    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    My trip away to Somerset i wasn't surprised to find that @VodafoneUK signal is the same as Shropshire one bar of 4G meaning no satnav not able to stream music what the hell am I paying for a service that doesn’t work in 99% of the uk

    @VodafoneUK where i live it used to be a field, its now a new build estate. Being an ex field your masts where never designed to give good signal here. No one does. Is there anyone who i can contact to ask about upgrading the masts around here? I know just cust serv will ignore

    @VodafoneUK I guess you don’t care about your customers Service but why am I struggling in South Yorkshire to make phone calls that don’t break up while on the call to somebody? This is the third time in asking now? I can’t really phone support when the call keeps breaking up 🤪

    @vodafoneuk I was assured I would be compensated for the week’s lack of service I experienced last month but of course NO SUCH THING has been reflected in my bill. Just awful. Morally Bankrupt.

    @VodafoneUK I'm having one of the worst customer experiences with your broadband team.I'm now at day 6 with no broadband,waited in Tuesday for a new router, to find your team didn't order it!they promised Wednesday so waited in, guess what?They didn't order it again!what a joke!

    @VodafoneUK absolutely disgusted Set up an account for my mother for broadband Phone and Mobile and you’re charging her double what I was quoted for the service. Is this what you do take advantage of elderly people?

    Anyone else had a complication with their @VodafoneUK mobile & been advised by Vodafone to swap to @LycaMobile for 24 hours? 5 Months later my son is still trying to swap back, the whole procedure has been absolute chaos & taken up days of time. Never go near Lyca!
