@VodafoneUK I want to cancel my plan and was told to call 191, but the automated call gave me a link to live chat which for the last 15 minutes had been anything but. No message to say in a queue or anything.

@VodafoneUK All I hear is, not enough folk live there, we don't care about the area. Stupid companies, need to learn: If a tourist sees me on my mobile, esp if I'm on data & is amazed, I'll say to use @ThreeUK & @EE, not #Vodafone & consider contract swaps.

@VodafoneUK network coverage in the uk is the worst ive ever experienced across the world, including third world countries. As soon as you leave london forget about stable coverage, if not having a signal at all. Even within london is patchy to say the least. So aggravating
