    @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

    @VodafoneUK And this is a business line we have been using since 2014, it’s on all our brochure, website etc. I was asked to contact talk talk and openreach by agents in Vodafone agents in Egypt. I thought I was dealing with Uk customer service that understands how data privacy works.

    @VodafoneUK had my iPhone 12 Pro Max since it came out and have been in Birmingham/Manchester many many times. Never once have seen 5G on my phone. Why?

    @VodafoneUK Im about to finish my contract with vodafone . Customer service is awful , if it all works , great if not , your screwed . Will I renew ? No , not a chance and my mobile will leave vodafone as well .

    And no solution was proffered. No option for me. @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup just kicked me to the curb. I guess customer relations/ service don’t mean anything. It’s very disappointing because they acted like they could truly help.

    @VodafoneUK Every 3-4 days my daughter's broadband goes off and can't re connect and needs to call customer service and they say your router needs a update she has only been with yous 2 month **** service **** attitude **** broadband paying a bill for poor quality rip off
