@peacekpr79 @VodafoneUK Ah yes the constant instructions to swap SIMs , restart phones etc, when they know it’s their infrastructure. Really poor customer service

@VodafoneUK trying to activate a Neo Watch on the smart app and the app is freezing. Have spoken to tech support multiple times. Still not resolved. Not great as it was a birthday present today for my daughter! Please resolve the app issues asap.

Four weeks of no mobile data or voice on new #apple iPhone 13 pro and @vodafoneuk still clueless as to why. Technical support don’t call you back when promised. Most useless phone and “service” provider imaginable. But they still take the money.

@VodafoneUK 7 weeks without a stable Internet connection has taken its toll. We have had to relocate for 2 x 2 week periods just to get a Internet signal. The Scottish guys in the WiFi experts team have been sympathetic but have no control over the easy switch team.

@VodafoneUK my landline broadband down yet again (7th time in 2 days) your call centre is closed and the merry recorded munchkin advises me to report issues online. I can't. Because no broadband. Not great customer service. Working from home impossible thanks a lot. 🤡

@henrybackhouse2 @EE @VodafoneUK So that justifies them charging more for the same products ? And my wife has changed to Vodafone recently and her phone works everywhere, mine struggles to get signal in my house, work or any building in our town really

@VodafoneUK the easy switch team seem to think it is entirely acceptable to just quote the dates given by openreach with no ownership of the issues these are causing. Just to clarify. Vodafone are not responsible for a delayed install. They are responsible for a denial of service

@mmackay65 @EE @VodafoneUK They sent me a SIM card that didn’t work and had been no service for three days and didn’t offer no compensation
