@VodafoneUK Nope no explanation and am vodafone broadband customer. The £5 a day compo we are getting is pointless as I am now down nearly a week’s wages as we are left with no internet connection.

@VodafoneUK, House move Vodafone couldn't provide service at new address so contract was terminate with no balance of payment but the system charged me £224 as balance payment for 4months which reflects on my credit score till date, Vodafone has not corrected their mistake.

Hi @VodafoneUK on the 6th July I arranged the transfer of our Broadband service to a new address. The original activation date you gave, of the 26th came and went, so did the 2nd activation date. I was asked to wait another 24-48 hours on Monday. I’m still patiently waiting… 😩
