    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

    @VodafoneUK you might need to work on your new customer experience 3 days, 10 calls, 24 hours since a manager took it on and still waiting for his follow up call to resolve the issues . . I’m not even a customer yet! @SkyUK I might not leave you after all. .

    @DeanSpencerArt @VodafoneUK It’s a dying practise isn’t it, corporations servicing the paying customers that LITERALLY keep them in business. I’m tired of it too man, not a single one of them gives a flying **** anymore. Hope it gets fixed soon for you! They were always useless even when I was in the UK!

    @VodafoneUK i’ve been a customer with you since i was old enough to get a phone. At the moment, I cannot catch a break with you. Every single month something is wrong with my bill and i’m forced to spend i don’t even know how long trying to sort it out.
