Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

@VodafoneUK why is it Tobi won’t just put me through to an advisor on chat to cancel my broadband. If your advisors can try and sell me broadband surely they can cancel it? Can someone sort it for me?

@VodafoneUK Broadband and cellular is working now but it effected my friends (who’s on voda) and mine (I’m on talk mobile) there was no service for at least 40 mins and my broadband had no internet connection for the same amount of time, all sorted but was just wondering what happened

@VodafoneUK My husband is in the army and away. His phone is Vodaphone and so is our home router sim only. Frustratingly his own phone isn’t enabled for inclusive data at your 83 destinations but our home route thing is…please can you help him call his 7m old each day w/o cost

@VodafoneUK Spoke to call handler in UK, he agreed it was a stupid decision by the computer because I've been fully paying £50/£100 every month, I've had a tablet, 4/5 different phones from all upgrades and now computer says no.. It doesn't make sense to anyone.

@VodafoneUK I’ve done all your trouble shooting steps ..im sick of doing them your mobile broadband service is completely hit and miss and I can’t get a straight answer as to why this could be . If it was a fault at my end I would imagine it wouldn’t be as intermittent as it is
