    @VodafoneUK Hi Charlotte, thanks for responding. I was on latest Android and experienced the crash on old and newest software. However, an uninstall and reinstall has worked so whilst I have no idea what went wrong, it's now working. Thanks for your help.

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely shocking service. Spent 10mins typing to a bot. Then got through to someone real. Explained again. 10mins. Then said I’ll put you through to a sales agent. Then nothing. Clearly don’t want biz!

    @VodafoneUK If I want my Direct Debit to be taken out every first of the month why can't you guys accommodate that what kinda of company are you that gives options of the 13th and 29th or every month wtf

    @VodafoneUK When you get to the end of your contract, switch network, yet Vf STILL take the full amount from your bank account, even though you've paid for your phone and you're no longer with them 😡
