  Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

  @VodafoneUK Hi Aria. We've tried texting to get the PAC number and got a text back saying to ring to get it, and then customer services refused to give the code until she could tell them which network she was going to. Presumably they're doing this because she's old and vulnerable?

  @SMARTYMobileUK @VodafoneUK Its a great service purchased for my family. In many places throughout suffolk I have no signal on my #vodafone that I pay £49 pm on an unlimited data max. At home I should get at least 60mbps 4g I get 14mbps and live 200m from a 4g tower on #smarty we get 74mbps sometimes 47
