@VodafoneUK I’ve tried all day to get through to your call centre and am continually cut off. I want cancel my extra data. FCA’s Treating Customers Fairly outcome number 6 says firms cannot put unreasonable barriers in post-sale. Not answering the phone is unreasonable.

@VodafoneUK Do you guys have a mast problem in E1 1RY? Not seeing anything on your network status checker but my devices keep seem to be switching from 5G/4G to HSDPA. My APN settings are all fine as I've been through them with you guys and have tried all restarts/airplane mode.

@simsek_gunes @VodafoneUK I had the same problem if you have s sky Q box its a fault on the Q box . Turn the Q box off and back on sorts out the problem

@VodafoneUK Absolutely dreadful service to HS3 3AR area , and others in the local area. No coverage for about 5 weeks and no communication to let customers know that it would be off. Won’t be renewing my contract.
