    @OllieMWilson @VodafoneUK Yep. @VodafoneUK are appalling. I made a complaint. Was told a manager would call me… guess what? Considering they run a phone network and, you know, making calls is easy, the manager never called.

    @VodafoneUK Great company! Offer you a dud fone for your new contract & have tried to fix it 3 times. Final time they said they sent it off but did nothing at all. Also their internet is a shower! But still keep you in a contract even though they break all terms of the contract

    @VodafoneUK @vodafone I only have £10 of @vodafoneUK invested in my iPhone. That's getting written off. Other service providers can ensure I can do the simple task of making a phone call on a phone. Sorry 'Keely' & 'Oliver' but your system's bots beat this 15+yr customer My Nokia's contract: gone

    @VodafoneUK I don’t want an alternative way. I want a direct debit set up but your website gets right to the end of the process EVERY time then says ERROR. Fix it.

    @davwheat_ @VodafoneUK Is that when you unlock the bootloader or once you flash the custom ROM? I'm inclined to believe it's after flashing so it's not Samsung but down to the ROM creators who need to better integrate it. Patience, eh? It'll come 😌😌
