@VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

@Richard_D80 @VodafoneUK I'm in exactly the same situation - looking at iPhone 12 Pro (I've been on Android since after my iPhone 6 but want the privacy and security with the better camera). I can go sim free at the start of next month so might just do that and start again as a new customer.

@VodafoneUK your CS is so crap I spent 20 minutes to cancel my account, got a confirmation of the cancellation and now just had another email saying "we're glad your staying" and my cancellation as been er cancelled! Do I just need to ask @Ofcom if they can cancel for me?

@fabrizioviani @VodafoneUK For me it will always be @virginmedia it was easier to move to Spain 🇪🇸 than it was to close my account with them, they couldn’t close it without a forwarded address and continued to try to take the money, ran up a dept and then told a credit agency! Never got any compensation
