@ragilampung450 @VodafoneUK I'm not on Instagram. I took the phone to vodaphone. Worse customer service ever! They said it was my fault. But a manager took over and it's sent back to samsung. The manager said he's 90% sure it's a Samsung error

@VodafoneUK Why is your basic sim only plan description "Roaming not included" whereas in reality it should be "Connection will never work outside UK" or "Roaming can never be enabled"? Feels like we're being held to ransom with 12 mnth contract for 1 week trip out of the UK !

@ChrissyKinsella @VodafoneUK Call again and you might get a different response. I've been with Vodafone for the same length of time and got a SIM only for £7.07. Unlimited calls, texts + 5GB data. As a long standing customer you should be able negotiate a discount. #RED5GB

@BBCWatchdog we have been blatantly lied to by @VodafoneUK and @OpenreachHelp on several occasions in the last month - hours and hours of our lives spent on the phone, live chats and emails and we still have no WiFi - you honestly couldn’t believe the ‘service’ we have received
