@VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

@VodafoneUK live outage maps show major UK outages, which is what we’re experiencing to extremes over here. Got given a month of unlimited data last month so I could use my phone as a hotspot, but even my 4G isn’t working when the wifi goes down. Wanna work on fixing this please?

To the 'direct' number for her that she gave me. She was in uk. The number today took me overseas. 40 minutes on phone so far today. Vodafone staff are liars. The customer service are crap. 4 years with ME driving to sort this out. #vodafone @MoneySavingExp @VodafoneUK #liars

@VodafoneUK absolute joke, I have a Gigacube 5g , was told 5g would become active in my area around 3 months after joining. Still no 5G after 12 months and average of 7mbps on a good day. Now want to charge me £155 to cancel... @Ofcom

@VodafoneUK just been on the phone trying to sort out home broadband , the speed is rubbish and signal is crap . Would not recommend Vodafone home broadband to anyone .
