If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

DO NOT CHOOSE @VodafoneUK as your broadband. Awful customer service. Horrid broadband service, they throttle your download speeds on unlimited fiber to 800kbs. Their tobi chatbot is broken not to mention the absolutely horrid design of their webpages. abysmal service swap 2 @EE

So @O2 are going the same way as Vodafone and switching off 3G how about telling the government to do one instead going to be a garbage network like @VodafoneUK now with 30% of the uk stuck with edge signal.

@virginmedia @Clantastic You’re not alone. @VodafoneUK “Tobi” is equally infuriating. Do the directors who implement these systems actually stress test the customer facing bot. It’s actually worse than a 60 minute hold music.
