    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

    @VodafoneUK three times I've called and you havent been able to sort my problem. Each time you said someone would call me back, but nobody has. Last person 'promised' she would personally deal with it. Should I cancel my direct debit? You'll call pretty quickly then!! 👎🏻

    @VodafoneUK @Apple With what you’re currently charging long term users for the twelve I bet you can’t!!! Finally wising up to the split bill like your competitors! Fair usage for fair billing, and, the service is appalling nearly all automated! Let alone getting tech help! Just send us to a page!!

    @VodafoneUK I closed my account down 3 years ago, you have a zero balance on my account as at 09/2018! So why do you have you put a default charge on my credit file??? 3 years after my contract ended and after you have confirmed a zero balance n my account! @VodafoneUK
