    @VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

    @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

    How is it that I’m a loyal @VodafoneUK customer, but if I want an iPad Pro 11, I’d be £29 up front and £48 a month, but from Sky I’d be nothing up front and £20 a month?

    The broadband from @VodafoneUK is so bad we're probably going to have to put the whole of the support team on our christmas card list as we speak to them most nights 🙄

    @DrImpaler @VodafoneUK They have no technical support at all, unfortunately like most broadband providers, I know what the issue is, they fixed it before, they have to fix it again, but over 2 hours later they don't even understand it or log it

    @VodafoneUK what a joke you have become!! Another 25mins on the phone tonight regarding the totally rubbish broadband you have supplied only to be told 2nd line support has gone home and I have to call back tomorrow Joke!
