@VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

@VodafoneUK Totally shocked that a communication company like @VodafoneUK can't communicate enough to sort out a new service! Guess they have too many customers already.

@VodafoneUK poor performance, just spoke to someone who told me I failed DPA. I answered every question but couldn’t remember the ‘date’ I started my contract. What sort of question is that. Diverted to a webpage asking me for ID. Moved in with mum 4 months ago.

unbelievable!!! Just randomly called by @VodafoneUK told my bill was going up and whilst I asked why he muttered under his breath “shut ******** up” in disbelief I’ve rang your customer service team and I was told to “fill out a form online” what service you give Vodafone! 💩

@VodafoneUK stop relying on live chat forum - it was tedious and wasted an hour of my life ill never get back- and adopt end users who can guide you to the right place in one call without being passed from departments whom your customer will have no idea about. @vodaphone

@VodafoneUK I wrote you a five message long essay at the end of the survey. I was not opting out of future surveys, I was explaining my main three issues that led to the low scores I have given earlier in the process.
