@VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

Also, I cant wait till my sodding @VodafoneUK contract is up.. I want a Sim only tariff, am already on a "high speed" one which is slow in london (both at home and work) and they want to charge £45 for that with no roaming? LOL.. what a terrible company.

@VodafoneUK VODAFONE ARE CORRUPT ! They have STILL been taking money from my bank account MONTHS after reporting my MIFI being stolen. So someone is getting FREE INTERNET AT MY EXPENSE. This making Customer Security absolutely ZERO. This in turn making VODAFONE FRAUDULENT !!!

@VodafoneUK I can't make any calls in my mobile, regular issue which I know how to resolve, but your chat agent didn't listen to me and I got cut off after nearly an hour. Can't call customer service and now also locked out of my online account! Please can you help!?!

@Vitt2TsNoC @VodafoneUK When I’ve wanted to leave a mobile carrier before (they’re all as bad btw) I found them quite responsive as soon as I cancelled my direct debit. I got a call pretty quickly!

@VodafoneUK the worst customer service in terms of following up on an order. Since Jan, I tried to set up broadband, 3 times cancelled, no fault of my own. I only kept with them as I was promised goodwill against once set up. It was only in Aug it was done & went back on promise.
