@VodafoneUK I paid my bill via card payment yesterday, i can see it under pending on banking app, payment is due today, any other time I've paid there been no issue, till recently, I've had a text saying if not paid by today I'll get a £5 late fee payment even though I have paid

Hello @VodafoneUK . You have kindly sent our Ukrainian refugees a 'everyone.connected' 6month PAYG sim card with 20GB data / unlimited txts and calls etc. We would like to transfer an existing vodafone PAYG phone number to these new sim cards. But told we can't. Help?
