@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone. Just like last month my Vodafone home broadband isn't working. Been like this for 3 days now. Had the same issue blast month spoke to someone from India I think and was told I'd pay only £12 this month and my bill came at £25. Can someone msg me to sort this.

@VodafoneUK Tried that. Your payment recognition is slower than my bank. It took an hour and 3 advisors to find that out. I'm paying £50pcm for a 100mbps gigacube that delivers 25mbps on a really good day and 2mbps on a bad one. im currently looking for another provider.

@VodafoneUK No it doesn’t work because you want to send a text to a SIM card that is not working ‘for security’. It’s a brand new PAYG SIM card so what security is there to pass!? This is for Ukrainian refugees. Your offer to them is completely empty. Extremely disappointing.
