@VodafoneUK (area: Hounslow, London) i had internet all of yesterday when the outage was supposed to be out but now (april 11th) i wake up to no wifi at all, isn't supposed to be back up by now

@VodafoneUK can't get into my account at all. Had this problem before. Need this fixed please have several phones and contract is nearly up. Can't reset username as no pin or memorable word. Username not recognised

@VodafoneUK Took out a brdbd contract on 3 March, to start on 20. You and @WeAreOpenreach cancelled the first order (!) so had to reorder and OpenReach engineer supp to come out and install by 1 today. Which of course has not happened. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced

Hey @VodafoneUK ... somebody transferred their number to your network, which is one digit away from my number. The rep must have entered my number for comms and I'm getting all their notifications from vodafone. How do I stop getting these messages?

@bahallathegreat @VodafoneUK Greater London too, but yup, feels hopeless with these guys. FYI, 6th engineer didn't show up...so thats 3/6 engineers not showing up to fix our issues thats been lingering for 5 months.

@VodafoneUK why have you disconnected my broadband provider from my current provider without being able to connect me to your service since Feb 2023? You decided giving my current provider notice to leave, leaving me without vital service and you cannot connect me!!!

@VodafoneUK I need a single point of contact to help me resolve the issue. Was told this not possible. Every day I’m being told i’ll hear in 24 hours and every day it’s me calling back. causing loss of earnings, so much stress and we haven’t been offered a temporary solution for meantime.

@VodafoneUK good afternoon. I obtained my SIM from Carphone warehouse. The switch has now taken place. As I had an account several years ago I logged in but the ne account is not associated with it. Live chat were unable to help. Can you?
