    @VodafoneUK took 40 minutes in the phone to a non English speaker to cancel my broadband contract following and abortive installation by city fibre. How close I was to disaster. On the plus side, BT were great.

    @VodafoneUK Hi Nisa, yes that's the form I used. Haven't used advantage scheme for a couple of years (contract just ended) but I have been a Vodafone customer for a long time & it has always worked before, and I'm not aware of anything having changed

    @VodafoneUK mrs been on to Vodafone for three hours. Cut off three times. Told info on what she can do then told she can’t straight after. Frustrating and just awful company to deal with. Lifelong customer. Think it might be time to leave.
