@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

Are @WeAreOpenreach EVER going to reply to my complaint about their engineer not turning up to do the work to install my Fibre with @VodafoneUK ? Currently trying to run a business on 4G. Disgraceful.

@benjamincohen @VodafoneUK I had this. Someone had stolen my identity. First move is to get a credit report from Experian that will list all credit in your name (do you can cancel anything else) then refute the charges one at a time. Afraid this was a bit of a slog. All the best
