@VodafoneUK Hi thanks for the reply. I would agree this is fine, but you have signs in your store saying “Help & Advice” yet it seems the only thing the store can do is sell you a phone.. The only “Help” offered, is being told to leave and deal with the issue yourself.

@VodafoneUK now been told my phone and replacement will be sent to me in 3-5 days exciting! Let's see what happens and if anyone can contact about the delivery. Also just waited 10 minutes to be given the Repairs number..Never given hung up on. Terrible. I'm still paying money?
