So disappointed with @VodafoneUK, £50 a month for a broken phone that hasn't worked for over a month. Called, been in store, app chatted. Conflicting info, no help, no refund, apparently now need to send for repair 4 times before replacement when previously told it was 2 times

@VodafoneUK Are you joking? Been with you 7 years & wanted to extend my contract with 2.5 weeks left & you want to charge me a 26 quid “early upgrade fee”. I’m keeping the same phone & reducing data significantly- a downgrade! App even said I can upgrade from today. Very poor!
