🤔Wondering when my provider @VodafoneUK will get on board with the new emergency alert system...? "Together we can" you say - let's hope it's rather sooner than later for UK emergency risk communication and disaster risk reduction.

@VodafoneUK why does the internet not work on the tube any more? You are now the only provider without this service, whilst still being more expensive

.@VodafoneUK specialists in customer service failure. Call the UK contact number, follow voice prompts, reconnects you to an endless loop without ever speaking to someone. Use the webchat, repeat yourself continually for half an hour, chat agent drops off. Do it all over again.👏

@VodafoneUK - Hey Vodafone! Your online customer account system is useless! It has taken me many calls over the course of several *years* and I still cannot access my bills online (and you no longer post them). How can this be for a company that's essentially a tech company???

@VodafoneUK @gregnotinchina Will @VodafoneUK reimburse the £2 daily cost of these underground WiFi packages? It's such a ridiculous step backwards. Have been a Vodafone customer since 2008 but if I can't read emails and respond to teams messages on the tube I'll need to go to another network.

@VodafoneUK why were customers not informed that WiFi would no longer be provided on London Underground? Only found out by chance from a news article. Will not be renewing my contract later this year and will be making an official complaint to Ofcom
