Neither has called - hoped your customer service had improved- guess not 🙈🙄

Neither did. Fareen rang last Friday saying she’d text at 6.15pm, call at 6.45pm-neither happened. All 3 say I’m a valued customer, is this how you show it🤔🙈👎

@screechy (@screechy451738) reported@VodafoneUK I have an open complaint (167430127). I'm moving house locally and you can only provide 60 Mbps instead of my contracted 900 Mbps. Your agent is demanding a £555 exit fee for a service you can no longer provide. This is a material detriment.
