@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@Thgoit @VodafoneUK Really! Well considering it's UK revenue grew by 7.1 per cent for 2022 to £6.5bn, I'm sure 2023 won't look too shabby either. I don't have a problem with an increase mid contract but this price rise is excessive based on revenue.

@O2Telefonica I have tried in vain over the last 3-4 weeks to seek redress from you for fraudulent use of my address details. Your service is appalling and unresponsive. Same issue at @VodafoneUK but dealt with completely and helpfully in 3-4 days. Who would you trust?

@VodafoneUK what a terrible company you are becoming. Been a long term customer and now having a second price increase when friends of mine are on same contract with same device are paying loads less. I will be certainly looking at other companies to renew. #ripoff

@O2 having tried once again to upgrade with disastrous results I’m going to close my account. I’ve been a customer for 20+ years & your poor service is the one consistent in that time. Your staff are good but your offer is terrible. @EE @VodafoneUK I’m keen to hear your approach.
