@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

@silver_stack1 @VodafoneUK I've managed to work it out myself But I can't find any information about Vodafone usage of TDD-LTE. Seriously @Vodafone surely you should have some app or someone who can just say "Yes - your phone will work on our network" It's a confusing mess of bands and frequencies.

I don’t know what the excitement about 5G is. Where I live (a town with 30,000+ people), @VodafoneUK have difficulty delivering not only 3G but at times a basic mobile signal.

@VodafoneUK I’ve been waiting for an esim since Friday to no avail. I simply can’t get through to your customer services - phones aren’t answered (I’m having to pay on landline as my mobile doesn’t work) and you online staff are all busy. Not good enough - I have business to do!

@VodafoneUK I recently signed up for a new 12month contract with the entertainment pack, yet I dont get the option to set up a 12month Spotify account, I only get a link to a page which offers me 3 months free and 9.99 after. I got told to try this but it doesn't work.please fix
