@VodafoneUK totally fed up with your customer service if you can call it that ! Online chat is useless , an agent just hung up on me after being on hold for 45 mins and all I wanted to do was upgrade ! Im sure another company will happily take my business after 25 years !

@Magnus919 @VodafoneUK You can get temporary/travel sim cards in tescos that cover multiple countries. If you ever can’t find something in a store find a store assistant and they will be able to help. Will say I have a tesco sim and it serves me well even in the countryside

Setting up a @Lebara Mobile SIM in an iPhone 5S. Nightmare! No data. Support tried, but nothing worked. When the SIM worked in another phone they gave up. Turns out that, rather than using Lebara’s data settings, it works if I use @VodafoneUK’s (the network Lebara uses) instead!
