    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    @VodafoneUK ever since ‘upgrading’ my internet speeds on 4g and 5g have been terrible and twice now I have been told that the speed limit cap on my account has been ‘removed’ as it shouldn’t have been on in the first place and still it’s not improved. Fancy fixing this?

    @VodafoneUK .... order cancelled. Can't help but think that after 6 cancellations someone shouldn't check why, every one I've spoken to has just said I'll reorder this will go through this time.. is there commission on upgrades. That would explain why no ones interested in why!

    @VodafoneUK I'm with @EE and keep having problems texting someone on your network. They don't always receive my texts and I don't always receive theirs. Fine with someone else on your network though. Any ideas please?

    @VodafoneUK each time speak to someone, no resolution is found. Aftercare service is terrible. Particuarly if you are classed as being vulnerable.

    @VodafoneUK still can't install internet for 15 days after supposed date. Customer service said they send an engineer after my 1st call but never turned up. Now im stuck in your hell hole customer service again and not getting anywhere. Shambles
