    @thisisjmx @VodafoneUK I had so many system issues, having used to work there I know why sometimes the systems were a nightmare. Think I'm all finally sorted though

    @VodafoneUK @onecom so you sold my father, who has dementia, a plan and when his wife called up to cancel and explain she was told she had to pay and if she didn’t there would be ‘consequences’. Is threatening dementia patients and their families part of your business model?

    Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    @VodafoneUK Not just your broadband that’s rubbish recently then? I keep having connection problems on my phone, also I’m still paying £50 a month for a contract, when I’ve paid my phone off, but can’t upgrade!

    @VodafoneUK our supposed 500mb broadband has been down to 25-100 all day and dropping out periodically and our SKY GLASS doesn’t work properly, sort it out

    @VodafoneUK Hi, iCloud access is being blocked by Vodafone. Spoke to Apple Support. Via Vodafone broadband, several users are unable to connect to iCloud services. Turn OFF vodafone and connect via non Vodafone networks, all ok, EXCEPT for two people using Vodafone LTE

    @gazevsswans @VodafoneUK HomePods and iMessage okay but all other iCloud services not responding. Guessing sone authentication issue between networks as all Apple services are up and running on their website.
