@VodafoneUK haven’t received the two new iphones ordered two weeks ago. Numerous chasers but reponse ‘we can’t give you an ETA, it’s a problem with DPD. You can cancel and leave Vodafone if you want’. Great way to treat a long-standing customer. 1 of 2

@VodafoneUK Still no new phone 7 days after ordering and 3 days after supposed delivery day. One email from courier says we will deliver on 1st but when try to track it on app days got order but not received item to ship.Don’t bother sending me a customer service survey as it won’t be pretty

@RClayton92 @VodafoneUK Funny that. I sent email after email to cancel mine WITHIN THE COOLING OFF PERIOD. Not a sausage except threatening emails telling me I owed them money. I've got the shite they sent, paid the bloody money on my head and STILL don't want the shite. Awful.

Three calls in two days from "@VodafoneUK Business Support" wanting to talk about a "Telecom's review" - each time I've told them not to call back. So are @VodafoneUK ignoring my right to have my details removed? Or do they need to take action against scammers using their name?
