@VodafoneUK But it's a shame you wrongly tell customers to report scam calls to the Telephone Preference Service. Two managers from your Cairo Call Centre both told me to register for that to stop scam calls....TPS doesn't have ANYTHING to do with scam calls!

@VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK @AdityaBirlaGrp Many new customers (in illiterate corners of India) are thinking 'Vi India' is a non existent NEW network in India without much network coverage and stability giving extreme priority for #Airtel. So consider bringing back old brand names Vodafone&Idea for sake of existence.

@VodafoneUK is there anyone English I can speak to? I have spent a week trying to solve a problem, the last 45 minutes on ur "chat" only to find out he doesn't understand my problem, I'm furious! Paying for a contract with a handset that doesn't always work!
