@VodafoneUK gives a text offering super fast broadband with higher speeds then I get or money off. Think it may be a slight infrastructure upgrade by @WeAreOpenreach before they can offer that In the countryside. So never will happen unless they like to offer it 4 free.

Hi @Beer52HQ trying to cancel after taking up a promotion from @VodafoneUK , no answer on your phone line, no reply to email, no reply to dm on here. The terms said I could cancel on my online account but there’s no option to cancel just a phone number which you don’t answer

@EmilyDo149 @VodafoneUK Emily, if you're LU7 then it's a cable problem, Openreach aren't updating Vodafone and there's no timescale, though if you look at tweets there is some info another LU7-ite has posted from Openreach!

@VodafoneUK Is it your policy to book engineer call outs without notifying the customer and confirm dates. Also to wait 50mins on hold, and have the person on the other end raise their voice. Not very customer friendly and not the proper protocol I suspect! Disgusting!

@EmilyDo149 @VodafoneUK No info at all Emily, it's an Openreach problem but they for some reason aren't updating Vodafone... There are many people here affected too, I'm looking at the Openreach Help feed too for anything 😕

@VodafoneUK My friend was a Vodafone customer 3 years ago. He's just received a cheque from Vodafone as a some kind of a refund which is strange. Is this a scam?
