Well @VodafoneUK is down with no general announcement with details. 😞 looks like I'll have to temporarily buy a new sim and top up so I can continue using the Internet but who's going to compensate me? @VodafoneUK as it's their fault or @asda_mobile whom I'm currently with?

@VodafoneUK Your customer service is utterly appalling. My phone was ordered last week and was meant to be delivered on Monday. Still no phone. Still not even despatched despite numerous broken promises that it would ‘definitely be with me in 24 hours’. Just dreadful.

@Norty_s @VodafoneUK Mate run a mile, they have been beyond useless the entire time I've been unfortunate to be stuck with them. They cant even get things right now but that's mainly down to them employing useless people who cant be bothered doing their jobs

@VodafoneUK Broadband down in Llangefni LL77 since Saturday, daily promises on resolution broken. Other providers affected. Just been on hold for over an hour looking for an update only to be cut off when transferred to an agent #poor
