@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Problem was resolved this morning. It’s a problem when one can’t connect with anyone: service phone was closed & your homepage looked as if Vodafone was down. Outage often happens for 5-15 min during the night. But last night was min. 1.5 hours before we went to bed.

@606AlfieConn @VodafoneUK They're a nightmare eh? My wife has a mobile from them and until last month our home broadband was Vodafone too. Patchy service, loads of drop outs and phone and live chat are chuffing hopeless. Well rid of them now!

@VodafoneUK transferred my broadband and phone line on Tuesday still no phone service joke only phone we have contacted vodafone but you get no feedback when i will be able regain contact as wife is isolating as to government guide lines looks like will to break them

@VodafoneUK Yes it is. Only on one of my Vodafone devices though, so the service is working on the Underground. Can you push the settings to my device?
