    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @VodafoneUK Have we done the basic checks,yes, ALOT!The last lie told by customer services you were waiting for a part for the local mast,then the engineer due to fix it was unwell,then last weekend it was repaired &we should be perfect in two days!This morning we had NO INTERNET for 2 hours

    @VodafoneUK our broadband has gone down again - that's the second time in two days. It came back up after ten minutes yesterday, but this is not great service. Do you have any explanation as to what the problem is?

    @VodafoneUK Their solution was to change my plan to 60/month1/3 The new 60/month plan will have a 24-month contract as well. Technical team had confirmed that the issue will still be ongoing till Feb, and the only solution is to get a better antenna for the router.2/3 😡😡

    @VodafoneUK losing the will to live with your customer service. I have 5 Unlimited Max Plans so you get a lot of custom from me. Can someone advise if there is a cost involved telephoning a LANDLINE in Turkey from my UK mobile (Unlimited Max Plan)?

    This fibre broadband from @VodafoneUK and @CityFibre is a bit **** (I shouldn't be surprised having watched the 'quality' of the installation going in). I've never managed to get through to support on the phone - anyone else in Cambridge have it drop out and reset the connection?

    @virginmedia Service usage has increased and so have the numbers of customers. The more customers, the lower your base cost and higher profits. This is another way to squeeze customers. Moving to @VodafoneUK for £20pm broadband instead of £36pm+ you're going to start charging
