@VodafoneUK Even the shop I went to in my town. Couldn’t resolve the issue. The fact the chat disconnects. Well the advisors should be messaging updates on what they are doing. Instead of nothing at all. And left to us the customer. It’s all to get us the customer to give up!

@VodafoneUK Not yet. I had an online chat with a team member this morning who confirmed an issue with the system not recognising phone numbers. So they provided some additional data allowance, and told me to try later.
