    @VodafoneUK hello, hope you can help. My mobile phone internet connecting is terrible, and always has been. I’ve tried to call and tried the online help but not managed to get to talk to a person. I’m at the point of speaking legal advice as no idea what else to do.

    @VodafoneUK Thanks I have messaged. It’s all postcode zones and I’ve done all the troubleshooting the service is just terrible

    @onlytruejosh @VodafoneUK I find Vodafone/ Voxi really good speed and coverage wise. I was with GiffGaff and they were awful. And EE wasn’t much better

    Agreed My 90 yr old could understand a word the "engineer" swid when booking to install her broadband as a new customer ! Shockingly bad service @VodafoneUK

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK A month after my old Mum died, Virgin called me and said she was eligible for an upgrade. The lady on the phone couldn't grasp she'd passed even though her contract had been terminated. She kept saying she'd been a Mobile Customer for 10 years, she would get a great deal. Useless

The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. I had done it to the end of month, as they don't do partials, and lost an extra month because it that.

    @popcorn_amazing @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK We had a similar issue where they couldn't supply at our new address but wanted to charge an early exit fee. Had to email the CEO to resolve so hopefully works for you!

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my grandad died, the council sent my Mum a bill as he hadn’t given notice to quit his OAP bungalow. Mum replied saying that as the contract was with him & not her, they should contact him at plot 25, Chelmsford Graveyard. She never heard anything after that.

    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

    @AJRAllModCons @VodafoneUK I had the same with Vodafone. Customer service was awful, I had them literally laughing and hanging up on me. Nearly caused us to lose a house move. I’ve sworn to never go back to them unfortunately!
