But Jacob @VodafoneUK customer support was very helpful. It’s either one extreme or the other with my experience. Hopefully we won’t have any issues...

The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

Every other company I had to deal with (and there were many) dealt with the situation much better than BT.

(@Joe_standing) reported from Marlborough, EnglandI’ve been spending the last week or so sorting out internet at my girlfriends place with @VodafoneUK and although their customer support are great, their website/ customer portal seemingly can’t stop crashing. For a ‘leader’ in British telecoms, their web presence is shocking.

Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

Di Drinkwater (@CarbonTiptoes) reported@VodafoneUK We have vodafone phone and internet. Just tried logging in. It's sent a message to one of our phones. Hysterically the landline in preference to one of the mobiles. Anyway the messaging service doesn't work - press 1 to hear the message just repeats it and cuts off.
