    @VodafoneUK I can see responses to other people's questions but mine is being ignored. Your online support runs until 10pm? That's crazy, people need broadband 24/7. I have work to do!

    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    I have had to travel to work more than normal due to no/poor Internet service (forced to use dongle) and use credit card to buy petrol that was not budgeted for. The compensation would have at least paid some of this. You are a disgrace @VodafoneUK

    @GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Hi george. Your story came to mind this morning as I phoned my dads pension company to give them my brothers address for the third time. It's only a small payout to help pay for his funeral but you wonder how much they save on account of these delays.

    @VodafoneUK a key reason for having a social media presence is to keep your customers informed. Your upgrade system has gone down and has been out since pre orders for iPhone started. You’ve not updated anyone. So what’s the point of the comma channel if you know nothing?
