@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK My phone bill is £71. It should be £56. I sent my s10+ back but a month after Vodafone signed for the delivery I'm told you haven't recieved the phone. Could i have the number of the the trade in discounts/Customer service department as i have proof of delivery too 🙄

@EE looking to join EE. But would like unlimited data on the huawei p40 Pro. But less than £54. Currently on @VodafoneUK, best they could offer was £50 with discount an 10+ year customer

@VodafoneUK terrible start to the day. You've cut off my broadband a month early and won't speak to openreach about it until tomorrow apparently. Then you send me a text sur ey about your customer service which I have to pay to complete. Dreadful

@NRKirby @vodaphoneuk @VodafoneUK No it was a spam call pure and simple, the trouble is I am now getting about 4-6 a week. Either its a chines robot saying I got a parcel waiting and they need payment or these even worse types of spam.

@VodafoneUK Desperate for customer service. Collected my iPhone on 15th of February for repair. 10 weeks later and you can't find it - I must wait for your internal investigation? I am drowning in your process 12+ hours on phone and IM and counting just to get some consideration.😡

@VodafoneUK If your complaints team are going text saying they tried to speak to me perhaps you could ask them to actually try calling first? To then close my complaint because they repeatedly didn't bother calling me is just ridiculous.
