@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

It took nearly an hour for two @VodafoneUK agents to understand and resolve a simple billing issue. During that conversation they repeatedly challenged me for details and even opened the wrong bill... and I don't even get a transcript of the conversation (the window auto-closed)

@VodafoneUK so after a long chat to your representative, I have a few choices... cancel, continue paying for a phone that I've paid off (that's theft), go for a 12 or 24 month sim only but can't upgrade for 3 months or a 30 day rolling contract. Your rep wanted me to cancel.
