    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK seem to being having issues of broadband slowing down to around 1-2mb download 1 upload. Rest router works for a few hours then back to being slow. Been happening for a few days now. Postcode is SY21 8EY. Any sign your end?

    Hi @VodafoneUK I’ve been a customer for 10 years. I’ve been on hold an hour trying to change broadband from one address to another. It’s never straightforward dealing with you. I’m about to change providers as pretty tired of the service. Please give me one reason to stay?

    @VodafoneUK currently on hold to your billing team trying to resolve an issue from 2016 which has resulted in me getting a CCJ, even though it was paid in full with email confirmation and statements. I am being told to hold my horses! Worst customer service I have experienced

    @PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK I think trying to move any service, in fact just contacting O2 and virgin recently I found one mistake after another. Too much remote service. Poor service.

    @PaulCowland_ @VodafoneUK Tesco mobile. Never had a problem. Customer service is good £11 a month unlimited calls texts and 30 g of data.

    @VodafoneUK I feel that the world should know that when you have an issue terminating your contract NO-ONE at Vodafone wants to speak to you, but they do put a black mark on your credit report, when they haven t even issued a final bill. Strange?
