    Been with @VodafoneUK for 6 months and it has never once been reliable. Their routers reliability and supposed delivery speeds are a thing of legend. Unfortunately the truth is they are awful and leave you to countdown 18 months with sheer anger

    @kevbur123 @VodafoneUK Mast issue in my area. Atleast Vodafone admit it, when I was with 3 they constantly used the excuse of the network is busy as its a peak time. Bloody never worked! Apparently they have too many customers and can’t keep up with demand 🙄

    @VodafoneUK my signal is dreadful recently. If I'm not on WiFi, nothing loads. I rely a lot on public transport apps and Google Maps etc. Not having them load when I'm out is hugely frustrating. Any ideas?

    @VodafoneUK when you are available please can you advise on the complaints process. 3 days of calls to you totalling 1.5hours to get ‘onenumber’ active. Still not working despite being PROMISED it would be. I’m fed up now, I might return my upgrade and cancel. #CustomerService
