    @rfen25 @VodafoneUK They give users a lot of runaround on issues like this, you can message “incsunlock” on instagram to get it unlocked, they helped me out with mine

    @VodafoneUK @EmmaRaducanu @Wimbledon Customer service is an absolute joke. How hard is it to speak to a human on the phone these days. I never had this problem with 02 I wish I never moved. I know I'll be moving back after this contract is up. Disgraceful

    @VodafoneUK Still same issue. You're not replying to the complaint email, and your didn't call me between 11am and 1pm today like you arranged. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Refund me and end the contract already, as you can't keep up to your side of it.

    Never experienced such appalling bad customer service as I have this week from @VodafoneUK. Promised call backs never happened, hours spent on hold and an absolute lack of willingness to acknowledge or investigate. They made €2.1 billion in profit last year. Vile

    I’m a vulnerable customer I need to speak to @VodafoneUK about my bills I asked the automated service if I can speak to customer service but it won’t let me I even tried telling it I’m a vulnerable customer the machine replied “I don’t understand” #mondaythoughts
