    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK Yeah, it didn't work last time even though the code was valid and I was entitled to use it. I'm questioning what option is available if this doesn't work for me again. Thought this was pretty clear but you haven't addressed my query.

    @VodafoneUK , is it right to advise 2 day delivery on a phone order and 1 week down the line phone still not dispatched. Poor service from Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spoken to your customer service assistants twice this week. Both times they’ve promised me it will be with me in 24 hours. It’s still not even showing as despatched so clearly the false promises are still coming from your end. Why lie to customers? Why not just be honest?

    @VodafoneUK You’re too late, I had to risk going into my local store and burn 2 more hours of my day. Why do you make it impossible to speak to a person on the phone. Sending me a sms with a link to something unhelpful then dropping the call is terrible customer service

    Hey @VodafoneUK any idea when our broadband is going to be activated? Was assured it was going 'smoothly'and it was 'undergoing final checks' but still no activated despite you saying it would be done within 24 hours!! An explanation and resolution would be nice...

    @VodafoneUK Hi I tried but can't seem to get past the bot? It just has a tick saying sent and no response. I'm waiting for vodafone to issue me a deadlock letter as sadly your complaint team offered me financial compensation but not to remove the marker with the credit reference agency?

    @thetruzzsocial @VodafoneUK I'm so sorry. It's infuriating when you feel you're being treated so shabbily especially after being a customer for so long. Companies don't own our custom - they have to earn the right to retain it. That's what all their corporate guff will say - reality is often different
