@EE Let’s be honest, you pay RootMetrics to rig the results because when people actually test the network, @VodafoneUK is faster. I can never contact my brother who is in Cardiff because his signal is always dodgy.

@VodafoneUK I ported from Vectone to Vodafone a month ago. Since then I have stopped receiving messages from everyone apart from Vodafone - banks, NHS, amazon, friends. Tried everything from talking to your customer care, performing a sim swipe, changing phones etc. to no avail.

So @VodafoneUK does everyone not get the same manual? does one have to resort to making calls to get stuff done right? and what about people who cant do calls and rely on the webchat, shall they forever be in a loop of never ending empty promises?
