@VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@VodafoneUK I was with Vodafone for years But a few years ago I had one of the worst phones ever I tried to cancel my contract within the cancellation period but kept getting cut off, put through to another department It took me 6weeks to cancel my contract in the end never again Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK Just to put it into a very small context - I also have another contract with O2. Not once have I had to call them for anything whatsoever in the past 11 years. Not one problem with their website. Bills are clear and never have they helped themselves to money from my bank acc.

@VodafoneUK The problem is that Vodafone tried to take £33 twice now but in the Vodafone app showing £18.52 that’s due next week but no £33 that I could see. Only £33 that was paid was last month

I’m having serious second thoughts about joining @VodafoneUK broadband. They can’t even sort the installation out and despite promises to call me… no-one ever does. Don’t bother trying to call them either… waiting hours and nobody answers. Shocking service.

@VodafoneUK I am at a total loss to the recent awful service I have received. A simple contract renewal with new handset has proven to be dreadful so far. I asked for a 24m contract & the digital contract was 36m and general poor service. Going to cancel.
