@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

On the phone with @VodafoneUK trying to cancel a contract that they've been sending me invoices for since 2006 and they can't even find the contract... Some of the most useless customer service I've ever received.

@RJCawsey @VodafoneUK It’s because it’s a marketing gimmick to sell your data on. I have raised this as a complaint for breaching GDPR, but like anything with Vodafone, they don’t give a stuff about the law and their customers.

@gcluley @VodafoneUK I got a free mobile dongle with an Alienware laptop in 2006 which came with £50 free credit. Sent off by post to set up the account. I used it for one month and they've been sending me invoices monthly ever since saying my account is £23.50 in credit. Never been able to cancel.
