    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

    Seriously unimpressed with @VodafoneUK supposed help with booster. You’ve just disconnected WiFi expert help. Followed all your instruction with app and missing tile. If ever you want us to change supplier you’ve just done it.
