    @VodafoneUK lost for words how poor Vodafone service has been. Meant to install a phone line and broadband on 27th Oct for my elderly parents which failed. After lots of messing around attempted again today and failed. Lockdown with no landline or broadband and no resolution.

    @VodafoneUK claim that to network unlock a phone, they need to contact the manufacturer to release the device. This is a barefaced lie.

    @VodafoneUK 191 doesn’t solve anything. The virtual assistant just tells me to go online and the last 4 times I’ve chatted online they have said they’ve sorted it but never have.

    @VodafoneUK can you help please? My wife has spent 5 hrs+ across 8 calls to try and get an unlock code for her phone. This has been going on since June. She’s v frustrated and it’s a poor CX.

    @VodafoneUK And this is a business line we have been using since 2014, it’s on all our brochure, website etc. I was asked to contact talk talk and openreach by agents in Vodafone agents in Egypt. I thought I was dealing with Uk customer service that understands how data privacy works.

    @VodafoneUK I don't understand why I keep getting told to check the postcode for 5G coverage. 2 out of 3 of my SIM cards pick up 5G signal on my gigacube and mobile handset. I just want my main number to work on 5G which I was told would take up to 72 hours.

    @VodafoneUK NO SERVICE IN RM5 AREA ( COLLIER ROW ) THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 3 WEEKS NOW AND YOU SAY THERE ISN’T A NETWORK PROBLEM, YOUR STAFF KEEP SAYING WE HAVE CHECKED, ITS FINE, THERE WRONG THERE IS A MAST PROBLEM , THIS STARTED WHEN MAINTENANCE WORK WAS DONE ON 23 SEPT!
