@ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

@VodafoneUK Have now had a response from @VodafoneUK that they can’t give me a time scale for sending the eSim but that I might hear something by Tuesday. Sigh. I’d recommend that the onenumber service is avoided. It is not a simple process. I’ll keep this thread updated.
