@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

Oh the irony of having issues with your mobile provider, ringing them to find they don’t know you and won’t deal with you, even online. I’ve been a customer of @VodafoneUK for several years. Sigh.

.@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I called you 6 times in the last 3 days to cancel my contract, every time I spent 20-30 minutes waiting without any success. Canceling on your website or in shops it not available. Basically you make cancellation impossible to keep on charging @scam
