@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

LMAO. So the #UKemergencyalert was a damp squib. Forgot about it because SNAFU. Congrats, @VodafoneUK. Both work & personal phones are on your network. No alerts. Great for my ears; not so clever for national comms. Do better, #UKGovAlert. I don't live in the sticks.

@VodafoneUK my elderly mother handed her phone to an operative in one of your stores. He asked her irrelevant questions, didn't fix the issue & she has gotten several scam calls/texts since. One was asking for her OTP for a purchase she didn't make. How can you resolve this?

@vodafoneuk The mast has been down since before Christmas, every month or so, they claim it's fixed, it's really not! Apparently it's been fixed since the beginning of April, this is a lie! People all over your forums in the tw13 area are having issues! People are losing business…

@VodafoneUK any issues on the network sending the emergency alert today, like 3 just confirmed?. Three of us are Vodafone contract holders and none of us received the alert. @GOVUK #emergencyalert

@jastooke @VodafoneUK It's a signal picked up by any 4G or 5G device which is switched on, not in airplane mode or with alerts deactivated. Totally useless in real emergencies. No one has your information.
