@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK is literally the worst phone company I’ve been with. Can’t get thru to them but they put you through to that ******** tobi the virtual assistant who does **** all but create more problems.

@VodafoneUK what on earth is going on? I’ve tried to call customer services 3 times and just been sent to the online chat. The representative there was “unable” to help me. I just want to talk to someone on the phone about my plan - you’re a phone company for goodness sake!

@VodafoneUK yr chat lines are garbage. no reply and have been online 4 ages. i owe you money and wld like to pay. my phone no longer on your nwk so cant go further on yr 03 numbers ending 0191 or 8065. demonstrates why i left. is there a human i can speak to resolve this?
