    @VodafoneUK Bri’s messaged now. Not impressed still without a router after telling you early last wk it had gone to old address. OpenReach been now too, so really frustrating! Try just having a phone to do everything, inc TV when you’ve #mentalhealth & #anxiety issues - not on & not fair

    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @VodafoneUK I have. They say everything’s working as expected which is a complete load of horseshit (excuse my French). There is definitely an issue but apple won’t take responsibility despite thousands of people complaining.

    @VodafoneUK anyone else had issues with Vodafone? I applied for an unlock code on 7th Nov. Was told 7 to 10 days. It is now 4th Dec and nothing. I have queried via chat 3 times. I have queried by telephone once. And I have also sent a letter of complaint. Again nothing.

    @VodafoneUK Unfortunately not. I didn't think I would need to take a screenshot or save a link for it if I was still in line to follow T&C's. I spoke to rep just yesterday morning and they said I'll be able to redeem them no problem too so I'm definetly not happy about this 😒

    @VodafoneUK why in this day in age do you still not have the ability to allow WiFi texting?? I’ve just joined your network and found isn’t a standard thing. I heavily rely on the need for WiFi texts through my work. What can I do without being penalised for leaving?

    @VodafoneUK being told no broadband for at least 72 hours. Taken 20 minutes to be told there 'may' be a fault on the area. When we both work from home and can't get any actual response as to why there is an issue it is very frustrating

    @MarkLeneve @VodafoneUK It aggravates me that these companies charged SO much for service, banking on the fact that they'd only have to provide so-so coverage. Now that we're all at home and they have to actually deliver the bandwidth we're paying for.

    Sent mobile to @VodafoneUK for repair. Problem was moisture in charging port, so sent charger lead as well--as advised by them. They've returned my phone, which seems to be working, yay, but--twist!--not the charger or the SIM card. #onlyconnect #butnotyourcharger #ortopeople

    @VodafoneUK the worst mobile phone network on this planet!!! God do I regret leaving EE for you!!! 9 hours 46 minutes of phone calls. Days and days waiting for callbacks. My phone hasn’t worked for over 2 months. And, don’t ask me to message you because you don’t give a stuff
