@VodafoneUK so disappointing when you click on for help with Vodafone to be given misinformation about account!

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK Honestly, it’s been a nightmare ever since I got it, I’ve been through “troubleshooting” and complaints about ten times. Everything is fixed for five minutes. I know it’s up in September and I’ll be leaving. Every three months the same nonsense happens and it never did with BT 🫤

@VodafoneUK Ever since we switched from EE to Vodafone Fibre Broadband we have had problems with buffering on iPlayer and ITV Hub apps on the TV. It is worse in the evening and impossible to watch on these apps after 19:30 event when the TV is wire connected to the hub.

@VodafoneUK Wow, that's an unnecessarily complicated process. However, even after going through it you guys are massively overpriced compared to CPW for access to the same network, makes no sense at all. £30+ upfront and over 40 for 100gb data compared to £0 & £30pcm for 350Gb Be switching

@CityFibre 46 days since you told @VodafoneUK that you would fix the issue that has prevented out new broadband install from working. Tomorrow will be 12th date given where this fix was expected #dontholdyourbreath

@VodafoneUK your TOBi system is the most pointless waste of time ever. It’s a pure customer care gimmick that doesn’t work.

@VodafoneUK @ThatEquineGirl Same issue here. All offers on Voda seem to be 36mth contracts and massively more expensive for Pixel 6 compared with Pixel 7 at CPW. Plus nowhere near the Inc data either. It's just ridiculous

.@VodafoneUK your direct debit form on your website doesn’t work. Your agent failed to create a direct debit last month & now you won’t let me talk to anyone via 191 & your chat is ‘too busy’. Appalling service #customerfeedback

@VodafoneUK We tried DM chat weeks ago but it took 48+ hrs to get a response, I’m currently in D/W your technical team and have been for the last 40 mins. 🤞🏻for a solution

@aviosAdventurer @VodafoneUK Not the cheapest network, but I thoroughly recommend EE. All contact centres in the UK & IE. Nothing outsourced.
