@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

When you go into a @VodafoneUK store to get information on an order and they can’t help and give me a wrong number for customer services. Not great customer services from a service. Ordered cancelled 🖕🏻

@VodafoneUK I don’t want to deal with a bot. Two weeks of explaining the same crap to customer service agents who promise to call back and then never do is wearing a tad thin. This needs escalating to someone who WILL keep their promise to resolve the issue

@VodafoneUK I know it isn't - this is why I phoned them and waited 2 hours. I tried the webchat and it also had a 2 hour queue. So this hasn't really been any help.

@VodafoneUK I reported my phone lost. You sent me a replacement SIM and said that I can activate it once received, now I am given these strange explanations for why I am without service for days. And still no solution.

Worst ever customer service from @VodafoneUK and absolute lies from @DPDUK3 rate both these companies as 3rd world. Worst ever experienced in my travels in Africa Australia New Zealand and Korea. Surprised brits put up with them.

@VodafoneUK Unfortunately they told me the same thing. It's in the warehouse. 3 to 5 days. And given me £80cr. I'd rather you take the credit and pay someone to deliver my fone. Im at the point of thinking of cancelling and going with a network that can get me my phone before xmas

@VodafoneUK Tried all and received email saying can’t do the swap, shop says can’t help because it’s being done online, online chat doesn’t work and nobody picks phone. Still no service. Very frustrated.
