@VodafoneUK Hi there, I left a review on trustpilot and was asked to contact you via twitter. In regards to my issue I got charged a debt collectors fee for 27 quid (plus an extra charge of £3.60 on top of this). due to Vodafone erasing my payments details.

@VodafoneUK We need help pls. hubby’s phone not receiving calls but can make them. He has full bars of 4G reception. Spoken to 2 Vodafone reps who have both reset line but still no calls come through. Have done all troubleshooting - We are abroad and needing to receive calls!!

@VodafoneUK Maybe provide feedback internally that trying to force customers into a no win situation is not a good idea. Upgrade or Logout is NOT the way to treat your customers.
