    @VodafoneUK Hi. No it’s outside. I work for VF so I know the score here. I’ve walked to the transmitter and the signal is still @1 bar. I have just made a call and it dropped out twice. This has never happened before.

    @VodafoneUK you promised on Sat that if phone was not fixed on Mon 17:45 you would release us from contract. The phone is not fixed, you say you still want to fix. On hold now for an hour. 93 year old terminally ill lady without a phone for 4 weeks! Disgusting. @_alicebeer

    @VodafoneUK please sort my account issues out. I’ve wasted two evenings on hold, have been assured twice by your staff it’s all sorted yet still get incorrect emails from you. You’ve made a mistake and I’m having to chase you, causing me stress. Appalling customer service.
