    @VodafoneUK It's KT70YH there are 2 of us with the same problem, I'm using a Sony Xperia 1ii and he is on the new iPhone, this is not an isolated incident

    @macinteractive @VodafoneUK Dynamic IP address service, so no surprise. A dyn dns service may help you as tool can use domain names.

    @VodafoneUK For the past 1 month, I have not been able to get 4g on my phone. I have called you umpteen times and have a complaint raised. Today I received a text saying that you have resolved the issue. However I still dont have 4G!!!

    @VodafoneUK Hi I’ve done this before and nothing has happened because you always say the signal is fine in my area when it’s clearly not. I’m paying nearly £70 a month and I can barely get on the internet

    @VodafoneUK you guys are still trying to charge me for broadband even though I left 3 months ago because you couldn’t provide service in my new gaff. Can you sort this please! Thx
