@VodafoneUK have tried to get clarity on my bill only to be fobbed off. My annual increase was 8.2 percent quoted but over 15 per cent charged. Customer services not helping just cut me off. Shameful stuff, I’ll cancel direct debit you slags

@VodafoneUK Ihave no doorbell. I have no TV for my 3 kids. My partner is full time WFH as a graphic designer and has been forced to spend large amount of time at her parents. You seem to be treating this as a delayed install. It isn't it is a denial of service caused by Vodafone

@VodafoneUK 3 times I have called complaints today, 1st time rude, 2nd person played the 'cant hear you' game. 3rd person hung up while I was on hold! I am just giving you notification that I have voided my current contract as I stated I would 1/3

@VodafoneUK switched from sky to Vodafone broadband but the customer service is so poor. Vodafone can’t provide basic WiFi connectivity in the house. Why should a customer pay to get proper range in the house ? Can you help?

@VodafoneUK if my mobile internet did not improve. this has been logged on your end that I stated this two weeks ago. I struggle to know how you lot handle a business when your complaints team cause so much additional stress and complaint. 2/3
