@VodafoneUK the 191 customer service line is dysfunctionally bad!! Wanted to cancel a service - untenable wait times, walked to a shop they couldn't do it either. Great business where you prevent customers from leaving!!

@VodafoneUK I’ve been on the chat twice tonight and it’s thrown me out. I’m out of contract in the morning and the customer service from Vodafone has not been great over the years. Maybe it’s time for a change

@VodafoneUK Ok so I’ve had a poor online web chat about the problem and now I’ve absolutely no signal for the last 2.5 hours. Can’t make or receive calls unless I’m connected to WiFi and using WhatsApp. I wasn’t told about this
