    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK spoke to webchat for hours re issue with account. Supposed to have been resolved - now my account says I owe £150 - normally pay £16 for two mobiles. Please help getting very frustrated.

    @TheReturnOfLCF @VodafoneUK @ee call centre staff nearly all WFH from home now, have done since about 2 weeks into April 2020. They are bang on with support and don't suffer from such issues. Being as they are a communications technology company and all that.

    @VodafoneUK @Gerard_cb82 i wanted to play my games but vodafone servers are having problems i hope they solve this problem i lived in portugal and used vodafone and it was the best operator i hope it is here too i was always with you

    Been with @VodafoneUK since 2009. Just moved to @giffgaff and am getting 14 times the data for half the price. Voda have really stopped giving a **** about their customers.

    @TheReturnOfLCF @VodafoneUK Not a great advert for Vodafone broadband if their own employees are either not on it, or are using it and experiencing such massive latency issues.
