@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

And with that I say farewell to @VodafoneUK and hello to @O2 - I’ve been a Vodafone customer for many years, but the reintroduction of roaming was too much. Plus at o2 I get a better phone for a cheaper rate. So yeah. Byeeeee!!!!

I hope you are proud of yourselves @VodafoneUK ? A week after our router broke, and still a week away from fix date, my wife ran out of data due to having to tether to her phones hotspot for both work and pleasure. This despite several repeated promises to award unlimited data

I have never received such poor customer service as I am currently experiencing with @VodafoneUK A simple request to upgrade my sim only plan has now resulted in telephone conversations all week with several different employees and without a phone for 2 days! @VodafoneGroup

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @Vodacom your service is beyond shocking, over 3 hours on the phone tonight, and then got cut off because it’s 9pm and everyone is going home.! The 2.5 hours I spent on Tuesday to customer services and nothing on my account had changed.
