@VodafoneUK you are an absolute disgrace. My partner has requested to unlock her iPhone 6 times now. Email and phone. The last call taker was drunk and was laughing down the phone and has passed the wrong email address very unprofessional!

@VodafoneUK 3 and a half hours and still waiting, complete joke ! I have twice been connected through to live chat and twice disconnected ... should I try calling through as a new customer I don’t think they’ll be waiting this long for an answer !

Not sure who wins the #badcustomerservice award today. Close call between @VodafoneUK & @Barclays ... guess Vodafone at least eventually spoke to me & sort of resolved & sort of apologised. Barclays... jury out. Have tried every possible way to speak to you today. Service sucks!

@VodafoneUK Worst customer service ever. I have spent probably about 10 hours on the phone with you in the past 2 months and the issue still isn't resolved and I'm being charged for things I don't have. How is that even possible? Who can I contact for this to be resolved?
