    @VodafoneUK @SairPike @Nick22474039 I have sent you a DM. Let’s hope someone can sort this out because the guy I spoke to at 191 didn’t manage to help either. I am still getting emails stating my request is invalid. This has happened after Vodafone employee fills out the form 3 times!

    @VodafoneUK just got told you charge your direct customers more because you provide support to 3rd party suppliers customers. Why would anyone pay a higher price for the same thing is beyond me! Great marketing

    @Ofcom @VodafoneUK Thanks for reply. I have finally managed to inform them. The issue is hopefully not deliberate but process is terrible. Maybe short of staff and reliance on BOTS to make customer services is the main issue with them.

    @VodafoneUK is the online chat assistant the only way to get help about my plan’s Entertainment Pack? I don’t see any options to select a free entertainment plan, the web site’s chat assistant never loads & calling 191 just redirects me back to the chat asssitant.
