    @VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @VodafoneUK having loads of issues with your broadband. Cuts off at least 5 times a day for about half an hour! Not really good enough in this day and age.

    Dear @VodafoneUK I have had a contact with your for nearly 15 years and have never not paid my bill, asking for a bloody credit check so I can get my phone upgrade is taking the bloody 🤬 you are about to loose a very loyal customer. But you probably don’t care #thanksfornothing

    @VodafoneUK have taken just under £400 off of me as they have forgotten to cancel a contract over the past year. They are saying £150 gesture of good will should cover it. Less of gesture of good will more insulting. It’s your staff that messed up!
