Then told after chatting with them for 20 mins they couldnt help and passed me to someone in wrong team who kindly has put me back in a queue and I am 48th. What an absolute joke this process is.

But I guess you get what you pay for £30 a month is the price on the never ever lets you down ticket. 🤝

I got it sorted eventually after raising the issue with one of the agency that’s do the crimes it scores. Was a ballache at the time tho.

I'm still getting debt collectors from a bill that was supposed to have been written off 30 years ago when £400 of overseas calls in 2 days on an account only used for inward calls for 3 years didn't raise red flags.

I picked up a leaflet on it from the Registras office when I went to register the death. It's a brilliant service to contact all the utilities, financial services and pension providers.
