@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK I ordered broadband on 1st august and still don’t have it. I have had terrible communication from Vodafone. Anytime I’m talking with support (only seem to be able to go on live chat) I get asked for an account number which I haven’t been given. #badservice #vodafone

@VodafoneUK Poor technical services and you fail to deliver what I pay for. I am contacting @Ofcom to tell them that your not adressing the two complaints and failing to address my concerns. Particularly around breeches of data and selling on my details to theirs parties without my consent.

@VodafoneUK Hello. I wasn’t asking if there was a way to cancel over social media. Either via the online portal or a letter I can write? I do not want to go through the retentions process as it’s soul-destroying. I have replaced the mobile broadband with 1Gbps fibre so it is superfluous.

@Ofcom hi I have two existing complaint against @VodafoneUK one of them relating to a query i made about why they gave my details to a third party company that was trying to sell products and services. This is a violation of the #dataprotection act and is a criminal offence
