@virginmedia I’m not free from my awful contract with @VodafoneUK until 13/12/21, I’ve changed delivery date to be 11/12/21, but there’s nothing to say my contract will start then, can you help?

@VodafoneUK worst customer experience ever. A simple issue that should have been rectified has turned into a 2 hour shambles. Your customer service app and support are dire. Never experienced anything as poor. Problem still not solved.
