    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK , I have moved over to you and inserted the new sim card. I supposed to keep my mobile number. I currently no network access . How long does it take for my network access to kick in?

    @VodafoneUK I am writing to formally complain about Vodafone TR. The customer service agents are extremely rude and they hung up the phone on me. Furthermore, they are charging unfair and unauthorized extra fees on my bill. I cannot find any helpful representative in TR to solve my problem.

    Ever since moving from @EE to @VodafoneUK I've had 0 issues with my connection in my area, unlike EE.

    @Iromg @VodafoneUK Yeah, I'm switching too - be careful, because some of the cheap carriers like Lebara run on the Vodafone network.

    @Iromg @VodafoneUK I think it was November 2025 when you made your final mistake on Talk Radio wasn’t it, Mike? We all make errors in our lives but companies that try to help people in dire situations should not, in my opinion, be vilified.
