No written response from their complaints team despite circa 100 contacts of complaint. I'm told over and over again they are looking into it. Must have dodgy eyesight!

Already in the chat I've been passed to the 'dedicated' team, turns out it's the billing team, who can't help, and being transferred again. None of this is difficult, and you're getting it all wrong.
