    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    Day 189 with only a partial broadband service provided by @VodafoneUK and now a mid-contract price increase. Wonder if their creaking network will work today or not? #VodafoneBroadband

    @VodafoneUK I've received an email about price increases.. this will be the 2nd since renewing my contract with you. I find this unacceptable and misleading when quoting the monthly fee to entice me to stay with your company. 1 very unsatisfied customer!!!

    @VodafoneUK I’m sorry but it’s clearly a Vodafone issue. It only affects me when I’m connected to my WiFi . This is not okay. Can someone contact me and fix it?

    Woken to find all the @VodafoneUK / Apple interface issues resolved. So I’m guessing it really was a fault with Vodafone rather than with the multiple users telling them. When I’ve had an individual issue, I’ve found their customer service excellent, but yesterday was ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK This is not about the fault, in raising an issue about the fact that your Twitter feed was not updated, and you didn't have link to a current fault status so everyone could check periodically. Every company has issues from time to time, but you don't help yourselves or us!

    My #vodafoneuk broadband has been down for almost 24h. I rely on the internet for work. I have already lost revenue because of this #vodafone this is absolutely unacceptable. When will this be fixed?

    @bahallathegreat @VodafoneUK That's the problem, they all use Openreach which BT has monopolises. The alternatives are Virgin which aren't in my area. We've never had a decent transition to a new provider.

    @VodafoneUK No broadband service since Bad Friday! Third major outage in four weeks. The second one cost me a homeworking job. No mobile data left. No end in sight to this shoddiness. Time to find a reliable ISP.
