@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

If employees were forced to use their company's customer support just like their customers do, instead of using internal resources to resolve their own issues, customer service wouldn't be so abysmal across the board. Looking at you @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK please can you help i have rung 7 times and keep getting hung up on when they put me on hold. You have blocked the wrong phone 21 days ago! This phone is with my elderly mum and she needs it. NO ONE WILL FIX THIS! I need my mums mobile back on ASAP!
