Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

OpenReach been now too, so really frustrating! Try just having a phone to do everything, inc TV when you’ve #mentalhealth & #anxiety issues - not on & not fair

My plan was phone+sim and I have noticed that it has expired December 2020. You never let me know and kept charging £80. This is stealing! Shameful

I have spent more than 4.5 hours of my time so far with no progress from your Customer service. I have been given nothing but incorrect information, numerous times and had my account locked.

Had my fair share of problems in the past, and mostly, the problem boils down to the OpenReach network rather than the provider. Just a shame we have to jump through the Support hoops.
