@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot F*ck off Vodafone. You did exactly the same to me when I had an account. Never will I ever come to you for anything ever again. And I tell all family and friends never to go near you. You are vile.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK It took months of arguing with @VodafoneUK before they finally cancelled my contract with them for THEIR breach of contract. Dreadful company. I would never recommend them, not even to my archest enemy. Your experience comes as no surprise to me, sadly. I am sorry for your loss.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK My mum was charged double to continue with Virgin when my step-dad died. 🥹 She ended account-similar issues.I think she had to write in the end, I know it was very stressful for her. Then when trying to start with another provider I had to help - extremely time consuming. 🤨

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK We have had our own issues with Vodafone. It took my wife several years to cancel an account with them.

@VodafoneUK @360Art_Design This is beyond stupid - the replacement of humans with supposed AI and machine learning before it’s anywhere near ready (it probably will never be)

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot You're a phone company. Pick the damn thing up and call George back. Shockingly unprofessional and inhumane.

@VodafoneUK Large corporate's, when they have parts of the organisation that start to lose money often end up behaving this way. They cycle through CEO's until they find someone who is willing to behave in terrible ways in order to staunch the losses and get their bonus payment.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK So sorry to hear this, but not surprised. When I cancelled my contract a very aggressive guy refused to do it unless I told him which company I was moving to as they needed to information. I refused, none of their business, and had to hang up on him as he was becoming abusive.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK ripped me off back in 2005. I've never used them or recommended them since. @VirginMediaCorp pulled a similar stunt in 2018: never again!

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone UK is a terrible company with very poor customers. Time you went to Ofcom I think.
