@VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK Ordered a phone on the 27th and they can't tell me when it will be dispatched. Also saying they can't cancel the order and will only refund me after I send the phone back if/when it arrives. Refusing to put this in writing to me or confirm they'll cover the postage.

@VodafoneUK i’d just like to say, your complaints process is obstructive, cumbersome and very unhelpful. The system seems to have been built to put the customer off complaining. I was held on a chat session this morning g for 40 mins. Why? All I wanted to do was lodge a complaint
