    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK I am a customer of you as I have a Gemini subscription. This is what I’d like Vodafone to offer me. I can be talking to Gemini. I want you to contact you and she does it for me and puts me to the relevant department now that would be thinking out of the box.

    All mobile providers are crap bar signing contracts but really, I waltz into @VodafoneUK to buy a Samsung tablet, at first, "pick it up 2 days" , then, the no reply emails start; 1st another 4 days, then 4 more days, then 10 days, now another 10 days Arrrrghhh. F'king useless

    Frustrated with Vodafone. Trying to set up their broadband and you need access to the app which is down for maintenance. Nog helpful @VodafoneUK

    No internet now for a week and cant even get vodafone to return a call and explain or give timescales. Anyone ever experienced similar? To say im disappointed in their customer service is an understatement. @VodafoneUK #vodafone #poorcustomerservice #vodafonefrustrations

    @VodafoneUK - wow! Not exactly so keen to help when it’s a problem you’re having to deal with. Utterly disgraceful. No respect for your customers. All about screwing money out of people and then leaving us to languish in your techspeak when there’s a problem.
