@VodafoneUK 6 days it took for someone to tell me the disconnection number, I’ve explained my problem numerous times to double digits of people and been given copy pasta instructions on how to change random router settings, your customer support policy is to exhaust customers into silence.

The way @VodafoneUK are charging me even though 4g hasn’t worked for a month and they won’t answer their phone or online customer service lines is wild. Like surely this is illegal?

@VodafoneUK can't get through to anyone on support. Is there an issue with service at DA3 7DL? Can't make or receive calls. Texts and data is ok. 4g and 3g.
