    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @VodafoneUK No thanks. You’ve completely messed this up and next contract is unlikely to be with @VodafoneUK if you can’t look after your loyal existing customers and they have to go elsewhere for the best Vodafone deal it says a lot about your customer services and priorities 😡

    @prosser_1984 @VodafoneUK Didn't mean to tag you in apologies. I have been trying since 10 am this morning to get an intelligent answer, on line, email, social media or phone and been hung up on five times so far because they couldn't solve the problem

    @VodafoneGhana @VodafoneUK what kind of petty thievery is this? I bought bundle, my account was debited but I never received the bundle, just give me back the money your agents tell me it’s being worked and some bullshit I ain’t trying to hear, it’s been over 36 hours.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK I was on a contact until Oct but moved to sim only until the google pixel phone I want comes out. This issue still happened when I was On a monthly contract - issue has been going on since March

    @Gary_Lucy @VodafoneUK I had a similar experience, I was only without for just over a month but they constantly blamed @OpenreachHelp and conveniently 'forgot' to keep me updated. Once eventually sorted they offer £20 Compensation. They've been great for mobile phone, shocking for broadband service.
