@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

Terrible service @VodafoneUK. Been a customer for 16 years but you refuse to waive early upgrade fee for the sake of a couple of months. Need a new phone now so will just go with new provider. Surely a massive company can show a bit of flexibility.

So my saga with #Vodafone continues and now we don’t have slow broadband we have no broadband - I got mad on the phone as I am done and I don’t know how the poor man stayed calm - @VodafoneUK you need more ‘Craig Blair’s’ - the man may be the only asset you have #sorrycraig
