@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK I’ll give them a call. I’m just surprised that a new ‘upgrade’ contract will be £10 more a month than I’m currently paying. But the new same phone and overall package (data mins etc) is cheaper for a new customer. Why would I upgrade? Might as well just wait a couple more months.

@poojabangera @VodafoneUK For roaming sim replacement reasons you should manual force it to a roaming partner@in network search, it should work. Certainly I activated Voda AU payg sims online in other countries when roaming, it didn’t need to hit the Voda AU network first.
