@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

Worst service ever! @VodafoneUK Not had wifi for nearly 4 days when @VodafoneUK are the ones who made the mistake of not setting my direct debit up correctly. Called 10 times and still no further forward.

@VodafoneUK after weeks of trying to resolve an account mistake on your part (charging me £70 for a £8 plan) I have had no response despite me spending 4 hours on live chat and three hours on phone, so I am now going to cancel my direct debit so you don’t take the money .

@VodafoneUK To be fair, the customer service assistant I spoke to was simply brilliant. Resolved everything and sorted a 'goodwill' credit on the account as an apology for the inconvenience. But it shouldn't take the customer's eyeing every number for these mistakes to not happen.

@VodafoneUK ongoing issue with Broadband. . Since 1/11/20 And your call centre places me on hold and then cuts me off. Great service as per normal. Always happy to take the direct debit each month. . But no provide the service you are paid for.
