@VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

Received a MMS text message from @VodafoneUK on my Vodafone phone this morning. No header or subject, but has a download link and expiry of 24 hrs. I have never had such a message before. Is this kosher? Does anyone have any info on this? Thanks

@VodafoneUK My issue is still not resolved. Again within your social media team you have a random approach...let alone how you manage customer service. Director responsible for managing the customer service agents should undertake their responsibilities better @VodafoneGroup

@Ofcom Thanks but @VodafoneUK do absolutely nothing other than whoever picks up the phone or my message and follows the process so I go through the same 10 day process, 5th time and counting currently. “What’s your name?” “What number is this?” It’s absolutely appalling service

@VodafoneUK i can't decide what's worse, my broadband crashing twice in one day whilst I'm trying to sign a payroll off or when you phone vodafone about the problem, the automated voice tells me going online will resolve the issue quicker.
