  @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

  Broadband by @VodafoneUK is down again. 2nd time in just under 2 weeks *27th june before* Was a couple hours last time hopefully not the same today. Cant be fun for the engineers sorting this out if its an outside job! Should have stayed with @Plusnet.

  @dbcxptures @VodafoneUK is terrible… They replaced 3G with poor 4g. No improvement whatsoever.. Especially in South Cheshire..

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK When my mum died and Im wanted to take over the contractthey said I wouldn't be able to keep her number for the land line she had for 15 years. Told it wasnt possible. Until I made the biggest complaint and fuss and magically they were able to let me have it. Horrible company.

  @VodafoneUK Absolutely disgusted with your customer service . My 70 year old father rang up to renew his contract and because he only has one service with you he's not valuable enough ., despite being with you over 10 years and some weirdo to start asking him where el he shops
