    @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

    @VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

    I have never experienced such bad customer service from any company in all my life as @vodafone @VodafoneUK horrendous service. Also been told by one of there staff a contact number is 54321 clowns 🤡🤡🤡

    This is not a mistake as such minutes & sms are now unlimited plus the data allowance has been upgraded to 50GB from 20GB every 30 days. Thank you @VodafoneUK for your time and help with this confusion.

    @VodafoneUK - this is the worst mobile provider I have EVER encountered! I have run out of data every month for 13 months despite paying upwards of £140 a month! Some technical issue that cannot be resolved. I‘ve tried to email them to send a request (but they don’t have).
