@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK never use Vodafone for any service many other companies offer better provision. I have been a customer for 18 years my latest contract has not provided me with the agreed service or fixed despite multiple calls I can’t wait to leave and will never use Vodafone again.

@VodafoneUK I’ve got a SIM of yours to test out in my phone at home to see if there is any signal, before I switch networks. However, there is ‘No Service’. I don’t want to spend £10 on a bundle just to prove whether it has signal so how do I check ?

@VodafoneUK The assigned number was not activated on your network so the number port from EE wouldn't go through. My service has now been suspended due to unpaid bills, despite me receiving a text to say my direct debit had been setup. I do not intend to pay for a service I haven't had
