@VodafoneUK sold me a 3rd tariff guess what despite complete assurances still doesn’t have what I wanted. Complaints have me a code that doesn’t work and I can’t speak to anyone senior enough to sort this out! Worst of all the help people keep making it out it is my fault!!!

@VodafoneUK Please explain whats going on with your 4g at the moment, despite having full signal and 4g whenever I try to log onto apps/Google search it says "not connected to Internet" takes 3+ attempts to logon. Due upgrade but considering moving due to terrible connection

Can't say I'm impressed by @VodafoneUK coverage. Data keeps dropping (unlike my roaming @Telstra service). Also has trouble reconnecting data service once back in range.
