@ElectricTempus @VodafoneUK @O2 The thing is that everyone’s experience is different. I’ve been with O2 and Three in the past as well. Like a lot of providers it’s fine when it works but dreadful if you need to get in touch. Need to take a leaf from Monzo Bank customer service.

@VodafoneUK if anyone is thinking of buying a 4G wireless hotspot from Vodafone. DON’T mine lasted just over a month and apparently I’m out of warranty. Been trying to get a replacement or repair for over a week. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Go to 3. They have excellent CS.

@VodafoneUK appalling service. 3 days without a 4G or 5G reception in London Hackney. I rely on Vodaphone for Mobile Phone and 4G Broadband. Still no resolution. I’ve spent over 5 hours on calls with support and they lie! Please Vodaphone fix this. You are losing me to EE!
