    @VodafoneUK your business customer service is appalling. Took 30 min to speak to someone, your advisor then let me spend another 5 min explaining problem before saying system was down so couldn’t do anything. Only advice call back and hope it’s working. He was rude and ignorant

    Looking to get a new phone..avoid @VodafoneUK 6 days to still not port the number through correctly and can't tell me what the issue is as they have technical issues !! Couldn't make it up!!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried that, they’ve said the phone line is down and they can’t do anything for another 3 hours so to ring back then This is an absolute joke. I knew I should have changed to elsewhere instead of renewing my contract.

    @VodafoneUK upgraded to broadband Pro in May. As part of the deal was supposed to receive an Amazon Gift Voucher. Still not received. Extremely disappointing. But not surprising. Every step of customer service has been very poor for almost 4 years now!

    @VodafoneUK 10 days with almost no phone reception in North London. 6 phone calls to a useless customer service later and still nothing. Absolutely appalling. Can not even make a phone call from my own house. Time to cancel the contract.
