@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

@Ofcom They are all bad as each other, literally no signal all the way from Coventry to Birmingham or surrounding train tracks. What’s the point if I can’t even make calls when commuting @VodafoneUK . Awful

Wow @VodafoneUK - just surpassed your shockingly poor levels of customer service - after my 2nd 1 hr+ call this week to sort out hospitalised husband's phone- you eventually cut me off when I ask to speak to a manager. I'll be on the case with @Ofcom -you are so unbelievably bad

@VodafoneUK 35 minutes on hold after 45 minutes on hold four days ago, only to not solve the problem at all is not good enough!!! Not sure what is up but this type of service is not near good enough!!! We have six contacts through Vodafone and will definitely be moving on 😡

@VodafoneUK do you have competent people working for you? I have tried to get help from customer service for 2 months, they all give me the runaround. Now im trying to change to a new sim and keep my number, i did everything im supposed to do, yet i havent kept my number.

Does @UKinEthiopia consider #Tigray part of Ethiopia? If so why not reconnect that region as well it’s being over #558Days since we heard anything from our families there.They have no network, telecommunications or basic banks, @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup must be only for the gov?
