    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling customer service been with you around 7 years trying since October to upgrade! Complaint logged assured the problem cancelling the order was fixed and yet again it’s cancelled! 🤬

    So much for the stress free switching or however @VodafoneUK put it. Today's is my going live day with them. It's after 3pm...no Internet and after an hour speaking to tech help on the phone. Very poor service.

    So @VodafoneUK every year bills go up by RPI+% to “invest in continued network improvements” so why am I getting a 24% increase this year yet I have no signal when visiting my parents who are in zone 2 London ?!?
