    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    @VodafoneUK I understand, and I enjoy many of the rewards. My issue is more that things are advertised on the app as being free when they are far from it. For example, 'Free Workout Accessory Bundle' but only after spending £40. It's not free if i have to spend £40 to get it.

    @VodafoneUK disgusted with customer service today. Staff refusing to give their name over the telephone - totally unprofessional. Not interested that we have a disabled child who relies on their device to communicate, device is broken but happy to take our payments! Disgraceful
