@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK having mobile broadband problems again, the account holder has phoned upn3 times regarding this. We pay a lot a month for unlimited but sometimes we get 5g for a few minutes, then it disappears, now 4g keeps disconnecting, looking at other providers #maybethrottlingus

@VodafoneUK Yes, I'm currently using a pre-paid data sim. I was intending on then moving to a monthly contract, but without the vpn working on my PC. It's a no go. All works fine on the ee network.

@VodafoneUK beyond annoyed!!! Unbelievable, bad customer service, wrong payment taken despite the direct debit and they have the audacity to mark me as missed payment on my credit report whne they over charged me every month!!!!

@VodafoneUK Then why are you open at all? Every service you offer can be done over a phone or online. I don’t see the point of this decision, it unnecessarily makes the consumers life more difficult.

When @VodafoneUK continue to take payment for a 24 month Apple Watch contract that ended in March then tell you it’s your fault for not contacting them to upgrade watch or cancel plan!!!!

@VodafoneUK What makes you the best network? My personal experience with Vodafone has been the worst. False claims about coverage in my area and terrible speeds. Customer service team also ineffectiveness and unhelpful. The are trained to say they will resolve the issue but never do.
