    @VodafoneUK I was miss sold my contract. It is impossible to talk to anyone at Vodafone. I am outraged and frustrated And after 25 years ready to move to a better organise network. The customer service has been shocking. No way to treat customers

    @virginmedia No spent full day on web chat, customer service didn’t comprehend that if the @VodafoneUK couldn’t be matched I wanted to cancel. Even then said have perfect deal @ £86, I thought they were joking. After agreeing to cancel, they offered money to recommend Virgin, go figure.

    Awful service @VodafoneUK. Despite paying for 2 months broadband when they cut it off after 2 weeks - they now billme £232 as a early cancellation despite @VodafoneUK cancelling it as “they don’t know what happened” - 30 hours tryin to sort. #badservice #avoidvodafone #crap

    @VodafoneUK your automated telephone voice on your support line has a serious attitude problem. Please make her more patient; say in advance if she'll only accept a yes/no answer; generally be less condescending and sound like she at least wants to help.
