@VodafoneUK @rgmckissock @OmbudServices Even a tweet letting us know there was a problem would have been extremely useful and stopped us all switching off and on endlessly and hunting around to find out whether it was just us or a Vodafone issue.

@VodafoneUK Our home broadband has been down since midday, and 4G coverage is patchy at best. Any ETA on when it may be fixed? Based in NR4.
