@kaylesmarshall @O2 @VodafoneUK I wish O2 had valued me as long time customer, over 10 years. I never got anything, except a huge hike in my bill without warning. It’s why I left.

Missed the entire second half. Well in @VodafoneUK To be fair, your customer service has been great at trying to sort it. It's just taken ages to get a router going again and it's still not done 🙈 Aaaaand there's goal number 4 that I've missed

@FirmiSmo @VodafoneUK Consider a SIM only deal. Phones are not worth nearly a grand, as some are. And, unless your phone is really ****, phones don't improve that much. I went from a contract to SIM only and saved myself £30 a month. Kept my old phone and which is good enough.

@VodafoneUK my broadband is down for the second time in two months. I’ve been on hold for an hour which is fairly typical having called c. 10 times over the past month. This is not acceptable!!

@VodafoneUK You entirely disconnected me when I asked to cancel my contract, and now I can never have fibre to my home because there is no space at the exchange. What do you propose as resolution?
