If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK got VF broadband. Router keeps restarting almost every 10 minutes and Wi-fi as bad as my dads @virginmedia Wi-fi signal. CS team not great and can’t sort as my Wi-fi keeps dropping out when I’m online to them.

@VodafoneUK any news on what is causing the broadband outage? No connection for all day yet no update from yourselves! I always get an email reminding me of my bill so how about some communication about fixing the problems.
