First impressions of @VodafoneUK #5G... Underwhelming and somehow still slower than @virginmedia's #4G (in B15). With Vodafone downloading at just 40Mbps and Virgin Mobile coming in at 70Mbps. So to summarise. Slow to roll out, and slower than 4G when it does appear. Not good.

Just dealt with the worst customer service I have ever have to deal with from @VodafoneUK , spent 5 hours on the phone to be told they have given my contract to the wrong number now their ‘system’ won’t change it back 👌🏻

@VodafoneUK I’m currently a sim only customer with 49 days left on my current contract. I’m eligible to upgrade with yourselves but I would like to move to Voxi. Will you charge me anything to move to Voxi now or do I have to see out my Sim only contract with you?

@VodafoneUK we have no had internet for 3 days now, reset not working, ‘line advisers busy’ so can not contact by message/phone, two complaints submitted, ref given that is not recognised on call. Poor service, please respond ASAP to resolve issue as internet needed for work.

@danboq @VodafoneUK I must admit I can’t moan about the phone signal, I tend to get full bars. But I’ve never once had 5G, I’m starting to think it that it doesn’t actually exist...

@VodafoneUK been using service for more than 40 years, phoned last week to get an upgrade and no phones turn up! Ring today and a problem with sorting the credit because at some point vodaphone have changed our account to a soletrader. Terrible service wouldn’t use them again!!

@VodafoneUK Signed up to Vodafone broadband over a month ago, every week Vodafone came out with excuses as to why my internet isn’t activated.. 2 days ago I got told open reach cancelled my order and got hung up on. Appalling customer service and ridiculous company..
