@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK have been on the phone since this morning trying to broadband fixed but absolutely no regard for existing customers. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT EXIST AT VODAFONE. Surely someone would have answered the phone after 2 hours BUT NO, UNACCEPTABLE SHAMEFUL SERVICE!!

@VodafoneUK But this is further proof that he does indeed want to cancel & that we’re not trying to cancel something that he wants to carry on - nobody else can cancel it. But you’d rather chase an old man for £13 a month than find someone high enough to permit the cancellation.
