@VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@MEGAprivacy @VodafoneUK I'll try using VPN on MEGASync to sign in and then turning off to download. If not I might have to run some mobile emulator on my PC to allow me to download the files to my device without needing my phone.

@VodafoneUK since 2 months I am in contact with you to cancel the contract and the first complaint was made within 30 days. I am paying for 5G Gigacube and getting speed below 30MBPS. Some times less than 5mbps.

@VodafoneUK upgrade to sim only & put on wrong tariff,phone to fix & told it was fixed. Nope. Phone today and told I can’t have that deal. You put me back to old contract and tell me I can’t cancel today have to pay the£37 this month. So many lies and errors. Lost customer now🤬
