@Loopielizzie @VodafoneUK I actually got a case reference; Vodafone and openreach aren't interested.13 live chats from 6pm to 2am yesterday, started again at 6.30am, got clicked off twice, 2 calls, no info, tethering my EE mobile.This outage is HUGE in at least LU7 and environs, utter shitshow😠😕

@Loopielizzie @VodafoneUK Elizabeth it's been down since around 2.50pm yesterday (10.3) - Openreach are 'apparently' working on a fibre cable issue, maybe, possibly, pretty sure, etc, and we're due back up at any time between now and the 12th of who knows....... 🧐

@VodafoneUK imagine me being told to send my phone for repair for FREE and then Vodafone charging me £440 without telling me for the repair which DIDN’T EVEN FIX MY PROBLEM. I am absolutely raging.
