@VodafoneUK I have spent 4 1/2 hours on the phone trying to help my Mother get a refund of the £273.25 you took ‘in error’ via insurance payments. Calls get ‘cut off’ It is virtually impossible to hear and understand your call handlers because the line is so bad. Disgraceful

@Ker_Anderson Has anyone from @VodafoneUK ever traveled on the train from London Bridge to Orpington and tried to use data forget any hope of 5G a bit of 4G but mainly a poor 3G a totally unrealiable service. Maybe buy an VF engineer a train ticket to see how bad it is.

@VodafoneUK just spoke to one of your colleagues on the phone. I was 50:50 on staying with you and he’s rudeness has made me end the 14 years that iv been with you. Went to speak to @SkyHelpTeam and the customer service was by far the best. So happy I’m moving to sky.

@VodafoneUK #suresignal we where told that the Sure Signal was going to end at the end of November. We have had a broadband problem over the last few days & now we find the Sure Signal doesn’t work before I could find an alternative.
