@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK How about you use the information of cornton area of Stirling Scotland as I've checked for different areas of cornton and the signal is the same for indoor use so ever yours and ofcoms reading for the coverage is very very wrong or the is a fault with your transmitter so fix it

Horribly confusing broadband home move service from @VodafoneUK - multiple emails that say things like “welcome to Vodafone”, “sorry you’re leaving us”, “we’re delighting you’ve cancelled your switch.” Calling their support results in a 10 min wait before getting disconnected. 😡

Dear @VodafoneUK , I, a longtime customer, have been trying to talk to a customer service agent in Turkey for the last couple of days, to no avail, nonetheless. Mysteriously the call center, which seems to be fully automated, refuses to connect me to an agent. I hope you can help
