    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    @VodafoneUK broadband down for almost an hour in Heacham, Norfolk. Your broadband tool isn't working either, there's only a chat not that osn sending me to the broken broadband tool! Give me a phone number to speak to someone! #Vodafonedown

    Appalling service from @VodafoneUK home broadband. Over a month of trying to fix router autoreconnect and dropout, and no solutions, they now want me to enter into another 24 month contract so they can send me a new router which will fix this

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been on the phone for an hour going round in circles. You’ve got my bill wrong for the past 10 months on the trot and the imbecile that I’m now speaking to (Gehad) won’t help me, apparently their manager won’t take calls either #useless
