    @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

    @VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely sick of paying for this service. I can never get a signal and people can never hear me clearly when I ring them, apparently my area are suffering connection issues. So bad, been happening for a full week now 😫 tried to contact customer service, USELESS.

    @VodafoneUK 5 months of worsening signal in Somerset. Support say no issues, but field readings show RSRP -123 dBm & SINR -0.3 dB. I have the data. Can someone actually investigate?

    @ThingsByNik @VodafoneUK Apparently they are doing some work on the mast in Rainhill village which might be affecting it. Mine has been poor since I switched 6 months ago. It’s practically a dead signal when I’m in Dentons Green watching FC St Helens. Disappointing
