@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK unfortunately I can't #FeelTheConnection. My broadband speed has dropped significantly and keeps dropping. Called your service number to spend most of the time listening to how much better using the online chat is when I had no service. Argumentative call handlers too

@VodafoneUK was there any disruptions or issues over the weekend, I've had to reset my router again (took close to an hour to get the reset button to actually work) This seems to be a bimonthly occurrence now
