@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

@VodafoneUK is becoming the worst network I pay £70 and I’m central London on 5GH with @iPhone_News and is so slow having a unlimited plan you will expect to perform well. Even though they are know problems with the network customer service keeps Say is coverage and no problems

Problem with @VodafoneUK They are sending my bills to my old address But my address is already changed somewhere because the security check failed on postcode. It’s an iPad you can’t send me a text You could just send my bills to the address you have?
