled said gamepass and now I have to pay again.
