If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

@VodafoneUK @WeAreOpenreach can the issue with the Broadband network in Neston CH64 be rectified ASAP. Its been down all day and operators keep giving conflicting information. It must be something to do with the main Exchange on Leighton Road as multiple parts of Neston are off.

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Vodafone services not as good as they used to be. 2 hours & still holding to speak to an agent. Trapped in a mis sold 2 year contract sold by an agent when my precious contract was about to run out. Can’t cancel as will get charged for full remainder
