@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@VodafoneUK have taken just under £400 off of me as they have forgotten to cancel a contract over the past year. They are saying £150 gesture of good will should cover it. Less of gesture of good will more insulting. It’s your staff that messed up!

@VodafoneUK your customer service is horrendous and ‘amar’ was still asleep when I finally got through after 45 minutes. I had to hang up and now I’m trying again but at this stage I’ll just go with another provider if you don’t buck up.

After complaining about @VodafoneUK customer services, online platforms, i.e. Web chat, Vodafone app, in store capabilities and unhelpful representation over the phone. Vodafone Social Media team point me in the direction of their customers service teams I complained about...👏

@andrewdove4 @VodafoneUK Iv been trying to get my YouTube premium activated for the past week. They charged me for it when it comes as standard in my plan. Took a week through DM and still not resolved. Terrible company and will be looking to move. Customer service is horrendous
