    @VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

    @markchristie I enjoy feeding you material! I’m caught in a similar loop with @VodafoneUK at the moment. The problem is that the people manning their social handles don’t have any more information than is available on their website and, crucially, no authority. It’s so damaging to the brand.

    @disruptivedean @TfL @VodafoneUK Modern Leaky Feeders can indeed support 3.x GHz bands. And can support MIMO with 2 feeders, if correctly spaced. We're just doing a project using such.

    @VodafoneUK i really dont need some fatuous attachment from you giving me all your marketing guff on 5G I KNOW WHAT 5G IS AND SHOULD DO! What i want to know is when will u deliver this 5G service to where i live? EE, O2, BT already are delivering meanwhile u continue to deliver nothing!

    Hey @VodafoneUK, unable to track my Vodafone Curve in DE56, couldn’t track last night, briefing worked this morning & now failing again. Mate having same issues in Derby with his Curve. Appreciate these things go down, just wondering when reliable service will be restored? Thanks

    I was right to not be confident. A ticket hadn't even been raised and so my issue hadn't been looked at ALL week. I've never been so angry/disappointed/upset at a company @VodafoneUK Here's to another weekend with no broadband.

    @VodafoneUK I've got 2 unlimited data SIMs and there's been a network issue in my area for at least the last 3 weeks, which makes them fairly useless. CS aren't really providing any answers. Any idea what the deal is? A nearby postcode is ST72UD.
