    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK almost a week & still no "First Class" Royal Mail delivery of two SIM cards. Vodafone ensured our EE service was cut off last Tuesday. Weekly C-19 test results are texted to the number Vf are holding onto.MDH disabled & relies on phone.#ShoddyService complaint lodged

    @VodafoneUK phoned you to block my second line as my handset was lost and you blocked my working number, it’s now hours later and I’m still left with no service. I don’t know how you get away with this constant incompetence. You can never do anything right. Disgraceful company.

    @VodafoneUK I disagree. Vodafone knew there was a problem. Reported multiple times by people in Tamworth. Yet, no statement was passed out to customers. You would save time in call centres and embarrassment on social media this way. Keep customers updated & they'd be more understanding. 1/2

    I’ve been with @VodafoneUK and their 5G ‘replacement to home broadband’ gigacube for 6 months now and I can honestly say it’s the worst decision I’ve made. Nowhere did it say online video gaming would be an issue. It’s not a replacement to home broadband and falsely advertised.

    @VodafoneUK this is ridiculous! Not only no service after signing monthly contract 5 days ago, plus mixed msgs from customer services with me chasing... But now on PAYG? (sipposedly) AND you've wiped my credit!!! THATS THIEVERY

    @VodafoneUK home broadband is down and each time I talk to someone on your online chat is becomes disconnected! 4th time chatting to someone and still no WiFi.

    @VodafoneUK shocking service chasing a phone for 3 weeks. For my daughters Christmas present Not told it was out of stock when upgraded. Not giving me all the options when wanted to change phone. Lady that served me today, only highlight. Who was a credit to otherwise shambles.

    @Gary_Lucy @VodafoneUK switched from Voda to three home broadband (5g). Faster than their fibre where i am and you get 30 days to make sure you got a great signal. The router goes in your window sill (preferably upstairs). Totally recommend it.

    @VodafoneUK shocking service from your reps for the last 3 wks! After having to chase you daily to confirm that you’ve received my return - I get told that the deal promised 3 weeks ago is not available! The thanks I get for being a loyal customer for 5 yrs!I’m going @CPWTweets
