  @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs

  @VodafoneUK Why has your network become useless in most of Norfolk? 3G turned off without being replaced. Now @ThreeUK is also just as bad since you took over. Phantom signal that just doesn’t work for anything other than 2G calls. @Ofcom need to investigate.

  @VodafoneUK has quite bad signals for home broadband. Will i be renewing with them? Doubt it based on current performance.
