    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

    @VodafoneUK @onecom so you sold my father, who has dementia, a plan and when his wife called up to cancel and explain she was told she had to pay and if she didn’t there would be ‘consequences’. Is threatening dementia patients and their families part of your business model?

    Hello @VodafoneUK. Help plz. I'm currently unable to receive calls or sms to my phone. I can still place calls & send txts without issue. Speaking to a lovely chap in Egypt called Mohammad, but that's just taking too long. Basically phoneless for a week now. Not very happy tbh!

    @VodafoneUK why offer a service on your app for customers to use 24/7. When all your office's close at 8pm. Anyone that has a problem after said time won't be able to get help. So it's pointless. And yet again I have no internet. I just hope it's not a repeat as last time!

    @VodafoneUK Why thank you Sama, but as I mentioned in the follow up tweets, your support is pretty much useless. Wait for 24 hours and do something I've already done for 3 days - was their response. It's a line fault, not a home networking issue, I've already conclusively deduced that.

    @VodafoneUK Hey. I have a Suresignal that appears to have given up the ghost. I understand your are phasing them out but I do not get any signal at home without it. I rely on my Vodafone internet which is also just as poor, and I don't appear to be able to get WiFi Calling - HELP
