    @VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

    @GeorgeMonbiot Was on the phone with my mother two days ago. She was shaken after being spoken patronisingly and rudely to by a @VodafoneUK employee. Issue still not sorted.

    Can’t believe @VodafoneUK won’t believe my mums DOB after her passing this week and won’t allow me to cancel the account. Her banks, energy companies have all shown great compassion and assistance but not our pals @VodafoneGroup They insist I’ve got the wrong information.

    @VodafoneUK can somebody help please 3-5 days without doctors and loved ones to be able to contact my mother because you have not provisioned SIP properly for voice - it’s a telecast dependent line.

    @VodafoneUK been without service since Monday. I cannot make phonecalls or be contacted. This is a huge concern as I have had to inform my daughter’s school if I am needed to call my husband. You expect me to pay my bill but I am not getting a service at all ???

    Had a suspected spam call tried to report it to @VodafoneUK but didn't seem interested, not sure if the number I goggled (191) was spam as well so if you're a Vodafone customer just be on your guard

    I’ve discovered why my posts are constantly going into my drafts box. My network is crap where I live. I’m not at home now so no problems. @VodafoneUK and no it’s not my phone cache etc. it’s a lack of network speed / capacity.

    Extremely poor service by @VodafoneUK for international travelers. For frequent travelers like myself I often buy data eSIMs for myself and family however I was left stranded when my Ireland eSIM stopped working in Scotland. Customer service points me to read fine print. Jokers

    @VodafoneUK I am facing a technical issue with home broadband for over 36 hours. Your support team on the phone has not been helpful. They say the issue is with 3rd line support, but are not giving me any updates, and missing the promised call back slots. Please can you escalate
