    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    @VodafoneUK I tried a lot to connect them but didn’t receive any response yet, Live chat looks to be robot , where as 198 customer executive is saying that they are unable check, you will know once monthly bill will be generated on 5th April. hence included you as a parent company of VI.
