@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had similar from several utility companies when I tried to deal with them after losing my infant son & struggling to deal with life admin via 'phone. Some v caring individuals but also some cretins and systems designed to support the latter instead of regarding the former. X

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodaphone refused to cancel a subscription for a phone number I’d never had, on a phone I’d never owned. It took me 3 months to convince them it was unreasonable to charge me for something I’d never even owned. They’re a joke.

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot All customer-service staff should be trained to at least offer condolences when someone rings to say a relative has died - it makes a big difference. If the first response is simply "OK what's your account number?" it's insulting.

Like most other things.A copy certified or otherwise of the death certficate to the company along with copy of POA for father at most is all that’s required they have to close

Worst customer service on #vodafonebroadband from @VodafoneUK. I have made atleast 6 official fault complaints in the last 1.5 months but still the most pathetic service. I am planning to raise an official complaint with the FCA, does anybody want to join in with me?

@TrudieMaxim @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I did it to talk talks boss Dido Harding. Got her out of a meeting, but problem was solved two days later. This after 6 months trying to sort out the supply directly with Talk talk. No joy. Just look for the CEO of any company you have a problem with and drop them a nice note

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I experienced similar rude arrogance when dealing with my mum's estate and such things as tv licence cancellation, No customer service whatsoever and above all NO compassion or sympathy for people suffering bereavement. Really awful.
