@Danny_Jones90 @VodafoneUK I got that too, I asked them (two years ago) to sort my Vodafone/rewards bit as I couldn’t sign in and it’s still not fixed 😂 I’m moving after my current contract ends.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup What is happening with your customer services ?? Absolutely disgusting. Spent over 3 hours this weekend on phone over 2 hours on chat, problem still NOT resolved & no call back as promised. Told different things from different advisors.

@VodafoneUK wow after being a loyal customer since 2011 finally check to see that my 65.59 bill a month has risen to 71.10. With the cost of living you would think Vodafone would allow us to breath a little, but hey, I guess they have to jump on the bandwagon and make 💰 of us.

@VodafoneUK has there been any investment in increasing mobile data capacity in city centres? Or is it delayed for covid reasons? Was near London Bridge at rush hour tonight and could barely get any data - so little that even my audiobook stopped. Expectation fail
