Been with @VodafoneUK for 6 months and it has never once been reliable. Their routers reliability and supposed delivery speeds are a thing of legend. Unfortunately the truth is they are awful and leave you to countdown 18 months with sheer anger

@Mrwhosetheboss Very much so. I can see @VodafoneUK mast from my house and there's barely any noticeable difference between 4G & 5G. Although speed tests suggest I'm getting faster service on 5G I can't tell the difference.

@VodafoneUK As I said before, I have already spent an hour taking to your agents and was passed through 5 different agents during that time with no resolution. NEVER AGAIN! Your customer service leaves a lot to be desired! Anyway EE has supplied me with a very workable solution. Goodbye!

.@VodafoneUK Live chat has just tried to get rid of me twice - very poor #customerservice. Have been with #Vodafone for many, many years. No existing customer deals, same deal for new customers. You seem to have forgotten that 'Customer is King' no customers = no business!!!
