@VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@TheRising_Moon @VodafoneUK You won’t regret it. Unfortunately all operators as bad as each other eventually when you hit a road block over something but EE does seem to be better in Chalfont. Vodafone pretty decent most of the country to be fair though.

@HastieHelen @VodafoneUK My experience with their BOT system is first they apologise then they say they will investigate then they say it will be fixed tomorrow. This is just a firewall for a under resourced service.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup unbelievable - vodafone asked me to DM about our problem - I am now being ignored, one DM reply asking for details and then no reply for 8 hours - NEVER USE VODAFONE. No customer service and have lost us £2k to fraudster due to Vodafone’s not helping

@VodafoneUK sort your phone lines out . When people have life threatening emergency’s what are they meant to do when your service doesn’t even allow incoming calls to people who need direct lines to medical emergencies.
