Get 5G in my house now. Quick speed check. @ThreeUK Mobile 5G - 500mg avg - £8 a month. @VodafoneUK WiFi capped at 100mg - £25 a month. The equivalent 500mb service would be £40. Surely broadband company prices have to be better moving forward with 5G rollout?

@VodafoneUK Hello Izzy, I know it’s not your fault personally, but Vodafone’s procedures and processes are ludicrous. I’ve called countless times. The faults team are adamant they need to wait to speak to Cityfibre on Monday. It’s still not working by the way.

@VodafoneUK I cannot activate my new sim because it needs to send a verification code to my other sim you have deactivated when an error occurred with esim. Spent 5 hrs sorting this so far. This is a new contract less than 1 month! £1700 wtf?

@VodafoneUK It's the @VodafoneUK way. Customer Service is awful. I am owed a credit on my account since June and constantly toled lies by advisors every time I speak to them. Telling me the Auto Compensation will happen in 7 days and it never happens. Horrendous experience
