    @VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

    @GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

    @DPDgroup_news @VodafoneUK Thank you for messing me about all day. I have a broken phone that was meant to be collected today. A whole day sat in for the driver to log that the parcel wasn't ready for collection when he arrived. Would have been nice if he bothered to arrive!!😡

    @VodafoneUK very disappointed in customer service 5 hours on the phone organising two new contacts and 2 offers you haven’t been able to are able to apply. To have to call you again or speak to a robot is exhausting. You gave me empty promises.

    @VodafoneUK Hi, just wanted to know if you think it’s acceptable for me to be without internet for 14 days (and counting) of the last 30 days? Your operator was unable to agree with me. All I want to do is cancel at no extra cost! Worst service ever.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, 3 days later and I still have no signal or net on my phone. Its approaching 2 weeks now.....how long is this going to take? I'm paying you to provide me with a service under contract and yet I have no service.

    @VodafoneUK Having issues connecting to 4G near my house - there's like a 1/2 mile circumference deadzone. Fine outside that. Has been an issue since beginning of July (when I joined Vodafone) - seemed fixed at end of last week but back with a vengeance now. Help!
