So now it's 10:40 next day and still waiting @VodafoneUK to contact Karen. No email as promised, no call back as promised (again) shocking service 😠👎🏼 as she works as key worker in the emergency services she will be unable to take a call from 3pm. Can't be any more polite!

@VodafoneUK Why is it that in one part of the HU5 area of Hull, the signal and mobile data speeds are phenomenal, yet a couple of streets away, I struggle to make a phone call and what I'm actually paying for!

Poor customer service from @VodafoneUK Have a phone locked to Vodafone. They won't let us unlock it unless we pay for a sim and wait at least 30 days!!!! By which point we'll be tied to them again. We have already left due to poor customer service and lack of help. Obstructive!

Miss sold contract by @VodafoneUK try to go through the appropriate process to resolve, now told that because I went down ‘said process’ they can do no more. Humans mistakes happen, to treat what I was advised as untrue because ‘we have no call recording available’ is negligent
