If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

I’ve never actually known anything like it in my life. I’ve spoken to 7 different agents who have 7 different story’s. But no one can tell me why my phone bill has come out twice . @VodafoneUK your a joke.

@mkcouncil @mk_citizen It is illegal to block emergency vehicles to residents. Your unwilling and poor tone leaves me with no other option but to call the police if the same situation continues to occur. I am disgusted your willing to put residents lives at risk for @VodafoneUK to put 4G up!

@VodafoneUK spent 1.5 hrs on the phone on sat trying to upgrade phone and get an Apple Watch. Had to have a credit check even though I’ve been a customer for 15 years. Was told I’d have a call back at 9:30am Wed. Still waiting……..

@O2 Repeats and repeats and repeats. It was a number from your customer service teams put me through to. It’s the third time this has happened this week. Frankly I’m sick of **** service having been with @VodafoneUK for five years. This is not a great start is it?

Every years complains increase because of(as they say)huge number of refugees,it is not huge number,,it is the accumulation of non processed files

Hi @VodafoneUK I’m still waiting on hold - I’ve been waiting 4 hours I got through to Kushboo at 15:31 who hung up on me - after 2 hours on hold - do you have no customer service at all? This case is with your highest team and they are totally rubbish at responding

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup we called customer services yesterday, we also emailed the ceo complaints, all we ever get is it will be 3 days, but ive been told it would be 3 days ever since ive ordered. how hard is it for someone to hand over a phone to a courier and send it out

All right, have been talking with @VodafoneUK for the last week about my issue, the folks looking to Twitter support are extremely professional. They spent time understanding my issue, escalated and get it sorted. Kudos to them.
