    @VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

    @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

    @VodafoneUK Thank you. I don’t understand how my discount can end before my contract. How one customer advisor can state my bill will be one things and then today say higher. Plus not being helpful at all. Quick to take money but not customer service

    @vodafoneUK Vodafone deliberately give their own customers a shite service after taking their hard earned money. It truly is the hallmark of a nasty set of *****. No apology, no offer to reimburse, nothing. Stay away from these *****, they will **** you no vaseline.

    So today I am learning that @VodafoneUK and @VOXI_UK are utterly useless and are refusing to cancel my plan despite only just placing the order and being well within the 14 day cooling off period

    @WeAreOpenreach @VodafoneUK I contacted Vodafone on Monday about this issue and they raised it with Openreach. I was told that someone would visit and fill the hole in 48-72 hours. It has now been 72 hours and no one has turned up

    @VodafoneUK, can someone DM me about a transfer of ownership please? The form is done. People keep putting me on hold & then hanging up, and nobody can’t help me in store either. Would be easier to switch providers & change numbers at this point, it’s driving me mad 😩

    No internet all day again, @VodafoneUK. Reference number not recognised on your 0800 tech2 team call. Online chat wouldn't accept the case, offered no support, and sent us back to the phone number saying to quote the unrecognisable code. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?

    @WeAreOpenreach @VodafoneUK I called today and Vodafone stated they could not see anything raised with Openreach. This tells me that I have been misled to by multiple Vodafone customer support workers. I have mentioned the severity of the issue but have frankly been ignored
