If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

@VodafoneUK your online support keeps ditching me because i have a technical issue they can’t deal with. This is getting ridiculous. I have a technical issue with my one number not binding for 11 days and i keep getting kicked to the side. I am seriously losing patience with it.

@VodafoneUK after returning my device to my local store and several calls made, I'm still being charged for the device I no longer have and am expected to revisit my local store to get the issue sorted. Not good enough, will not be taking out another contract with this company
