@VodafoneUK Shocking service! Loyal customer with two phones/lines. Added a third line last Friday. Received sim Wednesday. Four adviser chats and two days later finally have service, now told another three days to port across old number after promised it’d be done in 3 hours! 😡

4/4 Now I am stranded in Spain with NO DATA, NO ABILITY TO SEND OR RECEIVE TEXTS, NO ABILITY TO LOG INTO MY VODAFONE ACCOUNT TO CHANGE SETTINGS and only a COMPLETELY USELESS BOT ONLINE HELP which has only wasted endless amounts of my time. I need help! @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK Hello. I have added my iphone as a secondary device (esim). I don’t get calls or SMS. Just data. This shouldn’t be an issue. If the esim were on a cellular apple watch they would be able to use calls / SMS. Any help? Thanks.

@VodafoneUK Evidently not Ryan. I’ve been told to seek legal advice if I’m not happy. Likely because Vodafone know I’ll need deep pockets to go up against them. Disgusting way to treat customers. I’ve reached out to the national newspapers to tell my horrendous story as it’s disgraceful.

@VodafoneUK You’re messaging me asking me to call and not calling me like you said you would but won’t accept phone calls! How am I supposed to talk then! You customer care is #awful ans I have logged the past 7 days nightmare in case you cut my phone off and I have to seek legal advice.
