    @VodafoneUK Bri’s messaged now. Not impressed still without a router after telling you early last wk it had gone to old address. OpenReach been now too, so really frustrating! Try just having a phone to do everything, inc TV when you’ve #mentalhealth & #anxiety issues - not on & not fair

    @VodafoneUK I have already spoken to three of your advisors who have all been useless and transferred me around every other department and all saying contradicting things. So speaking to an advisor through dm will likely give the same outcome. Your manager I spoke to was the worst one

    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    Have previously been with @VodafoneUK and @VOXI_UK (Voda MVNO) and could use 4G calling & WiFi calling with my Pixel 3a. Now switched to @TalkmobileUK (another Voda MVNO) and it's not available. I don't understand why it wouldn't be available given it's the same network?

    @VodafoneUK how can I get someone from customer services to email or call me back? 3 hours spent on an online chat and call today andthe issue's still unresolved 🤯. I was told I'd have to call back!!!! I'm losing the will to live!

    Poor customer experience with @VodafoneUK. Tried twice to apply @discounts_mod code to upgrade & wouldn’t work. Placed the order & contacted live chat to apply discount who said ‘system says no’ & I have to cancel the order & start all over again with no guarantee it will work.

    @VodafoneUK Hey I got through in the end. A bit annoyed that for some reason youse can't seem to cancel the contract until 30 days time, and then you'll charge me for two weeks even tho I just paid a month's worth!? Not fair.
