@VodafoneUK I have had no 4g connection for over a day now, meaning I have to rely on an already sketchy home WiFi connection. No service issues listed for my area. Starting to think my connection is being throttled severely to the point I cannot use my phone.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Same frustration with #VodafonItaly @VodafoneIT Took me 3 months of letters, e-mails and phone calls to finally have the contract cancelled after I left Italy. Employees on the phone were very nice. Letters and mails were never answered.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I had a similar problem with @vodaphoneuk back in the last century. I had a pager contract with them for Mountain Rescue. They buggered up in some way and we pulled our individual contracts. A few sharp letters later from yours truly sent them packing.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK George, had exactly the same issue after our mum passed away. Vodafone forgot to disconnect her Apple Watch sim despite my voice recordings of me closing the account over the phone. To this very day a debt agency is hounding me for the £45 or so they falsely claim I owe.

It’s all gone a bit wrong

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Vodafone who attempted to put a 16m mast slap bang in our area. Planning permission denied. Vodafone appealed and won, and then never built it anyway. #wankers

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Too late. My broadband finishes in October and mobile in November. I've never been able to link them to get the discount but nothing to what you've put George's gaily through. I'll not be renewing

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Isn’t it amazing how companies suddenly apologise when tragic experiences like this go public? It’s good that social media has this effect, but sad they only seem to do it to prevent bad PR. I bet if this only involved letters and phone calls there would be no apology.
