@VodafoneUK When are you going to fix your home broadband issues? I've not been able to connect to my work VPN since Friday morning.

@VodafoneUK how do I get out of a contract that stops me being able to use my phone up work due to my disability? Having to pay an early cancellation fee is ridiculous when you can't provide me with the right service. I've gone through various Vodafone teams and no one can help.

@timcabrelli @VodafoneUK Yes, I think sky will be my choice. I’ve been a customer of theirs for over 20 something years. Sad really, I’ve been with Vodafone for something similar.

I pay nearly £100 a month for my phone and broadband and yet I’m sat here with no internet because there’s a fault and on 3G. What am I paying for? @VodafoneUK I work from home so for every hour this is down I’m losing money.

@NATTBradfordian @VodafoneUK Totally agree. They are chasing my Dad for money even though he contacted them April 2021. He now has dementia, in a care home and no matter how many times you message them they don't action anything to try and rectify THEIR error. Vodafone are awful.

@VodafoneUK is there a human available? I spent most of the day trying to contact @VodafoneUK via 191 but keep being sent links which don’t help. I can’t run my business as my phone signal is awful.
