    @VodafoneUK after 20 yrs with you & 4 numbers on my account, I’ve tried to call to make a change & given up 3 times due to the wait. Finally get through & agent couldn’t help, gave me number to request PAC code only to get text back to say I need to call u #badcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK impossible to get through to anyone on customer service! Me and my husband have tried calls and webchat last night and for about an hour and half tonight. Absolute joke.

    @VodafoneUK Why has there been no signal at ky12 for 2 days now? Phone or internet. Even though your website claims it's fine. Not my phone either as it works elsewhere.
