@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@VodafoneUK Enrol on course I keep putting off so I can change career. Get the dogs I really want but held off coz I don't want them to be"lockdown puppies" when back to hybrid working. Change my provider since I know #VodafoneTreats work phone now has signal in places they didn't before

@VodafoneUK swapped broadband to you, nothing but trouble from installation to trying to resolve. No contact email, only a chat service which logs off after 8 mins whilst the handler takes ages to read notes! Not good! Also took my payment when I was told this wouldn’t happen?

@VodafoneUK I’ve been waiting more than 7 days for my iPad upgrade to arrive. Due to ongoing delay and a better deal from Sky I wish to cancel order. BUT told I have to wait for delivery (but no indication of when) then return and cancel account ! Not helpful ! is this right ?
