@VodafoneUK The network status showed everything as fine. If you looked at social media you saw that wasn’t the case. I understand a solution isn’t instant but acknowledgment of the outage would suffice.

Please explain when a vodafone staff member incorrectly inputs an imei code that a customer of 20+ yrs is told to wait ANOTHER 10 days for their phone to be unlocked. NOT ACCEPTABLE service. @VodafoneUK please contact me with a solution.
