    @VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

    @VodafoneUK broadband down for almost an hour in Heacham, Norfolk. Your broadband tool isn't working either, there's only a chat not that osn sending me to the broken broadband tool! Give me a phone number to speak to someone! #Vodafonedown

    @johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

    @VodafoneUK No one has contacted me regarding my voucher. It’s been over 3 months now. I’m very disappointed and fed up of always chasing Vodafone’s problems. @BBCWatchdog I have already submitteda complaint to @financialombuds

    @VodafoneUK I can see responses to other people's questions but mine is being ignored. Your online support runs until 10pm? That's crazy, people need broadband 24/7. I have work to do!

    @VodafoneUK @OmbudServices @Ofcom 2 weeks I've had unusably slow speed from my mobile broadband. Phoned everyday, spent 3 hrs on phone yday, told by tech services & complaints managers "nothing can be done" 7 times. Why shld I pay a cancellation fee 2 b able 2 work from home?

    @VodafoneUK awful broadband internet experience - four weeks of issues. Two open reach visits apparently resolving issue but it remains. Just tried to speak to chat to follow up and the agent ended the chat

    @VodafoneUK Thanks @VodafoneUK but now 4 months and counting and your still unable to remove Spotify from my account despite your team saying it’s been removed. Pathetic, and now need to call other numbers for refunds to confirm i actually made the request. No help @VodafoneGroup at all

    @ca1v @VodafoneUK I've had to troubleshoot a number of hotspots up that way over the last two weeks where previously there's been no issues. Again, status tracker saying fine. Good to know it's not my imagination - there does seem to be an issue.
