    @VodafoneUK A chat service doesn't offer the support turnarounds required when work is urgent and meetings are many. It was resolved via phone with many check-ins throughout the afternoon by the excellent Vodafone team. Chat support has a time and place, but service interruptions aren't it.

    @VodafoneUK can you someone please help me set up my roaming as I’m currently abroad. I’ve done everything possible and it doesn’t work. It should have been automatic.

    @VodafoneUK And during the approval of my new contract your agent clearly told me I’ll be able to use my phone here (I also got this chat as well) please solve this issue. It’s very irresponsible of Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK Screen cracked within a week of Xmas with no way of repairing it. Paying monthly for a service that cannot be used.

    @HexyBastard @VodafoneUK I had to move away from them after 8 years being loyal customer... After talking to over 26 advisors over the course of 6 months and none was willing to give me a loyalty discount on a new contract i was forced to leave and never looked back since. Avoid them at all cost.
