    @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

    @realshannono @VodafoneUK This is while they charge monthly fees. They responded saying I have to pay full amount for the remaining 24 months in order to leave even though we are experiencing these issues

    Been with @VodafoneUK from just before Christmas - terrible customer service, 4G doesn’t work and no way to access my Vodafone account. Anyone know how to speak to an actual advisor instead of the answering machines and online robots?

    @VodafoneUK Total robbery! Network is unreliable in London since December! They confirmed that they are having technical issues. Yet they won’t let me leave unless I pay over £400+ termination fee! Stay away, save your nerves!
