    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments ๐Ÿ˜ก๐Ÿ˜ก

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isnโ€™t. I joined in November! Itโ€™s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address ๐Ÿ™„

    So much for the stress free switching or however @VodafoneUK put it. Today's is my going live day with them. It's after 3pm...no Internet and after an hour speaking to tech help on the phone. Very poor service.

    @VodafoneUK why do you whack our bills above inflation every year, it's bad enough you don't allow free picture messages unlike sister site voxi who give you free picture messages in October I will have no choice to go down to SIM only or contract free service you prices are

    @VodafoneUK Hi, Iโ€™m abroad and I deleted my eSIM. I requested a SIM swap but the QR code is not working. I also cannot receive SMS verification codes because my number is inactive. Please help me reissue a new eSIM QR code and verify me another way.

    @VodafoneUK Currently 9 days into new contract and still no service. Numerous hours of phonecalls and trip to shop and still no sign of getting what i've paid for. Surely this is unacceptable @Ofcom @CommsOmbudsman. How do I get what I've paid for when vodafone refuse to provide.
