After 24+ hours and repeated support promises - I cancelled. The funnel does not end at payment. It ends when the customer can use the product. #CustomerExperience #digitaltransformation #esim

    @306notout @virginmedia @VodafoneUK Shame you've not got Connect Fibre Matt (UK call centre), just moved to them with 1Gb up and down, and going over to Sky Ultra for TV in a couple of weeks - I know its not always about money, but £50 less per month is worth it.

    @SianaNache79742 Probably was told when they all landed at dover, and were counted there. They would need to know how many buses to bring to take them to their tax payer accommodations and how many @VodafoneUK phones and sims to issue
