@VodafoneUK Yeah that's the disappointing thing, the deal CPW were offering was significantly cheaper than this for the Neo, let alone the lite. I'll keep an eye out anyway as the customer service I've had from @virginmedia has been disgraceful. So I'll keep my eyes peeled.

@VodafoneUK I ordered a brand new contract on Saturday for next day delivery including a phone and a sim. It’s been 4 days and I STILL DO NOT HAVE MY DELIVERY!!! This is ridiculous! My network has been cut off and I cannot contact anyone at all! This is ridiculous!

@VodafoneUK is there an issue in wn6 as my broadband router won't connect to the internet. It's been off since approx 16.15pm. 2 adults working from home and 2 teenagers isolating from school so it's urgently needed please. I await your response.
