If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK I'm absolutely fuming. Tried to split my contract from my mother's account in order to go to VOXI, as we told them in the beginning, and not only did I get given the wrong contract, but have just been in store to fix it and have been told there's nothing they can do!

So annoyed that @CityFibre and @VodafoneUK continue to disappoint. Flaky broadband and weak WiFi signal on even the most expensive plan, and the mobile data backup doesn't work as there is no signal where we live. But they have the monopoly so there is no choice. #pathetic

@VodafoneUK All this person wants to do is keep in touch with his mother in hospital but we can't get the replacement SIM activated after he lost his phone recently. I offered to help with technology but the page won't work. I feel terrible for not being able to help since yesterday.
