    @VodafoneUK Again at store t the request por favor client services. No solution to our claim…it just keeps dragging, no one assumes responsibility. Do yourself a favor, contract with another broadband company.

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK Just to let you know I will not be using Vodafone again on principle due to Vodafone giving free SIMs to illegal migrants. Having been working for several decades with British homeless families & single adults who have had no such support I don’t support your action!

    Your mobile service in DT6 West Bay Dorset has slowly been eroded down to nothing. From 25 mps down over the years to just 0.5 mps down this summer. Not good enough... @VodafoneUK

    Vodafone cease order stuck in Openreach CSS (DI7007595). Plusnet confirmed it’s Vodafone’s, BT’s order failed (CON‑0004). I’ve been unable to switch for months and Vodafone won’t escalate to Openreach SMC. @VodafoneUK @Ofcom can you help?
