    @VodafoneUK it has now been 7 days since you installed my broadband and it’s still not working. 5 broken promise dates of when it will be live. Do you actually care about your customers? If this is how you treat new customers, how do you treat existing ones? Embarrassing

    the fact @VodafoneUK failed my credit check for an upgrade when i've got a good credit score, decent salary, never missed a single payment, and i paid that same amount multiple times before and always paid it off... new year, same phone i guess🫠

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup why can’t you use PAC codes to transfer from old Vodafone contract to a new Vodafone and keep the number? Answer: a 3rd party offers a better deal on your own network than you and you don’t like it

    Hi @VodafoneUK thank you for just working. Signal everywhere I go, 4g calling that works, wifi calling that just works and customer service that works. Esim email delivery that works.
