    Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

    @VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

    @VodafoneUK You could write a book with the amount of times I've contacted you via messenger, you never sort anything!! 6 months and still isn't working and being constantly lied to on the phone or via message, then trying to charge me 400 to cancel my contract!! You're useless and dont care

    @AdzCrawford2003 @VodafoneUK I bought it via Vodafone’s online shop with 15GB data already on it. Have finally managed to get the phone number for it...after being on the phone for 3 hrs to 4 different people over 2 days. Terrible customer service.

    @VodafoneUK literally helped put in a vodafone complaint today the signal is sooo bad literally omg its good by my house but in liverpool omfg its soo bad, first they tell me theres a outage, liars, we phone them again and they send me a new sim like fix towers instead lmao

    @VodafoneUK rang up re a fault with a mobile wifi dongle yesterday and told it takes a minimum of 2 mins to resolve and a maximum of 24hours. 24 hours later still not sorted and now told it maybe another 24 hours. Absolute joke of a service

    @bt_uk I used to before moving to @VodafoneUK to ironically save costs. They are blaming you for my issues, but I don’t really believe them 🤥

    @VodafoneUK Well they weren’t rude at all to be honest, but that’s certainly what it felt like Harry. When I said I would have to shop around, they said “Good luck” What everyone is going through at the moment, I was saddened tbh.

    Another 2 hours completely wasted trying to get @VodafoneUK to correct THEIR error which is impacting our 4 phones with them. Atrocious customer support.
