@VodafoneUK trying to upgrade my mobile phone at lunch time with you and absolutely appalling service. The customer service didn’t have a clue what they were doing and started changing my address to an address 8 years ago!

@VodafoneUK I believe this 8.2% increase (over inflation rate) gives users right to terminate their contracts. Do you think I can send an email to my employer saying he has to give me 8.2% pay rise to "maintain my service". Other providers offer better prices to help increase in cost of life

@VodafoneUK Please explain how an over inflation rate (8.2%) increase in monthly plans is justifiable for a fixed term contract. I expect this gives user to terminate the contract as you are breaching it
