@redb100 @dafyddno2 @VodafoneUK I had to switch ISP. Was paying @VodafoneUK for up to 76mb & getting lower than 1mb at times. Paying full price for unusable service .As soon as I changed to @bt_uk my problems disappeared Dreadful company to deal with as well.

@VodafoneUK What's disappointing is I provided the details asked for and instead of actual help I got a BOT saying they cannot help me change my number. So wasted time with no help whatsoever. WHAT👏🏻WAS👏🏻THE👏🏻POINT👏🏻

@VodafoneUK There is scheduled maintenance in my area till the 30th! I cancelled my landline and broadband because I could only afford one service so I'm totally reliant on having a signal that works. I'm having to use BT WiFi at £7.99 a day at the moment. Not happy.
