@VodafoneUK broadband down for almost an hour in Heacham, Norfolk. Your broadband tool isn't working either, there's only a chat not that osn sending me to the broken broadband tool! Give me a phone number to speak to someone! #Vodafonedown

@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK On hold now for 20 mins to cancel my account, the "Bot" keeps telling me their are no agents available on chat. Your chance of anyone persuading me to stay are now zero. How can I cancel? Why not make this an option in online servicing if you are so overloaded?

It’s been 3 weeks Since I have requested my ( pop )and customer service hasn’t resolved my complaint and they have been providing wrong info telling me to wait patiently for another 10 days top of that 1 manager was rude @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup
