@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

@VodafoneUK... I advised I had working broadband and declined for this to happen only to find I have been disconnected and left without broadband for a min of 9-13 days!! Absolutely appalled at your customer service and lack of communication between departments....

@VodafoneUK.. Cont.. Through a switching service as it took outwith agreed timescales and it took until 21/05/2021 to be connected! Contacted today 02/06/2021 to be told there’s was a problem with my order (which was fully working) and it would need to be “reprocessed” again!!...

@VodafoneUK I have received obscene messages and inappropriate content by this number which after a search shows service provider as Vodafone: +44 7423 000894 is the number. I needed someone to get in touch to confirm with me, I have the police complaint ref no and have also dm'ed you.
