    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK One wk after connection I still do not have broadband. Please can you tell me how to cancel my contract quickly so I am free to take all my future business, for the rest of my life, and with determined energy to prevent anyone else suffering this, to another provider?

    @VodafoneUK Day 8 of no connection for a new @VodafoneUK customer. Tonight I’ve been told that the 3rd line team will need to run some tests. But that it could take 48 hrs. Shame this wasn’t escalated on Day 1 instead of being told to ‘reset it and it will be fine’, repeatedly. It’s not.

    Whoever came up with @VodafoneUK newest advert needs sacking. Why depicting a graphic and highly inaccurate childbirth has anything to do with being a network provider is beyond me. Especially in a time when 1/3 women get birth trauma. Could your marketing team seriously not…

    After 3 months of trying upgrade our @VodafoneUK broadband (and endless hours on the phone & chat) the bot tells us it has now, yet again, been cancelled!!! I've never known such a hopelessly inefficient company. We're now looking to transfer to BT.
