@VodafoneUK But what is the update... when will normal service be resumed? I've not been able to make a phone call outside the house, in the middle of Twickenham for over a week. If this is going on for much longer, I'll change provider or go get a sim card to use temporarily??

@VodafoneUK That's utter crap and you know it! So I've afforded my multiple contracts totalling more than £250 a month for 15 years, but now you've got to check if I can still budget my own money! Take your 🐂💩 excuses and admit your policy is discrimination. Cant wait to end my contracts

I’d sit and write a detailed complaint, and email it to @VodafoneUK . But you can’t. You have to ring to complain and - yeah you guessed it - go into another queue. I have no idea how to escape from this rat trap. I feel like I can’t take much more, but just stuck.

It just goes to show how unreliable @VodafoneUK is, this morning as I’ve been doing I went to pay my bill early, first attempt I got a notification from my RBS app that the payment had been taken but was told on line that there has been problem processing. Had to pay twice 🙄

Honestly people, avoid @VodafoneUK . Worst service ever. Staff actually good but hold times endless. Day after day. Can’t stop crying today. It’s breaking me. Don’t be me! Don’t do Vodafone!
