@virginmedia I’m not free from my awful contract with @VodafoneUK until 13/12/21, I’ve changed delivery date to be 11/12/21, but there’s nothing to say my contract will start then, can you help?

@brnbbr @VodafoneUK When I was working from rural internet connections, I was unable to upload my Docker images for FeedbackPanda. So I had to set up a cloud build service to build and distribute them for me. Overall devops win. Deployments went from 10min to 3min w/ the CI solution.

@VodafoneUK So your reps are conveniently choosing not to record calls and are being left completely unsupervised. You are also leaving customers unable to escalate issues to a manager. As admitted by your own reps.

@VodafoneUK But every time we try to get the issue resolved, your reps make promises, then when we haven't heard anything back for a week we call and are told "we have no record of having that conversation". Funny considering you "record calls for quality and training purposes"
