Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

But Jacob @VodafoneUK customer support was very helpful. It’s either one extreme or the other with my experience. Hopefully we won’t have any issues...

The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

For a ‘leader’ in British telecoms, their web presence is shocking.

Every other company I had to deal with (and there were many) dealt with the situation much better than BT.

I kept explaining to your customer line but they never got it right. Is this how a loyal customer of 4 years should be treated?
