Been with @VodafoneUK for 6 months and it has never once been reliable. Their routers reliability and supposed delivery speeds are a thing of legend. Unfortunately the truth is they are awful and leave you to countdown 18 months with sheer anger

Update. Have been told again that @OpenreachHelp engineers don't work on bank holidays (which Thursday and today are not). For a supposed major outage, this is insanity. So have to wait until Tuesday now for an update from @VodafoneUK 🙄

Some transparency with this (one of us has to...), @VodafoneUK did give 1 of us in the household unlimited data on 1 mobile for 30 days. But the 4G signal is weak here and only getting at max 2.4Mbps...while we are still working from home due to the pandemic
