@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

@VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Day 15 with no mobile data on Vodafone. @VodafoneUK cancelled my escalation saying it wasn't a network issue, despite the fact someone else in my area is experiencing the exact same problem. No contact to inform me of this or course. I had to call. Growing very frustrated.

@VodafoneUK hi i gave Vodafone my pac code from ee to keep my ee number with a pay as you go 1 Vodafone sim but the transfer was supposed to happen last night and it hasn’t yet. I have topped up and sent texts as it says on the website but still not working
