    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

    @VodafoneUK Broadband was deactivated by Vodafone, without notice on Friday. Now will take until 6th May to reactivate. Called to cancel reactivation as got 5G router but now told I have to give 30 days notice! It’s a joke! I’m WFH still and this is V’ handling during COVID!

    @VodafoneUK Your app is not working again. Error code 4300 I only want to check my data plan. Also your 4G cellular network is only 6 MBPS where I live ( again) DA17 6LB it’s making me not well, me keep complaining, 26 years loyalty to u, it’s time to go EE in January.

    @VodafoneUK In all honesty I can count on one hand in 15+ years good customer experiences with Vodafone... not including Tobi of course- they are great! They have more compassion that the people on the telephone. No investigation needed because I am moving on. A real shame.

    @VodafoneUK I need to move my father-in-law away from his current broadband provider (@Plusnet) as I cannot help him renegotiate his contract. If I were to move him, can he add me as an authorised contact on his account and would I be able to renegotiate his contract?

    @VodafoneUK Hi. Took out two separate contracts, a few days apart, last month. Without me asking, you automatically merged them into One account. I spoke with 191 last month who said they would 'split' the accounts after the billing cycle. This hasn't happened. Please help!
