@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK Over 3 days now. Do you think its acceptable considering I amongst other people are in lockdown and relying heavily on a stable Internet connection? No one from EE, plusnet, BT are experiencing issues like this that I'm aware of. Such poor service from yourselves

@VodafoneUK hi I have been now on two calls and my second calls for nearly a hour and half. Both calls get disconnected half way though speaking to a member of your team. This is awful customer service. Please help me!

Hey @VodafoneUK can someone help? Been with Vodafone 19 days and without functional broadband for 9 of those. 2nd router seems to be faulty (like the first one). Needs sorting urgently as I cannot work without internet. Getting no follow up from tech support.

@VodafoneUK Came to see if there are any reported issues with your service as my broadband isn't working. Can see many, many people have asked and getting the same generic "contact us and we'll look into it" response, so I won't bother asking. It's obviously a fault at your side.
