@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK Broadband chugging along slowly tonight. Is there an issue in the Manchester area. This is happening quite often since moving from NOW TV BB. I've tried different browsers and two separate internet ports on my PC. Vodafone app says no issues. 😕

@VodafoneUK I’d like to have actual 5G on my phone despite having an iPhone 12 & speaking to a rep that told me to just reset the settings so I’ve paid and continued to pay for 5G service and haven’t had any for 2 months. Given up actually trying to resolve it
