    @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

    @VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

    @VodafoneUK your service is terrible. The way that you guys have taken advantage of me and my financial situation is disgusting. I am completely appalled upset and distraught over my Vodafone account. The fact that you are not taking this seriously on social media is making me even more sick

    @VodafoneUK seriously not impressed with the service I’ve received! No communication between open reach and me. Have waited in all morning for an engineer to arrive and it’s been cancelled with out telling me! Nearly a whole month with no WiFi!

    Communication is impossible because @DHLParcelUK say one thing and then don't reply for hours. This is the first time I've had to deal with them and it is incredibly frustrating. Also frustrating that @VodafoneUK would use a company with such terrible service.

    @VodafoneUK hi, so thanks for replying and asking for me to DM you, but why is it that once i start a DM chat you stop communicating after two or three messages. The customer service and technical support is not fit for purpose

    @VodafoneUK I had a similar problem with a mobile contract years ago where they just decided to charge me a £550 cancellation fee and helped themselves to it. I really should learn to never use Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK how is it possible in 2021 that I am sitting inside a taxi for 3 minutes in Birmingham Road, Erdington by spagetti junction without signal even for a ph call? No improvements over the last 6 years. #Disappointed #badcustomerservice #networks

    @redmeister81 @MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK Three years is an insane amount of time to have to commit to a mobile phone contract. Hell.. two years is a long time. So much can change during that time, both in terms of the mobile market and the customer's circumstances and needs.
