@VodafoneUK Another call I’ve made to Vodafone, another promise that the problem will be solved and a call back within 2hrs. The problem isn’t fixed an the advisor hasn’t called back. I’ve just requested my PAC code and will be going elsewhere. Your customer svc is dreadful.

Hi @VodafoneUK . I had account with you for several years and never missed a payment. At the end of a contract cycle I left. There was a problem with a PUK code and my account had to be briefly reactivated to sort. I was told there was no cost
