@VodafoneUK must be the worst company@in the world for its customer service I have been passed around more times than I remember and still no where. I recommend you stay away from this company and get your stuff elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK I opened a case 7 days ago as my SIM card is showing invalid. No new card received.Almost 8 hours of calls and webchat still with issues and my case is unanswered. Can’t call me as SIM is not working 😡 😡 😡

@VodafoneUK what is the point in raising cases you don’t respond to DMs that take multiple days just to ask security questions. web chats that’s still have no response. Your customer service is appalling. 3 weeks now waiting for a SIM. Cancelling contracts 😡

past 4 weeks my household is unable to make calls, send/receive texts, @VodafoneUK tell me there is no problem in my area.... until i tell them 4 people with 4 phones are having this issue then i get told its a network issue and its being fixed. you are still charging me.....

@VodafoneUK Of course they’re never welcome, but you appear to be taking advantage of the current high inflation rates to justify the unjustifiable, knowing that people in the middle of a contract have no way out. I will be take this into consideration when my contract is up for renewal.

Half an hour wait to get through to @VodafoneUK + 5 minutes security checks etc, only to be told system's down & can I call again? "Could you call me? I don't want to waste another half hour". "Not possible, I'm afraid" "You're a telecoms company, and you can't call me back..?!"
