@VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

@onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

@VodafoneUK Wow! Been charged £50 a month for last 18mnths for mobile brdbnd of speeds 1mbps and sometimes not even 1. Finally my 18 month contract expires & I call up to cancel & you won't end it saying I need to physically go into a store! You're now officially stealing!

@VodafoneUK I started my call at 7.30pm, and was put on hold, listening to the same 3 songs over and over, occasionally interrupted by being told we are really busy, not once did it mention closing at 8pm, so I was still on hold when it was closed according to you!!! Great service.. 🙈

@VodafoneUK what the hell is going on at Customer Services? 40 minutes on hold?? I cannot wait to leave your network, that's if I can ever get through to cancel it. I can only imagine the reason it's busy is hoards of people ringing to cancel.
