@VodafoneUK so disappointing when you click on for help with Vodafone to be given misinformation about account!

  • Entailleur Polly Rhodes (@Entailleur) reported from Oake, England

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK So without notification you have pulled out of London underground WiFi. So Vodafone is now the only major provider not providing a useful service on the London underground. Why?

  • chrismarsh1983 Obi Marsh Kenobi (@chrismarsh1983) reported

So I change to @VodafoneUK and just have the same problems with connection as I has with ee even though they claim to have the best signal in my area 🙄

For crying out loud, @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup How hard is it? Really? Your service is terrible and your crappy router DOES NOT WORK. Read the DM I sent you 3.5 hours ago for God's sake and sort it out. If I don't hear from you in 24hrs I'm cancelling my DD.

@VodafoneUK seriously thinking of changing my broadband, landline, 2 x mobiles, 2 x iPads to another provider after you have bowed down to the woke mob and withdrawn advertising from GB news. GO WOKE GO BROKE

  • mxsarf mxsarf (@mxsarf) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 Cancel culture alive and well, such a shame #GBNews

  • James_Bailey James Bailey (@James_Bailey) reported

@VodafoneUK @SteveVoller1 The purpose of #ofcom is to police and ensure fair balance. If a communications brand like Vodafone doesn’t trust the communications regulator then one or the other is broken. Which one is it?
