    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    Hey @oppo the @Android 12 update disabled my @VodafoneUK #5G... Even though it showed enabled in network selection it only went as far as #LTE-A. Had a fiddle with the other network modes, restart, 5G mode, restart & seems to be working now!

    @gooner2584 @VodafoneUK @O2 I’ll let you know how I get on. The least I expect is a grovelling apology but I have zero expectation as despite remaining polite, albeit frustrated, their call handler put the phone down on me today! 😡

    @VodafoneUK worst internet they all try saying nothing is wrong but the connection disconnects every 30mins or so for about 20 seconds, Yet the router event log says there is errors. if you think im paying for this trash you can suck my toes see you in court

    @VodafoneUK @AMN_inOxford Ana, did they respond? #vodafone This is shocking and needs to be investigated. Ana, raise this as an issue with your bank as well, and with the Financial Conduct Authority.

    @VodafoneUK Web chat eventually told him to go to store (surely there should be a contingency in the current climate). Store manager in Silverburn simply shrugged her shoulders and wouldn’t help. Now wants a PAC code and has same hurdles

    @VodafoneUK hi I used to get 5G full signal at BH15 1HZ for months now I get 3 bars on 4G have you turned off 5G here turn it back on

    @VodafoneUK - money grabbers who let you buy a product but don’t bother telling you that you aren’t actually getting a product. Trading standards? Ombudsman? Absolutely piss poor communication from a “telecommunications” company. Laughable.
