Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

Whatever you do don't ever join @VodafoneUK for broadband! 100% the worst experience of my life, customer service and care are awful! Was meant to be activated on the 26th of March and still no internet. No one wants to help and no one cares all you get is you have to wait!.....

@VodafoneUK Generally found Vodafone great, but message wasn’t explicit enough (for me) about being a recurring months charge versus just this month, and disappointing there was no technical issue to take my money, but multiple technical issues to stop the payment!
