  @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

  @VodafoneUK I phoned up and I spoke to someone he said I needed the complaints department or a different department then said he’d put me through, but it just rang and rang and rang and I was waiting for over an hour and 40 minutes and no one answered. I had to put the phone down in the end.

  @VodafoneUK Why would a company like yours, which makes billions of dollars, use some pointless virtual assistant called Tobi? Because of that stupid Tobi, I can't get my work done, nor can I connect with a customer agent. I've never seen such a stupid system.

  How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!
