@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK @AleksE125 Wow. Im sending this to your directors. Utterly disgusting. You scam 99% of people then gift a few others and brag about how its only for people who are not currently getting ripped off, or scammed, or havin their device stolen by you repair team , or experiencing poo service gg

@VodafoneWith companies this big fail customers. Its all about process. Perhaps in a world where robots exist, @VodafoneUK will do well, but not this world. Customer service is not their thing

Can anyone recommend a decent broadband. Has to be fibre broadband. Not @VodafoneUK as been mucked around by them already. Not @virginmedia as I'm with them, and connection is awful, and I pay loads when new customers get it a lot cheaper 🤬

@VodafoneUK Yes I got got through to options, 3 times, each time I selected the right options. Clarified what I wanted and it said you don’t need to speak to someone and I got sent a text message instead which lead to no help at all. I used the online chat twice and that asked me to call

@VodafoneUK And, of course, the direct message only reaches a bot which doesn't understand the problem!
