@VodafoneUK It is a mobile sim only contract. I have been advised that the account is ‘open’ with a bar on it for trouble shooting and that takes 24 hours to be completed so they can’t cancel while it is open. I now have to call back tomorrow and go through the same disastrous experience!

@VodafoneUK I keep getting messages saying I haven't done my trade in check for my discount but I've done it twice now and it said it was accepted. I've not received the return envelope yet either. Help! It said I have 24 hours to do it.

@VodafoneUK Why Vodafone blocks customers after port out. These two numbers are unable to receive calls or text from any Vodafone sim anymore as VF calling network itself blocking them 07735262342 & 07411407842. Shameful/Unethical practices against Ofcom rules. Tkt ID 1-nerp6qag

Piece of **** @VodafoneUK are, moved to them on 20th Dec and been without internet ever since. Calling every day with false promises of fixing the issue each day within 24hrs and NOTHING. Won’t let me cancel, but will happily take my money for NO SERVICE #vodafone #badservice
