    @VodafoneUK @onecom so you sold my father, who has dementia, a plan and when his wife called up to cancel and explain she was told she had to pay and if she didn’t there would be ‘consequences’. Is threatening dementia patients and their families part of your business model?

    @VodafoneUK You need to take down your TV adds with iPhone 11 (as you don’t have any!!)I ordered one with new contract over 3 weeks ago and was told I’ll have it in 1 to 2 days, then emailed out of stock, still waiting and now going away for a couple of weeks!!

    Anyone else had this issue with @VodafoneUK I’ve been with them for a very long time.I wanted to leave them years ago for various reasons, but they apologised and offered me a deal I couldn’t refuse so I signed up to a new contract. Now discovered I’m paying £80pm@MoneyTelegraph

    @VodafoneUK It's an sms that is only accessible from the Vodafone network. I do not have a vodafone mobile, but you still send a SURVEY expecting a reply!!

    @VodafoneUK Thanks Charlotte, DM has been sent. Vodafone’s Tobi chat bot is still offline so the 24 hour support listed on the website is incorrect, unless I call a premium rate number from a friends phone. I would recommend changing to @creativevirtual - they make much better chat bots.

    @VodafoneUK company is a joke! New customer trying to get the big value bundle that’s been paid for and taken out of my bank to be told I haven’t made a purchase that was done in a Vodafone store days ago thiefs! How senior do you have to go with Customer service to get results?

    @numbnut97638772 @VodafoneUK Cheers for the link. The electrical warranty is is because of the consumers right act 2015 I think. By saying there is nothing wrong with it then they can basically leave me with a dodgy phone. The @VodafoneUK policy is to replace if can't fix after 3 attempts.

    Update @VodafoneUK after 2 hours 45 minutes on the phone and 45 minutes in a Vodafone shop being ignored by a manager who didn't want to deal with a complaint we have decided to go with a more consumer friendly provider, I'd really recommend you don't use Vodafone
