@VodafoneUK Hey so my Xbox series X doesn’t work via Ethernet. I’ve tried different ports and a new cable but it still says it’s connected to router but no internet. Other devices work fine. I’ve seen a number of other folks on Vodafone forums saying same issue but don’t see a resolution

@VodafoneUK just moved to Voda home broadband today from BT and the router is just flashing red no internet. No one available to help me and starting to wish I had never moved. Fault reported as DOA11046727… please help as I won’t be able to work tomorrow!

@VodafoneUK I never closed that fault ticket and this appears to be the exact same issue again with speeds dropping in the evening when they have been fine during the day. For ref: speeds are usually 64mb download/18mb upload constantly on wired or wifi connected devices

@VodafoneUK I never mentioned mobile data James, I was pointing out that whether you're using a wifi device or a wired ethernet device is irrelevant if there is a fundamental vodafone network issue. Likewise sync speed is irrelevant if the router hasnt dropped the connection
