@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK spoke to someone online this evening about upgrading. Service was fine, but when I said I was going to also contact @CPWTweets as they had some good deals, I was just told basically "Ok", no trying to keep me as a customer or anything. 🤔

@VodafoneUK was just told by customer service on phone inquiring about a pac code “why would we look to help you if you were wanting to leave.” This insures that I will never return,I will look to end wife’s contract, a phone call should never turn a happy customer against you.
