@VodafoneUK It doesn’t work I got to the webpage then it says to log in if I’m an existing customer I go through the whole process and get the same message I have done for weeks

@VodafoneUK I’ve done that but it’s asking for the code that they text to verify my number. But no code is being sent after trying a few times. My mobile isn’t with Vodafone. It’s with o2. However the problem I’m trying to resolve was with you

@VodafoneUK I have Vodafone broadband. Moving house soon. Told to do this I needed to cancel existing contract and take out a new one. Having done this I will now be paying £6 a month more for exactly the same contract. Doesn’t seem fair?

@VodafoneUK Now being told by the repairs department that this damage 'clearly didn't happen in transit'. Well it must have happened at the shop then. I cannot quite believe this - apparently it's something that a lot of shops try on :-(

It just took me ages to finally get a line at my local doctors @VodafoneUK only for the damn call to fail. Along with constant 4G problems and odd texts not sending or being received, is there anything good about your rubbish network? I shan’t be sorry to go to @EE in November

I'm confused, @virginmedia how can you claim to be one of the fastest networks, yet rely on @VodafoneUK's Network Infrastructure (known to have the worse network; stated by previous customers of it's service.) to provide Mobile Data/Mobile Networking services to your Customers.

God @VodafoneUK is useless. 4G is diabolical and the local mast has been down for almost a month. 0.3mbps.

@VodafoneUK @JayC856 Yeah same here. Vodafone say they have a technical issue they're trying to fix. Spoke to YouTube and they're aware that people have this issue, unfortunately they were unable to offer a free trial to help out :(
