    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK Now the sites back up I checked on there and still showing as not dispatched so so much for next day delivery.... Same thing happened with my phone got an email to go into the store then when I went in they'd never heard of the order and had to do it all again.... Frustrating tbh

    @VodafoneUK @covergedtech some how I missed that I needed an MSC in computer science to run my own IT department to be able to run diagnostics on my #gigafast broadband! A month of hours spent on phone, numerous tests, hardware purchase and still no answer and terrible speed

    @VodafoneUK It's just not good enough, and hasn't been for a while. A process that should take moments is now going to have to take time out of my day. Any timescale on when this important part of your service is likely to be fixed?

    @VodafoneUK So order was stuck on pending so told I need to cancel and reopen it and they'll transfer me to the people to get that done, wait after a while and get told by the new person I'll need to be transferred again..... why is ordering with Vodafone such a massive pain!?
