@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK What about the rest of the lines then if you aren’t about in those areas . That’s poor . I laugh as when I have to go though London Bridge I get no signal in the station but do on underground platform how does that work. London Underground was better when it was across all lines

15 days now waiting for @VodafoneUK to dispatch a phone they say they have in stock. Customer services have been shocking and constantly tell you porkies. Keep adding credits to my accounts. How about I don't care about credits and actually want the order and no lies.

Here's a funny thing. I've been a @VodafoneUK customer for 20 years, and apparently they can't match a quote for a Vodafone sim only plan thats bought through a 3rd party like @UswitchUK etc. Piss poor.

@VodafoneUK Most apps and websites on mine, and the wife’s phones just don’t load anymore, regardless of the “signal” strength. iOS 15.2 on both… it been getting worse and worse, and I get texts every few days saying there’s problems in my area

@VodafoneUK I can’t believe you. I rang months ago to cancel you charging me for a broadband mobile thing that NEVER worked and was returned in May 2020. MYou’ve now stolen nearly £1000 from me. Have you no shame #evidentlynoshame #ditchvodafone #uselesscustomerservice
