@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK someone was meant to be at my house between 13:00 and 18:00 today, to connect my new broadband. No one has arrived, iv stayed up all day after working a night shift for this. I'm now having to go on another night shift for a emergency service with no sleep

@VodafoneUK you’ve lost a customer and shareholder today after the worst customer experience. Hours with a chatbot. Failed delivery of an upgrade and followed it up with fraud alerts and spam emails. The share prices is reflective of the service provided. #tanking #nickread

@VodafoneUK I wouldn't trust this company. Have had 2 new phones with them and both have had manufacturing faults. warranty void they hunt for unseen issues. problem has been found somewhere else on the phone that you have to search for with a special light. It had a broken hinge
