    9hrs before my broadband service switches to @VodafoneUK I receive a call informing me that they can't actually provide it and will get a review in 14 days!?! If you can't supply it at the start why should I trust you to supply it at all? And 9hrs notice?? wtf?

    @VodafoneUK gosh you do make it difficult to choose a new phone or deal. No filter or sort options to help me decide. Is your objective to confuse your customer? My contract is up in 10 days and I can't see how to narrow down my options...

    @Ofcom @VodafoneUK wanted to increase my cost by 20% at the end of feb and removed bolts on and didn’t take into account the phone being paid off. Said it was down to the consumer to let them know… there will be many who have fallen into this loophole
