    Been with @VodafoneUK for 6 months and it has never once been reliable. Their routers reliability and supposed delivery speeds are a thing of legend. Unfortunately the truth is they are awful and leave you to countdown 18 months with sheer anger

    @VodafoneUK I just been waiting for broadband assistance no idea when you'll pick up. I asked for pack to send back your booster twice yet not received. Also broadband has been awful. Don't you have ringback service?? You're a phone service. I'm fed up of waiting on phone.

    @VodafoneUK I sent the pin numbers already. They are not required for you to check if the serial numbers match the phone numbers. I don't want to "discuss the account". You can see the chat thread. I'm forced to submit info multiple times to progress with an already existing complaint?
