  @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Vodafone are OK so long as everything works. If there’s a single element or situation which strays from their prepared process or script everything falls apart. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered!

  How does a video suddenly stop playing but others are working on @X Does anyone know the reason why a 4G phone signal keeps dropping out? Are the two related? If you do can you tell @VodafoneUK and X so they can fix it?

  @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK @lycamobile Had a nightmare with Lyca trying to save a few quid literally walked into my local tesco mobile shop and nearly cried whilst telling the brilliant youth my life story of hell ! ( lots of clicking of buttons from her back on Tesco !) joy - perfect - will never leave them !!

  @VodafoneUK - wow! Not exactly so keen to help when it’s a problem you’re having to deal with. Utterly disgraceful. No respect for your customers. All about screwing money out of people and then leaving us to languish in your techspeak when there’s a problem.
