@VodafoneUK is it possible to cancel an order for a pay as you go phone I ordered instore? Phone is on back back order for over 4 weeks so I would like to cancel, but instore are saying customer service needs to do it, and customer service are saying the store needs to do it?

. @VodafoneUK Do I have to do a chargeback on my debit card to cancel an order - given you don't actually respond to phone calls, twitter messages, or any other communication mechanism - and don't deliver orders? (ie operate just like the worst scammers in the world?)

@VodafoneUK My issue now is that DPD will only deliver this to my address & they only hold packages for 7 days so if it arrives after Tues, I'm away for 2 weeks for my wife's birthday (who the phone is for) meaning they will return it to you & I'll have to start again

They keep transferring from one agent to another, repeatedly putting me on hold, then saying system is refreshing. I begging them that let me pay as I have racked

@VodafoneUK Still no new phone 7 days after ordering and 3 days after supposed delivery day. One email from courier says we will deliver on 1st but when try to track it on app days got order but not received item to ship.Don’t bother sending me a customer service survey as it won’t be pretty

@VodafoneUK my husbands new work laptop keeps dropping out of our WiFi on the vpn, he has now hardwired into the router which is working fine. Problem is, he can’t work from the room the router is in. His work IT have suggested there may be some settings that need changing?

@VodafoneUK This is pure scum: Donate your old phone worth £100s Vodafone will donate a sim worth £0,50. Vodafone claims all the credit spewing about how much they care. The cherry on top? Vodafone will lock these poor people into becoming Vodafone customers once the free data runs out.

@VodafoneUK how do I speak to someone regarding a complaint. Phone lines just say there’s no one to take call. I was still getting charged for an account I closed then I cancelled the DD and no one would get back to me. Now it’s on my credit report. Not happy!!
