    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @VodafoneUK that could help me. They insisted that there was no one who could help me which I refused. They then said they would send my details to someone who would fix it and get back to me within 10 working days. This has not happened 59 days later.

    @OldPeacock1972 @VodafoneUK I know the feeling there John I’ve had no service for 72 hours now , fobbed off numerous live chats , no response to DMs even tho I was promised an update yesterday morning and still no reply or update now

    @VodafoneUK can I not have the Friday bribes and just have £5 a month of my bill. You could be the start of something new and not give offers but cheap prices. That is what will keep me as a customer.

    @VodafoneUK Joined you literally a month ago. You never added the 3x bundle - even when I was told to apply after the transfer of my old number from Giffgaff to you - I STILL never received it. I let it go. Now, you tell me you can't top up my bundle because I don't have cash...

    And if you're wondering why we haven't just cancelled @VodafoneUK, we did. Then, 2 days later, we got a message from @skytv saying there was a problem with our order. A couple of hours after that, we received a text from @VodafoneUK saying, "Thanks for choosing to stay with us."

    @VodafoneUK 2/2 When I received chat transcript, it was heavily redacted, with his last comment claiming I had been rude. Fortunately I have screen prints of the chat before redactions. I have been prevented from communicating with Vodafone yet again.

    @VodafoneUK i look forward to having someone contact me on this app to sort the problem out and offer appropriate compensation for the disruptions and blatant lie I received from my last customer service experience. (The length of time of my contact x cost of Spotify would do.)
