@VodafoneUK , shocking customer service, 4 weeks to do a broadband upgrade, never got done . Every time I called "it's a backend issue it will take 3 days" No call backs when promised. I have now cancelled and will never use yourselves again. Would not recommend to anyone !!!!!!

@VodafoneUK I asked for the Pro Superfast to be cancelled on 22nd of April 2021. It has not been cancelled. Why. I will cancel all payments if it is not cancelled. No one picks up the phone and when they do they hang up. A disgrace and Shameful.

@VodafoneUK I'm getting constant scam phone calls from numbers beginning with the same 8 digits as my own, at least 5 per day. I block each one but just keep getting more. Is this an issue you are aware of?

@VodafoneUK This is a general problem in the areas mentioned, not some temporary fault, it's been like this for years most likely. I am few hundred metres from the British Legion mast in Enfield, yet speeds are abysmal. Are there any plans to upgrade this zone?
