@VodafoneUK I will not waste another minute on the phone to you, I’ve spoke to three different advisors and they all say something different. All I would say to people never go for the upgrade every year option it’s just an way they can put your bill up

@ViVodaidea still I haven't seen any action on my issue. And my balance was left when you blocked my sim. Now you are saying recharge your sim and enjoy our network so, give me surety of network in my sim where network shows error. #VodafoneIdea #vi @VodafoneUK @Vodacom

@bressonmoment @VodafoneUK Despite you’re long service to them every customer with a faulty phone is covered under manufacturers warranty. This is something that would cover a fault that is caused by a software or hardware problem and should be exchanged via the warranty process without charge.

@VodafoneUK After an advisor had all ready told me that I would get it cheaper with no upfront costs, absolute rubbish service who don’t look after there loyal customers. Can’t wait to change provider and many of them are cheaper. Will not be recommending Vodafone at all
