If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

@VodafoneUK have you guys adopted a policy to harassing the customers? your customer teams cant understand simple tasks and everyone who comes on the call has a different story. very bad please do reshuffle your team and educate them for the betterment of customers.

@VodafoneUK absolute theives. Third month in a row I’ve tried to leave the network and the third time I’ve been passed about the call centre before being cut off. I’ve not used the account for almost two years.

I’ve been with @VodafoneUK and their 5G ‘replacement to home broadband’ gigacube for 6 months now and I can honestly say it’s the worst decision I’ve made. Nowhere did it say online video gaming would be an issue. It’s not a replacement to home broadband and falsely advertised.

@VodafoneUK phoned you to block my second line as my handset was lost and you blocked my working number, it’s now hours later and I’m still left with no service. I don’t know how you get away with this constant incompetence. You can never do anything right. Disgraceful company.

@Gary_Lucy @VodafoneUK switched from Voda to three home broadband (5g). Faster than their fibre where i am and you get 30 days to make sure you got a great signal. The router goes in your window sill (preferably upstairs). Totally recommend it.

@VodafoneUK Lost job in Jan just another statistic in the Covid pandemic, unable to see friends or family members, bubbles don’t work. Lost too many friends to this horrible thing wish 2020 was over
