@Pixel_Robots @VodafoneUK Apparently they take data protection seriously. So serious they like to hold on to customers data and keep accounts open long after they’ve left. Meaning that our data is with a company we are not a customer of and if they experience a breach our data is at risk. Excellent!

@VodafoneUK I’m trying to reset my password, but I think your website is having issues. When I enter my username and click go to be sent a passcode, nothing happens.

Hey @VodafoneUK - I’ll give you this for free - spend some time overhauling your Live Chat service. My wife spent almost two hours on live chat just to cancel her Apple Watch cellular plan with no joy. I spent 12 mins on the phone and didn’t get success purely because it hit 8pm.

Back to abysmal service from @VodafoneUK internet no way are they providing guaranteed speeds I’m measuring 25 with guaranteed 55, they deny and say I’m getting 67. Stay well clear as customer service is also appalling, 50 mins to test line speed and make results up #vodafone

Seriously @VodafoneUK??? I need help with my phone data not working and instead of putting me through to a human you send me an online link. So I LITERALLY couldn't talk to someone UNTIL I have WIFI. Unbelievable.

@VodafoneUK we are having problems with our broadband running super slow in the evenings and has been for weeks now. I have tried the online chat several times and the last time I spoke to the tech team,over the phone, I was left for over 10 mins before I got cut off.

@VodafoneUK I am starting to think that you either have a problem with your network or the device is faulty, or both. It was showing me that I need to charge the battery needs charging when I fully charged it only an hour before that. Absolute shambles, & I thought that Vodafone is reliable
