@VodafoneUK Network status map incorrectly states good 3G indoors for my postcode (have had no signal for years) - reported to customer services and told that the indoor service is not a guarantee & won't help - why put false information on the map to say "good indoor signal"?!

Can you believe how bad @VodafoneUK are with customer service, spent over 1 and a half hours on the phone this week to solve a problem, that nothing has been done with… been trying to escalate this for 3 months now and am still yet to speak to a manager… disgusting service

@VodafoneUK never known such a shocking service in lincolnshire for mobile and data. Your network checker is crap as only tells you what you think is correct. Approx six hours spent on phone in past three months to tell you to do one. Well you are gone. At my cost!!! Goodbye.
