    @VodafoneUK please can you help i have rung 7 times and keep getting hung up on when they put me on hold. You have blocked the wrong phone 21 days ago! This phone is with my elderly mum and she needs it. NO ONE WILL FIX THIS! I need my mums mobile back on ASAP!

    @VodafoneUK Hi Vodafone, have you ever tried calling your own customer service line, your automated call system is incredibly discriminative of anyone with learning. When it doesnt understand and just hangs up its awful.

    @VodafoneUK have had trouble with my internet connection for weeks now and after weeks of emailing nothing is done. Fed up now of having weak to no connection all the time

    @eerosupport Sure- I’ve actually already been in a DM chat already. During that the issue of possible incompatibility with Vodafone came up, and the colleague I was speaking to couldn’t confirm - hence including @VodafoneUK in this conversation...

Is there really any point having ofcom..?It’s no wonder the service at Vodafone is so bad!?The customer service in this country these days is just a joke! Poor leadership, poor training and a lack of personal responsibility & ownership in the workplace

    @VodafoneUK Hello This is my first tweet to you. Can you tell me why Secure Net doesn't work. I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling it to access the portal. Apart from that I love Vodafone :)

    @VodafoneUK Feeling let down and frustrated by poor customer service! I raised my move a month ago, there was a problem with booking broadband installation and I would be called back. A month later no call back, no update, no help & when I call up I'm disconnected while on hold!
