    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK broadband down for almost an hour in Heacham, Norfolk. Your broadband tool isn't working either, there's only a chat not that osn sending me to the broken broadband tool! Give me a phone number to speak to someone! #Vodafonedown

    @VodafoneUK I can see responses to other people's questions but mine is being ignored. Your online support runs until 10pm? That's crazy, people need broadband 24/7. I have work to do!

    @VodafoneUK Been a week now, waiting for broadband to be connected. No communication from yourselves, and each day I use up my phone data to exchange messages with someone who tells me it'll be tomorrow. And it isn't. When there is a delay, you should inform your customer.

    @shellp84 @VodafoneUK Exactly the same happening to me - promised a pack over 3 months ago still not received and now the discount has been removed from my account . Spoke to various people but literally going round in circles . Worse customer service I have ever received
