@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK Bri’s messaged now. Not impressed still without a router after telling you early last wk it had gone to old address. OpenReach been now too, so really frustrating! Try just having a phone to do everything, inc TV when you’ve #mentalhealth & #anxiety issues - not on & not fair

@VodafoneUK dealing with yourselves is the most infuriating thing I have done in a long time... 5 engineers who were supposedly going to fix things, an estimated 7 hours on the phone with people somewhere around the world with a terrible VPN and 10 days + without broadband

@VodafoneUK I ordered Gigafast 500 today and want to port my existing number from BT to you. Have had 2 Live Chats and service has been awful. Neither seem to understand what I’m asking and spelling from advisers is appalling. Not great experience as a new customer. Help please
