@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK I changed from Vodafone to sky. Their data roll feature is sweet and I have been fine. Their customer services is good too. Not like @vodfone whose customer services is completely broken.

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK I’m with iD (carphone warehouse network) find it great for sim only paid £10 a month for unlimited txt and calls and 5gb data but I think their unlimited data is only about £15 a month. I travel all over and don’t have many problems with signal.

@Matthew_Wright @VodafoneUK Smarty and ID do some great SIM only deals. Many on one month rolling contracts so not tied in. Both piggyback off major networks so coverage/signal never an issue.

@VodafoneUK I am using the service (its there for emergencies, that is use) I have paid for credit (that should be mine for ever! I paid for it, its my property). You just mean if i dont use up my credit fast enough then i lose the number/service/all credit. Disgusting.

@VodafoneUK Hi I've signed up to another Vodafone contract but not through an upgrade. Can I change the number on the new contract to my old number and cancel the old contract at the same time?
