    Congratulations @VodafoneUK for the worst customer service I have ever seen. My account is still broken since I joined you in November. You said it would be fixed with the next bill and it isn’t. I joined in November! It’s March and this is still happening. #poorcustomerservice

    @VodafoneUK absolute disgrace not only have you give my number to someone else and breached confidentiality you have also provided me with zero network service for nearly 2 weeks. Thank you for 16 yrs loyal service and still taking my monthly payments 😡😡

    If you are struggling to call us and have an old #vodafone number, you can get us on 01745610392. It appears @VodafoneUK has blocked old Vodafone numbers from calling our main lines since we ported back to @bt_uk. Please fix this problem @VodafoneUK @Ofcom #Solicitors

    @KOfDoubleK @VodafoneUK So what I've been told is that o2 have "released" my phone number, but there was an error in doing this. So now we are just waiting on it being now escalated HIGHER within both teams. This is just.. THE worst experience between both parties tbh

    Ah @VodafoneUK are excelling themselves today. Email about an order which I cancelled with the help of executive level complaints - apparently hasn’t been cancelled at all! Absolute idiots!

    @VodafoneUK Seems I’m another having huge issues with Mobile Data for Apple Watch and one number#I have upgraded my apple watch to watch ultra and trying to re pair the new watch to my one number this seems to have everyone confused and no one can help!

    @VodafoneUK I’ve tried 3 times to get a coherent answer from your chat service and you basically no longer accept phone calls. Is there a way to speak to a human please? You have been charging me an extra £21.75 a month for years and you can’t tell me what it’s for.

    Absolutely HORRIFIC service from @VodafoneUK - can you reply to my DM ASAP as I seem to still be getting charged for a contract that was cancelled months ago, after already speaking to a customer service representative in January about this very same problem.

    @VodafoneUK my saga continues. The mobile broadband reached its cap. I had to speak to the wifi Xpert team. I spoke to possibly the rudest person you have. They seem to think I dont have an issue and the ticket raised to second line as done incorrectly

    @julesserkin @VodafoneUK Yep, just heard today my internet is increasing by 13% also. Thanks @ThreeUK and service keeps dropping out in my flat, it's not like it's much good!
