If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK not happy with your service one single bit, being trying to set up a direct debit since August as your web page and app don’t let me pay manually as it always freezes… now got a missed payment on my report… this needs sorting immediately!! Sick of being miss lead

Disgraceful service from @VodafoneUK. Ordered a phone on 25th November, supposed to be coming next day. Over a week and several calls later still nothing. You were quick enough to set up the direct debit!!!
