Kindly get to the bottom of this as am sure lot of citizens will be similarly targeted by these fake numbers. ARPU going up in the wrong way won’t help the people’s cause

    @VodafoneUK really poor customer service on home broadband. Two weeks, seven agents later, empty promises, still not sorted and then to add insult to injury told that deal can't be done. Agent hung up and I'm left hanging!!!!

    @VodafoneUK This is the thing, no one is keeping me updated... I've had 1 text in 3 weeks, allegedly informing me that I would have had another update 3 days later...which I never!! This handset was ordered 25/6 🥴
