And is it correct that @VodafoneUK should hold the NUC rather than @HuaweiMobileUK? That was the advice I got from @Huawei technical support but Vodafone disagree. Shambles.

@VodafoneUK please can I get some assistance, your 5G gigacube is quite possibly the slowest internet I have ever encountered, i genuinely think dial up was quicker than this. Ring your customer service and it’s just computer says no every single time. Help me please.

@CatyUpATree That's exactly how I feel after 3 days, 4 hours on hold, 5 phone calls/live chats & 7 texts from @VodafoneUK trying to get a PAC code wh. will enable me to leave them for another network (cos they've enforced changes ripping off long-standing PAYG customers)!!
