    @VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

    @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

    @VodafoneUK Interesting scam attempt today. Call from landline claiming to be vodafone with a discount for my monthly payment for being a loyal customer. Scammer is able to generate a 2-FA code to be sent from Vodafone and they ask for the code. Just hung up on them lmao.

    @VodafoneUK how on earth do you get to speak to a human? “TOBI” is crap, your call system after pressing 1, 2, etc etc cuts you off. Absolutely **** frustrating customer service.

    @VodafoneUK Ever since I switched to you I've had connectivity problems I've constantly called for help & nothing works Luckily my contract runs out in a couple of months Can't wait I regret switching to you Can't wait to leave
