@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK my data connection has been awful for at least a week now. It says I have 4G but will not connect to anything, in any app. I spent the first two weeks of the year isolating and only using WiFi so it’s possible it has been an issue for longer. Tried everything. Help!

@VodafoneUK & now they picked up the phone & hung up on me! Calls are obviously taking longer than target so they just answer & hang up to make it look like they're reaching target! Shocking service compared to the great customer service we've had from you before such a shame 😔

@VodafoneUK been trying to resolve our broadband issue for weeks. Already spent 2hrs on webchat this week. Now on hold on phone for 30mins to 2nd line support but hold music has gone silent. What's going on? Your customer service used to be top notch. This winter it's been awful!

@VodafoneUK Thanks Andy. I’ll DM you my details but I eventually spoke to a manager who assured me the texts are now disabled. I’ve been told they’ve been stopped at least 3 times before so I shall see next month. The monthly charge suggestion was awful. Imagine if I’d not known to say no.

So @VodafoneUK send out an engineer to "fix" my broadband issue, pull up for 10 minutes to check the lines outside, then leaves with no update what so ever and a broadband that still doesn't work, with constant drop outs to the point where working from home is not possible. O.K.
