@VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

@VodafoneUK you lots don’t even care about customers. You make it difficult to terminate a contract with an unreasonable termination fee but you’re happy to say they signed to pay for an agreed period though you modify the costs they didn’t sign up for the same contract length

Just been through the 7 circles of @VodafoneUK chat support hell for a failed broadband activation. Absolutely unable to grasp they have activated the wrong line (I was alerted by a business neighbour who suddenly found themselves on Vodafone this morning). How long now?

@TheFCA you need to start looking at what @VodafoneUK are doing bcos why would they have the power to increase a customer billing for an active contract that has already been signed without the customer’s consent & approval. This is a whole new kind of deception. An act of fraud

@VodafoneUK Over 4 hours trying to get an issue resolved that is still happening. Complaints form not loading and I must of spoken to every department apart from complaints which seems to be non existant

@VodafoneUK complaint put in about customer service regarding no internet and how I had broken promises with time frames etc. I then get message from complaints department yesterday with a time slot to call me today. Waited in 2+ hours and no call. literally depressing. #awful

@VodafoneUK so you send a debt collection letter to my son that's a customer service error on your side. Keep him on hold for 20 mins, admit it's your error, transfer the call then cut him off. Poor.
