  @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

  @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

  Moved from @sky broadband to @VodafoneUK and boy how I regret my decision. Constantly on and off, no Internet today for hours. Can't work or use the TV which I had planned for today. Shocking service in a very little amount of time. Sort it out!
