@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

Could do without my internet being down tonight, got stuff to do, @VodafoneUK never ever admit when it’s down but there are reports from all over Kent. Not got a lot of data since I’ve not needed it the last year!

@VodafoneUK Perhaps your customers would prefer an honest update on why their broadband has been down since just after 3pm rather than a Website that says everything is OK and messages thanking us for our support?
