    @collette1251 Worst company ever @VodafoneUK #Diabolical customer service & their network not so hot either. If you have #Sky they have good offers & use the O2 masts & are a lot cheaper!

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is awful. I have tried repeatedly to speak to a ‘real person’ to deal with a query on my account, but keep being guided to clicking links and automated bots. My two children (under 18) have been removed from my account without my permission.

    @VodafoneUK frustrating customer service that makes trading in a phone as part of an upgrade impossible.3 store visits, 2 hours on line &only told at last visit that a code needed that was never sent.Have wasted time & now losing out on money. Wouldn’t recommend @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK don't recommend vodafone to anyone. Been a customer for over 25 years and service has got worse and loyalty gone. Upgraded 4 phones in December and received 3 and still waiting for 4th. They've been awful
