@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

Gotta say I really cannot fault @VodafoneUK customer services. Systems are great, helpful staff and love the fact your call sends and automated text with an agent who is taking ownership of any issues. That's how customer service should be done. Other companies should take note

I can’t deal with this anymore @VodafoneUK I’ve been with you 5 years and never have I experienced such poor service. This issue has been on going since 29th February, countless phone calls and no resolve. I need this sorted ASAP

@VodafoneUK We depend on WiFi calling so now our internet is down we have very patchy Vodafone signal. Not useful when you work from home. Please help.
