    @VodafoneUK Help how exactly? All he wants to do is cancel a contract because the service doesn't work and Vodafone either says "do more tests" or "You're in a contract" - it's obstructive. I get this isn't your fault. We'll be launching a complaint with the Regulator instead of engaging.

    @VodafoneUK since basically using your support webchat and call 3 times doesn't help can I get a feedback on my issues with my broadband? 130ms of latency and drops in connection via ethernet cable... Your team was supposed to contact me after reporting the issue no call 🤬

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup harassing a 93 yr old when refusing to answer what their claim is for. A no contact scheme preventing him from talking to vodafone staff. Bullying at its worst.

    @VodafoneUK hi, we are having issues with our internet (since yest eve) & it is on one minute with really high speeds, the next it’s red. Flashing red. We haven’t changed anything - do you know why this may be? It’s difficult to WFH as calls were disconnecting today

    @VodafoneUK This is a great reply when my phone signal is so bad I can't hear your staff to know what they are saying. You've been trying to call me but your calls aren't registering on my phone as the signal is so bad I use wifi calling but your late activating my broadband

    @VodafoneEgypt @VodafoneUK I canceled the service myself, but I ask Vodafone UK to follow up on Vodafone Egypt and what is happening from it towards its customers, in addition to the bad communications and the lack of respectable reinforcement networks, the signal is always bad
