    @virginmedia I’m not free from my awful contract with @VodafoneUK until 13/12/21, I’ve changed delivery date to be 11/12/21, but there’s nothing to say my contract will start then, can you help?

    @ortho_C_bear @VodafoneUK I can only guess their cancellation lines are busy because people know how awful they are and want to cancel their accounts!

    Very disappointed @VodafoneUK we paid for ultra fast broadband, we had our installation on Thursday... and @CityFibre fault means we have no service... and the best we can hope for is someone to call me back NEXT Thursday! Not good enough!

    The landline was working perfectly until they 'accidentally' cut it off. Now they are trying to push a new service on her. Her landline was working perfectly fine before they disconnected the landline in 'error'. @VodafoneUK how do we escalate the matter?

    @VodafoneUK You have charged me £9.39 to call YOUR COMPLAINTS LINE! Around 90 mins YOU kept ME on hold! I couldn't use my mobile because YOU can't provide a service. I was told calling YOU from my landline is free! Furious .. 9 hours of my life wasted. And still it goes on & on!

    Still no Gigafast or phone service due to a "fault", nobody lets you know what's going on or an ETA on a fix @VodafoneUK, which is great during half term and easter bank holiday weekend, and won't get comp due to cityfibre managed not openreach (and bank holiday)

    @VodafoneUK It’s connected via Ethernet, every wire in this house works, there is no issues with my wires or my hub nor my phone line connection, this is definitely an issue with the green box connection, and needs a engineer to look at it.

    @MoneySavingExp Hey MSE, I joined @VodafoneUK broadband via your site. Are you aware how dreadful they are! No broadband, telephone switched off, no date to fix & appalling customer service when you can eventually get through. How do I escalate this??
