@maxwell_fine @VodafoneUK Vodafone have been an absolute joke when it comes to home broadband, we’re still dealing with a complaint from an issue which arose in March 2020. If possible I’d end the contract whilst you still can and move over a another provider!

@livburford_96 @VodafoneUK Sadly that sounds about right - once we finally get to the ombudsman (with our issue) we’ll be cutting all ties with Vodafone for good, they used to be great and staff in the stores are still helpful, but the phone/online customer service is absolutely abysmal.
