  @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

  @elliegiles @ThreeUK @VodafoneUK I've just moved from Vodafone to ee because Vodafone have become so useless. Once arguably the best mobile network - now disgraceful customer service and unable to provide the service they say!

  It seems impossible to cancel a @VodafoneUK contract! 'Pay final bill first, then cancel. But you can't get the final bill until you've cancelled.' Result: bills keep coming, but they're not the final bill . . . My advice, Never ever contract with Vodafone. Worst corporate bully.

  @VodafoneUK @VOXI_UK been a vodafone customer for 4 years, moved to Voxi a month back and customer services unable to resolve it. Absolutely rubbish. Never again. Moving out to half decent service

  @VodafoneUK The problem is network related. I'm at the company now and many of my friends are having the same problem. Although we are in Turkey, the reason why I am writing to you is that the personnel here do not care about us. TOBI artificial intelligence program also can't solve.
