    @Pixel_Robots @VodafoneUK Apparently they take data protection seriously. So serious they like to hold on to customers data and keep accounts open long after they’ve left. Meaning that our data is with a company we are not a customer of and if they experience a breach our data is at risk. Excellent!

    @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK And by the way the amount of time since 18th I spent on this with Live Chat & the coffee I drunk to stay awake till non peak 4am testing I expect a months Endless Data next month. Why isn’t there a Voda/Voxi assistance app for signal/speed/calls/texts issues=mass reporting...

    @VodafoneUK I'm sorry i entered my postcode it says my area is covered with no problems if problems outside my area are causing problems that page should also say problem otherwise how does it say signal is good... if so thats false information

    @EE your service is rather appalling. Charging a long-term customer £1.8/mn for either made or received calls when @VodafoneUK offers the same service at £1/mn (almost half the price)!!

    @VodafoneUK whats going on with your network lately? I got the Gigacube months ago, even 5G most of the times, and since a few days ago I can merely get some 3G!!! 😡😡 Impossible to work from home!!! So frustrating and annoying!! Please help!!!
