@VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

@graceblakeley @VodafoneUK this nature I gave them absolute hell for that misleading behaviour akin to entrapment. Anywho, never actually recieved another sales call after that other than my 2 yearly phone change until I eventually sacked them over the latest issue

@VodafoneUK Lol connection at Christmas, chance would be a fine thing. How about a connection now? Home broadband been down all day Monday and now down all day today. You down to a 3 day week Vodafone? (Lowestoft, Suffolk for anyone wondering if it's just them that's down)

@graceblakeley @VodafoneUK Same as any company with 10,000+ customers / a all centre - **** attitude / no service. Unfort I don’t accept the workers’ dilemma idea - most refuse to escalate a matter & park calls on hold at the first sign of a problem.

@VodafoneUK disgusted that I had to call you to find out you cancelled my broadband. You have left me unable to work, watch TV. You have done nothing to help me. Disgraceful way to treat paying customers #furious #worstcustomerservice #vodafonebroadband

@graceblakeley @VodafoneUK My partner was offered a sim from them with no strings attached, cancelled is she never used it. Now she's locked in for a 2 year contract and they refuse to end the contact, she's never used the card!

@graceblakeley @VodafoneUK If this happened as you described they are obviously going to refund you as per the law, bad service yes, some deliberately evil corporation, no

@VodafoneUK my 24th monthly charge of my phone contract is due to come out soon, how do I cancel my contract that to make sure it doesn’t keep on charging me?

@graceblakeley @VodafoneUK I refuse to have any dealings with this awful company. I made 20 phone calls to them (re: overbilling) & my complaint was never dealt with, nor my letters. In frustration, I cancelled my direct debit & their response was to put a black mark on my credit file. #neverusevodafone

@graceblakeley @VodafoneUK Exactly the same thing happened to me with Vodafone. I was with them for over 20 years, but just moved over to o2 instead, whose customer service is a bit better..I think they're just focusing on growth as opposed to customer retention.
