    So now it's 10:40 next day and still waiting @VodafoneUK to contact Karen. No email as promised, no call back as promised (again) shocking service 😠👎🏼 as she works as key worker in the emergency services she will be unable to take a call from 3pm. Can't be any more polite!

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is an absolute joke. Charge for data on a device connected to wifi and not being used. Credit back the charges then take that back bcos I wish to complain. Utter disgrace

    @VodafoneUK Tues 27th Kevin from NI Retentions team called, 28th Aug Mahmoud from Customer service called. 1st promised to call 29th Aug, 2nd promised to call 31st Aug as” I’m a valued customer”. Neither has called - hoped your customer service had improved- guess not 🙈🙄

    I will never suggest Vodafone to anyone, especially in the UK. In Turkey, Vodafone was fine and I strongly suggested to everyone. To be honest, I'm so surprised that Vodafone UK is worst than Vodafone TR. @VodafoneTR @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK @MoneyTelegraph I had a bill query that led to upgrade chat. Kevin promised to call, then Mahmoud. Neither did. Fareen rang last Friday saying she’d text at 6.15pm, call at 6.45pm-neither happened. All 3 say I’m a valued customer, is this how you show it🤔🙈👎

    Well @VodafoneUK It’s one of 2 things here. Been on hold 4 nearly 25 mins to be put through 2 cancellation team... either they’re very busy dealing with cancellations or they have policy 2 let u wait and hope that you hang up. 🤔

    There’s a reason why @VodafoneUK broadband is cheap….. doesn’t work and then when you complain they put you through to 10 different departments and won’t let you cancel your contract - AVOID!! Also 4 months of no internet and the maximum refund is 1 month 🤔

    @VodafoneUK No point, at all. I'm a comms planner of 15 years, Engi/Lead for 15 years before. You can go check, to help you, for yourself, in your own time, but I don't require any of the data. I live it. Just check the Isles of the Western Isles, esp. South Uist. You ONLY supply 2G. Bye.

    @VodafoneUK Your automated service is useless I bought a voucher. But it won't work, it does say I can use it as normal credit but not as a big value bundle. I don't want to stick a ten pound on credit. I want a big value bundle so I have calls and text for the whole month. Not just 10 days

    Wow @VodafoneUK - just surpassed your shockingly poor levels of customer service - after my 2nd 1 hr+ call this week to sort out hospitalised husband's phone- you eventually cut me off when I ask to speak to a manager. I'll be on the case with @Ofcom -you are so unbelievably bad

    @VodafoneUK The most awful network with liars that manipulate their customers. I called to ask why my network is so bad. The answer. There are network issues in the area - non notifications - just excuses. I want out #vodafone does not respect its customers at all.

    @VodafoneUK @SamsungUK @VodafoneUK #s22 #WiFicalling New S22 ultra WiFi calling notification won't switch off. Samsung UK being very helpful trying to solve, Thank you. Looks like maybe Vodafone issue but Vodafone ignoring it and not engaging or answering.
