    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @VodafoneUK Your directors complaints team is that shockingly awful that they had put two deadlock letters to me and upon inspecting their own work they found out that they had made mistakes and on both occasions the deadlock letters have been retracted A complete disgrace

    @VodafoneUK I am now in the possession of final deadlock letter I have requested from ciecas the I be allowed to leave Vodafone with no contractual fees on a compensation paid for the amount of time that I have to put up with your unintelligent customer services

    @VodafoneUK Why is there no rewards being a loyal customer. Look at upgrading via your app deal I like is £38 go on a different website get same for£23 and it still Vodafone service. How that make sense
