    @VodafoneUK your customer service is simply shocking. I have had issues which I have been trying to sort out since July. Your instore have refused to help and your call centre leaves me on hold for 1.45 hours just to hang up. Awful

    @VodafoneUK - service is a shambles !! my account seems be cut off as my bill is too high - it’s prob like £200 and I can’t log into my account as you need to send a code to get in - and no text messages are coming through as you have cut me off! I will pay my bill now - how? #

    @VodafoneUK I have never had such appalling and disgusting customer service from a company in my entire life!!! A complete catalogue of errors on your part trying to upgrade our existing broadband to fibre! It is still not resolved and this has been ongoing since early December

    @VodafoneUK Not been able to get more than 3G and 1 bar of signal where I live since around July/August last year. You’ve said there’s nothing you can do and it’s in your Ts&Cs but you really ought to do something because a lot of people round here are suffering the same thing…

    @VodafoneUK I already have a Vodafone contract and I had seen on a previous tweet that any contracts taking out before a certain date would not be affected.Also why would I have to pay roaming charges for in a country for example Greece, you are automatically connected to Vodafone network
