Called @VodafoneUK to move house weeks ago, they cancelled my broadband instead of moving it. Been on the phone to them for >6 hrs, still no internet, just been passed around with no help. Been hung up and and left on hold while they all go home. Won't even let me cancel now

Come on @VodafoneUK sort my broadband out please. 4 hours on the phone to someone and they cannot diagnose the problem. All neighbours effected, in Marple. Down 2 days now and no sign of working anytime soon

@VodafoneUK Hiya - it was a new customer contract (got credit scored for it, etc.) but the extra charge has disappeared today, so I presume it must've just been a glitch. Cheers!
