@VodafoneUK Thanks Ritchie but that approach has been fruitless. I've been with Vodafone unbroken on two year contracts & always previously had good customer service. Not now! I've been told I'm now not going to be offered the 20% plan discount & £5 renewal discount I've previously enjoyed.

@VodafoneUK your customer service is a joke. Called you a month ago about moving from pay monthly and pay n go. Was told its instant and now told its 30days online . So glad your staff are more worried about your profits than service or saving customer money #customerdiservice
