    @VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

    @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

    It's bad enough that @VodafoneUK won't let me change the name on my account from my full legal name that feels like a needle in my chest every time I see it, but continuing to use it in marketing texts even after I've opted out is bordering on abusive.

    @VodafoneUK HELP! A friend has contacted the call centre and the service he’s received has been shocking! Is there a number he can call to log a complaint re Mobile/Broadband? The call centre seem reluctant to provide it and what was promised by 11am Sat is still outstanding. TIA

    @VodafoneUK thanks for messing up my order, you said you attempted delivery via @DPDgroup_news but no note left. Spoken to your customer services who now have to cancel my entire order and then have it ordered again. So, no new phone before Christmas. Dreadful service.

    @VodafoneUK Engineer was supposed to call between 8am and 1pm today to help install my new broadband, but no call yet? Modem has been delivered, so am happy to have a phone call any time today for guidance. Thanks in advance!

    Special mention to Chris on Twitter team & Sandro in Customer Relations. Got nowhere in 2 weeks battling with various people @VodafoneUK. Today they actually took ownership of the issues. Hopefully once deadlock team have looked at can draw this woeful experience to an end.
