    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK Whilst I’ve stayed loyal to Vodafone over the years, I do find the signal where I now live - North Cornwall - is much diminished compared to Berkshire and Hampshire. Local residents complain regularly, only to be told the signal is ‘fine’. 🫣😕

    @VodafoneUK I am outside of U.K. so I am not using my data. Since I have got my replacement sim - I have not been able to receive calls, I can only make calls. Pls help. I got a replacement sim as my phone was stolen in July.

    @VodafoneUK at my wits end with the lack of phone service in the USA this week. Have spoken to >10 advisors online (tech and network) who all go through the same trouble shoot steps, assure me it will work and then to restart my phone …. And shock…. Still no 4g
