@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@VodafoneUK Thank you for your response. I did exactly that and I was then transferred to an online texting service. The query has been resolved. However, I do think there should a number where someone actually answers the phone.

@VodafoneUK Please would you let me know which number I need to call to actually speak with a customer service advisor? I have tried 191 and it takes me to an online text service. I have had the problem sorted. However, I would like to be able to speak to someone next time.

@troll1259495251 @VodafoneUK It's not even their call centres. They outsource to an American company, who use call centres in countries with very low paying wages. Who have had issues with scammers, they don't care though 💰💰💰

@VodafoneUK Avoid like the plague. I went to take out a plan, immediately cancelled. They went ahead anyway, proceeded to port my number, the device is on its way back to them. Meanwhile I’ve absolutely no mobile network whatsoever and they can’t help until they got the phone back.

@VodafoneUK It's the exchange at balham and engineers apparently. Would be nice if Vodafone could give its customers in the area updates on work that takes your "service" out...😬 it's like the 3rd time within a week
