@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

Dreadful customer service by @VodafoneUK. Have already been let down when they can’t deliver my new phone on the date they put in the contract. Perhaps it’s time to move all the family numbers to another provider who actually respects over 10 years of loyalty. #vodafone
