@redmeister81 @MartinSLewis @VodafoneUK Three years is an insane amount of time to have to commit to a mobile phone contract. Hell.. two years is a long time. So much can change during that time, both in terms of the mobile market and the customer's circumstances and needs.

Communication is impossible because @DHLParcelUK say one thing and then don't reply for hours. This is the first time I've had to deal with them and it is incredibly frustrating. Also frustrating that @VodafoneUK would use a company with such terrible service.

Took my phone out to use the wifi on @tfl to discover that @VodafoneUK no longer offer the service. That’s a bit rubbish.

@VodafoneUK I had a similar problem with a mobile contract years ago where they just decided to charge me a £550 cancellation fee and helped themselves to it. I really should learn to never use Vodafone.
