@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@TheSun @VodafoneUK @NTSscamsteam 3months asking for help to stop a scam by vodaphone,no help asked over 50 staff for their public liability insurance provider and been refused and ignored any help from the press on this would be amazing we need this info to claim back a scam

A word of advice, never use @VodafoneUK for broadband. 24th Dec engineers were booked, no show. Useless customer service. Rebooked for 29th, turned up on 28th but couldn’t complete the job. No show on 29th. WTF is going on?!

@VodafoneUK can someone please explain why I can never speak to an advisor in person it is all automated! Last chat I had there where several inaccuracies! Seriously considering going with a more competent provider when contract is up! Customer service is shockingly bad!

@OpenreachHelp help! @VodafoneUK keep wanting to send out engineers unnecessarily during a pandemic. For the reason, I'm not obtaining the guaranteed speed. Despite engineers telling me it was the fastest I'd get. It would be the 3rd time now. It's frustrating and time wasting!

@VodafoneUK I am a new customer going on 3 weeks. From day one my broadband levels has been poor. I have signed up 2 your fastest packet 63mbp and I am getting a max of 19mbp but mostly around 12mbp. You are a greedy network that oversubscribes 15% discount doesn't cut it.
