  I can’t wait 4 my contract 2 end with @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup they r a rip off merchant & have the most uncaring, unsympathetic customer service & their complaints dept well that’s a complete joke 🤬 I have been a customer 4 yrs & have literally been treated like a bit of 💩🤬

  @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!

  Just had an interesting call from @VodafoneUK Technical Support team who did not know what an Ethernet Cable was. Vodafone you gone down hill seriuously. Who are these clowns you are employing?
