@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK please explain to me why I pay £78+ on my phone bill when my 4G picks and chooses when it wants to work, the service is terrible and I could get a deal with 02 with everything unlimited for £15 cheaper🤔

@theBrokerList It's always down. And 4G runs at a pathetic 1mbps. I wouldn't recommend @VodafoneUK to anybody. And CS have told me there's no issues, even though people all over London report the same.

I was warned about @VodafoneUK customer service. Want to extend your contract offer? No, you can’t just click on a link. A 1 hour chat with 3 different people who can’t actually help you.

Hey @VodafoneUK I cancelled a contract months ago and am continuing to get billed and charged despite numerous calls and chats with customer service. I have now cancelled direct debit (which you told me not to do) but haven’t been reimbursed for months of a service IM NOT USING
