    @VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

    @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

    @VodafoneUK Absolute shambles. Home Move booked weeks ago, I’ve now moved, and you’ve cancelled it. I’m paying for broadband at a house I no longer live in AND paying extra for temporary internet. Can’t even contact you because your systems are down. Sort this out!

    @Iromg @VodafoneUK Well done Mike. As well as cancelling support to my fave charity The Salvation army for the same reason I also no longer donate to the RNLI for obvious reasons. I live on the S. Coast but I discovered that all funds collected are returned to the centre for re-distribution.

    Britain is now a country where you only get the option & marketing to pay less but for a lesser service. There are literally no bargains to be had. It’s a country where the only growth is by charging you more for everything. @VodafoneUK is just one classic example of this.
