    Well @VodafoneUK It’s one of 2 things here. Been on hold 4 nearly 25 mins to be put through 2 cancellation team... either they’re very busy dealing with cancellations or they have policy 2 let u wait and hope that you hang up. 🤔

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is an absolute joke. Charge for data on a device connected to wifi and not being used. Credit back the charges then take that back bcos I wish to complain. Utter disgrace

    @VodafoneUK @MoneyTelegraph I had a bill query that led to upgrade chat. Kevin promised to call, then Mahmoud. Neither did. Fareen rang last Friday saying she’d text at 6.15pm, call at 6.45pm-neither happened. All 3 say I’m a valued customer, is this how you show it🤔🙈👎

    @VodafoneUK Why is it that in one part of the HU5 area of Hull, the signal and mobile data speeds are phenomenal, yet a couple of streets away, I struggle to make a phone call and what I'm actually paying for!

    So now it's 10:40 next day and still waiting @VodafoneUK to contact Karen. No email as promised, no call back as promised (again) shocking service 😠👎🏼 as she works as key worker in the emergency services she will be unable to take a call from 3pm. Can't be any more polite!

    I will never suggest Vodafone to anyone, especially in the UK. In Turkey, Vodafone was fine and I strongly suggested to everyone. To be honest, I'm so surprised that Vodafone UK is worst than Vodafone TR. @VodafoneTR @VodafoneUK

    @VodafoneUK I would like to congratulate you on losing my custom I have been a customer since I was a teenager and am now in my 40’s but you policy on data roaming charges is just a money grab and a cash cow taking advantage when there is no real additional cost to vodaphone.

    @VodafoneUK When I got through. It seems I was put on hold when they said they needed a minute, then cut off. The chat was just cut off while I was still in the queue and told me it had been ended, then asked me how the service was, but I hadn't had any! It's a simple request I have, too.
