@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

@jadesharp1992 @VodafoneUK To make others aware. The very limited times it works it's great. But something is clearly wrong, same across swathes of London, Surrey and Kent. Accountability is important. The only other network that is ok here is Three, who I left to come come to this rabble.

@VodafoneUK are a joke opened a complaint on Sunday had email today at 936 saying they have opened it then 944 it been closed cause they couldn’t get in touch with me not even had missed call of anyone lol safe to say won’t be renewing my contract lol

Had my first use of 5g ay Wimbledon yesterday. It was ok, seemed to handle the huge crowd better than the 4g phone my wife had. No blistering speeds and also seemed to suffer slow downs at times. @VodafoneUK

@Ofcom @VodafoneUK Looks good. Currently the onus is on the customer to change plan rather then the provider to reduce the bill accordingly.
