    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @VodafoneUK I've tried, with no success again. I feel like my only course of action left, after having 4 different advisors hang up the phone today alone, is to contact my Ombudsman, as Vodafone has shown no interest in actually resolving the issue.

    @brightonsnapper @VodafoneUK I get them from time to time. They claim to be from @virginmedia offering upgrades to the latest iPhone or Samsung. Never managed to pinpoint them to an actual address as they're using a fake UK landline but have Indian or East Asian accents

    @VodafoneUK I’ve spent all morning trying to change a setting. Failed online. Failed to speak to a person. Which provider do you suggest I switch to? Vodafone customer service is beyond dreadful.

    @berrymwb @CityFibre @VodafoneUK When I moved to cityfibre I expected there to be the occasional small dropout as it's still quite new and the rollout ongoing, but I honestly had no idea it could be this bad. Feel like a bit of an idiot for moving away from BT which was always reliable.
