@VodafoneUK Dean, none of your colleagues can help. It’s been over 5 months & i’ve had enough. Can you get a manager to call me & i have been on hold to that number and don’t have more time to waste. Unacceptable the way i’ve been treated. 3 contracts and after 5months i’m no better off!!!

Absolutely shocked by the customer service at @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK. Almost 2 hours on live chat. 6 weeks of no signal on phone. 4 failed SIM activation attempts and refusing to cancel contract without termination fees. This is what poor leadership apparently results in.

@VodafoneUK Well then it’s a poor sales person they said reason for calling is my mobile data usage is high and they will check if the can make an offer. My usage is 10% of a 100gb data so she was making it up and I thought it was a scam
