@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@misty_striker @VodafoneUK Yeah it was same for me. Next think they want 700 off u to cancel contract then tell me that its £6 a day to use mobile on holiday. I will not be a Vodafone customer after my contract finishes. Put all bills price up yet the made a profit of 5BILLION DOLLARS. Poor customer care

I have given up trying to sign up to @VodafoneUK.A sim only package/30GB/Unlimited mins&texts for £10 is truly too good to be true coz they make it impossible to get.Neither online or thru chat.was transferred constantly &hit a brick wall.I gave up! I never give up but u beat me

@VodafoneUK When I moved to this house, my phone signal was a usable –70dBm but for the last month (since storm eunice) it's been at a useless –110dBm. I can't get through to a human because my contract is with @lebara. What's going on!

@TRandolfski @VodafoneUK Know exactly how you feel with delivery UPS they delivered my package far from my home, and the deliver man signed it himself. UPS supoort did not help at all.
