@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

.@VodafoneUK have been very supportive of #SwanseaEast in the past by donating phones to those who needed them most. I'm pleased to see they are doing their bit to support families by offering broadband at just £12 a month and a year of free broadband to small businesses

Hey @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup having spoken to your customer service at 11:32am today to a lady called "Jess" you really need to train you staff better as she has no customer service skills at all and hung up giving incorrect information. TREAT THIS AS AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT

Moved from @VodafoneUK to @O2 in April. Worst movie ever. Dropped calls every day and texts not being sent. Then after months of phonecalls they inform me they've had problems with my local signal mast! Back with Vodafone. I should have never moved.

@VodafoneUK I’ve been trying to connect with someone from the business team for 4 days now to cancel my business account with no success. On my last call after being on hold an automatic message alerted my that the lines were closed and the line ended. It’s 14.20!

@VodafoneUK why is it that I’m in a 4g area I can’t access to the internet through mobile network. I’m literally 700 meters from a Vodafone mast with 2 bars of signal on my phone yet not internet. Sorry but the signal has slowly been getting worse since January
