    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    @guytudor @VodafoneUK Afraid service like this is now the norm from vodaphone. They think it's some kinda privilege that they should allow u to be a customer, treat u like dirt no matter how long uv been with them (20yrs)..iv moved 1 contract,waiting to move remaining 2,£158 pm

    @twelfthdoc @VodafoneUK @WeAreOpenreach Any reason anyone in the UK should put their trust in getting timely service if you guys give such piss poor and terrible service? Does customer service not exist for you guys any more? Give the man his internet that he needs for his livelihood!

    @VodafoneUK 2 Hours 19 minutes. While I'm happy to have got it sorted, there is no way that such a simple procedure should have been rendered so complicated by such a horribly broken system.

    @VodafoneUK is there a way to add extra data on to a pay and go deal? Bigger than the 2GB offer? I want to add 10GB roughly on… or if I just go over my data cap how bad is the charge?

    @VodafoneUK No longer a customer. Left last month. I have received a bill today for £4.49, when I left I was told nothing was owing. Also the mobile number is incorrect. Website no help, who do I contact pls?

    @VodafoneUK I was told it would be sorted within 30 minutes on the 6th of May. Its now June. At what point do I get compensation for such poor service?
