No email as promised, no call back as promised (again) shocking service 😠👎🏼 as she works as key worker in the emergency services she will be unable to take a call from 3pm. Can't be any more polite!

Neither did. Fareen rang last Friday saying she’d text at 6.15pm, call at 6.45pm-neither happened. All 3 say I’m a valued customer, is this how you show it🤔🙈👎
