2.5 hours on a call w/ @VodafoneUK to try and stay with them. The customer support rep was amazing but it's too painful. Sorry for the AT THE COMPANY tweet but I'm so frustrated - all I wanted was to stay with them. WAY easier to switch. Shout-out to Andrew!

.@VodafoneUK very poor decision for you to stop providing free Wi-Fi access on the London Underground. As a regular business commuter in to the City, I will now seriously consider switching mobile providers after being a customer for 20 years plus!
