    @VodafoneUK Got a text staying my house move just got postponed “as requested”. Spent an hour explaining to your customer service I didn’t request this. I cannot be without broadband for 4 days. What is going on? 😫

    @VodafoneUK I e just looked and yes, I haven't used any. I've now calculated that I've sent 3 texts but only 2 to my dad and 1 to my therapist. I get barely any mobile phone signal at home so I always use my home internet. It's all a bit of a mystery

    @fibrehop I'm having real problems with my @VodafoneUK gigafast broadband. How do I know that the problem isn't part of the @CityFibre network? Ie if I move to you will I have the same problem?

    Terrible customer service @VodafoneUK. I am a long standing customer @VodafoneUK . I work for the #nhs Services were disabled in the middle of calling patients today. No warning. Unable to get through on the customer service number to speak to anyone and my phone still cut off.

    @VodafoneUK 50 minutes so far on the phone to customer services going round in circles...advised to go in to store to discuss with them (ha!) is there someone who can actually help with the problem??

    @VodafoneUK Hi Beth Please can you help us? We want and pay for "Superfast 2", but our Broadband is stuck on "Superfast1" at 30Mbps or less Please can you fix it, so we start getting above 50Mbps (or, better still the 63Mbps which appears in your advertising for Superfast 2). Thank you

    Booked GigaFast with @VodafoneUK, 28 days later, less than 24hours before installation they cancel the order, blaming @CityFibre for being unable to install it. Why have you been selling the service in my area for months and posting letters if you can't install it?
