@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@VodafoneUK The account holder was called by a manager. Internet cannot be reinstated until May 16 and the only solution we were told was for us to now give us our weekend afternoon to visit a Vodafone shop and for us to purchase a pay as you go sim to fit the dongle we have, truly shocking

after some confirmation from my brother, It appears to be an issue of some kind with my @VodafoneUK wifi hub, tried updating the firmware (failed), gonna try factory resetting, then firmware update, then will see what the next move is. to be continued I guess.

Anyone thinking of moving to @VodafoneUK - don’t bother. Had the worst experience with them this week, brand new phone and brand new SIM card - SIM still not working 9 days on. Been told to wait 24 hours on 6 occasions. renaming them Throwdafone…. Straight out the window.

@VodafoneUK Is anyone in TW8 having problem calling 0800 numbers and Vodafone is telling me to wait till tomorrow to get this sorted out now I need to get a new sim card from o2 to call this number what a joke Vodafone is and making customers pay more money to use them poor Network work
