@VodafoneUK I tell you what is ‘saddening’. Getting a message telling me you’re going to shut down my account *after* it’s been reactivated. And to confirm @VodafoneUK we had had *multiple* communications as to why our bill would be large and the best way to service our multinational needs

@VodafoneUK is it true you don’t do customer service in store? I’ve been unable to use my phone in my local high street for near on 6 months and apparently your guys in store can’t assist!

@VodafoneUK terrible start to the day. You've cut off my broadband a month early and won't speak to openreach about it until tomorrow apparently. Then you send me a text sur ey about your customer service which I have to pay to complete. Dreadful

How is it possible for a multi million pound organisation like @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK to have such awful customer service. Do you not understand the concept attached to providing an effective 'sales process'? New case study for my students to evaluate

Sitting in library again so I can work to get paid. Rebooted phone and got all sorts of texts saying welcome etc but STILL NO NETWORK. And now @VodafoneUK have slapped a £15 pound extra charge on my account. So I'm paying to be mistreated. What the actual **** @VodafoneUK

@FrustratedImmi2 @VodafoneUK (tumble **** rolls by) (slow clap). I've had to deal with no end of nonsense from these guys too and that also because of the issue with moving internationally. I don't think Vodafone handle that at all, let alone do it well.
