    @ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

    @VodafoneUK you are just one gargantuan disappointment. For a comms company your systems are absymal. I’m not holding my breath you’ll resolve my problem tomorrow but the guy in your shop is trying his best to deal with it. If not resolved tomorrow you’ll be losing two contracts

    According to the nice chap @VodafoneUK on Market Street in #Manchester MUFC & the BBC are on the same contract as me as a Vodaphone business customer. I bet @Cristiano wouldn’t have to wait til business hours on Monday to get an @Apple watch connected to his contact…
