@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

@VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

@VodafoneUK Yes, restarted and no difference. Spoke to one of your team 10 mins ago and they did all the checks as well & they stated the broadband was still down & their information showed that it wouldn't be fixed until tomorrow

@VodafoneUK Its now been 5 weeks I've been waiting for Vodafone to do 2 things: 1 collect malfunctioning phone. I have offered to drop it off to a PDP depot. 2 Put me.on the tariff I was on before said duff phone turned up. How can such terrible support be condoned by board
