    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    @dalglir @VodafoneUK @firstdirect You can? No one ever mentioned that! Still if tell them each time, they'd "read the notes" each time. And then they'd (try to) insist I had to redo all the steps they'd had me do a dozen time already. And charge me £9.39 for phoning their complaints number. (Land, no mob signal)

    @VodafoneUK Disgraceful service....since I have had my phone I have been on WiFi calling due to being unable to get a signal at home. Only get H signal and 1 bar on that! Called multiple time and each time placed on hold for hours!!! Unable to sort it for 18 months. Been robbed!

    @sparklykitten @VodafoneUK Thanks, tried that but didn’t help. Looking on the forum looks like a recurring problem with @VodafoneUK . And they seem happy to let it continue without a fix.

    @VodafoneUK Cheers, but it seems to be paid. Just frustrating that it said for a while that my bill WAS paid only for a warning and demand for it happened today. Thanks for the help regardless

    @VodafoneUK I don’t need to check coverage in my area. My wifi is down! The red light on my router tells me so! Any chance you can get my broadband back so that I can watch Amazon prime!

    Still no Gigafast or phone service due to a "fault", nobody lets you know what's going on or an ETA on a fix @VodafoneUK, which is great during half term and easter bank holiday weekend, and won't get comp due to cityfibre managed not openreach (and bank holiday)

    @CISASUK I placed a new order last month for @VodafoneUK broadband for 500gb service on a promotional rate for 24mts. They then cancelled without my knowledge owing to some tech problem. Now they won’t honour original discount. Price now gone up. False marketing and terrible
