@VodafoneUK I've got a little Vodafone PAYG phone which I keep as a spare. What rubbish. I've just spent the past HOUR trying to top it up and still haven't managed it. So slow and unresponsive and the MyVodafone app is awful.

Home Internet Speed: <10Mbs. 4G at home: 40Mbs. 5G in the next village over 137Mbs! Why is broadband so terrible? And why won't @OpenreachHelp roll out fibre to my area or @VodafoneUK upgrade the mast to 5G in my area?

@VodafoneUK is your 4G working properly? Yesterday and today my phone is absolutely brick slow when I try and use 4G. 🥺And yes I’ve switched my phone off and back on about a gazillion times! And no it’s not old. iPhone XR less than 2 years old.

@VodafoneUK bitterly disappointed with the appalling customer service! I have never been spoken to so rudely with the staff member laughing at my surname. When I do seek goodwill in upgrading none is forthcoming! I shall be moving my 4 lines elsewhere - very disappointing!!

@VodafoneUK - massively disappointed with customer service. Called in February to cancel a number that had expired. Was persuaded to keep the contract and upgrade to a newer device on a good tariff. Was told the device would take 4 weeks to arrive. 9 weeks later, still no device
