    @VodafoneUK I am a broadband customer. Your app (s) are awful - the ai bots are shameful. I just want to get Secure Net. After 50mins of searching (using chatGPT) and downloading a third Vodafone app I’m told it’s not available with NO explanation?? Please help. Human help

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    @carlfhoward @TheRAC_UK Its annoying. Shout out to @VodafoneUK who didn't do this. When my intro deal was coming to an end they emailed me, not the other round, to offer the same deal again. Customer retained, cost to them probably pennies.

    Power cut this morning, internet providers infrastructure damaged, it meant falling back on @VodafoneUK for data services. If I lived in the artic circle, or the Sahara Desert, I’d get it. I live in Surrey. How can you be this apocalyptically bad in 2026? It’s disgraceful.
