    @redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

    Extremely dissapointed with @VodafoneUK. Spent 3 months, 6 hours of phone calls and online support to upgrade my existing broadband. The promised upgrade was cancelled along with my existing one at the same day without any notice. Now I have no internet. Dumbest support ever.

    @VodafoneUK unbelievable once again I am charged when I am on flight mode, roaming is switched off and I have not used my phone. This is daylight robbery I am going to switch to another company the minute my contract is finished. Very very bad unhappy and unfair 😡

    @VodafoneUK They went missing a year ago, and I contacted Vodafone several times about it, most recently last week. They refused to cancel the contract so I advised them I will never be a customer again for the rest of my life. Shame, as I need a contract for an apple watch. O2 it will be.

    @VodafoneUK @Wimbledon Well in that case can you stop reducing the connection signal please... It will only lose you a boatload of customers when you're trying to get them onto 5G...if this is 4G now...Then I'm not bothering with 5G at all, in the slightest. And it's not through more customers either.
