    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @VodafoneUK That's disappointing. Would it be possible please to post an announcement on here when you know more, since our entire county seems to be down? Your web service checker is down too (assume overloaded) and I don't fancy randomly repeatedly restarting my router just in case.

    @VodafoneUK after 12 years I’m leaving you. I’m not renewing my contract this time. Hidden charges, sudden price hikes and a ridiculous online text advisor not fit for purpose. Plus ‘advisor’ accusing me of lying about another offer from another service provider.
