    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    Been trying to get through to @VodafoneUK for over an hour because I need to talk to an actual human because the options won’t come up on their automated service. Not to mention the reason I’m calling up ISNT my fault it’s a mistake on their behalf. Can I please get some help???
