@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK 1hr 46minutes on the phone for the call to be disconnected spent 2 hours on the phone last month as well an absolute nightmare when you want to get something sorted totally disappointed customer who can’t wait to leave angry 😡

@VodafoneUK Please let me know why I have now had to visit your store twice to try and upgrade my phone, both times I've been told that the system isn't letting them proceed. I'm a long standing customer and this really is a rubbish customer experience

Wouldn’t bother with @VodafoneUK - 5 days, no internet, people telling me I’ll get a call back within 24h, nothing. Told issue resolved, still here. Now it’s bank hols so probably nothing till Tuesday. Next step is Ofcom as I can’t seem to speak to anyone relevant at Vodafone 🙃

@VodafoneUK As of today you have now disconnected our service and we have no internet now impacting our ability to fulfil us being able to work from home. We were due an upgrade which was move until May but somehow you have managed to stop our service and we’ve been on the phone all day

@VodafoneUK the worst network ever! Disconnected my business number in error and now they’re telling me I have to wait up to 3 working days to have it connected again. I have missed out on work calls from clients due to your INCOMPETENCE!!! It’s disgusting service
