@johnbparky @VodafoneUK Not working for us either and the @VodafoneUK support pages and tools are diabolical..the broadband tool as they call it... Isn't working. There no phone number to call just a chat not that keeps sending you to try broken broadband tool.. this is ridiculous.

@VodafoneUK If I’m trying to send an email ,or search for parts ,etc . If I loose 4G . There’s no chance of it working on 3G. I’ve learnt 2 places right down the yard where the sprayer fills up we get 4G. How will 2G /3G help with calls etc

@melissa_geog @VodafoneUK They all seem to be as bad as each other IMHO. If you signed a new contract then usually, they can't increase it until the contract expires, UNLESS it is actually written in the contract that they can.

So @VodafoneUK is increasing my bill by CPI of 10.5% plus an extra 3.9% for network improvements, or something. Meanwhile my NHS wages are increasing by much less than inflation.

Thank you @VodafoneUK for the offered compensation of £9.33 for 3 months of no broadband...and sometimes...an unreliable connection! Complaint logged with CISAS... I definitely cannot recommend this provider!!! Incompetent and dishonest staff has done this company a disservice!!
