@VodafoneUK someone sent a WhatsApp to my father who Is in his 80s pretending to be me. They convinced him to send £1200. He has phoned his bank and the fraud unit. I called them from an unknown number and it went to a Vodafone voicemail. Can someone help us catch them, please?

@VodafoneUK been with you guys for 20 years for phones. Another 24 month contract ends tomorrow. Ask for a good upgrade and deal you offer is awful. Literally every other network has offered a better deal, & better customer service recieved already. another loyal customer lost 👏

@VodafoneUK I've called x3. Order got "stuck". Promised call back, no call back. Called Retention team to cancel (as by now I just want to leave) and got cut off. Just written to the CEO to see if he can help me.

@VodafoneUK this is how **** stupid Vodafone are, got a DM from Amanda telling me to go Argos to blacklist quote 'In this case, it would be best to visit the vendor and get the receipt so we can share it with them again and get the device blacklisted' I gave YOU 2 receipts!!
