If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK Please can you tell me why you won't allow sales of handsets via your webchat or by calling 191 and why you send out emails asking to be contacted that way? Very frustrating for the customer and the person that can't assist me at your end...

@VodafoneUK The last time I responded the best your agent seemed capable of doing was confirming there was an issue. It's not good enough. You have zero problems charging me full whack and making it next to impossible to be refunded for services i've paid for and can't use.

@VodafoneUK don't worry about responding, I'll just use another provider if this is the level of customer support, I've dodged a bullet.

@chrisdaleoxford @VodafoneUK My new pet hate is chatbots behind helpdesks and customer service!! Awful things, especially those that are programmed to use polite or friendly superfluous phrases
