@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK Hi Adam, the most recent update is less than satisfactory to say the least. After 3 weeks of calling you everyday to he told I have to be more patient is disgraceful! A second phone lost in transit and a very rude customer service advisor is not doing a great deal for Vodafone!

@VodafoneUK disappointed not to get the unlimited data offer this month. Past Decembers I’ve been texted the offer; this year had to go to my treats, and all the codes are gone. Been a customer for 20 yrs. #disappointed
