@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

Whatever you do today - DO NOT get broadband through @VodafoneUK Appalling customer service and they can no longer connect us to faster fibre as promised. Very happy to take the money for it though… #poorcustomerservice

@CommunityFibre Connection is down in the W4 area all lights on modem is green but it's not dishing out a ip address. Switched modem off for 30mins then back on then switched router on but nothing. Have to use 4G from @VodafoneUK #NewCustomer

@VodafoneUK @AgeUKBeds 80 year old mother’s 3G Vodafone has had a problem since last week. Shop has notice on door and staff saying Vodafone issue and will no longer support 2G and 3G phones. Queue in shop of similar age people who are suddenly unable to use their phones. ?????
