Worst Customer Service EVER award has to go to @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK been on the phone everyday for 2 hours plus and still you have not resolved a basic simple issue. 12 years of customer loyalty down the drain.

@VodafoneUK It says estimated delivery date 3-4 weeks, it’s been 3 and there are no updates. A customer support analyst said no later than 30th.... which is Monday and still no phone. Not really acceptable as it was ‘in stock’ when I ordered it!!!!!

@VodafoneUK (2) ...any game that needs you to host your own server. I purchased the Gigacube and signed up as I was promised it was super fast and great for online gaming. Yet apparently it is not compatible with some games and games consoles. I have spoken to your support...
