@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

@VodafoneUK Took out a contract recently and decided to return it, but I have been receiving calls and texts stating I have a due payment plan and will be reported, I have gone to the store, online but it seems Vodafone has the worst customer care. Please I need this sorted ASAP

@VodafoneUK I’ve just spent 2hrs 15 minutes on the phone to your advisers about a phone I received in November and never received the return envelope to be cut off while on hold. I’m starting to think the only way to sort it is by going to ofcom.

@VodafoneUK @Gr77ntCOiley I've consistently refused to fill out surveys from you (no offence), so I don't see why I'm receiving these texts. I don't want to send a reply because it says replies are charged. I don't see why I should pay to ask you not to send me a marketing message I never asked for.

Another week passes and still @VodafoneUK still haven't managed to refund the money they took from my bank account in error - now two weeks since they did it...definitely the worst customer service.

@VodafoneUK my account is suspended because of a single US call. I am a loyal high value customer and can't use my phone for 3 days and can't reach your call centre as massive holds / cut off. No way to resolve online or with the awful bot. I am stuck!!

@VodafoneUK Evie we have instigated in excess of 12 hours of calls since Monday 10Jan in an attempt to get connected! Having been advised cancel and start again is solution why does it take 4 days to cancel with no indication of when a new connection will happen! Unbelievable!
