  @VodafoneUK sent me nonsense broadband renewal figures 6+ times. Did renew in the end but for diff price again But credit where credit's due. The email automation may be crap but the change of plan itself was seamless. I woke up and everything just works with speed 2x faster

  @vodafoneuk I was assured I would be compensated for the week’s lack of service I experienced last month but of course NO SUCH THING has been reflected in my bill. Just awful. Morally Bankrupt.

  @ThreeUK and @VodafoneUK are you aware at how bad the 4G and 5G is in Luton, specifically the whole of the town centre? It’s not about “coverage” but the lack of speed and the completely congested network you both have. You’re making millions from this town, please upgrade it!

  @VodafoneUK we upgraded our phones at the weekend , I specifically asked your sales assistant in Swindon store if I needed to cancel direct devout for old phones was told no & you’ve taken money from my account today for the old phones !! Not happy 😡

  ***** sake @RoyalMail why are your staff so useless I told him LEAVE THE PARCEL then my signal cut out as @VodafoneUK are bad. Then he gives it to my neighbour which I don’t want! @AmazonUK this counts as NOT DELIVERED I’m not pissing around waiting for neighbour to be home

  Got to love @VodafoneUK sponsoring the @DownloadFest and giving 100k+ customers the worst network coverage known to humankind. I will 100% be changing networks in a few days and I recommend others do to. 2026? Profiteering at its worst
