    Been with @VodafoneUK for 6 months and it has never once been reliable. Their routers reliability and supposed delivery speeds are a thing of legend. Unfortunately the truth is they are awful and leave you to countdown 18 months with sheer anger

    Going into 3rd week without broadband and @VodafoneUK aren't fixing the fault or providing any updates to us. We don't know what to do or how to escalate this issue to get it fixed. @Ofcom can you advise?

    @VodafoneUK Such bad service. I'm with Giffgaff. I shouldn't have to try going with Vodafone for 30 days and then seeing if I can get a code. You shouldn't lock brand new phones to your network.
