@collette1251 Worst company ever @VodafoneUK #Diabolical customer service & their network not so hot either. If you have #Sky they have good offers & use the O2 masts & are a lot cheaper!

@VodafoneUK @uswitchuk So an increase on my broadband of 3.9% and just because I'm out of my initial contract, a £3 per month increase! I've had vodafone broadband for years, and this is how you reward loyalty? Add to this appalling amount of drop outs on the network, it stinks.

.@VodafoneUK I am a customer over 15+ yrs & I have called twice today to discuss an upgrade. Both times on hold for 30+ mins , then someone answers (1st time Oisin) (2nd time - Tom), we go thru security again, then they place me on hold and cut me off each time 😡💩

@VodafoneUK hi, I have 3 contracts with you, I have one ending soon and I can upgrade for a fee. I'm looking at the phones and the plans and they are the same as if I was a new customer, is there no discount for renewing?
