Vodafone Issues Reports

  • AQuantumCat1 A Quantum Cat (@AQuantumCat1) reported

Trying to call @VodafoneUK about my service, on hold for 25 minutes already.. Pffffffffff.. At what point does an 'unusually high call volume' become USUAL, and they hire enough people to man the phones?

  • DarthPhargle Paul Hargreaves (@DarthPhargle) reported

@VodafoneUK My issue now is that DPD will only deliver this to my address & they only hold packages for 7 days so if it arrives after Tues, I'm away for 2 weeks for my wife's birthday (who the phone is for) meaning they will return it to you & I'll have to start again

  • jamesmcguire191 James S McG 💙 (@jamesmcguire191) reported

@VodafoneUK vodafone b/band activates tomorrow. Still no router and 2 of us wfh. On hold for 35 mins and unable to get anyone on live chat. Can someone help please??

  • alisong94948509 Alison Gilbert (@alisong94948509) reported

@VodafoneUK you should be ashamed of yourselves. A loyal customer and been off service for 6 days. Understand I live in the storm area. But you can’t tell the community when we can expect to be back on service. A communication company who don’t communicate. Come on!

  • ShaunJEvans4 Shaun (@ShaunJEvans4) reported

@VodafoneUK This is pure scum: Donate your old phone worth £100s Vodafone will donate a sim worth £0,50. Vodafone claims all the credit spewing about how much they care. The cherry on top? Vodafone will lock these poor people into becoming Vodafone customers once the free data runs out.

  • thetruzzsocial The Truzz Social 💙 (@thetruzzsocial) reported

@Sederrick @VodafoneUK I actually cried over this. The thing is it was only £12 a month but if I didn’t actually have the money it would have been so much more stressful. It’s an appalling way to treat customers.

  • teachypiano teachypiano 🏳️‍🌈 (@teachypiano) reported

@VodafoneUK my broadband has been sporadically awful lately, it went down completely last night and I need it for work. Your chat function is completely down so can't contact you on website

  • thetruzzsocial The Truzz Social 💙 (@thetruzzsocial) reported

If you are looking to cancel a contract with @VodafoneUK My contract expired 14 months ago so should have been simple, it was for an unused tablet: 1. Their shops are happy to upsell / upgrade but do not have the capability to cancel contracts. They will tell you to call 191.

  • Sederrick Stuart Derrick (@Sederrick) reported

@thetruzzsocial @VodafoneUK I'm so sorry. It's infuriating when you feel you're being treated so shabbily especially after being a customer for so long. Companies don't own our custom - they have to earn the right to retain it. That's what all their corporate guff will say - reality is often different
