@VodafoneUK I have sent in a complaint as I have been charged after my contract ended by almost £50. You keep ringing me to discuss. I don't understand why you cannot reply to the complaint and instead keep phoning me at work as I can't answer my phone when I am working.

As working abroad and not been able to travel back home to the UK due to COVID isn’t bad enough @VodafoneUK decided to cancel my my pay as you go telephone number that I used for seventeen years 🥲 really upset and shocked what a terrible service this company provides

Worst service ever @VodafoneUK I am currently on the phone with an advisor. Apparently her system is going through updates for around 30 minutes so I was on hold and she won’t transfer the call to a manager without me telling her why. Worst service ever!
