@collette1251 Worst company ever @VodafoneUK #Diabolical customer service & their network not so hot either. If you have #Sky they have good offers & use the O2 masts & are a lot cheaper!

@VodafoneUK 13 years I've been with Vodafone. Numerous contracts for myself and sons. Customer service is the worst I've ever known. Lies, bad information call it what you like but its not a service. Last contract runs out next year. No more after

@VodafoneUK Customer for 10+yrs. Upgrade. Go to collect phone which is ‘being held’ for me for a week. Out of stock - ie sold to someone else. Come back tomorrow. Spend ages trying to complain online. Offered £5 for HOURS of wasted time. Cancelling upgrade.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup does anyone know where to escalate a complaint for Vodafone. Closed a number in Feb 2021. The guys refuse to close at their end and continue to levy bills and follow up with pesky calls.
