@VodafoneUK your customer service is horrendous!! Such a disjointed, “you’ve spent yer money we’re not interested” attitude!! Over an hour wait for tech support & your online chat doesn’t work!! The joke of it is when you call customer service it advises “log onto Vodafone” 😡

@VodafoneUK I have had no end of issues with a home broadband move of address and then a subsequent change of ownership. Impossible to get the issue resolved on email, or on a 45 minute phone call with your team. The worst customer service I have encountered.

@VodafoneUK you have cancelled our order for the third time! This is unacceptable. I spent over an hour with customer services yesterday to confirm a new order to cover the order that was cancelled and now you've cancelled again

@VodafoneUK If you wanted me as a customer upgrading wouldn't be so difficult

@VodafoneUK I find it utterly ridiculous that I can find a better deal on your network through a 3rd party and you then refuse to migrate my number ! So I was told my option is "well you will have to cancel this contract and lose your number". I will go to another network thanks

@GaynorHaliday @VodafoneUK Honestly Gaynor, just tell 'em you're leaving, which is what I'm prepared to do when a company messes with me. The price goes down sharpish (like in two minutes).

@VodafoneUK home broadband is down again. Ever since upgrading to your 500mbs fibre I’ve had nothing but issues. Barely been able to use it for the past 2 months. Technical team are useless as well and doing nothing about it while I’ve been getting charged a full price!!!

Apparently @VodafoneUK computer’s can cancel your order you sit in all day waiting for and not have the decency to inform you, bearing in mind waited 3 wks for installation!! Fuming is an understatement

@itspaulactually @MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK are just as bad. And when you complain they just ask you to go on the ‘coverage checker’. Don’t need a checker to tell me that I have no signal!!

@VodafoneUK I’ve done this. My money has been lost in the Vodafone network. Disgusting customer service. You still have my money £600 in total now
