@VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Customer Service numbers for most companies are subject to delays because of the obvious at the moment. Your pissing and whinging because of your blue tick wont change that.

  • xapaxapa Kara Grant (@xapaxapa) reported

@VodafoneUK And this is per the Status Checker, too. But it's very frustrating to simply see that problems exist, with no other info or expected date it will be working again.

  • feedmetv Andy Middleton 🇬🇧🇪🇺 (@feedmetv) reported

@VodafoneUK I am not asking you to stop them yourselves. I am simply asking which entity or organisation is responsible for the routing of international telephone calls at their point of entry into the UK network.

  • willmill82 pole vaulting taliped (@willmill82) reported from Glasgow, Scotland

@VodafoneUK Never mind, seems it was only temporary!

  • tsh2 Sean Houlihane 🕷️🔶🕷️ (@tsh2) reported

@VodafoneUK make it particularly difficult to close an account held by an aged relative. Seems the easiest thing to do is simply cancel the direct debt since there is no way to close an account online. Unfortunately, I can't practically pass for my mother on the phone.

  • steven15969892 steven (@steven15969892) reported

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Don’t do it. It’s like that everywhere in the world. The worst is when you’re on the line for 45 minutes on hold and then you get disconnected and have to start all over again. Or they transfer you to the “right person” and they drop your call.

  • DramBooks David Kavanagh (@DramBooks) reported

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Why is 'customer service' now so torturously bad?

  • JuliaHB1 Julia Hartley-Brewer (@JuliaHB1) reported

I'm 32 minutes into a customer service call with @VodafoneUK and I'm already googling the nearest bridge to go and jump off to put myself out of my misery.

  • trivet1806 Paul Fanning (@trivet1806) reported

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK For anything other than one of their FAQ-type problems, their bog-standard customer service is abysmal. You basically have to threaten to leave before you'll get through to a competent person able to solve your problem.

  • CraicBelfast The Mole (@CraicBelfast) reported

@VodafoneUK @OfficialKP180 First come first served!? I open to email, login to Vodafone and literally ten scones later all of the rewards are gone! Really!? I smell BS! I have been a customer 10 years and have never received any reward.
