    @VodafoneUK so disappointing when you click on for help with Vodafone to be given misinformation about account!

    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @SamsungMobile Don't bother. Got 2 if these via @VodafoneUK contract in January. The protective screen has come off of one of them already and Vodafone have said we have to pay for a new one!! Shocking service and clearly underpar product @SamsungMobile

    @VodafoneUK Why is mobile reception so appallingly poor and patchy in Guildford? If I park in the centre of town I have to walk a half mile away waving my phone about to connect with the RinGo app - meantime I risk getting a ticket! Equally bad at the tops of the hills in GU1!

    @AskNationwide Actually Jo I’ve just tried to get an OTP for a different account and it won’t send either. So apologies I think the issue must be with @VodafoneUK - guys why am I not getting text messages through when I’m overseas?

    @VodafoneUK so maintenance work was being carried out on the mast that covers LL53 but no one was told that there would be no phone signal for the day. Why couldn’t you have warned us. Typical rural areas don’t matter attitude.

    I would not recommend them to anyone, 12 year with them and get treated horrible with incorrect information and not keeping their word. @VodafoneUK

    @Crumblepop @VodafoneUK It's shocking. Especially in the town centre. Yet its supposed to be 5G! Service down websites show Guildford as having issues every single day. They've not long finished upgrading the masts and deny there's any issues.
