@PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK Absolutely dire service. Moved to them seven or so years ago here in Northern Ireland. Was promised this speed etc. Well I spent 7 months getting out of the contract when I couldn't get any signal at all unless I was in Belfast Town. I would never pay them a penny again.

So @VodafoneUK , please look at offering a software update which allows users to select either network as appropriate. Looking on Amazon for replacement switches, they all seem to use 2.4Ghz.

Anyone know how I can connect my iPhone to a network whilst in the US? @VodafoneUK don’t seem too bothered to help and it’s now getting annoying.

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK Thanks I spent an hour on the phone caused by the voice recognition software not understanding my request and incorrect advice when I did get through to a human, very poor customer service.

Currently without phone service on my mobile. I decided to upgrade to eSIM so filled in the @VodafoneUK form. It said it should be within an hour or up to 24 hours. I expected old SIM to cut off at or just before eSIM activated. My bad, old SIM cut off 6 hours ago, no eSIM yet.

@Ofcom Poor service of @VodafoneUK and my 85 yr old father and his account. Would it be better if the 14day cooling off was reply-needed email rather than a “no reply is an ok”. I’m not sure he knew what he was accepting verbally due to poor hearing and he didn’t see the email.

@PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK That’s really bad, and thankfully not my experience as living where we do we pretty much have to be on Vodafone for coverage.

@VodafoneUK Just please review the customer experience. I got told countless times to go to the form and had to try and explain that what they thought was on the form wasn’t! Who thought it needs to send you a text to a number you are trying to register a sim for - that’s just pointless!
