@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@nisacmendez @VodafoneUK I’m sure a large majority of us could pay off the whole years contract in one go but this is not advised ever as communication companies suffer from loss of service throughout the year you will never truly get what you pay for

@VodafoneUK My elderly parents new internet contract install has been messed up leaving them without phone and internet over Christmas. Five hours on the phone and best you can do is the 11th and new number. With Christmas cancelled this is the last thing we need - Help!
