@VodafoneUK I have tried to resolve this issue by Email, Telephone, Webchat and DM. I have spent more than 4.5 hours of my time so far with no progress from your Customer service. I have been given nothing but incorrect information, numerous times and had my account locked.

@VodafoneUK it is a shame for you to steal from your customers when they missed the contract expire date and keep overcharging them! My plan was phone+sim and I have noticed that it has expired December 2020. You never let me know and kept charging £80. This is stealing! Shameful

@VodafoneUK Don't worry, figured it out - for some reason plugging my work iPhone (which *is* on Vodafone) into my desktop PC's USB socket caused Windows to recognise it as a network adaptor.

@CiCi_Coleman @VodafoneGroup @VodafoneUK They are all as bad as each other, had horrendous problems with sky and moved to talktalk which were great until it went wrong and customer services were on a new level of ****. Only find out how **** these companies are when it goes wrong.
