We want and pay for "Superfast 2", but our Broadband is stuck on "Superfast1" at 30Mbps or less Please can you fix it, so we start getting above 50Mbps (or, better still the 63Mbps which appears in your advertising for Superfast 2). Why have you been selling the service in my area for months and posting letters if you can't install it?
