Well, after the manager at @VodafoneUK told me I’d get a call today to discuss my plan as they cannot fulfil service at my address, I have heard absolutely nothing. Top customer service 🙃👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

@larkin_tony @VodafoneUK They barred my modem after I complained about slow download speeds, saying it will be resolved within 2-5 hours. 42 hours later I still have no internet and they keep assuring me it will be fine within 24 hours. I suspect there’s no one actually working there over the weekend.
