    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    @zico70 I feel you pain. We have both phone & broadband with @VodafoneUK ...worst mistake we ever made. Internet that keeps cutting out for no known reason 🙄...we're changing supplier & it can't happen quickly enough!!!

    @AhmedShelbaya after 2 weeks of no service thanks to your Egyptian teams error @VodafoneUK, the gesture of only offering me £150 is unacceptable! My business was impacted and if you don't improve that gesture you will face legal proceedings!

    @VodafoneUK how is it possible for me to rack up £70 of maritime roaming charges on a cross-channel ferry between England and France? I have your top global roaming package and I had no signal more than half an hour from either port. Surely I should have been warned?
