@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK trying to get a refund of £9.99 charged for Spotify when it is in my plan. That tobi thing is a nightmare and your phone lines are just ridiculous. should take no more than a few minutes to sort. Poor service must have been with you for 25 years never been as bad.

@VodafoneUK What on earth is happening with signal? I've now no reception at home or work in personal or work phone and WiFi calling isn't working on either. Cat contact via website as it says digital services aren't working and I need to ring. Which I can't because no reception.

@VodafoneUK shocking home broardband service, 2 years of online chats and waiting on the phone to get issues fixed. Not to mention days off waiting on engineers turning up to fix the problem. Again tried cancelling tonight, can’t get through. Shocking service
