@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

@BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

@VodafoneUK Thanks, but (1) I'm not facing issues, @VodafoneUK just disconnected my internet two weeks before the activation date in my new home, and (2) your DM is just giving me a bot that keeps telling me to troubleshoot a router. Nice way to make me waste even more time.

Data speed on @VodafoneUK 4G has been awful for the past year. I've raised a network case and complaint and their response was "we are upgrading the network at the end of July which will improve congestion but can't do anything until then". 51 BRITISH POUNDS A MONTH. #Shambles

@VodafoneUK Your billing systems and customer services are shambolic. I'm told I've paid bills, then I'm confronted with new bills. I order stuff, you cancel it. I speak to agents who are so rude it's like they have a PhD in spitefulness. #hopeless
