    @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

    @VodafoneUK Been left without services for 3 weeks by vodafone, daily calls with reps and it still hasn't been resolved. Great way to treat customers in a lockdown. Details have been sent via DM. Surely it doesn't take a rocket scientist to activate a number on a SIM

    @HassellByNature @VodafoneUK Mate I’ve been mailed the ceo and the cheif exec and they’ve just blatantly patched me and someone literally phoned me at 5 despite me saying (no exaggerations) 30 times I can’t answer before six 🙃 like just cancel my contracts and let me leave fs

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is truly shocking. I have had months of broadband issues and today it has finally packed in and stopped working. I was on to support at 7AM this morning and then on hold for a manager for 3 hrs until it cut off!!

    @VodafoneUK I'd love to change my current plan but when I login I can't actually shop because I either have to upgrade or add an additional plan. Can't close the pop up? Awful and frustrating.

    @howemanyee @VodafoneUK Yeah but it’s non contract so you can cancel, or just stay on the 10 quid plan but it’ll drop the allowance back down
