    @VodafoneUK absolutely poor customer service from whatever person I just spoke to on the phone. She was so rude I've never experienced an agent like it. She accepted it was 50% vodafones fault for my high bill but said I'm still eligible to pay the whole amount. JOKE

    @VodafoneUK I am doing that since 1st of Feb, getting that smashed answer, it was escalated to the third team, they will fix it soon !! I’ve been waiting for 32 days so far ! Not sure what the third team competency to solve it tbh
