  @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

  @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

  @VodafoneUK I’ve tried to send a DM but your AI robot keeps replying 😡 The mast has gone again, only 1 bar on 4G, non-existent speeds circa 1Mbps. A fault needs to be raised urgently as it clearly hasn’t been fixed last week!! BS20 7AT is your mast. This is a Vodafone mast issue

  @VodafoneUK so even after checking 3 times yesterday that you had the correct delivery address for my phone upgrade, you still manage to deliver it to my old address that I haven't lived at for over 6 years. Your customer service is frankly terrible.

  @VodafoneUK so.... i telephone to speak to an agent re my fathers death, and get told to go online chat. I go online chat and they tell me they cannot help as i am not my father and cannot pass security. Any idea on how we resolve this guys because its really not a great service?
