@GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@EE My partner has @EE and it’s shocking. Can’t even get signal in the kitchen and cuts off all the time when I ring him! @VodafoneUK however, is fine at my house.

@VodafoneUK I did call that number loads of times. Did the Chats from the App as well. Nothing worked. At least Vodafone should have returned my upfront money. I was told it takes 2 weeks to refund from receiving the handset back but it was never sent.

@VodafoneUK how can I turn securenet? Keep trying to do it via the website and I just get stuck on a loading screen. Feels like a con saying you can cancel anytime then the cancellation part of the site doesn't load. Been trying for months now
