    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @VodafoneUK No, still 18 hours through the latest "this will definately be done within the next 48 hours " timeline I was given on Thursday evening, although you did send me a nice email saying you were sorry I wanted to cancel my static IP address which I didnt have!
