Waited a month for a reply for my complaint, called late, can't explain half my issues and now just cut off half way through. Assuming I won't win though.

Stuart (@stnors) reported@N5JFY Can anyone at @VodafoneUK explain why no-one is accountable for anything you do? 10 hours of calls, 3 hours of online chats, Twitter DMs, 6 weeks have passed and still nobody takes responsibility for sorting out a client's contract problems. Customer service at its worst.

Do away the very me in N, Ireland, all these benefits but buy the time i get to England to use the cinema tickets or stupid offers I'm out of pocket. 😡
