    @virginmedia I’m not free from my awful contract with @VodafoneUK until 13/12/21, I’ve changed delivery date to be 11/12/21, but there’s nothing to say my contract will start then, can you help?

    Just found out that terminating my @VodafoneUK contract early would cost me ~£133. So I'm stuck in a **** contract with a **** company until November 2025. Worst provider I've ever had. 😭 #Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK after a long wait to chat to a human agent this morning, the person said there is a broadband outage. When asked , was it a planned outage, the response was Yes. When I asked why wasn’t there any prior notification, the response was they don’t do prior notification.

    @VodafoneUK any updates on your dreadful service. I think you are severely underestimating the impact you are having on people today. All in the name of greed and profit, if you maintained your network properly, this wouldn't happen

    @VodafoneUK broadband down in ct16 has been for hours now and an actual update rather than "we are aware of some issues" or "we're working hard to resolve some issues" would be nice, maybe a rough idea of time frame!?

    @VodafoneUK Over one hour on the phone and no one picked up. Chat also unavailable... Luckily I thought about checking the news and found out there is a major outage... why not add a message on the phone advising of the outage so we are aware and don't waste your time, and ours? Rookie error

    @lynseyb29 @VodafoneUK I get that.. But you commented on a post which explains the issue. And complained about customer service. It's bank holiday, there's probably only a few staff in the call centre. And there's a national outage.
