@VodafoneUK I closed my account opened in Jan 2016 over 2 years ago and to my shock, it’s still showing as active on my credit report. I managed to speak to customer derives to report 6 months ago but still no change! Can you please help?

Customer service Saturdays… @skytv 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 @VodafoneUK 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 (as per) Two companies, 20+ years as a customer for both. One asked no questions and were great, the other wanted a death certificate to cancel a service not being used. Absolutely disgusting.

@VodafoneUK I take it I can cancel my tablet account at one of your shops. I've just spent another 45 minutes trying to speak to someone to no avail. It's ridiculous I can't do this online.
