    @TomLittlehales @Loopielizzie @VodafoneUK I DM'd Vodafone earlier, got asked lots of security questions and then didn't get a response as to why my broadband is down and what's being done to resolve the issue. Very poor.

    @VodafoneUK hi why is my data not working at all? Our virgin internet is down today is there a connection between them. Because I did a network check on the Vodafone website and our area seems to be working okay

    @nikilianne @VodafoneUK That's interesting as I was told last week the maximum amount they can give is £20. Which I was given as a good will gesture after it taking a year to sort out a problem with at least 30 phone calls plus hours on the phone explaining everything each time.

    @VodafoneUK My wife, not only a keyworker throughouth shee has moved from private care to the NHS and in addition to that she has had to do huge amount at home with me having ME and my son cerebral palsy, never complains, just quietly gets on with it.

    @VodafoneUK Would defo have to be my wife, she keeps the family strong and together, we got Vodafone on about 3 phones and have never had any sort of problem, would defo recommend it, I went turkey and was able to use part of voda roaming to call the mrs and stay in touch
