@VodafoneUK keep telling me that all calls are recorded, which is great! But they aren’t, they have erased so many records of calls I’ve made to them to try to make it seem like I never had a problem for the first month.

4 weeks since @VodafoneUK cancelled our account and broadband when we asked for an upgrade. Hampering our ability to work from home. No sense of urgency to fix, mislead over what happened and told “we have millions of customers+we’re busy”. Not living their values @AhmedShelbaya

@EuanGMair @VodafoneUK Same thing happened to us. Placed upgrade and @VodafoneUK managed to cancel entire account and broadband. We have now been without broadband for 4 weeks and hampering our ability to work from home. No sense of urgency to fix and we’ve been mislead over what happened

@dantheman19970 Thanks Dan, @VodafoneUK have admitted that the service I’ve had has been awful but they’ve still failed to properly release me from contract so far. Despite many management promises. Waiting for the date when I can leave via @Ofcom

Hi @VodafoneUK - your mistake is damaging my credit file! Your online advisor says I have to call you about it - but if I call, your answer service tells me to contact an onilne advisor! I've wasted an hour now - how do I talk to someone, and how do I contact the ombudsman?

@VodafoneUK I’ve been told many times that I’m released from my contract due to failure of staff and systems at every stage, but today I was told they’ve not written that down anywhere so it’s no longer true!?!?! Just let the time pass so I can contact @Ofcom or whoever
