@VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

I’ve been spending the last week or so sorting out internet at my girlfriends place with @VodafoneUK and although their customer support are great, their website/ customer portal seemingly can’t stop crashing. For a ‘leader’ in British telecoms, their web presence is shocking.

I was also told I would be called back at an allotted time after waiting for 2 hours on hold for only to never get a call back. But Jacob @VodafoneUK customer support was very helpful. It’s either one extreme or the other with my experience. Hopefully we won’t have any issues...

Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had the same issue very recently with BT regarding my Dad's mobile account, they kept using excuses for why there was a delay in closing his account after this death. Every other company I had to deal with (and there were many) dealt with the situation much better than BT.

@VodafoneUK Following on from previous tweet, same problem with your broadband this evening. Speed has dropped again around 8pm from 63mb download/20mb upload all day to 10mb download/2mb upload this evening. Same wireless or wired. Sounds like speed being throttled.

@VodafoneUK I've recently ported a number (from Vodafone payg to vodafone pay monthly). I have a new Iphone 13 with the pay monthly - it still shows the old number under "My Number" and will not let me change it (just reverts back to the old number). Please help - human not Tobi.

@VodafoneUK @CityFibre 30 days since ‘set up’ still no connection. Escalating complaints to Directors office means I can now only contact 1 case officer instead of any technician. She’s been off work. It’s like I’m dealing with a home spun company not a massive global network

@VodafoneUK Can’t select “asked to DM” as the options don’t scroll up. I’m on my iPhone and there’s no option to view the topics or scroll through them. You have to manually type it in. Which is fine. But it’s not working as it should.

@VodafoneUK No because once again the same agent has phoned me today and said the issue is resolved. It doesn't look very resolved to me. And now they are saying they will need to book the work in with openreach, which should have been done on Saturday when I made them aware of the issue!!!
