    @VodafoneUK this company must be the hardest on earth to cancel an account with. Have tried since February and still cannot cancel.

    @VodafoneUK there's been an issue with my number transfer and I now have no signal on either sim card. When called the number is not recognised. Customer service clueless. I need this sorted ASAP as I have no phone network and urgently need it back. Unimpressed as a new customer.

    On another note of bad Services. @VodafoneUK canceling TWICE in a row on the day of installation and with some questionable reasons. Absolute Bullshit! Anyone Know of any reliable internet providers? @bt_uk @TalkTalk what you guys saying?

    This week, I have been having issues getting a mortgage BECAUSE OF A NEGATIVE MARK FOR A LATE PAYMENT TO VODAFONE. So @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup did not fix it back in November as they promised. 2/

    @VodafoneUK Ive been without data except for WIFI for 7 days now because of a glitch in your network attributing data usage to my phone that was wrong. And I’ve yet to get any update or fix, the absolute worst!!

    a @VodafoneUK upgrade rep suggested moving to PAYG as step 1 to consolidate our accounts. 30 mins and counting... vs seamless upgrade experience for my wife. Rule1 of Customer Service - deliver ace service no matter what the customer wants. I may leave after all now. [2/2]

    Stay well clear of anything from @VodafoneUK, new iPhone confirmed faulty screen by Apple and in warranty but as it’s contracted to Vodafone they must authorise the replacement. Despite Apple confirmation Vodafone refuse to assist at all. ***Terrible Service***
