@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK worst customer services call today I've ever had from Vodafone. Their customer complaints line cuts off their customers. They know this happens apparently but can't do anything about it. I'd be fired for that type of service to my customer!

DO NOT buy any device from @VodafoneUK ... their team promise to fix issues, drag their feet passed the 14 day returns window, and then the Returns team refuses to communicate with me on calls or chat. #badservice

@VodafoneUK Wouldn't use Vodafone went to one of you're stores to get a PAYG I got in I told them what I wanted they showed me the crappiest phones told me they only wanted contact I should go I reviewed you got a msg sorry you're disappointed only by you're crap service happy on @EE Now👍
