VODAFONE problems, not able to get incoming landline calls, nearly two hours in the chat,at one point they told me to take the equipment apart ! Will take 3 days to look into. Wish I had read reviews before signing up. The only thing I got out of it was a headache.#vodafoneuk

@VodafoneUK @TfL Sorry about that, I thought it was AI for Artificial Intelligence! I replied by DM but just getting automated messages back. I can’t get into my app now either as it says “We are having a few technical difficulties” Error code 4300. So I’ll contact customer services another time.

A long shot.. but Plusnet can't get my brother's broadband working and he's a bit stuck.. he's a long standing @VodafoneUK customer.. limited on data this week.. anything you can do as he works at home providing an important community service. Thanks. (He is @jammasound)
