    @vodafone @VodafoneBiz @VodafoneUK As per the website Vodafone is promised to the customer sim Card will deliver to the customer on the same day, but Vodafone CX Support agents said to me that SIM Card will deliver to the customer next day. This is shameful management

    DO NOT GO WITH @VodafoneUK broadband. Broken promise after broken promise! Left our family without broadband for the whole Christmas period, can’t even use the baby monitor! Should have stayed with Sky. Abysmal service from the start

    @VodafoneUK Only 3 years? That’s the time there should be no problems so it’s a hollow promise isn’t it? It’s the same with all these extended warranties. They only want to cover you along the bottom of the bathtub curve. When you start going up the back end they don’t want to know.

    @VodafoneUK you don't you care about loyalty. Been a customer for years. Sim deal discount ends Feb 23, eligible for upgrade but you're offering an inferior deal to the one available for new customers. How is that fair? It's time for me to move on!

    Appalled by customer service from @VodafoneUK . After over 20 years of personal and business use, am leaving them. So easy of them to have avoided this.
