@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK #BatteryRefresh is the biggest joke. Was advised they would replace my battery after their system identified an issue. Sent it once, they did nothing. Was told to go in store, they sent it away again... STILL NOTHING DONE. Almost 3 weeks without a phone & no help😭😭

@VodafoneUK They went missing a year ago, and I contacted Vodafone several times about it, most recently last week. They refused to cancel the contract so I advised them I will never be a customer again for the rest of my life. Shame, as I need a contract for an apple watch. O2 it will be.

Typical of @VodafoneUK behaviour im literally appalled of their customer care, or lack of it.. how can big companies like this get away with shocking behaviour, as for the staff in shops they haven't a clue how to speak or conduct themselves. Roll on the end of my contract
