@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

Losing the will to live. In a @VodafoneUK shop (3rd visit for same task) simply trying to cancel and old unused contract. Absolute sh*t show with the @vodaphone customer service call centre and bureaucracy - worse service possible. Still not been able to cancel the damn contract

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneBiz you are shocking. 4 days without a working mobile number. Being told it will work in 24hrs - 4 days later no one works at weekends who know what they are doing. Absolutely shocking service. Avoid avoid. Shameful customer service.

Great service for loyal customers @VodafoneUK been with them for 30+ yrs seen a great deal today so went to upgrade early and pay the cost ( runs out April) but can't have that deal as the airtime data is lower than my current one..... time to look elsewhere
