    @VodafoneUK Day 4 and still no service. You're response time to dms is shocking. I've lost count of how many different people I've spoken to and no one has been able to reactivate my contract.

    @VodafoneUK I've been tasked with contacting you to try & get free PAYG or extremely low cost phones on a regular basis for MHP partners This will enable homeless people to access support workers etc Please could you give me a named contact who I could talk to over this? Thanks

    @VodafoneUK I am trying to cancel my contract. Was in a queue for 20 mins and yet again (4th time) was cut off! I’ve DM’d someone and no help at all. I want to cancel my contract with immediate effect. Your customer service is terrible. This has been going on for a week now!

    So 3 weeks of waiting for @VodafoneUK tech support to get back to me, to be advised that they're not going to! I was clearly lied to when promised a call-back, and now another 3 weeks wasted
