@GeorgeMonbiot @KathyBurke @VodafoneUK Just rack up the bill. They've been informed, you've done all you can. I'd not stress about it. When **** hits the fan on their end, they'll act and try and find out what went wrong. Recorded customer service calls will be reviewed and then resolution teams will hear it all.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK With the most sensitive and deepest condolences 😔 Unless there is a death cause within the contact then it can still be liable for the persons estate to pay till the end of the contract. They did this to me when I work in FRANCE and I had no mean’s to contact them to cancel 🤬
