@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

@Jigje1 @VodafoneUK I think it's a problem industry generally tbh. @VodafoneUK don't help themselves by being consistently at or near the bottom of customer satisfaction ratings though. Consistently mis selling (and refusing to stop the practices once they become aware of them) doesn't help.

@VodafoneUK wonder how much money do you waste in useless broadband support. Had same issue in Oct 20, in Feb 21 and Now in March 21. Everytime it takes 4-5 calls before your Tech 2 team even actions it. Absolutely fed up not sure what to do !!!

The conclusion to my complaints to @VodafoneUK was that because I'm getting over 0.9mps upload speeds, then there's nothing they can do. Even though I'm paying £50 a month for speeds that never go above 2mps. Download this morning = 115mps Upload = 1.8mps. Shambles.
