@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@BernaMeaden @VodafoneUK Thank you again. I'm getting really worried, cos the day I pay my bills ONLINE is Wednesday... and that's also when I'm meant to do my big monthly shop, I'm so frustrated by their attitude towards me tbh... I'd NEVER recommend them too another Disabled person...

@VodafoneUK Number still nor working. Its very frustrating chat support. I'm on a chat and have already been passed thru 3 teams. 1 asked me a question, didn't even give me time to reply and said he can't help and passed me to someone else

@VodafoneUK no internet since Saturday. I’ve rang four times each time I’m told it will be on in two hours yesterday told it would be looked at by “your back room” so 40 hours later still not on. No wonder people are finding new providers terrible service

@VodafoneUK Hi, whenever somebody tries to call me it goes straight to voicemail. I can make outgoing calls no problem but people can't call me. I need this fixed ASAP
