@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

Really upset & disappointed by the appalling ‘customer service ‘ from @VodafoneUK ! Literally in tears ! Sort yourselves out & my advice is AVOID AVOID AVOID ! Trying for weeks to get a trade in issue resolved different tales every time ,hours on hold , call cut off! Terrible !

@VodafoneUK I’ve tried turning off secure net on ‘my Vodafone’ and the restricted access but everytime I log out and log back in. Both of them show switched on again. I’ve restarted my phone and still no luck. Can you help?

@VodafoneUK Tell me why you give out false information. I called to ask if will be sent a reminder or have my account stopped in the case of reaching my arranged limit this was agreed by them. Not so though instead, this terrible network sent me a bill for £800.

@VodafoneUK Promised upgrade price with Nadir Captain today after escalating a complaint and waiting forever for a call back to then be told we can’t do it! He then calls back is aggressive won’t answer my questions and threatens me. This is insane!

@VodafoneUK I was on a call 2 complain about my Home broadband which is a disgrace. It cuts off all the time. I have insisted that an engineer come 2 rectify the problem A technician today had the cheek 2 tell me that it will cost the company 2 come out 2 check problem How rude!

@VodafoneUK Since the time I have moved in on contract with Vodafone had one of the worst network experiences. My home normally does not get 5G and data only fluctuates on 4G and 3G. My call bar many a times just shows one bar and the calls drop many a times,wonder if I pay Fair?
