If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

Seriously @VodafoneUK you have the worst customer service. I have made 6 phone calls today to resolve my issue and get my parcel delivered to correct address but sadly none of the staff are helping even ur complaint department are not able to resolve this simple issue.

@TeamYouTube I’m having issues with YouTube Premium. I got the package from @VodafoneUK but it somehow got expired late January. I’ve been in contact with Vodafone advisors and they’ve done everything from their end to resolve it. The error: there’s an existing payment issue.

@VodafoneUK Spoke to Chloe from the "Directors Office." (your bad punctuation, not mine). Like everyone else at Vodaphone, she really needs training in how to deal with dissatisfied customers. The offer of £27 to cover a lost day of work due to your failures is an insult.
