    @VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

    @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

    @VodafoneUK Thanks I have messaged. It’s all postcode zones and I’ve done all the troubleshooting the service is just terrible

    @FreedomMatty @Iromg @VodafoneUK I've already cancelled mine. Bloody check of them. If they can afford to give free give aways, why not concentrate on the customer base that they have here (what with the cost of living) rather than people who rock up uninvited!

    The more I investigate mobile network costs before renewing my contract, the more I realise a direct contract with @VodafoneUK is a rip off. I can’t wait to cancel my contract.

    On a train (as I am every week) can't have a phone call for more than 30 seconds. @VodafoneUK your signal is absolutely shocking. Why??? It's 2026. Surely your investments would see significantly better performance. Tired of this rubbish

    Hey @VodafoneUK, you have scheduled maintenance in my town, lasting until 18th September. I literally have 0 connectivity. Unless I’m on WiFi, I can’t make any calls or texts. Any chance of having my bill for the month refunded, seeing as I’m getting no service from you?
