@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK This was me last week. Only it was about half a dozen calls over 30 mins in length by the end. The resolution? I begged them to let me out my contract after just 5 months. They did. I’m now with @bt_uk

@martinostella @JuliaHB1 @VodafoneUK Yeh always, I had a problem with Yorkshire bank, impossible to resolve with normal methods would have taken months, so I emailed David Duffy CEO all sorted in 10 days. Excellent.

@VodafoneUK guys, I’m having issues on roaming. Callers don’t hear a tone when calling and voicemail doesn’t kick in unless phone is off/out of signal. This is happening to me and my partner under Vodafone Spain signal. We can make outgoing calls. Help please
