    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks, that's great for mobile service but for home broadband it takes you through to the Tobi app which is useless. I need to know when the repair is being scheduled. I've been told there is a fibre break but that's been 2 days now!

    @gwyrdhanmor @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK The debt has usually grown many times by the time they sell the debt to an agency, so they sell the debt for the price that the customer was expected to pay and it's up to the agency to recoup the rest.

    @meltedbyu I'm with @VodafoneUK get a wifi extender with alexa built in and extras if signal bad around the house. Sounds too good to be true. Well it is. As the extenders never stay connected and are constantly having to be reconnected!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone is probably the very worst of the worst. They wouldn't know a customer if one fell out of the sky and landed on them. Appalling shower. Hence leaving them this year after having been a customer since their early days, when car phones, not mobiles, were the thing.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Katie. I have sent a DM as per request to get an automated response- pretty much like what I have been getting on the online chat assistance, Facebook messenger, and telephone call. Again wasting my time and clearly showing the poor service Vodafone are actually providing

    @VodafoneUK We have had Internet with you for 3 months, you are using the city fibre network. Our Internet is constantly down, and has been off for the last 48 hours. We have been reporting this constantly, nothing is being done. There is still a hole in our garden from the cable!!!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK @virginmedia do the same ***** tricks as well. Refused to let my mother cancel the account after my father passed after suffering with MND. Constantly blaming C19 restrictions.
