@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK broadband down for almost an hour in Heacham, Norfolk. Your broadband tool isn't working either, there's only a chat not that osn sending me to the broken broadband tool! Give me a phone number to speak to someone! #Vodafonedown

@VodafoneUK can you please help me get a working sim. I lost my sim last weekend and reported it. New sim arrived 2 days ago but not activated despite repeated attempts. I’m at my wits end, beside being uncontactable. Pathetic customer service.

@jackmbattersby Just found the name of the @VodafoneUK CEO, asked for his number or email address - they didn't have it. The chap I am talking to is having issues with his own Vodafone system but has told me that my problem with me raised to the highest tier of their technical service

@VodafoneUK I am not going to lie for a company the size of yours your online account portal has to be the worst I have ever seen I tried to upgrade my broadband speed and I have to phone up if I wanted to speak to someone I would of done that in the first place.
