@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@VodafoneUK @mouthwaite Vodafone is worst don't dare go there you will regret taking that step. Ha to pay for an ipad that they sent as a gift and they were charging for a contract that was terminated for years. @VODAFONE UK are THIEVES

@VodafoneUK I'm a virgin mobile customer and recently I'm experiencing network issues. They said because before they were getting the sims from EE, they're now getting it from vodafone. This must be the issue, virgin said that might be the issue as we are still using the ee sim

Hi @VodafoneUK - I've had no mobile data for 36 hours now. Unlimited data plan. 4 online chat conversations and two visits to a shop where I'm told there is a "known issue with rolling data on certain plans". Is this true? When will it be resolved?
