If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK how long is the current phone queue? It's agonizing listening to the same songs over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over again, been on hold over 30 mins. It'd be easier to cancel my contract than change address 🙄

@DavidChLane @VodafoneUK They will never resolve it. I’ve had low service for at least two months. Countless phone calls still not resolved. I’ve just cancelled my direct debit till it’s fixed.

@VodafoneUK @DavidChLane I’m in Luton and I’ve had nothing but problems as well! Same thing with the fault references too. My sync speed is 39 but my actual download speeds when tested is around 7mb! Absolutely shocking and they aren’t In a rush to give you what you pay for!

@VodafoneUK The guy we were talking to was called Ahmed. He said the whole call had been recorded, admitted his attitude and tone had been terrible and then hung up on us before the issue was resolved. We still have no broadband. We have no energy left to try and call back and do it again.
