    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK Went into my local store on Saturay to get an upgrade due to my phone being broken since Friday. After agreeing new deal I was told my new phone would be delivered Monday. Go to my emails this morning to discover it's due Tuesday instead. Angry is an understatment.

    The @VodafoneUK customer service process is cretinous. Your live chat tells me it can't help, I need to call 191. Whichever option I pick when I call 191 sends me to live chat. See the problem? I have been with you for 20 years I think it's reasonable I speak with someone.

    Hi @VodafoneUK, tried to claim my mini eggs treat today and the staff member at @WHSmith didn’t know how to redeem it so I couldn’t get my freebie and I’d already pressed claim, can you help at all please?!

    @VodafoneUK - your customer service chat is a f***king joke !!! 5 different ‘agents’ later and still not resolved. Disconnected my chat 3 times, having to start all over again and still not resolving my issue See you later! Cancelling my contract! #badcustomerservice

    @capotribu @VodafoneUK Incidentally, I despise this annual CPI+% increase malarkey. BT do it too. It's a scam. Went to Zen for internet recently because they're still a decent company. Big companies take us all for a ride and deliver terrible service. See BA for literal representation of that.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup would you pay for a service that you are not getting?? I on holiday in Colombia I’m paying £6 a day & have been here for 7day. I cannot justify paying for something I’m not getting.
