    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK how or who do I call to cancel an upgrade. I upgraded and paid upfront on FRIDAY, shop didn't have phone in YET AGAIN. Having to wait 3 days to get a phone. Do you actually keep ANY stock in ANY of the stores? This is the 4th time, cancel my contract!! 😡😡😡

    @VodafoneUK my WiFi is down so called for assistance after trying to resolve it over the phone which couldn't work due to not getting any mobile date connection from yourselves hes given me unlimited data untill the issue is fixed which he knows im unable to use.

    @VodafoneUK 3/? ... the issue... Not once has any openreach engineer been back to check the connection going into the house or inside the house irrespective of the fact that it is the most obvious first place to look given that it happened while the engineer was still working on it!

    @VodafoneUK @Calibraturbo Not very competent at this customer service lark are you Vodafone?. No Service = No signal = No Notifications due to having "No Signal", simples really. Has the penny dropped yet?. You were just as dire when you wrongly disconnected my service recently. 👎👎
