@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK I have already spoken to three of your advisors who have all been useless and transferred me around every other department and all saying contradicting things. So speaking to an advisor through dm will likely give the same outcome. Your manager I spoke to was the worst one

@VodafoneUK YES!, Can you tell me the cause of the outage without using the same scripted response you have given everyone? So that people can get a better idea of how long this will be likely to last. I am not incapable of understanding technical jargon.
