@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK Engineer has advised that all the service poles equipment owned by city fibre need to be upgraded. I have called your customer services and it seems like nobody is taking ownership or escalating this matter, I have been to wait until 30th August for an update.

@VodafoneUK I would love to - funny story I ALREADY HAVE, already DM’d and no valuable response - how you treat your customers is disgusting especially vulnerable at risk customers who are begging for help

@VodafoneUK Hi Lisamarie it's my home broadband, had trouble all weekend with the internet dropping off. Every few hours. I've unplugged and replugged all the wires/cables and it seems to have sorted it for now. It hasn't dropped off so far today.

So @VodafoneUK want an online form filling in with a scan of a death certificate to cancel an out of contract phone. No such problem with @BritishTelecom or others. Do they not realise we've got a lot going on at a time like this?

Not good @VodafoneUK to get customers to factory reset their router as part of the first line support process. Now I have lost my LAN IP pool, firewall configuration etc Wasting customers' time to streamline your call handling is not professional.

I've just had some great service from a lovely chap whilst upgrading my phone. @VodafoneUK I'd love to send some formal feedback, how can I do this?

@VodafoneUK Thanks. I have left a really poor customer service verdict in the survey sent to me in the wake of my abortive call to Vodafone earlier. You really need to understand the importance of face-to-face service.
