@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@EE I have been a customer of yours for all of 1 month and my service has been suspended TWICE because you say my bill is unpaid but it isn't. I have the bank statement to prove it's been paid. Should have stayed with @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK just informed me that ‘Allowing me to leave’ (early termination of my Contract) was Reparation for having no service during my contract which was obviously miss sold? Said it would have normally cost me £432 so they were doing me a favour!

Really regretting ordering my new iPhone 14 pro max with @O2 now. I should have stayed with @VodafoneUK. Was not told at time of order it would be this long to receive my new new phone. But if I cancel now will just have to wait even longer, frustrated😤😤😤

@VodafoneUK I have recently been to Cyprus and Spain and my husband’s network did not charge him to use his phone. You on the other hand charged me £2 a day. I will be changing network because of this.
