    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @VodafoneUK You don’t understand. We’ve been on this for months and just gone around in circles. We were even told to buy a network expander, rather than them sending us a new router. My OH is an idiot. He’s now paying more for something that’s supposed to make wifi better. It hasn’t.

    @VodafoneUK I have to ask, this was early yesterday, why a day later do you become interested in finding the solution? I'm not at work today and have no idea if there is still an issue. Just intrigued to know. I'm guessing you will look at ongoing work in my area and that will be it?

    @Kempola @VodafoneUK Sitting in Victoria train station about an hour ago, with full bar 5g signal, it took about 5mins to load a one page google search, all text. YouTube is just a constant blank with a never-ending spinning wheel as the data loads. Been like this for days at work,home or travelling

    @VodafoneUK opened account online today for my mum. Email has wrong delivery address for router. Been on phone for 35 mins and agent couldn't help. Awful start to joining new company.
