@GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

So I have my PAC code finally from @VodafoneUK they offered me £120 for the "fhgd and as a goodwill gesture" plus a refund of £8 for "loss of service" 😐 apparently, line rental billed at £1 per day. I'm going to find a provider that won't loose my number for 8 days!!

@VodafoneUK having constant intermittent WiFi drops - now on my 3rd engineer visit in two weeks (although I have to call back to book this appt later - yet another hour on hold no doubt). Can't do my job because my calls keep cutting out! It's been like this for months. Help!

@robbish_uk I'm in Huddersfield and our service has been down all day today. I'm barely managing on 4.15Mbps with a ping of 137ms which is terrible considering I pay for fibre broadband. How much longer before the service is restored @VodafoneUK?

@VodafoneUK what's going on with home broadband? I've had no internet for over an hour, been trying to get help through chat for 40 minutes and even when I'm connected to an agent after waiting ages nobody is actually responding to me. Terrible service!
