@VodafoneUK hi I'm not a customer with you however I need to know if the GSM signal in Anglesey has gone down as my ADT alarm uses your network I contact CSL but they told me to pass it to you can you confirm if any of your GSM towers are down in Anglesey

Really starting to regret switching to @VodafoneUK. The signal at home is getting shitter and shitter and all they tell you to do is reset your network settings, restart your phone etc

@VodafoneUK help me understand.. exploring at upgrading my phone, know there’s an upfront cost ‘cos my contract doesn’t finish til Nov. Going through the plans etc and starts off at £33 then by the time you add data almost dbl the £.. why?
