    @VodafoneUK Example of disingenuous business process by @VodafoneUK - selling a product at a discounted price (from an artificially high price) - but then making annual increases based on the fantasy pre-discount price - even though the customer was only advertised the lower price.

    I called @VodafoneUK today to find out how I can get a normal SIM card and they call centre where no help. This awful experience has caused to purchase another contract as I cannot run a business without my mobile. Im being charged for a phone that I cannot use

    @VodafoneUK Not had a usable signal in Bakewell DE45 for nearly three weeks now. I have reported it. Who do I contact for compensation? I can't call (anyone for obvious reasons) just as my elderly mum can't get through to me in an emergency and neither can my kids' schools.

    @VodafoneUK Nope, no chance. You'd need to pay me to stay at this point & even then it'd have to be enough. Having spoken to nearly 2 *DOZEN* people at vodafone, you've completely failed. You messed me around as a company far too many times. Your systems don't work and you don't fix them.

    @VodafoneUK Example of VERY basic thing failed on: When speaking to someone in your support team -- the headset they were given by @VodafoneUK was too quiet to be able to pick up their voice, so even on speakerphone at my end I could barely hear them.

    Fed up @VodafoneUK - my phone has had virtually no signal at all for around 17 days or so. Can't make or receive calls. Your advisor gave link to network status tracker and it shows maintenance, and it did have a completion date of 16/6 last week, now there is no completion date

    @VodafoneUK is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Just taken £800 out of my account with zero prior correspondence. Avoid at all costs. Incompetence at every level. I don’t have time for your online chats or being on hold for 30/40 mins at a time. Ring me.

    @VodafoneUK @Wimbledon I was a customer of Vodafone for nearly 20 years... and never had any 'connection' with it. Just frequent hassle sorting out bills that were wrong...
