@VodafoneUK Hi James, It's working again now but was down for a while. It's connected to main socket. The lights were green, although one for Internet was flashing. Do you know what it could be in case it happens again, as I currently work from home so need internet access, thanks

@kay32012808 @VodafoneUK @Ofcom Finally got a response from Vodafone after telling them numerous times that the Router had to be replaced they replaced it and look at that no internet dropping for 24 hours but would the stupid agents listen to 2 yes 2 engineers and the customer noooo...now in your face 😡
