@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK is by far the most hopeless and incompetent U.K. company I’ve ever interacted with. Doing anything is difficult and time consuming. Their website is horrendously slow. Their customer service is unbearable. Where is your £6.5bn in annual revenue going??!

@VodafoneUK Tobi and Vodafone app consistently fail to work properly. I cannot see complete details of bills and charges . I have restarted phone many times, follow agents tech advice. I spend near 30 Hours now with agents costs data and poor results

@VodafoneUK Just cancelled my direct debit since your advisor just restricted my data and then couldn’t unrestrict it again so I’m left with no mobile data whatsoever. Doesn’t make a huge difference since it never worked but just got mugged off? See ya in court babes x

@VodafoneUK Oh and the claim on this page that it's easy to set up by myself.. is just a big fat lie. I ordered the damn esim 3 days ago, and the order is complete.. but guess what. No esim 3 days after. That's a high quality scam. Congrats !
