    @VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

    I’ve been spending the last week or so sorting out internet at my girlfriends place with @VodafoneUK and although their customer support are great, their website/ customer portal seemingly can’t stop crashing. For a ‘leader’ in British telecoms, their web presence is shocking.

    I was also told I would be called back at an allotted time after waiting for 2 hours on hold for only to never get a call back. But Jacob @VodafoneUK customer support was very helpful. It’s either one extreme or the other with my experience. Hopefully we won’t have any issues...

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had the same issue very recently with BT regarding my Dad's mobile account, they kept using excuses for why there was a delay in closing his account after this death. Every other company I had to deal with (and there were many) dealt with the situation much better than BT.

    Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

    @VodafoneUK I was told my number porting from giffgaff was complete. It seemed to work then has reverted to the old number. Please help

    @VodafoneUK why do you make it so difficult to get in touch with you? If you click on the ‘contact us’ link the page loads but the contact information never appears. Calling you is not an option for me either. What happened to email and postal addresses?

    Terrible XP with @VodafoneUK. Messed up home move, not able to change my address and set up new contract properly, every time I call I get disconnected and nobody calls me back. Shambles! I consider cancelling it all...

    Day 52 (4). So you are aware @VodafoneUK I have contacted the Sunday Times money supplement about the complaint. I will also be able to contact the ombudsman next week as we will have reached 8 weeks.

    Gotta say I really cannot fault @VodafoneUK customer services. Systems are great, helpful staff and love the fact your call sends and automated text with an agent who is taking ownership of any issues. That's how customer service should be done. Other companies should take note

    @VodafoneUK finally admit they have messed up The answer it to tell me that they won’t sort the problem. Sorting the problem would cost £300. I am a contract customer covered by the FCA a FOS referral will cost £650 no matter what happens. Work out the maths.
