Xtine ๐ (@xtinexoop) reported@MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK 18 months to find a buyer for mums flat so we paying DOUBLE council tax (ยฃ400), standing charges for utilities and ยฃ270 a month service charge as her flat is sheltered complex - so ยฃ700ish a month for an empty flat with no services being used! Hopefully we'll complete soon.

I recently had to phone virgin media "bereavement and critical illness line", a relative has terminal cancer, but yet they can't offer monthly rolling contracts? We had to sign up for a min 2 year contract? It's disgusting. I'll never go VM!
