@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

Another day,another issue with @VodafoneUK broadband. Won’t help unless you become an engineer yourself🙄 If you’re thinking about using them for your broadband.Don’t. Save yourself the stress. It’s been months now and still no help Plenty reminders to pay for no service tho..

Whatever you do today - DO NOT get broadband through @VodafoneUK Appalling customer service and they can no longer connect us to faster fibre as promised. Very happy to take the money for it though… #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK Just had to cancel / serve notice on my existing SIM only contract so I can get the package you have for new customers. Seems crazy that I have to port my number from Vodafone to Vodafone. Why not let me just upgrade?

@VodafoneUK @AgeUKBeds 80 year old mother’s 3G Vodafone has had a problem since last week. Shop has notice on door and staff saying Vodafone issue and will no longer support 2G and 3G phones. Queue in shop of similar age people who are suddenly unable to use their phones. ?????
