If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

@NeilOfHarringay @VodafoneUK The weird thing is it never used to be this bad. About 18 months the signal quality just dropped and has never recovered.

@VodafoneUK I did this last year and was told you were improving the signal after a problem. When nothing improved I complained again and was told Vodafone do not guarantee signal in the home. So can you explain what is the point of complaining again?

@Gellyfsh @VodafoneUK Absolute baloney. Lots still working from home. If they refuse to reply to your e mail complaint..escalate the complaint. Still no reply? Take your written evidence to local MP. Poor customer service is bad publicity.

@Gellyfsh @VodafoneUK E mail..all written down is best. 6 weeks after Dad died they were still sending letters and e mails to me in his name for Gas bills. He never had gas. Utter incompetence.
