    @VodafoneUK Internet download speeds have suddenly tanked tonight, and they weren't great to start with, but dropping from 40Mb down to 1-3Mb is rather noticeable. CM7 area having anything affected?

    @TomMitc91230160 @VodafoneUK Same here - something to do with a fibre optic cable being cut according to customer service typed chat agent. No email to explain when service will be restored.

    @Raexoxo___ @VodafoneUK “Multi-skilled engineers are working on it”. Not sure how my neighbours are all fine but I’m not. The highlight of the convo however was the rep trying to SELL me sim only deals during my complaint!? WTAF!? No words. @VodafoneUK customer service is the worst I’ve experienced.
