@VodafoneUK Shame your staff isn’t treated with the same respect, my son had worked for you for 18 months, even though he has covid his manager forced him to work or face disciplinary action . When a customer asked why he looked so I’ll & he admitted he had covid they rightly complained 1/2

@VodafoneUK Hey @vodafone I just spoke to a representative on the phone when you responded. They've tried but failed to stick to my original install date. We're now losing around £80 or more for Vodafone's incompetence, we will change provider as soon as physically possible unless you help

@MattJABrooks @VodafoneUK I had the same problem. I was with Vodafone with my very first contract and stayed with them for years! Ended up moving to 02 in the end who had much better deals and Vodafone wouldn't match ...sigh

@VodafoneUK #feeltheconnection do not sign up with Vodafone, their service is just diabolical. My story, taken them 4 months to get my network running, have had to make 20 calls, now the offer they offered me is no longer valid and trying to charge me £85 per month, watch out.
