@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK No longer a customer. Left last month. I have received a bill today for £4.49, when I left I was told nothing was owing. Also the mobile number is incorrect. Website no help, who do I contact pls?

Absolutely shocking from @VodafoneUK impossible to speak to a customer advisor! Ridiculous!! Alright taking my money every month but trying to speak to anyone is actually impossible! Paying for services I can’t use!!! JOKE OF A PROVIDER!!
