    @VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

    @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

First time I was told it’ll be sorted within 72 hours, then I was told the first 72 hours is just for someone to get back to me, it’ll be another 72 hours to fix the issue. That ends tonight, but apparently might take till tomorrow morning. No idea what the actual issue is!

    @VodafoneUK i wanted to refund a dongle that doesn’t work on my device, and your customer service is so useless, they made up all these dumb excuses why they couldn’t do it when i am entitled to return it within 14 days. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW. £45 DOWN THE DRAIN.

    @The_Arsenal_ @VodafoneUK I get stuff happens but the whole "it'll take 5 days for someone to get back to you" was a joke. Customer service are messaging me now back and forth via DM but got no further than security questions atm. Shame people have to resort to moaning on twitter before getting anywhere

    @jack_s1102 @VodafoneUK Mine has been on and off, with slow speeds since Saturday night, it went down for good on Monday evening and hasn’t been back up since, and it’s still not fixed. I’ll be leaving Vodafone asap.

    @The_Arsenal_ @VodafoneUK Made me jump thru hoops all day with security questns, which I gave to the live chat yday and was fine, but today its not good enough. Theyve told me to fill out a form instead as they cant help The chat gave me a ref & said to just quote that going forward, which I did, but nope
