@VodafoneUK On hold now for 20 mins to cancel my account, the "Bot" keeps telling me their are no agents available on chat. Your chance of anyone persuading me to stay are now zero. How can I cancel? Why not make this an option in online servicing if you are so overloaded?

@VodafoneUK Still nothing. I've changed provider now. Will be connected to new network on 30th November. Am assuming I'll have no internet from Vodafone until then. Obviously I'll not be paying my last bill due on 29th November.

@virginmedia I’m not free from my awful contract with @VodafoneUK until 13/12/21, I’ve changed delivery date to be 11/12/21, but there’s nothing to say my contract will start then, can you help?
