@VodafoneUK can someone please help with my iPhone 12. Not getting 5G. Checked firmware, ensured it’s all on from the handset. Seems it’s a common problem on Voda forums that can be resolved by de-provision/re-provisioning. Call CS but it cuts off after 15/20 minutes of queuing.

  • AshleyNoyce1 Ashley Noyce (@AshleyNoyce1) reported

@VodafoneUK OK fine, no problem. I have to add that the airtime plans are an absolute shambles though

  • CrazySparky Pete (@CrazySparky) reported

@GC_HeadHunter @VodafoneUK Not acceptable. Didn't Vodafone sell a box for boosting signals? "Sure signal" I think it's called. Don't know much because I'm on O2.
