    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK I've had a master socket installed and using the same router as my previous house but no internet. Please can someone advise. I've been spending an hour on phone or chat each time and it's becoming a joke. This has gone on since 18/03. Any help appreciated

    @VodafoneUK You can stop it with this fake concern. Everyone knows that Vodafone is the worst when it comes to customer service and having just gone through 6 months of crap with you I’ll never be a customer again. So no, I won’t be changing my mind.

    @VodafoneUK now, after numerous phone calls and attempts to purchase a new line via the app, I'm being told that I can't even arrange to start a line until mine is deactivated for 24hrs?! I have literally never heard of this and I've changed providers a few times.
