    @VodafoneUK I’ve now spent 40 minutes trying to cancel a 5+year contract for a MyFi dongle (which doesn’t work now) and each time the call drops just when we are getting somewhere. I’m calling on a business Vodafone contract phone!! Go figure.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @Vodacom STOLE £55 out of my account with an apparent “error” but can’t/won’t refund! As a customer of 14 years and putting up with a catalogue of errors over the last 6 months from vodaphone.... I’ll be taking my custom somewhere else!

    @VodafoneUK I have no signal, can’t call support. Network status checker show several network issues in surrounding areas but no other information. When will this be resolved?

    @VodafoneUK My Vodafone broadband cuts out about 5 times a day. This is much needed but a disgrace this is not offered to existing customers for free with connection issues just their way to make extra money off the back off an already poor service.

    @VodafoneUK I have waited 3 weeks for the activation of my broadband service to my new home, I have been in contact with you multiple times where I have been told wait 2 days (that seems to be openreach SLA) for it to be active there is a problem with @WeAreOpenreach

    @VodafoneUK 9 Days without a working Internet connection now when needing to work from home. I have spoken to 10+ customer service advisors and nobody has been able to help or knows what the issue is. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. @VodafoneUK sort it out!

    @VodafoneUK is it possible to speak to home move team. As i keep getting put om hold and then call disconnects after 40 mins. Setting bad standards when renewal is coming up.

    @VodafoneUK when your customers have issues and are still awaiting contract sim activation after 4 days, you ask for a dm then stop replying.... It takes real effort to treat a customer with such disdain... easier to push a customer to leave you than try to fix issue thats sad.
