    @VodafoneUK my mum has been without internet since October. Three times you’ve sent an engineer and it’s still not fixed. Your solution “talk to us on Facebook”. She doesn’t have internet, how do you suggest that! Non-English speaking call centres. Zero support. You’re a disgrace

    @AllisonPearson @VodafoneUK You can apply for a PAC code, which by law Vodafone must provide. Then you use that when transferring to your new provider, who will cancel your Vodafone usage on your behalf. Usually takes a couple of days.

    @SamEpps18 @VodafoneUK I came to twitter as I had the same issue, but found the solution. On the summary page where you are left with free treats and £2.49 delivery, scroll to the bottom and click 'return to delivery'. It takes you back to the delivery page and it's now £1.50 👍🏻

    @AllisonPearson @VodafoneUK As long as your contract has expired phone and tell them ( as a month notice is required by most ) and ask for PUK number if you chose to keep your number and give to new network supplier . Simples...
