@VodafoneUK …meanwhile, what was sold to me as ‘Unlimited fibre’ turned out not to be a fibre connection to my home (as ur phone customer support condescendingly informed me last week, after I got through after a long hold). The actual connection I’m getting has frequent & random drops

@VodafoneUK have the worst customer service!!!! 3.5 hours on chat to get an upgrade done!!!! Then it’s wrong so get passed to 3 more agents, what’s going on!

@VodafoneUK Also to add, Vodafone phone support either brushes off, or had long waits when i request support (first time in 6 months, not frequently). But when I selected the “new connection” option, it immediately routed to a person. So once connection is sold, quality goes down
