My beef is that when chasing money they owed me at the end of the contract, their CA told me they don’t pay money back unless they are chased! Shocking behaviour.😡😡

When our dad died, nearly 20 years ago, my sister ended up explaining to a number of call handlers that the account owner would not be able to cancel his own account unless they had a seance...
