@VodafoneUK I had already checked the network checker numerous times before direct messaging asking if you had an indication on how long it would be, because 24 hours without phone signal and relying on wifi to make/receive calls isn’t good enough

@VodafoneUK signal in this area has gone from four bars of 4G to absolutely nothing since the local electric grid moved a telegraph pole last Thursday to allow for a new build house. Did you have a signal booster sitting on this pole? If so, it’s not there anymore.

Whatever you do, want or need, never try and call @VodafoneUK as they are always really busy, regardless of the time of day or night. Happy to take your money but not able to serve their customers. Ever.

@VodafoneUK What a wonderful corporate answer. I have tried to contact Vodafone this morning, yesterday afternoon, yesterday evening and last night to be greeted with the same message. As I want to cancel, this seems to only be possible by calling, making me want to leave more. The Irony.

@VodafoneUK on the 10/1 I visited your shop in Downpatrick, co. Down NI and noticed puddles of water at front of store, was told it’s from the window cleaner. Not just water -but puddles! This is bound to be a slip hazard & a claim waiting to happen, u should have a word
