@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

This is the second time whilst being with @VodafoneUK that our landline hasn’t worked! At the start you just randomly changed our phone number after we had already swapped it to our existing number and now total landline outage! This is ridiculous. #shitphoneline

@VodafoneUK I’ve had business account for 12 years but can’t now access my account. Got help yesterday on phone but still they can’t help and man talking to me told me to hang up promising to call me back! Liar! He didn’t. Call this good service? It’s appalling! Vodafone my arse!

@VodafoneUK Worse customer service I have ever had from a broadband provider, we've had ongoing problems since our home move in August and these still not been resolved. Not getting the service we were promised at the price we were promised it at.

@VodafoneUK Sad day. After almost 26 years of continuously being a Vodafone customer today I’m moving to another supplier as @VodafoneGroup can’t get close to the competitors tariff even with loyalty discount. Thanks and hopefully one day will be back.

.@VodafoneUK is there an easy way to just talk to one of your operators on the phone? Your automated service keeps giving me the runaround and tries to make me do stuff online. I want to talk to someone please. Every option I've tried keeps sending me somewhere else.
