    @VodafoneUK DM’s aren’t working! I have been with @VodafoneUK for over 20 years and you delete my number without even checking! Am told it will be reactivated in 2-72 hours and it’s still not working after 92 hours! WTF is taking so long? #CustomerService at its worst

    @VodafoneUK yet again we were absolutely duped into a new contract and broadband to be utterly let down by customer service as soon as they have your money. Brilliant sales, awful looking after customers once you have them 😭

    @VodafoneUK the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am delighted to be leaving vodafone, Invested dozens of prescious hours in past 4 months with customer service teams with no outcome. Disappointment that my time is not been respected. Complaint (ref: 30228622).

    @VodafoneUK frustrating Again NO internet for the 2nd time within the past 3months. What i thought was supposed to be a reliable service. No internet ..cannot work this is becoming to much of a risk and expense.

    @VodafoneUK @vuecinemas Worst company ever discriminate against people told I’m not allowed my usual monthly discount if I upgrade to iPhone 14 pro disgusting made a complaint told I’d receive a call from manager over 5 days now and still no call you can not trust Vodafone as a company

    @callybeaton @VodafoneUK I was the same with Three ... but it was a horrible breakup... crying down the phone ... offering to do whatever I wanted to stay together ... it was heartbreaking

    @VodafoneUK It's just a shame that rather than believe a customer that there is a fault on a line, the immediate response is to say 'those calls were made on your line'. After a little testing, over an hour later, turns out there is a fault. But will they apologise for saying I was 1/2

    @VodafoneUK making it up? No. All I have is a refund of £4-odd for a calls I didn't make. Please think about how you treat your customers. It's shockingly bad that I had to go through this. 2/2
