    @VodafoneUK Changed to EE from Vodafone with whom I’d had a contract for about 15 years. I’ve not regretted it. Better coverage. Better service. More helpful staff and it’s cheaper. Mind you, I had a real struggle to leave, as Vodafone put every obstacle they could in the way.

    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @BissetMark @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Thanks for the advice mate. I don’t have a computer and the TV is the other side of the room. However, after many phone calls and threats of not paying for a rubbish service plus cancellation ! @VodafoneUK finally found the problem to be in the “green box”! So all sorted now 👍

    being a software Engineer with Vodafone @VodafoneUK as your ISP in Egypt is sort of a Nightmare I subscribed on the last 22th of October the internet only worked for 4 days and never to see it again! it is been a month and Vodafone Egypt is only telling me we are working on it?

    Over the past 5 weeks I have experienced some of the worst customer service possible, courtesy of @VodafoneUK. I still have an outstanding issue. Vodafone's strategy of preventing customers from contacting them appears to be a winning one. I would urge everyone to leave them asap

    @VodafoneUK you guys have the worst call service ever. Having problems with our service. Having to speak to an idiot only to be transferred and to be on hold for 20+ min And vodaphone is purposely capping our internet speeds we pay for 76 mbps and we are capped at 47 mbps

    @vodafoneuk Your call center "is really busy at the moment", so busy that after being on hold for an hour they hung up before actually answering my call. I'm unable to login to your website to cancel my contract so I serve you notice as of immediate effect. Please DM for details

    I am having the most nightmarish waste of time experience with @VodafoneUK right now. Two days without service after an “upgrade” was implemented as a new line. Nobody answering the phone when I call in.
