@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK broadband down for almost an hour in Heacham, Norfolk. Your broadband tool isn't working either, there's only a chat not that osn sending me to the broken broadband tool! Give me a phone number to speak to someone! #Vodafonedown

@VodafoneUK Hi James I have replied via DM but it took me to a robot and 30 mins later no-one has got back to me. Please ensure this is treated with urgency. I am giving 1 more chance and then I will be taking my business elsewhere as this is the worst customer service I have ever received

Avoid @VodafoneUK Take out a 30day rolling contract and they make it impossible to cancel, lie to you on the phone, no supervisors available to speak to!

@VodafoneUK took out a 30 day contract and told to phone to cancel next day so it doesn’t roll over. Then told I can’t cancel until after the payment has processed. Now told I have to give 30 days notice so minimum contract is 45 days not 30!
