  @VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

  @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

  Vodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed it’s Vodafone’s, BT’s order failed (CON‑0004). I’ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone won’t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?

  @VodafoneUK why has your coverage/signal been absolutely awful for the last few months in north Devon? Is it because you joined with 3 and have shut down your own masts and are using there’s?
