@VodafoneUK You have had my details like this several times with promises to resolve and then it just goes silent so there is no point repeating old mistakes for no result - Vodafone took money without providing service and above contract obligation - return this as per my requests

@VodafoneUK officially has the worst customer service team in the world! Took 4 months to cancel my contract, kept charging me - so settled my account twice and then charged me again w/o my knowledge… as it wasn’t paid stuck a bad debt note on my credit history! FUMING 😡 @Ofcom

@VodafoneUK order been over 2 weeks and not arrived! Constant misinfo and lies told by advisors! Clearly you have stock of phone says; When purchasing via contract it says Free home delivery tomorrow if ordered before 10:00pm today Why no phone yet?? Worst customer service ever
