@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@VodafoneUK Worst start to my relationship with a Company ever. Broadband engineer doesn't bother turning up. An hour on hold to get connected to speak to someone after live chat cut me off twice. Told it would be chased and responded to by last night or today - nada. Frustrated!

4 days I’ve been trying to cancel my Apple Watch contract - that is fully paid for, and the contract has ended, yet I still have to cancel. I had a 3 hour chat yesterday and got one charge removed, but ran out of time to cancel. Just tried again now @VodafoneUK …pt1

Awful service from @VodafoneUK agreed an upgrade on Saturday. Got a text that evening saying there was a problem getting the order done at their end. Just spoke to an agent and I can't have the same deal now as black Friday sale has ended. #notgoodenough #timeforachange
