    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @VodafoneUK Got targeted by a sophisticated scam impersonating Vodafone, same sender ID, real account details, and convincing support language. Looked 100% legit. Reported it, but no proper investigation. Customers beware: never share verification codes. #Scam #Fraud

    @VodafoneUK I need to pay my bill but I am abroad and can’t access my uk number to receive an OTP to log in . I only have a data plan so can’t call. Tried ToBi - useless! Slow and inaccurate. Please advise on way forward

    @VodafoneUK @CityFibre you have now cancelled three installation appointments for my poor father. He has no WiFi for weeks and is spending a fortune on phone data due to having to hot spot. Please can you get this sorted for him ASAP!!

    @VodafoneUK I ported my network to Vodafone last week. The switch was supposed to happen on the 3rd. My previous network got disconnected, I am yet to receive details for my esim from vodafone. It's been 6 days now. Online chat and 2 visits to the Vodafone store has not helped.

    @VodafoneUK ur operatives are very useless n so unhelpful. Asked to activate roaming and for nearly 36hrs still no service. I give up on u guys
