@VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@VodafoneUK So basically the manufacturer guarantee in this case is nonsense. You can see that I haven't caused this problem. I'm a victim of a poor product sold willingly by Vodafone. I can't believe it. This has never happened to me before... ever. 😐

@VodafoneUK @Samsung I've had a terrible time Trev. I've been told by complaints that this is my problem to fix. The phone is less than 1 year old and I have to fund the fix. The call was recorded with your agent stating it wasn't my fault but they wouldn't resolve under warranty. I'm gobsmacked.

@VodafoneUK I’ve had an extremely stressful 90 minute conversation with someone in your WiFi experts team who refused to put me through to a manager and after he admitted that the team had lied to me said he would raise a complaint but I will have to wait 48 hours for someone to respond
