@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

Eagerly awaiting a call from @O2 about my ongoing data problem, 6 weeks of having the same problem and no one can find a fix…. Think I’ll be leaving and moving back to @VodafoneUK or over to @ThreeUKSupport

Absolutely appalling customer service from @VodafoneUK today: 1) Call up and tell your answer machine my mobile internet isnt working, it tries 3 times to get me to connect to a digital assistant! 2) After staying on the line for nearly 10 minutes without support, call cuts off!

@VodafoneUK - I just went through a horrible customer service experience, will never use you again and will tell everyone I know. You failed to cancel my contract in Dec 21 and keep sending in bills despite the fact I left the country. What a bunch of **** you are.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup the network in my area is ****, i'm sick & tired of jio at this point, the video calls aren't working at all, it take 50 mins to send 1 direct message to someone on Instagram. Please look into it. I'm really considering porting to some other network.

@VodafoneUK I tweeted 2 days ago asking why it’s taking so long for our Ukrainian guests to get their SIM. I was asked to DM but we’ve been waiting over 24 hrs for a reply. SIM cards for Ukrainians is a great idea rendered pointless by poor delivery.
