In 2022, UK mobile network operators completely abandoned 3G network. In 2012 when I was using my 3G for internet, I could easily stream youtube video, nowadays once network drops from 4G/5G to 3G - I basically have no internet at all. This is absurd. @VOXI_UK @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK customer for over 20 years, decided to upgrade. ent package not working, 6 hours on chat still not broke. Told me to wait 2 hours. 2 hours later & now no calls . 2 hours on chat & my account doesn’t exist. How bad can you be. My daughter needs to be able to contact me

@VodafoneUK Broadband question. I'm in a new property with FTTP connection and I went with BT (big mistake) I've had nothing but issues, the landline they supply is digital voice that uses router which is no good if its not stable. What do you offer for FTTP connections?
