I will never suggest Vodafone to anyone, especially in the UK. In Turkey, Vodafone was fine and I strongly suggested to everyone. To be honest, I'm so surprised that Vodafone UK is worst than Vodafone TR. @VodafoneTR @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK hey logged into my account to upgrade a sim only yet there are miles better offers on your website for new customers such as £15 a month 30gb unlimited calls and txts 12 months why can’t I have that as an upgrading customer

@VodafoneUK your customer service is an absolute joke. Charge for data on a device connected to wifi and not being used. Credit back the charges then take that back bcos I wish to complain. Utter disgrace

@VodafoneUK @MoneyTelegraph I had a bill query that led to upgrade chat. Kevin promised to call, then Mahmoud. Neither did. Fareen rang last Friday saying she’d text at 6.15pm, call at 6.45pm-neither happened. All 3 say I’m a valued customer, is this how you show it🤔🙈👎

So now it's 10:40 next day and still waiting @VodafoneUK to contact Karen. No email as promised, no call back as promised (again) shocking service 😠👎🏼 as she works as key worker in the emergency services she will be unable to take a call from 3pm. Can't be any more polite!

@VodafoneUK Why is it that in one part of the HU5 area of Hull, the signal and mobile data speeds are phenomenal, yet a couple of streets away, I struggle to make a phone call and what I'm actually paying for!

Well @VodafoneUK It’s one of 2 things here. Been on hold 4 nearly 25 mins to be put through 2 cancellation team... either they’re very busy dealing with cancellations or they have policy 2 let u wait and hope that you hang up. 🤔

@VodafoneUK 2 days now no or very erratic 4g. Told maintenance on mast/ new mast/ etc different every time. Have had to leave area to text/ make call. Also WiFi down again, 4th time plus no landline. What is going on?
