Customer service via a live chat with @VodafoneUK is like pulling teeth. A reply every 3 minutes and a question after a question. How many customers do you actually get through this way per day, surely it can't be many. Almost 45 mins for simple query! 😴😴😴😴😴😴

Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I’m really disappointed with how my recent insurance claim has been handled. I know you prob can’t/ won’t intervene but I wanted to find a way to register my disappointment and I can’t think of another way!

I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

@VodafoneUK Hi Becca. To upgrade it will cost me approx £240, plus another upfront cost for the handset and £97 pm for the contract itself. Personally I think £97 is ridiculous, especially when I’ve been a customer for many years. I’m happy to wait it out & leave come the summer. Cheers.

@VodafoneUK just had a call to try and keep me as a customer as your monthly contracts are so expensive only for your amazing reception to cut out so your advisor cut me off anyone would think I’m out on an island somewhere but I’m 5 miles outside Birmingham laughable

@VodafoneUK been into Sutton Coldfield store 3 times to request NHS discount to be added to my contracts & provided ID each time. 3 times I’ve been promised & assured it’s done. Now 3 times I’ve been lied to & money taken from my bank. Awful customer service. Sort it out!

Utter shambles by @VodafoneUK yet again. Picked up my order from store Saturday, no service at all to be told the order was cancelled because I didn’t pick up the device in time, but here I am with the device at home. Your tech team haven’t a clue what they’re doing either 🥵

@Freddie_23_23 Same for me, pretty poor coverage and 4G is shockingly slow. Can’t help feeling their is a lot of 4G phones out their out of contract or about to be out of contract that can’t move to 5G. @VodafoneUK pushin upgrades whether you want it or not

@virginmedia I was told there would be some credit for me leaving @VodafoneUK and then when I left I was ditched and left. After speaking to Mark now I’m told there is no credit and no service history of faults I have raised.

@MikeRuddick @VodafoneUK I admit I'm no expert, but I would've thought there's a limited number of possible causes. I mean, it was fine a week ago, so it has to be something changed on the network in the last week that's causing it. Their communication has been poor
