Hey @VodafoneUK your customer service is abysmal. No one wants to listen when I raise an issue to get resolved. I try to cancel my contract, end up in an argument because someone your end changed my address, they then put me on hold 10 mins later someone else appears?! WTAF?!

@VodafoneUK upgraded my phone and wanted to trade in my old one. After 4 weeks, visiting the store and talking to advisors on line and on the phone to just get the return bag I still haven’t received anything and received a text to say my trade in is now invalid. Terrible service

@ZacBauman @VodafoneUK I'm with Lebara, which uses Vodafone. This might explain why my service is abysmal nowadays. It's bloody awful. Their Network checkers are the same. They just say 'We're aware of some network issues' That's useless. Also, you don't live near me, so it seems it's a BIG issue?

@DPDgroup_news @VodafoneUK Was supposed to have my delivery on Friday…then Saturday… then today… and now tomorrow! Customer service is awful, can’t get through and the DPD app is awful too. Sat around the corner in the Hebburn depot when I could easily go and collect. JOKE!
