    @VodafoneUK I’ve moved house and my signal is terrible now, no 3/4G and normally 1 or 2 bars inside or outside. The network checker says I should have strong signal on the website, is there anything I can do to boost the signal?

    @VodafoneUK do you know when the Advantage scheme issue will be fixed? Also I want to upgrade to an iPhone 13 but I understand I cannot use Advantage as there is already a (smaller) discount? Also, do you not do smaller (and cheaper) data plans for iPhone 13?

    @ViCustomerCare I think this should be taken care by International brand like @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK. You are sending all your customer information to any unknown email id. Pls correct your system first and then expect it from people like us.

    And when you call them and are trying to navigate the automated system they keep sending you texts so you can’t hear the automated voice over the ring tone. Stop this, @VodafoneUK. If I was able to solve my problem online I wouldn’t be calling you.

    @VodafoneUK Sooooo I just don't get it when a particular phone is a 36 month and comes with a 24 month 2gig of data. What am I missing this is proven to be very miss leading to a customer

    @VodafoneUK Multiple devices and browsers. I see other people have raised the issue on this feed as well.however even if it was working I could not use it on an iPhone 13 due to another discount being applied which can’t be removed. Why?
