@VodafoneUK Hi I’m trying to sign up for the Red 150 24m sim only deal but when I try to select esim when I’m in the review your basket phase, it won’t let me select esim, have tried on different browsers to see if that was the issue. Are you not able to do an esim on this deal?

@VodafoneUK So the serious complaint I sent to Vodafone appears to be being handled in India? REALLY? You've lost £280 and filed incorrect info on my credit report - I expected compensation, NOT TO BE TOLD ITS MY FAULT AND TOLD TO SEND BANK STATEMENTS TO PROVE IT. COME ON!!!!

Took out a SIM-only plan with @VodafoneUK in late July, and after 3 weeks (and about 30 chats with their customer support) I still don’t have access to my number. Constant promises of resolution after 24 hours, ‘please rest assured’, etc. and it always gets worse
