@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK I have logged two written complaints and one verbal one via phone call. No replies to any of my complaints so still not resolved. Chased vodafone again tonight via chat AND phone but still no help whatsoever. Shocking!

@iamtomskinner @VodafoneUK The amount of phone calls I’ve had to vodafone! Customer service is a shambles (to put it politely), always put processes first instead of thinking what’s best for the customer & everyone just passes calls on to different departments you’ve already spoken to. Can’t wait to leave!

@VodafoneUK I’m paying for 5G and barely receive 4G, it’s frustrating. I am a key worker and these little things keep me going when I’m not working. I would love to be compensated with an iphone 12 pro max in exchange for my iphone 11 pro max. Can you do that?
