@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@OpenreachHelp And now @VodafoneUK have bungled it too. After spending hours on the phone with Vodafone raising the complaint on Tuesday, who promised a call back on Wednesday, i called today and there was no record of any conversation or complaint on Tuesday.

@VodafoneUK why the hell am I paying near on £50 a month phone bill when the signal is barely none existing when out on Crete thankfully most places have WiFi but that's not good when out walking along the beach, sort it out!!!

@VodafoneUK I have just upgraded to a new IPhone and there was no option for me to redeem an employee advantage discount. I was advised this had to be done at checkout but it wasn’t an option - I have had this issue previously and had it applied manually - can you help?
