    @VodafoneUK hey logged into my account to upgrade a sim only yet there are miles better offers on your website for new customers such as £15 a month 30gb unlimited calls and txts 12 months why can’t I have that as an upgrading customer

    @VodafoneUK Yes I was told basically those offers on my app are what I can have to upgrade doesn’t seem right that a customer of 10 years doesn’t get as good a deal as a new one

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is an absolute joke. Charge for data on a device connected to wifi and not being used. Credit back the charges then take that back bcos I wish to complain. Utter disgrace

    So now it's 10:40 next day and still waiting @VodafoneUK to contact Karen. No email as promised, no call back as promised (again) shocking service 😠👎🏼 as she works as key worker in the emergency services she will be unable to take a call from 3pm. Can't be any more polite!

    @VodafoneUK Why is it that in one part of the HU5 area of Hull, the signal and mobile data speeds are phenomenal, yet a couple of streets away, I struggle to make a phone call and what I'm actually paying for!

    @DavidDavisMP @VodafoneUK 3 hours for me this weekend waiting for @VodafoneUK to answer their support line and then I gave up. It would be admission of how poor their service is if they gave people an indication of queue length. “We are experiencing a high volume of calls and will be with you in 6 hours”

    Hi @VodafoneUK we need to talk.. Am trying to cancel my Now TV subscription. The link you sent via text to cancel sends me on a loop. When I sign into NowTV account details it says you need to cancel with Vodafone.I log into Vodafone and nothing... Can you look into this pls?

    @DavidDavisMP I have spent months getting a sum total of nowhere with @VodafoneUK customer services, including loads of time on hold, supposed ‘we called you but you didn’t answer’ messages (the phone was in my hand, literally waiting for the call, it never rang...) etc
