Been on hold 4 nearly 25 mins to be put through 2 cancellation team... either they’re very busy dealing with cancellations or they have policy 2 let u wait and hope that you hang up. 🤔

Neither did. Fareen rang last Friday saying she’d text at 6.15pm, call at 6.45pm-neither happened. All 3 say I’m a valued customer, is this how you show it🤔🙈👎

Do you think you should advise new customers before they change to you that existing extenders won't work? It appears to be a real problem for users. 3.
