@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK The service provided recently has been appalling. The router has been off for on and off for the past few days. We have never had the speed promised from when we first joined vodafone and this is getting beyond a joke.

@VodafoneUK - I have sent in a complaint about my broadband service, which was unreliable and went on and off randomly. So far I have heard nothing, only a demand for two months of payments. I will next take this to the Ombudsman if I cannot get to speak with someone. Come on!
