    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    After two weeks, numerous calls, tweets, emails, chat sessions, I still have two issues that @VodafoneUK can't resolve. I've repeated MULTIPLE diagnostic steps without success. At what point does @VodafoneGroup take this seriously and get things fixed??? #badservice

    @VodafoneUK My FTTP is being set up on Tuesday. My personal bought router already has a WAN port. Can I just use mine? Is there any settings I'll need to change? Obv the login is already on there since I use Vodafone homebroadband already.
