The customer service from @VodafoneUK is so awful. Having just spent 45 minutes in an online chat trying to report an issue, first via a bot, then via two operators, I have been told to call the call centre. The call centre would not put me through to a human and told me to (1/2)

@VodafoneUK How about customers who have never had 5G, but pay for it and live and go in areas where they should be getting it? How about customers not able to speak to someone, because they get shafted to Tobi (the online chat assistant) to save Vodafone human staff from dealing with them?

@VodafoneUK is there a reason signal in Leeds is so so terrible right now? Can barely use my phone on 4G and my wifi is mobile wifi and that’s crap too.
