@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK I tried to switch over from your network 1 week ago using the PAC code that you provided. It has been 1 week and I am still unable to use my sim because you have not released certain files for the port process to complete. Why are you so unprofessional?!??

@Sianwelby @VodafoneUK I agree but when they are not delivering they need to be made culpable. To clarify it’s not just Vodaphone, I’ve had similar issues with false promises from other internet companies and it’s not until you call them out that they decide to take action. Hope you get it sorted!
