@VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@VodafoneUK in the past couple of weeks every time I leave the house and go from WiFi to 4G I need to switch to airline mode on and off to enable a connection. Then when I open a new app I need to do the same again to connect. Any reason this is happening and how to fix?

@VodafoneUK May 2nd you sent me to deadlock but I have still not received a letter ???? So how can I go to the ombudsman ?????? You send me to them but they won’t acknowledge my complaint till I have my letter but I’ve received my evidence with the call recordings 👍🏼
