    I cancelled a request to port my number from @LycamobileUK to @VodafoneUK and was told by Lycamobile that the number has been ported. However, when I contacted Vodafone support, I was told that the number isn't with them and that I should contact Lycamobile.

    @VodafoneUK please ask your live chat staff NOT to instruct customers to go to their local store to cancel contracts. We’ve just driven to town, paid for parking and queued at the shop to be told they won’t deal with us and we need to ring your customer services!!😡
