    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    @VodafoneUK @yartia This is also our experience- rude staff, no eta, no broadband for over 4 days, no plan, no call back or management of expectations, same questions with same results, need to wait 25 hours b4 a manager can call , dire dire dire

    @VodafoneUK Hi, I recently have had 2 sim cards deactivated for inactivity & need to get them reactivated. Live chat tells me to call, and the automated call system simply doesn't recognise the numbers which were entered (because they're inactive(?)). Please help!
