    @VodafoneUK @wullie_docherty Will you stop tweeting the same generic response & tell us WHEN we can expect to receive service. In addition, WHY this has happened! Do you have engineers working today or are you lying & won’t have any engineers until tomorrow? Just be honest, some of us rely on service to work

    @garyklawson76 @VodafoneUK It seems the Vodafone 4g network is also being affected, so the routers 4g usb dongle is also unable to connect. No such thing as unbreakable internet!

    @VodafoneUK Yes, you need to tell your customers this and perhaps they won’t be quite so upset. Our fibre is still up but your service is down, so the dongle thinks everything is ok. Disconnect the cable and the 4G will work. Reconnect if and when you fix the error
