@GR33NIE @VodafoneUK I'm with Sky. Excellent customer service and their app is alright for account management. Sadly the o2 network is rubbish, especially if you need to use mobile data, it's very slow. And you don't get much data allowance for your money.

@VodafoneUK Shocklingly poor service - unresolved tonight, apparently I spoke with the only advisor onduty, no managers in the building - await call back tomorrow - third month of problems, three months into a three year contract #Fuming 😡

@VodafoneUK no signal on mobile in the Sidcup area for 3 days now (all my colleagues have the same issue), in spite of the fact that the 4G icon is showing that it's working. Not really happy to be paying for a non existent service...

@Ofcom @VodafoneUK @Bluelight999101 Another day and the adverse markers are still affecting our credit reports. It's NOT FUNNY. Our seller now knows of the complications and has given us 48 hours to FIX it. He has another buyer lined up and it looks likely that we'll LOSE the house altogether. 😭😭😭😭😭😭

@VodafoneUK just had the worst customer experience ever. I work in customer service & know good service - this wasn't it! Frustrated is an understatement. 12.5 years loyalty from my side & now I'm getting sh*t because I leave the UK!? Ridiculous
