    @CityFibre Don’t use @VodafoneUK for your fibre connection in Kirklees, their customer service is terrible. 59 days since @CityFibre came out to connect and still nothing.

    @thewossy @VodafoneUK However! Customer service while good when you cab get to someone... getting to someone who can actually help you was stressful. So depends what you hold as more valuable

    @VodafoneUK I have to juggle around 15 mins to find someone to explain my issues. You should remove that "stupid" call answering so-called system and consider getting a better one. I wasted 10 mins and hung up on me...

    @VodafoneUK your website is the most unintuitive piece of **** ever. You send me a text telling me to check out my end of contract options and suggest a plan, I click to "See all SIMO Options" and I'm greeted with a screen telling me I'm not eligible to upgrade. ******* usless

    Hi @VodafoneUK - your mistake is damaging my credit file! Your online advisor says I have to call you about it - but if I call, your answer service tells me to contact an onilne advisor! I've wasted an hour now - how do I talk to someone, and how do I contact the ombudsman?

    @VodafoneUK I have had an ongoing problem with Vodafone for over 4 months. Eventhough we are told calls are recorded, they still refuse to admit I was miss-sold a product. I was with Vodafone for over 10 years and still got treated like crap.
