I’ve spoken to @VodafoneUK 5 separated occasions, been put through 9 various peoples/departments, for over 2 hours of phone calls and my query & subsequent complaint hasn’t been answered. Possibly the worst Expeirence on the phone I’ve ever had!

@VodafoneUK poor service on day 1 of broadband switch to Vodafone. Spoke to somebody on live chat who said “give it 30minutes and it will work” seemed like they couldn’t be bothered because still no internet.

Having fibre issues with @VodafoneUK just now. Fibre off since Saturday and Vodafone told me that @OpenreachHelp didn't need access to the property....so Openreach attended! Now Openreach say they did tell Vodafone that access was required...BIG CIRCLE.....let's waste my days off

@VodafoneUK I have just used my PAC to trigger leaving Vodafone to join EE after 20+ years. If they provide me me no signal or service if any kind it'll still be worth it. I have never in my life experienced a worse customer experience than the one I have had from you.
