@VodafoneUK I have one of those little booster things as part of my package. Do you also sell them as your WiFi is dire and the option to boost a single device is definitely not on my app. Think it has something to do with it not supposed to be this bad.

@VodafoneUK So angry and disappointed at Vodafone. Been a customer for 20 years. Tried to cancel my contract and it's always too busy. Tried to get a deal on a renewal and it's more expensive!

@VodafoneUK has a significant issue with its 5G network in my experience. I have tried to raise this with them for 2 years. They continue to try and hide away from dealing with this … simply shocking customer service 🤬🤬

@VodafoneUK so you send a debt collection letter to my son that's a customer service error on your side. Keep him on hold for 20 mins, admit it's your error, transfer the call then cut him off. Poor.
