@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK I am so desperate to leave Vodafone I offered to pay my contract up in full today. They said there would be a cancellation fee for paying in full early! They literally wont let me leave. Do not use this company. Their rules are insane and service woeful :-)

@LadyMuck75 @VodafoneUK They are an awful company I moved and they were supposed to connect up the internet and phone at my new address on the Monday after i moved, they never did months and me contacting them almost daily in the end but nope broken promises , so i got Plusnet to do it NP done

@VodafoneUK Hi. I've been having speed issues with a MobileWiFi hotspot, which is basically running incredibly slowly/having connectivity issues too. It's impossible to get through to a human when I call, so am hoping to speak to someone through here who can finally help. Thanks.
