@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@VodafoneUK absolute appalling signal and it’s got no better over the years, on the train back to Manchester and I’m sick of the buffering- I’m definitely gonna switch. Where’s the investment money??? Should have 100% coverage by now - wtf have you been doing over the years???!!

@VodafoneUK your customer service billing team member, Manvendra, is great at their job. I was unable to activate my eSIM since September 3rd! Three advisors before them had failed to solve the issue and kept sending me out of date QR codes. Manvendra had it working in 3 mins! 👏🏻

Time for a new phone yet the @VodafoneUK app says my screen is showing signs of damage. Erm, it’s in perfect condition and has been in a case since day one. Perhaps if they made a test that you could see properly it might be better. Time to switch I think
