  • Entailleur Polly Rhodes (@Entailleur) reported from Oake, England

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

  • adangerousage Christine Human (@adangerousage) reported from Minehead, England

@VodafoneUK so disappointing when you click on for help with Vodafone to be given misinformation about account!

Only switched to @VodafoneUK because of Sure Signal. Works brilliantly and now they’re switching it off. Will I get a refund on the unit at least?

  • hel_c Helen (@hel_c) reported

@VodafoneUK hey Vodafone. Gigafast tonight is gigaslow in Milton Keynes. Are there any problems?

  • willpayne willpayne (@willpayne) reported

@VodafoneUK Hah, no. It’s so painfully obviously a scam. Sometimes I’ll waste their time a bit but would never give any real details. Literally just had another call from 07789 343030.

  • last_ordinary LastOfTheOrdinaryPeople (@last_ordinary) reported

@VodafoneUK Little help here. I've just been sent a SIM card from you which isn't working so I can't contact you because the card isn't working so I can't find the mobile number which you require to get through the phone system.

  • davidsxt David Stevenson (@davidsxt) reported

    @VodafoneUK @PaulKNewton42 Wow, what a stupid comment.

  • JME124Black BlackJMEmisery (@JME124Black) reported

@VodafoneUK why should I have to pay an upfront fee to upgrade with you? Surely there should be some sort of incentive to keep my service?!

  • pj7857 Paul Judd (@pj7857) reported

@VodafoneUK The usual abysmal service, all I want is a wifi booster but it takes 3 attempts to get one sent and then DPD totally ****-up the delivery and it seems impossible to get through to anyone at Vodafone to sort it out.

  • shaz7672 Shazbob (@shaz7672) reported

@VodafoneUK Fingers crossed... Been with Vodafone for 28 years on same number.. Never Won a thing... lollllll

  • drfishsticks alifiorini (@drfishsticks) reported

@VodafoneUK were going to refund the charges for calling my dying father in the USA, but instead took £150 out of my account today. Not sure if you think that is acceptable Customer service?

  • mart_brooks Martin A. Brooks (@mart_brooks) reported

I really hate phone apps that aren't actually apps, but really just veneer around the phone's web browser. Yes @VodafoneUK, I'm talking about your app. Half the frigging point of an app is not having to enter your creds every damn time you use it.
