@VodafoneUK broadband down for almost an hour in Heacham, Norfolk. Your broadband tool isn't working either, there's only a chat not that osn sending me to the broken broadband tool! Give me a phone number to speak to someone! #Vodafonedown

@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

My @VodafoneUK reception has been trash at home for near 2 weeks now. Cant make calls without them dropping out and I only get 3g which doesn’t work. Currently been ignored after being told the problem is fixed #cantwaittoleave #poorservice

@DowndetectorUK @VodafoneUK and @lebara in the North West near Liverpool and Wirral has various outages/loss of service at quite a few of the cell sites. More RF/power failures than network.

@mikewilliams_40 @VodafoneUK Our engineers have found some damaged cables and are carrying out a repair. While we do this you might have some trouble with your calls, texts and data. We're working as fast as we can. Updated 19:35 (refreshed hourly). Recent faults might not show yet.

Hey @VodafoneUK you switched off my data while I am travelling. This is a major problem given I need to download travel documents. It’s also very irritating given I am on an unlimited plan. I have texted twice in the last 18 hours requesting extra data and nothing has happened.

@VodafoneUK on the phone to CS told to use website, "hundreds of agents" available. On website can get passed the annoying chat bot. Not service. Why won't Vodafone online let me sign up to a cheap deal.??
