    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK worst customer service experience ever top up on app wouldn't work lady could barely speak English asked me to spell my whole name and address then told me to go online to top up when I was calling cos online didn't work!!!! Ridiculous

    @thewitchof653 @IsntWorkingPod @VodafoneUK They simply cannot stand the idea that the modern workplace exists to support all employees no matter what their circumstances. They have to paint a picture of disgruntled colleagues and unrest.

    @VodafoneUK have you got anyone in the UK I can speak to? Actually call, speak, voice? I cannot undertand the heavy accents of your retentions teams and it clearly is bad for your business. A human would be nice.

    @VodafoneUK Just spent 25 minutes on the phone regarding my current arrangement, for the 3rd time. On both previous calls promises to respond and own the problem. No response to either. Appalling customer service. Asked to be put through to Max Taylor. Now want another 10 days!

    @HMRCcustomers Like I said I am not in the country. So I don't know but it's that time of the year so I am pretty sure I have. I have contacted @VodafoneUK to issue me a sim digitally but since I purchased via @currys they are of no help, and I cannot get in contact with Currys.

    @VodafoneUK Why would a company like yours, which makes billions of dollars, use some pointless virtual assistant called Tobi? Because of that stupid Tobi, I can't get my work done, nor can I connect with a customer agent. I've never seen such a stupid system.
