    @VodafoneUK Get anything from vodaphone and you’ll regret it. The worst customer service in the uk. Nothing more than scam agents and bullies. Don’t go near this shambles of a company.

    @VodafoneUK I can't get the two Vue tix for £7 to work and when you call the number for Vue it's an automated service that makes no sense. Could you help please?

    @VodafoneUK 5G certainly not reliable on networks,these overseas owned companies besides paying zero taxes to what they should,hardly invested in 5G,very very slow rolling it out.I tested 5G Samsung A95 5G,loading a film took, 30 secs,4G full signal exactly the same,three networks.

    @cooncilgear @miaxmon @VodafoneUK Generally doesnt work unless procedure has also been followed to the end of what can be done. The ombudsman give telecommunications 8 weeks to respond to a complaint and the companies know that. Stating you wish to make a complaint to the company is probably most effective.

    @VodafoneUK Apparently, switching a number is very difficult! 19 days with no use of my number, countless calls to customer poor service and isn’t it strange that a manager is never available.

    @VodafoneUK Message sent. I wont hold my breath for a response. I honestly cannot get over how my issue has not yet been resolved since May, complaint raised in June. Absolute joke. I will now be contacting the @ombudsman

    @VodafoneUK have you communicated to your subscribers that you have discontinued offering WIFI services for the majority of the underground network in London? What are you going to do about it?? I’m still waiting for my call back in relation to this!
