@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

@VodafoneUK Most people find regular updates and reasons reassuring but this morning you have been almost silent on the issue. When can we expect an update, a timescale and an explanation? We're all pretty annoyed at prices increases, don't give us another reason to vote with our feet!

@simonlant @VodafoneUK Interesting this one, my Vodafone router is still connected to their gateway, so it can ping Vodafone services. It can't browse beyond that, but as far as the modem part is concerned, there is still a connection. That must stop it failing over, as it doesn't think it's down.

@VodafoneUK The level of information about this outage is digraceful. Firstly your system tells me there is nothing wrong - then I’m on hold for 2 hours then get cut off. Can’t speak to anyone & your Chatbot has gone AWOL without warning. You need to tell customers what is going on ASAP!!!
