    I’ve been spending the last week or so sorting out internet at my girlfriends place with @VodafoneUK and although their customer support are great, their website/ customer portal seemingly can’t stop crashing. For a ‘leader’ in British telecoms, their web presence is shocking.

    I was also told I would be called back at an allotted time after waiting for 2 hours on hold for only to never get a call back. But Jacob @VodafoneUK customer support was very helpful. It’s either one extreme or the other with my experience. Hopefully we won’t have any issues...

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had the same issue very recently with BT regarding my Dad's mobile account, they kept using excuses for why there was a delay in closing his account after this death. Every other company I had to deal with (and there were many) dealt with the situation much better than BT.

    Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

    @VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

    Well this has been a complete waste of a day. Because of @VodafoneUK I missed out on an important appointment AND I just missed another important call cos I had zero phone signal. No one can get hold of me by phone - but I'm paying every month for this?

    @VodafoneUK I had 4 days with unreliable signal, and couldn't receive or make calls. There's another 8days of this:Scheduled maintenance. There has been no information from you.Good thing you're spamming customers with useless marketing but such an important info is missed.Bravo!

    I was wondering why I couldn’t connect to WiFi on the Tube the other day. Turn out @VodafoneUK have decided to drop @TfL WiFi for their customers. Kept that one quiet! 🙄 Might have to check out other networks that don’t pull the rug from under me. Bill same; service worse.

    15 Years with @VodafoneUK and they want to increase the cost of my contract while removing monthly data allowance. Online support has been abysmal. Cannot match other online offers. Blamed in on the fact they have 'shops'. I've never stepped foot into one.

    @VodafoneUK so four contracts at my house in the centre of chelmsford. No one can use their phone as the signal is so bad .. been months ... Vodafone response eventually it will work ..... in mean time I just keep paying my bill eh?

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer with Vodafone for over two decades. To get anything done with Vodafone takes HOURS … first a chat bot, eventually a human, then another, nearly an hour later and they might look at the issue you face. Issue? Well. Let’s see how it goes …
