    @VodafoneUK Bri’s messaged now. Not impressed still without a router after telling you early last wk it had gone to old address. OpenReach been now too, so really frustrating! Try just having a phone to do everything, inc TV when you’ve #mentalhealth & #anxiety issues - not on & not fair

    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @VodafoneUK I have already spoken to three of your advisors who have all been useless and transferred me around every other department and all saying contradicting things. So speaking to an advisor through dm will likely give the same outcome. Your manager I spoke to was the worst one

    @VodafoneUK Some? More like 90%, mines been down since half 8. Constantly had problems with my WiFi then finally a English person helped me the other day and I upgraded and now the WiFi is down again. Crap company.

    @garyklawson76 @VodafoneUK The problem is, your router still thinks its connected, so will not fall back to your mobile backup. One way to force the mobile service would be to disconnect the ethernet cable from the ONT. Hope this helps.

    @VodafoneUK is your fibre down as well? I have no internet, restarted router and all the lights are on and on the wall box but no internet. Is this related to the outage your having or not ?
