@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

Horrendous afternoon. @VodafoneUK are genuinely shocking. No broadband until Boxing Day, and not guaranteed?? Blaming @OpenreachHelp and not offering any solutions. We've cancelled already. Avoid this awful company.

@VodafoneUK Tal. This paints a picture of efficiency & good customer service. The reality is I’ve been on multiple calls (incl escalation to Tech2) plus several web chats all of which have not succeeded and in most cases the line goes dead or the webchat crashes. Hours lost. No call backs.

@VodafoneUK Ive spent 4 hours over the last 3 days trying to switch from a hard sim to an esim, this shouldnt be difficult. Navigating your voice system is imposssible & 2 ‘consultants’ were verging on incompetence. Ive resolved the issue but it’s easy to understand why customers are leaving
