Has anybody else found that recently @VodafoneUK broadband routers keep messing around? I've always had a good WiFi service at home, but in the last week my phone keeps dropping off saying 'Couldn't authenticate connection'. This has never happened before.

Wow experiencing just the worst customer UX right now from @VodafoneUK who have lost my broadband order, are mucking me about on the web chat (keep transferring me to people who can't help) and tell me they cannot speak to me in person.
