@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK - wow - a lesson in how to lose customers: have been trying up upgrade my daughter’s pay as you go to a monthly contract. My account online doesn’t work, I got cut off from a customer service call last week and no-one called back and now no agents available???

Interesting customer service call to be told by member of the @VodafoneUK Customer Relationship Team that they no longer want you as a customer when trying to resolve an upgrade issue (their fault) to stay for another 3 yrs after over 20 yrs loyalty... 😱 @Ofcom @BBCWatchdog

@VodafoneUK your business customer service is appalling. Took 30 min to speak to someone, your advisor then let me spend another 5 min explaining problem before saying system was down so couldn’t do anything. Only advice call back and hope it’s working. He was rude and ignorant
