@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@JamesRedTate @unicornkx @VodafoneUK Leaving their phone network at the end of my contract too. Network coverage is getting worse, reintroduction of roaming charges, and they're such a cheapskate they won't even pay for data coverage on the tube, like every other major network does. Clapped-afone.

@VodafoneUK there was a young lady dealing and nearly finishing with a customer and swa the same agent ( Sam ) seating at that far distance and I just wanted to avoid him as from my cold experience with the previous day
