@VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@SenseVet @VodafoneUK Its the 80/20 rule.. 80% can be done online or self service. It's the rubbish processes for the 20% Not going to criticise the agent.. he did his best & was helpful with refresh links when the page went wobbly.. he was obviously overseas.. clear by his comment about Mail strikes

@VodafoneUK Have you read my tweet properly? I know this is the link and this is what I got from your customer service when I called earlier but it keeps saying the STAC code I have is wrong but I rang the current provider my dad with and the STAC code is right. Can someone help with this???

Who new that Vodafone shops on the high street have no direct phone line to Vodafone head office. They have to go through the same system as we do That's utterly bonkers. It's impossible to get problems sorted out @VodafoneUK

@faeriefeet2021 @VodafoneUK AND the desired outcome could have been achieved behind the scenes, but @VodafoneUK insisted on a new SIM card to come by post.. snail mail. God knows when that will arrive, if ever. And we wonder why we have a productivity problem in the UK 🙄
