    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @VodafoneUK Broadband is down I called the operator seemed to think it was an individual problem but as seen this appears to be a general outage why are your advisors so out of touch the service is very poor hopefully you will not charge today as you are not providing a service

    @BroonJiggy @VodafoneUK North wales also. Vodafone don’t seem to be recognising it’s a nationwide problem and just referring everybody to use their online tool. @VodafoneUK please put out an adequate response

    @VodafoneUK please acknowledge that your home broadband is down and give us an idea when you plan to get it up and running again. Stop all this diagnostic rubbish. It’s your end not ours

    Hi @VodafoneUK is there an issue with broadband in the G53 area of Glasgow? I can get connected to wifi but not to the Internet. Followed all help instructions and still not connected. Please help! Got work to do today 😬

    @VodafoneUK Nothing seems to be working. No broadband. Can't use the online tools as it keeps coming up with errors and tobi looks to have dropped dead. Mobile back up is not even kicking in. Quite a few others I see.
