    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    So @VodafoneUK you’ve gone beyond your normal useless service and instead of helping you’ve cut my mobile service off, I will be doing the same with my D/D as of today you will not receive payment until I receive a service.

    @PjrFoto @VodafoneUK If your phone is in ok nick I can recommend Smarty mobile SIM only from 3. However if you use short code numbers a lot (such as voting in Strictly or donating to Children in Need via short five digit numbers) then Smart won't be for you as they don't support them.

    @VodafoneUK both me and my husband have had problems with your morrisons rewards. They codes haven't worked. The staff have said I would need to contact you as morrisons cannot do anything.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely useless, I have been trying to return the pixel 7 pro for nearly a month now. Tried returning in store to be told a manager needs to be present! Customer services failed to send a return pack to me twice! #vodafoneuk #Useless
