    @VodafoneUK please can you explain why I keep being passed for pillar to post when trying to sort my internet out ? I’ve been told numerous problems which seem to change each phone call. Im a key working and I need my internet. I’ve even offered to pay for the engineer to come.!!

    @JesssicaAF @VodafoneUK to be fair to vodafone, we haven't had an issue, ever. But then, I can throw a stone at the exchange from inside my living room haha! I've just done the requested reset, so will see in about 30mins (or the morning if wine gets the better of me)

    @VodafoneUK over a month now without signal in TR20. Keep being given different dates that it will be sorted. Complaints team have stopped calling with updates as their isn’t any. 7 weeks in total since December that you are not providing what I pay for. This is unacceptable.

    @VodafoneUK I have tried to resolve this issue by Email, Telephone, Webchat and DM. I have spent more than 4.5 hours of my time so far with no progress from your Customer service. I have been given nothing but incorrect information, numerous times and had my account locked.

    @VodafoneUK hi Vodafone is there a better router for me to have, as the one you provided is a few years old and the WiFi signal is very weak/poor, literally only works within 15 feet,?
