    @VodafoneUK absolute shambles 3days so far I’ve been trying to deal with your incompetence via an issue on an account, your telephone queue is atrocious and when asked to be put in callback queue, I never receive, social media reply’s slow and webchat no unavailable agents

    Three calls in two days from "@VodafoneUK Business Support" wanting to talk about a "Telecom's review" - each time I've told them not to call back. So are @VodafoneUK ignoring my right to have my details removed? Or do they need to take action against scammers using their name?

    @VodafoneUK @WinterWonderLDN Now I am on phone to Vodafone for help holding for past one hour and non of your staff has clue what is going on . They keep transferring from one agent to another, repeatedly putting me on hold, then saying system is refreshing. I begging them that let me pay as I have racked

    @VodafoneUK haven’t received the two new iphones ordered two weeks ago. Numerous chasers but reponse ‘we can’t give you an ETA, it’s a problem with DPD. You can cancel and leave Vodafone if you want’. Great way to treat a long-standing customer. 1 of 2

    @vodafoneuknews @VodafoneUK So after masses of calls and being cut off... one idiot agent told me to call an 0844 number for 'complaints' department! Premium number... I think he was either super incompetent or vindictive! #ombudsman next port of call!

    @hrvycc @VodafoneUK They’ve got problems with delivery and use dpd so I think that’s where the problems come from at the moment!

    @VodafoneUK ordered an upgrade for my phone and I was told that it was stock and would be delivered by 1/12. Chased today to find out it was never in stock and it will be two weeks wait. Seriously thinking about cancelling my order due to poor service
