@VodafoneUK broadband speed issue so contacted customer service. Guy from call centre advising me to unscrew the master socket and start poking around the wires. So your customers need to fix their own internet issues with no background knowledge? Send an engineer please.

@VodafoneUK I thought your customer service was supposed to have improved. I’m out of contract and would like to give 30 days notice. Surely a chat advisor can handle that rather than keep disconnecting or telling me to call a number that automatically hangs up…

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup I’m deeply disappointed to hear that there are no benefits of being a loyal customer and renewing with you. My new contract is worth nearly £1000 over two years which I am will be more than will to give to a different provider.

Come to the conclusion that there is no point in @VodafoneUK having any shops. Everytime you want to make a change to your account, you must phone customer service or do it online. Their customer service almost as poor as their cell coverage.

@VodafoneUK Been a customer for 20 years just done my upgrade with sky mobile now . New airtime tariffs a rip off forcing customers to have extras even if you don’t want them and can’t be removed to reduce the tariffs
