    @VodafoneUK Just had my 25th call with support who tell me probably no internet until next Tuesday... 3rd line support also had closed my case saying “internet is working” so if I hadn’t called Nothing would have been done @VodafoneUK that is awful!

    A long shot.. but Plusnet can't get my brother's broadband working and he's a bit stuck.. he's a long standing @VodafoneUK customer.. limited on data this week.. anything you can do as he works at home providing an important community service. Thanks. (He is @jammasound)

    How did I spend my Saturday evening whilst on site in Dubai? I had a genuinely lovely chat with a @VodafoneUK customer service rep about Covid, the current situation in India and how our children will talk to their kids about 20/21 whilst he sorted my roaming issues.

    What an awful service from @VodafoneUK. One payment accidentally missed after 20 years of regular payment and service is cut without even an hours notice. Can’t pay now because I cannot access my account on line because service has been cut and I cannot receive security text. !
