Here's a funny thing. I've been a @VodafoneUK customer for 20 years, and apparently they can't match a quote for a Vodafone sim only plan thats bought through a 3rd party like @UswitchUK etc. Piss poor.

@VodafoneUK I moved from 3 thinking you will have better service but you service and the customer service is the worst.I’m not even able to cancel my contract even though it’s Vodafone who is not providing good network service goin back and forth without any help.Frustrating.

@VodafoneUK 30 mins and still waiting to speak to someone. How bad can it get? No queue no system. Standard we are sorry we are really busy. What does that really mean? You should quantify the wait time. This is just absurd.
