Lovely technical advice from @VodafoneUK with a local mast ‘under maintenance’ a whole village suffering. And they want me to reset all network connections losing all Bluetooth/wifi passwords. And it’s will only take 3-5mins of my time. It’s a mast issue not device issue.

I've been a loyal customer to Vodafone/Vodacom for the past 13 years, but their network quality particularly in Europe is shocking. #vodafone @vodafone_es @VodafoneUK @vodafone

@VodafoneUK Hey - our mobile signal services have been pretty poor recently, connecting to 5g with 1 bar, then having to go on airplane mode to disconnect, then connecting again on 4g, and that sometimes not working too - we're finding this consistently in maida vale area, london, but also on the move. anything going on?
