@VodafoneUK I tell you what is ‘saddening’. Getting a message telling me you’re going to shut down my account *after* it’s been reactivated. And to confirm @VodafoneUK we had had *multiple* communications as to why our bill would be large and the best way to service our multinational needs

  • HayleyMc20 Hayley Williams (@HayleyMc20) reported

@VodafoneUK is it true you don’t do customer service in store? I’ve been unable to use my phone in my local high street for near on 6 months and apparently your guys in store can’t assist!

  • CrowYogi Heather Dexter-Crow (@CrowYogi) reported

@VodafoneUK terrible start to the day. You've cut off my broadband a month early and won't speak to openreach about it until tomorrow apparently. Then you send me a text sur ey about your customer service which I have to pay to complete. Dreadful

  • KwameGK K Kumaning (@KwameGK) reported

How is it possible for a multi million pound organisation like @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK to have such awful customer service. Do you not understand the concept attached to providing an effective 'sales process'? New case study for my students to evaluate

  • s_108 sandeep patel (@s_108) reported

@AndrewCarrier @VodafoneUK Oh that’s pants, not sure wether to move myself to EE then (network signal crap at work), or just get her the 79:99£ pa deal with truphone Any suggestions?

  • grapfruit0123 The Bunny (@grapfruit0123) reported

Sitting in library again so I can work to get paid. Rebooted phone and got all sorts of texts saying welcome etc but STILL NO NETWORK. And now @VodafoneUK have slapped a £15 pound extra charge on my account. So I'm paying to be mistreated. What the actual **** @VodafoneUK

  • ChewIron chewiron (@ChewIron) reported

@FrustratedImmi2 @VodafoneUK (tumble **** rolls by) (slow clap). I've had to deal with no end of nonsense from these guys too and that also because of the issue with moving internationally. I don't think Vodafone handle that at all, let alone do it well.

  • VictoriaVose Victoria Vose (@VictoriaVose) reported

No worse company than @VodafoneUK still waiting for a call back from a complaint 2 weeks later after being told 48 hours @Ofcom
