mark roxburgh (@markroxy) reported from Newick, England@VodafoneUK @AlexanderChrisS I have already done this several times. I have realised that Vodafone customer service is actually run by ‘bots’ programmed to say the same things each time.
-
Jo Bishop BA hons (@Jobish7) reported from Woodingdean, England@VodafoneUK I cannot speak to a human regarding my account or pay a bill. Online ‘chat’ service just gives you options you haven’t asked for or logs you off, 191 just goes round&round &doesn’t actually listen to voice prompts/cuts you off. Not good enough.
-
Matt Michell (@matt_michell) reported from Southwater, England@VodafoneUK I paid my phone bill a few days ago, I can see the money has gone out from my account to Vodafone but I've been receiving texts saying it's still due. When I call support it keeps trying to make me pay the bill again. Is there anyone I can speak to about this?
-
BlacksTTer (@BlacksTTer) reported from Worthing, EnglandAnother 24 hours and @VodafoneUK have continued their journey of crap customer service by letting me down yet again. Expect the same tomorrow.
-

-
Jay Ramella (@ramella_jay) reported@SimonDanczuk @VodafoneUK I certainly would, but their service has been so abysmal for years I doubt there are vast numbers of subscribers. Neat job for Vodafone/Car Phone Warehouse, though. They hand out a few SIMs and superannuated handsets: Government pay the migrant mobile bills. Kerching!
-
Henry Heysham-Westgate (@HenryHW82) reportedHow do I cancel with you ? You're giving free service to illegal invaders @VodafoneUK

-
sailwithrob - I stand with Israel 🇮🇱🇬🇧 (@sailwithrob) reported@VodafoneUK is without doubt the most useless customer service company in the world - a whole day wasted trying to get an iphone 17 pro on the network
-
Stephen B (@Stephen40141780) reported@VodafoneUK I’m a Vodafone customer with multiple contracts. Reports say Vodafone provided 2,500 SIMs with 6 months’ free data to Care4Calais, supporting migrants/asylum seekers. Is this true? If so, I’ll move my business and all my family’s Vodafone contracts. Please answer.
-
Londonsnow (@Londonsnow251) reportedSo now know NEVER to use @VodafoneUK NEVER
-
Mock the Left (@realmocktheleft) reported@RegSimpkin @VodafoneUK I'd **** 'em off mate. Giving SIMs to gimmegrants. Bastards.
-
Martin 'Dougal' Ogle 🇬🇧 🏴 (@MartinOgle1) reportedVodafone seem not too have learned from previous idiotic companies that tried other stunts. I'm sure when people starting cancelling their contracts and swapping providers @VodafoneUK may find themselves in serious financial trouble and regretting supporting illegal immigrants.
-
Dave 🏴 (@Big_Grumps) reported@VodafoneUK if I get a new phone and I decide I don't like the colour, do I have to return it, cancel the whole order and reorder another colour again?
