    @VodafoneUK The key problem seems to be that, after 19 years with you, I cannot remember my PIN no. I know my "memorable word" but not PIN. I have spent time dialoguing with three of your team, two of whom promised a PAC code within 5-10 minutes and two days later I'm still waiting.

    @VodafoneUK spent 2h on webchat turning router off and onto then be told the broadband home move hasn’t occurred, then told to phone and re-order an activation, and it turns out it was just late not broken! wasted time & mobile data fixing a problem that wasn’t there 1/2

    @VodafoneUK then tried to call back to thank Gia in activations & discuss the compensation mentioned but 3 times put through to wrong dept then ‘customer care’ do anything but, saying 2h is ‘normal’ on web chat, denying a prob, refusing to escalate to management. Just dreadful!

    @VodafoneUK Absolutely outstanding service from Esra today. After receiving terrible service from Darren, I called back to cancel my Vodafone contract and spoke to Esra. She was so helpful & restored my faith in Vodafone. Please train all your staff to treat customers this way!

    @VodafoneUK I have been speaking with one of your operators as we have been without Internet for 4 days they allege an outage but that's in the last 3 days. I am a keyworker and have no Internet to do my job. Absolutely disgraceful.
