@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

Wow, I’m one to complain but @VodafoneUK have absolutely appalling customer service and blame so much on ‘tech glitches’. Why offer click and collect in store the same day when you then get told it’ll be 1-2 days to arrive in store…and is still yet to even be dispatched 🙄

@VodafoneUK So just to clarify, Vodafone are happy to force people to default on their contract payments when they get into financial crisis due to loss of work through illness and disabilities? During a pandemic? There’s no help at all…for customers?…none?? Wow. Just wow! #vodafone
