    @VodafoneUK Bri’s messaged now. Not impressed still without a router after telling you early last wk it had gone to old address. OpenReach been now too, so really frustrating! Try just having a phone to do everything, inc TV when you’ve #mentalhealth & #anxiety issues - not on & not fair

    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @VodafoneUK Let's just say, the connection request at our new house which we ended up discussing with you over three or four weeks, culminating in a 4 hour webchat which you then decided you couldn't provide the FFTP service for, was done in 10 minutes with TalkTalk.

    So turns out a '24 month' contract with @VodafoneUK is in fact a 25 month contract as they need 30 days notice to cancel and will charge an early exit fee if that's before the last day of the contract. Ridiculous. Much like their unwillingness to lose my custom than match a deal

    Thanks for the help @VodafoneUK at your Lewisham branch! Went in 4 or 5 people standing around doing nothing. Asked for some help with my phone bundle, was told by the manager to go away and ring customer service. It wasn’t the job of people in the shop to do that! #vodafone

    I had been with Vodafone for over 12 years and recently changed to another network after shocking service. They owe me a refund for services they couldn’t provide and that still not been done. I had to ring them 5 times on the phone for over 40 minutes still nothing @VodafoneUK
