@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK 6 promised call-backs. 1 made. That single one had no idea what my issue was even after me explaining the problem for 20 minutes. After asking them to call me back after the holidays once they’d educated themselves; utter silence. An unbelievably appalling experience.

@cecee77 @VodafoneUK was lied to again, saying phone would be here today and nothing came :(. It also said sent out by royal mail which is strange . I'm really not happy at the customer service
