@VodafoneUK Why is it that in one part of the HU5 area of Hull, the signal and mobile data speeds are phenomenal, yet a couple of streets away, I struggle to make a phone call and what I'm actually paying for!

So now it's 10:40 next day and still waiting @VodafoneUK to contact Karen. No email as promised, no call back as promised (again) shocking service 😠👎🏼 as she works as key worker in the emergency services she will be unable to take a call from 3pm. Can't be any more polite!

@VodafoneUK hey logged into my account to upgrade a sim only yet there are miles better offers on your website for new customers such as £15 a month 30gb unlimited calls and txts 12 months why can’t I have that as an upgrading customer

Well @VodafoneUK It’s one of 2 things here. Been on hold 4 nearly 25 mins to be put through 2 cancellation team... either they’re very busy dealing with cancellations or they have policy 2 let u wait and hope that you hang up. 🤔

@VodafoneUK Hi, I've tried this twice. First time I was told store has to cancel. 2nd time I was told order had processed too far despite there being a 3-4 week wait for delivery. Would just like to cancel the order and get a refund but I seem to be going around in circles.
