We had no signal, or poor 2G only, for 3 weeks over the Christmas and New Year period as well. We usually get good 3G and 4G here. Please sort this out once and for all. Thanks, Phil

Richard 🌞 (@RichardWY) reported@bods1981 @VodafoneUK Reach out to a lawyer on here if possible. I would honestly contact the ombudsman and get them to look into in. Its very easy to do. I've just done it for a PPI investigation. If they sold you something and not delivered its a trading standard issue. You have consumer rights!
