@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

Don’t you love when @VodafoneUK decides to cancel your broadband order (without telling you) and then when you call up, you get told they can’t install for another two weeks 🙃 not very helpful when working from home..

Yet again @VodafoneUK screwing up my new contract and billing - never is there a time when I speak to arrange a new tariff and it ACTUALLY being billed as I'm informed - always more. You're absolutely useless ! And it will take me a lifetime to sort as per usual. 😠🤯

@VodafoneUK I know how to work it been using it past 11 months, just last night, it connects to devices but is very slow (I'm talking Wap speeds). At any point would Vodafone restrict hotspotting?

@VodafoneUK Why is so difficult to speak to someone who can really help. Someone who finds a phone and is trying to get find out what to do to get it back to the owner? Every time I have phoned customer service I’ve got where. I’m just trying to do the right thing.
