@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK I’m also about to be charged my first bill which given I still don’t have service is outrageous. Every single step of this installation has been a catalogue of errors. It’s hard to understand such uselessness from a reputable company

@VodafoneUK You also owe me over £200 in flexi fee refunds, £68 in device plan refunds, £29 upfront fee refund, and on top of that I was supposed to be receiving compensation credit for a complaint. But instead you charge me over 3x more for less than 30x the data?

First four contracts check broadband OK, then set up online, but confirmation email changed the address. We then had to go online for ages to "fix" address - advice to get new contracts. So fifth attempt done in a @VodafoneUK shop. Was cancelled yesterday by Vodafone!
