    @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

    @VodafoneUK Do you think it’s acceptable to leave some one on hold for over and hour? I contacted Customer Services for the 4th time today, to explain that I had still not received my trade in pack to send my old phone back to you, despite being assured three times its been sent.

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Please never choose Vodafone. I’ve had similar experiences with @VodafoneGroup where I got a confirmation of cancellation of my contract, but they KEPT TAKING MONEY from my account in breach of the cancellation, and only stopped when explicitly emailed with proof.

    Dear @VodafoneUK I'm in Kent. I am not in France. I haven't been to France for some years. So perhaps strengthen your signal in the UK enough that my phone stops roaming to Vodafone France and you stop sending me "Welcome to France" texts? Thanks, a bored Sandgate resident.

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK It took over two months to get broadband up and running in our home after a move. Issue was Openreach, but Vfone never seemed to concered about the long delay in establishing service. Just impersonal boilerplate emails about this or that delay. Noboby in charge of the problem.

Had account details, bank details and no service had been used for 3 months but still wouldn't cancel without password and security questions. My 91 year old father had serious dementia, no chance! This is a real problem that needs sorting.

    @VodafoneUK how can you even think of turning off 3G. 4G coverage is soo poor. Im on train between York and London and my phone keeps loosing 4G and only picks up 3G :(
