    @virginmedia I’m not free from my awful contract with @VodafoneUK until 13/12/21, I’ve changed delivery date to be 11/12/21, but there’s nothing to say my contract will start then, can you help?

    @VodafoneUK thanks for putting my bill up 14%. I can deal with the inflation increase but you adding 4% on to 'invest in the network' is a bit of a joke when you're paying your executives millions in bonuses each year.

    @VodafoneUK This is what i mean Chris, you are not reading what I have written. I have got in touch with them multiple times. This is really appealing service to a customer that is not receiving a service of "merchantable quality" Vodaphone are in breach of their contract with me!

    @VodafoneUK been with Voda 15 years. Made my first complaint. And I am getting “since aprologies” and their way of offering compensation for the ******* terrible service is £10. Imagine £10 isn’t even a pound for every year I’ve been with them. Don’t join Vodafone.

    @VodafoneUK customer service so poor! Trying to sort overpayments for a smart watch. Contradictions between phone staff - absolute shambles. Interestingly no records of conversations or messages sent on their systems. Stay away from Vodafone people!

    @vodafoneuknews @VodafoneUK I’m sure I speak for the majority of Tube users with Vodafone, who are very pleased to see that Tube Wifi is back, but remain aggrieved at the decision to remove the service in the first place when the 4G rollout was still years away (a small section of the Jubilee aside…).

    If youre on @VodafoneUK and have had enough of their unreliable network like my relatives have I recommend @giffgaff Been with them for years and no issues.
