    Dear @VodafoneUK I've just been told you are switching off the sure signal service. This is the only reason I joined Vodafone. Can I terminate my contract early without penalty when you turn it off?

    Well this has been a complete waste of a day. Because of @VodafoneUK I missed out on an important appointment AND I just missed another important call cos I had zero phone signal. No one can get hold of me by phone - but I'm paying every month for this?

    We were meant to get our @VodafoneUK broadband transferred to our new house on the 10th, 9 days and several phone calls later its still not been fixed and only now are they raising a fault ticket which may take up to 72hrs to contact me. Absolutely shocking service once again.

    @VodafoneUK it's still G51. Same as it ever is. And here's what's going to happen - you're going to tell me there's some kind of maintenance or upgrading happening and it will be sorted out soon - only it's never sorted out. We've been here before. it never changes, it never improves.

    @SamsungMobile @VodafoneUK Don’t buy Samsung mobiles or any other gadgets. It has manufacturing defects and they aren’t providing after sales service. They are pathetic.

    @VodafoneUK I can't get into my account, password is correct but used forgot password, sent me a temporary one but still getting a 'password incorrect' error. Can't get on live chat, keeps timing out. Are there known problems? Just want to check my terrible upgrade options...
