Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

So speaking to an advisor through dm will likely give the same outcome. Your manager I spoke to was the worst one

He won't even use SMS, and complains constantly that Nokia dumbphone his daughter's got him doesn't work / he doesn't understand it.
