@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK New phone for myself, Weighted blanket for my disabled son, an iPad to help with his communication, light and sensory activities for him, a smart TV, replacement sofas as he ruined them when he fractured his femur. I’ll keep my fingers crossed because I’m never that lucky

@jameshill1977 @virginmedia @VodafoneUK So why are not other providers doing this? #VirginGreedier have been doing this FOR YEARS-so to use lockdown as an excuse is really poor! Walk away like I did-Freview or Freesat is FREE-just buy a #HUMAX box for recording and switch to someone like #plusnet-I have saved THOUSANDS
