    @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

    @VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

    @VodafoneUK @AhmedShelbaya Your customer service is dreadful. I have been dealing with your team for 3.5 hours and I am no closer to resolving an issue created by you! After 2 hours on a phone call, i was disconnected. I've now just been thrown out of an online chat 😡

    @VodafoneUK Tell you what, I'll just send this mobile back to you, cancel my direct debits and hand the Alcatel 1 back to my local store. The service has been abysmal. I don't wish to be with you any more.
