    Refreshingly good service from @VodafoneUK yesterday - they phoned back twice and solved the problem. (Which was, their ‘SecureNet’ thing, whatever that is, stops iMessage from activating) Pleasant change - well done 👏🏻

    @VodafoneUK is it how your policy not to answer customer service calls? I've tied multiple times with long hold times. Crap service is why I loved my business account. Guess I'll be moving the rest of my family ones now instead of upgrading

    @VodafoneUK have been unable to recieve calls for years. Got a new phone and contacted vodafone on 17th Sept to try and amend this, was told all was fine. Just missed a crucial telephone appointment with SAMHS as a result, now can't get help from vodafone. please advise

    @VodafoneUK I get the code last night,went on vue website and it was having problems with online sales I've now wasted £7 for nothing because the 1hr timeline to purchase tickets has passed! Not happy
