@VodafoneUK can you help? My parents are in their 70s and had set up a monthly Debit Card payment on PAYG. They wish to cancel it but don't know how. Is there a number they can call to cancel?

@VodafoneUK Stop sending me bloody surveys, or junk messages. I've messaged STOP to 9774 but the AI doesn't understand and cant perform the duties. Never had this **** with EE, might go back to them tbf!.

@VodafoneUK by the time i get my phone back from repair it will have been four weeks, the delay down to your inability to coordinate between departments, surely i shouldn't have to be disadvantaged because of this?! there must be something you can do for me in the mean time??
