@VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

@VodafoneUK anyone thinking of joining these for business lines i would definitely avoid it, terrible customer service which is outsourced who just read a script,been waiting for a phone for like 4 weeks now, every 3 of promised delivery moves another 3 days further #vodafoneuk

I upgrade my phone last week with Vodafone. Since the upgrade I have no internet on my phone for five days and after spending hours and hours on the phone to them I’m no further forward. Customer service is atrocious @VodafoneUK

@LIAMCOXON1 @VodafoneUK Bad when you think i did actually have one but @VodafoneUK couldn’t/wouldn’t change the contract they ****** up on in the first place so i had to go out my way to take it back now its 4 weeks down the line still waiting. Half tempted to cancel tbh and go to apple for the max
