  @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!

  @VodafoneUK Broadband activated last Friday. Tried to login the app. The forgotten username button doesn’t work and when I press forgot password it tells me a password is needed. Scrapped that and logged in online and it’s saying my first bill is double what it should be!?!

  Britain is now a country where you only get the option & marketing to pay less but for a lesser service. There are literally no bargains to be had. It’s a country where the only growth is by charging you more for everything. @VodafoneUK is just one classic example of this.

  @VodafoneUK who on earth thought it was a good idea to region lock your Vodafone app . Then Drop the ability to recharge phones from your website , you have just lost all the tourists, visitors to Uk they cannot recharge as they cannot DL your app. Fix it .
