  @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I was surprised that Sky were good when my mum died. BT were awful, demanding to speak to a dead person. Only just got fibre at my place a couple of months ago, will not go with Virgin, too much poor feedback.

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I had the EXACT same issue with Virgin, I had to literally refuse to get off the phone when I got through for 4 hours and basically said I'd hang up when they actually helped me. Absolutely useless customer service

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK Not in the slightest bit surprised, Virgin are absolutely vile, I mean the ceo sued the nhs simply because he didn’t win a contract??? I will never use Virgin anything again! Sorry for your loss x

  @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I went through exactly the same issue, it was only when I threatened them with legal action and exposure they eventually cancelled the contract. Don't give up, don't pay a penny.

  Had a suspected spam call tried to report it to @VodafoneUK but didn't seem interested, not sure if the number I goggled (191) was spam as well so if you're a Vodafone customer just be on your guard
