@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

@VodafoneUK I am a key worker. This is causing overwhelm and stress. I’m already stressed providing a service to vulnerable people I don’t need this from my service provider. I’m requesting for 6 months compensation for all of this trouble.

@VodafoneUK I’ve had 2 faulty upgrades. Charged 4 delivery 4 both. Still paying for contract. Tom was rude 2me. Omar promised me 6 months compensation. Another agent had me on hold & transferred me to Dan. Offered iphone 11 for £43 which is more than current contract that I’m happy with.

@VodafoneUK I am trying to get in touch with you to cancel data plan for my Apple Watch. When I try to chat with your support your chatbot asks me to call 191. When I call 191 the automated response sends me texts with links to support chat. Is this your customer service now??

@VodafoneUK Hiya A few weeks ago my sim stopped working and I got sent a new one which has arrived. But its still not working and says "emergency calls only. Ik its not cuz of my location cuz it was working fine. Idk what to do cuz I'm paying £31 p/m for something I cant use

Now they are saying that I need to place the reorder which will put me to the back of the queue and will have to wait another 4 weeks for delivery really bad service will be looking for a new provider now @VodafoneUK
