    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    @VodafoneUK I've called the complaint line and spoke to someone and no log of me calling today. Surprise surprise guy knows he's in the wrong. Luckily I have call recorded with date and time stamp.

    @VodafoneUK who thought it was a good idea to cancel the contract with London Underground. Now WE can't use the WiFi on the network and YOU will lose a lot of customers because of it. Why???
