@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK your service is abysmal. Every time I contact you to pay my monthly bill you give me a different amount that I owe you. One minute it’s £85, then it’s £112, then it’s £56. You disconnect my service but I have no idea what to pay you!

@VodafoneUK Please check mast data service SW16. Mobile data speeds are very very slow and data service keeps stopping for minutes at a time. Calls not effected. I've tried reporting through your web chat tool but keep getting cut off due to poor connection!

Hey @VodafoneUK : if you don't have enough support staff to handle busy periods, just implement a callback feature. Don't make customers sit on hold for 26 minutes (...and counting).
