    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

    @VodafoneUK @onecom so you sold my father, who has dementia, a plan and when his wife called up to cancel and explain she was told she had to pay and if she didn’t there would be ‘consequences’. Is threatening dementia patients and their families part of your business model?

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Copy - and I can't belive I'm saying this - Sky customer service on this. Dad died. I called to cancel. The first contact said "we're very sorry for your loss" and immediately connected us to a tep trained in handling this type of thing. All very patient, respectful & efficient.

    @VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Just sold my shares in Vodafone. I switched away as a customer 5 years ago from bad service but hung on to shares hoping they’d improve. They clearly haven’t so shares sold now.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone is quite simply the worst provider of communication services. They argue about everything claiming their broadband to the property is all fine when in fact it’s not even working. I wrote to the CEO in the end and got out of my contract early.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I've tried countless times to cancel my contract with @VodafoneUK they have refused so I've cancelled my direct debit as well, all I got off them was I needed a pac number to change my provider..... Im not changing I want it got rid of, Vodafone are the worst.
