@VodafoneUK No. It just said criteria not met! I still have email but it’s says do not reply. Maybe if I can forward it someone may see what’s wrong. I’ve never had problems before. I don’t sell my old phones I hand them on in the family. It’s making me feel stressed.

we never give our house phone number out due to cold calling, however switching landlines meant we had to. @VodafoneUK stop selling our data, you encourage fraud.

@VodafoneUK what is the pint of your customer service phone line today? Recorded message gets to 2 hurdle and starts repeating “I’m sorry”, the i didn’t get that then thank you for calling and it hangs up. Is that your new way of getting rid of phone calls? @ShieldVoC

My phone's screen has a strange ink-blot type effect going on underneath it – no cracks or anything, just weird – and @VodafoneUK's website is down so I can't look at what an upgrade is going to cost. So that's really good...
