@VodafoneUK @onecom so you sold my father, who has dementia, a plan and when his wife called up to cancel and explain she was told she had to pay and if she didn’t there would be ‘consequences’. Is threatening dementia patients and their families part of your business model?

@VodafoneUK It's an sms that is only accessible from the Vodafone network. I do not have a vodafone mobile, but you still send a SURVEY expecting a reply!!

@VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

@VodafoneUK Hi thanks for your reply. The issue is the fluctuation between 4G and 4G+ keeps reducing. And speed I have to say is becoming a terrible experience from Vodafone. Compared to other networks like EE and O2 they have got something right. Why is it taking Vodafone this long?

@virginmedia I can get tweets out just, loading a webpage, no chance. @VodafoneUK is absolutely hopeless round here. Heart of Greater Manchester, no 4g signal no fibre broadband, It’s the dark ages. We are just stuck with your “services”. Just added 10% on our bill too. Woeful.
