    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK Do you think it’s acceptable to leave some one on hold for over and hour? I contacted Customer Services for the 4th time today, to explain that I had still not received my trade in pack to send my old phone back to you, despite being assured three times its been sent.

    @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK It's not a message it's a live chat with your advisers. I logged on to make a payment but it says payment has already been made. On speaking with your agents they say its been taken by direct debit....but you don't my bank details and never have 🤔

    @VodafoneUK you said after 8 days of no service that my internet would be back online by midnight tonight. Clock is ticking! Wonder if your friends at #Openreach will be able to pull it out of the bag before you lose a customer.
