@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

The f’ing cheek of @VodafoneUK to hike my price plan up by 5.4% to support a rise in running costs and keep up with increased demand, plus an additional 3.9%, when they only made £2.6bn profit. In this current climate, that’s just greedy! 🤬. Can’t wait for the end of contract 🖕🏼

Absolute shambles from @VodafoneUK after years of being a loyal customer. Given wrong info, inadvertently disconnected, 3 hours lost on useless webchat, 2 store visits, ignored for a week with no connection & now sent me a bill for nearly £800. @offcom email on its way!!

@BungieHelp Would you be able to look into a problem stopping people on @VodafoneUK broadband being able to connect to Destiny 2 since Thursday. Just keeps saying "Cannot connect to servers" When swaping to a mobile hotspot will log in instantly. Multiple reports on the forums.
