@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK literally never experienced worse customer service. 6weeks trying to transfer business number to personal WITHIN Vodafone(forget thatI want to move to VOXI). On the phone all morning and kicked off 3 calls because no one can do this simple thing. Shambles?!?

@VodafoneUK the phone has been out of order 4 weeks! My terminally ill 93 year old godmother has not been able to speak to her friends. I have had numerous phone calls with your customer service and they tell me every day it will be fixed. It’s disgusting! Pls sort it!
