Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

@VodafoneUK Then they argue that I have to pay 90p :) or I have to call back in 2 days. No respect or what so ever to their customers no offer to call me in 2 days to complete the process or simply waive this stupid charge as it's not my fault ur system doesn't allow 2 take notes

@VodafoneUK Unfortunately when I brought this up with vodaphone a few years ago, they told me they knew there was a problem, but our area wasn’t due for any upgrades of service for a least 2/3 years!! 😡moved to EE I didn’t have any problems !losing you 6 customers!
