@VodafoneUK I haven’t added that extra in months I don’t think. When I called the number it seemed to have automatically upgraded my bundle to the more expensive one. I don’t think the extra worked even tho it said it did after hanging on but now I’ve just been charged £2 for 50MB. So bad!

@brightonsnapper @VodafoneUK I get them from time to time. They claim to be from @virginmedia offering upgrades to the latest iPhone or Samsung. Never managed to pinpoint them to an actual address as they're using a fake UK landline but have Indian or East Asian accents

@VodafoneUK I would like to speak to an actual person regarding the very poor service I've received from the moment I became a customer. 6 weeks of false promises and outright lies is not a good start.
