    @RokkShow @VodafoneUK In terms of CS, Vodafone have always been the worst for me. Lying, selective and unhelpful. I just got a really good handset price from Sky and got a SIM card with a different company as it’s cheaper than Vodafone’s prices alone

    Hey @VodafoneUK Any issues in Glasgow? Signal randomly drops to 3G and Edge. Tried sim out/in, reset network settings.

    @Ofcom @VodafoneUK I sent @VodafoneUK the dm they requested at 11:50 today, it hasn't even been acknowledged! I will now complete the form you mention and escalate the matter to the ombudsman. Many thanks for your help

    Taking multiple hours for a reply, new person each time, 0 help and support and 0 communication between us or your team to get my problem solved. Disgusting @VodafoneUK, been 96 hours. Please sort your selfs out and differ from your empty replies on social media’s.
