@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

Can't believe I'm going to admit this but don't want to pay extra later down the line. @VodafoneUK you haven't put my bill back up to what it was before the discounted month. Can you rectify? I don't want to get a sudden payment later on. Only a few quid but still. Cheers

Is @VodafoneUK the most user hostile website in existance? Due to upgrade 3 of our phones: no offers on the website. Try chat "that shouldn't happen"! Their naive trust in their IT is almost sweet. Can't help us via chat or phone though because they're "too busy"🙄😡

.@VodafoneUK customer service is the worst. I've spent about >5 hours over the last couple of weeks to get the router delivered, and now chasing up compensation for delay in service. No 2 agents say the same thing.

Getting an upgrade that isn't stupidly expensive for a good package with @VodafoneUK is ridiculously difficult. Been trying to find one and staff at customer services have also been so rude :(
