    @VodafoneUK Tobi and Vodafone app consistently fail to work properly. I cannot see complete details of bills and charges . I have restarted phone many times, follow agents tech advice. I spend near 30 Hours now with agents costs data and poor results

    @VodafoneUK Thank you for reply. However that is not what they said. On the basis of what they said I spent 3 weeks plus struggling to find advice and assistance. They have a duty of care to ensure that the customer understands the implications of the possibility of inadequate systems.

    @KirstieMAllsopp @VodafoneUK Also spread the word to all friends and relatives! Scamming only works if people fall for it. Education is our best defence. If its a genuine text it will be followed up by a letter or email, so never panic if you ignore them all!

    @VodafoneUK ridiculous customer service - I have been trying to cancel my monthly plan for months now as I DO NOT LIVE IN THE UK ANYMORE, have been chatting with Tobi, last time I waited on the queue for half an hour and they pulled out… I wish I knew it earlier
