@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

@Salfanackerpan @VodafoneUK I quit with Voda years ago, crappy customer service. 4 of us Data only users, (way way back in the day when 3g was a luxury) were getting each others emails. Took a week for them to take it seriously. Another month to sort it. And yes, I don't know how, but it was their end.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneBiz Look at the shamelessness of Vodafone India. Firstly they say will sort out your problem by 10/09. now they say you can appeal in 30 days as we can not sort out the network, They are all for money. Not for your service. be mindful.

@VodafoneUK Hi, thanks for the response. I've spoken to the Wi-Fi Experts before (though this isn't a "Wi-Fi" issue per se). They are refusing to acknowledge it as an issue / even escalate it / make a note, though there are many pages on your forum about it. 1/2
