@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@VodafoneUK I am absolutely disgusted in the service I’ve received today from your customer service NEW broadband customer after having my phone with you for over 20 years I get the worst service ever . Can’t believe over had to cancel it before it even starts ! Poor service!

Dear @VodafoneIT @VodafoneUK can you dm please it’s important. I want to make sure my phone is insured and there is poor reception in the countryside. I took out insurance for my last phone as asked for the same on this iPhone 12 mini. If not can you add it.

@VodafoneUK Still no luck. Promised another email about acct reset within another 5 days but heard nothing. Rang today and they went through same password reset procedure and it failed. Told to wait again. I was connected on 16th and still no access to account. Thought BT was bad!

I think @VodafoneUK's website is horrible. Been trying to log in since I signed up for internet and all I get are error messages. All the chat help does is reset my account or password. It doesn't fill me with confidence for the broadband service that starts tomorrow…

Just spent 2 and a half hours on a chat with @VodafoneUK trying to upgrade wife’s phone. After eventually getting an upgrade sorted out she couldn’t process it because the team are finished tonight. Could have told me 2 hours ago. Appalling service

So if you are leaving @VodafoneUK (cause no tube WiFi) and want a network with visual voicemail, decent central london capacity, inclusive roaming costs to Europe and USA, let me save you an hour: the answer is @EE with the Roam Pass (£2 thing doesn’t impact that, yet).
