@VodafoneUK My mum has broadband. She has moved house and an engineer has been booked. Your agent has booked the install to her old address. I have been on live chat and eventually told I have to call you. Again. Can't get through due to huge call queue. Help please

Spent 1hr 30 mins on the phone to @VodafoneUK, received 3 further calls after to cover things they’d forgotten to ask.. and after all that it looks like the upgrade is double what I wanted to pay! Think I’ll just cancel my 10+ year multi phone contract and go somewhere else!

@VodafoneUK Your Bot not working was part of the problem. I was then transferred around on chat through 4 people. Finally the product I wanted couldn’t be booked. I booked an install online later myself, but I’ve still not received a confirmation email

@VodafoneUK @DeanReds70 He's just explained that you've offered **** service both over the phone & Web chat and instead of addressing the problem, you've directed him back to phoning in & webchat? That's shocking service, I'm looking to switch when my contracts up with 02 but will avoid Vodafone now

@VodafoneUK how is my bill £105 when I was told it would be £58 for this month ? I wouldn’t recommend anyone to join Vodafone. As soon as a I pay off my phone I will never ever come back to this company. O2 may have slower internet but at least they won’t cheat you off . Pos !

@virginmedia No point trying to offer me a lame deal now when you’ve refused every time I’ve called you before Also, I wonder how @VodafoneUK would like to know the lies you’re telling customers about their service?
