Just had appalling and very rude customer service on chat with @VodafoneUK after receiving differing information about my account by three separate advisors the last person told me I have to upgrade or cancel my account. I’m actually shocked by how rude they were.

@SmileySibs @VodafoneUK I’ve had a terrible experience with @vodafoneuk too. Wrongly disconnected 3 months ago, and still waiting to be reconnected. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Definitely go with someone else. #sky has great customer service, I used to be with them.

@pilot86992674 @vinnycoyne @vodafoneuk customer service is shocking! They’ve done that to me too. I’ve had over 3 months of trying to deal with them. Still not been reconnected. Don’t trust anything they tell you on the phone. Email their directors complaints dept and get them to help :-)

@VodafoneUK Placed an order on the website for broadband, apparently due to your system error it didn't go through, now I have to order again online it's an extra £20 from what I paid. AWFUL customer service on the phone just got hung up on . Appalling experience from your staff.
