    @VodafoneUK shocking service with another person using my bank details and I can’t take my name and bank details off their account and you won’t even give me an email to write a formal complaint. Please action asap before I go to the authorities. #gdpr #fraud

    @VodafoneUK All sorted now. Thanks for help. So frustrating speaking with a robot . Glad I got to speak with someone and resolved my issue literally within 5 mins 👍

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I am having problems with @VodafoneUK as well. I recently changed provider because I was unhappy with their service. However, they are continuing to bill me for devices I know nothing about, and I can’t get hold of them.

    .@VodafoneUK I’ve got my broadband package but it isn’t pairing!! Your advice is to call the helpline which disconnects everytime I call. I have to wfh but as with my mobile data, it constantly crashes. I need urgent help!!!!

    @Smithyunited @VodafoneUK Genuinely baffled. I'm with 02 I was with EE. Moved to O2 due to a member of the family working there. Had no issues with either.
