    @VodafoneUK Dreadful customer service. I bought a £40 bundle that doesn’t work or give me data. I’ve spoken to four agents and been told different things. The last promised a credit, then hours later said they couldn’t do it due to “technicalities.”

    @VodafoneUK ur operatives are very useless n so unhelpful. Asked to activate roaming and for nearly 36hrs still no service. I give up on u guys

    Having been with @VodafoneUK for quite a number of years, I've been turned down for a new handset with no explanation. My credit score is rated excellent with 1186 out of 1250. Vodafone just lost a long standing customer.
