@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK been a customer for 6 years always had big date tariff but only used 6-11 gb per month I’ve upgraded to new phone bought lower data and apparently I’ve used 29gb in 2 days offshore call centre are as much use as speaking to a brick wall

@VodafoneUK do you want to pick your partners better for your very me offers? Claimed the free @joeandseph popcorn offer, paid the shipping and they never sent it. Claimed they had, refused to provide tracking and had to email 5 times to get a refund which I’m still waiting for
