    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK Dear Vodafone, I wish to speak with someone regarding my broadband order. I started on the TOBI chat it took 4 advisors and 1.25 hours to establish they could not help me. They said phone. I phoned 52 minutes on hold then cut off without anyone speaking to me.

    Hi @VodafoneUK the service today on the Waterloo to Basingstoke line has been awful. 3G coverage for most of the journey to London and back with 4G in patches. What’s going on?

    @VodafoneUK i dont know why all of your customer/sales reps refuse to put me through to technical support. I want to purchase broadband from you but your system shows that my address is already active, when its not???? No one has been of any help

    @ManUnitedXtra_ @VodafoneUK I had that problem the other day,clear your browser history,then turn your phone off and on again but leave it for a few minutes,it should work then

    @VodafoneUK Eventually a lovely lady, Omnia rang me back after sending me a link I did not fully understand. Apple tech mirrored my screen and guided me so now fixed. Why don't @VodafoneUK use screen mirroring? Would go faster and prevent stress for customer?

    @VodafoneUK Cannot screen shot - issues has been 5 mths + countless hours / in shop visits. I am beyond it. I’ve had managers, staff, personal Vodafone folk - nothing get resolved. You ve just tried again - individual was useless tbh no clue. Even calling me by the wrong name.
