    @VodafoneUK 2 hours queueing to get through to you tonight. I get everyone has staffing issues but that is ridiculous. You sent me a sim with no details of the number-no information on my account page of the new plan, and the sim does not connect. Pls advise how this gets fixed

    @VodafoneUK You took money for years for an account you couldn't find. It took me 4 hours to speak to a human being who was barely able to stop taking money until I stopped direct debits. Your bill was almost impossible to pay. I made an executive complaint that was handled badly

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneIreland What’s going on? Auto service not responding to number selected commands, trying to pay a bill.. keeps rejecting card( that is in date/ valid/ and a balance that can cover the bill! Any thoughts?

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for the help! Changed my plan over on the website :) I doubt it but, is there any way to get any money back since my plan ended so long ago without me knowing i had to change it manually? I was paying £45 more than I'm going to be. Thanks for the help!

    @VodafoneUK I am utterly disgusted with your service. I am a business customer and I have had to call you every evening and nothing gets resolved. I am extremely disappointed in your service and will be writing a complaint accordingly.
