@VodafoneUK so disappointing when you click on for help with Vodafone to be given misinformation about account!

  • Entailleur
Polly Rhodes (@Entailleur) reported from Oake, England

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

  • julian_palk
Julian Palk (@julian_palk) reported from West Bagborough, England

@VodafoneUK having issues with 4g home broadband. Seems to be down completely and can’t access help in your app

@VodafoneUK still no service nearly a week. No phone calls and I cannot make outbound calls. Really not good enough.

@VodafoneUK Red contract is ending and I received a text saying I’ll be charged for my entertainment package if I don’t cancel. If I renew my contract for another red package including entertainment do I need to cancel & resubscribe or do you roll the sub? Called 191 and no help.

@VodafoneUK @SW_Help genuinely curious as to how we can get wifi underground but no reception (with any network) at Waterloo, Vauxhall, Raynes Park and Wimbledon. Barely anything on the train journey. Infuriates everyone.

    Simon Denye (@simondenye) reported

@VodafoneUK very poor customer service. Transferring my account from corporate ownership to personal still not sorted after 4 months and taking money off me in clear breach of banking regulations and the DD rules #FCA #@EE #@O2

  • drmottershaw
    D Shaw (@drmottershaw) reported

@KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Sadly Vodafone are a waste of time but when you ring them there is never a problem with their signal

  • danielpybus
    Daniel Pybus (@danielpybus) reported

@VodafoneUK is 10 days reasonable to fix a faulty phone you sold me for £1200 and your app said it’s a faulty battery. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to have a faulty phone repaired or replaced within a "reasonable time"

For a communications company or for any type of company @VodafoneUK is The example of the worst company. Utterly terrible.

@VodafoneUK @antonycotton “Hi there! We’d love to continue this in DMs, mainly because public evidence of our incompetence is terrible for brand awareness.”
