@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK Merry Christmas team. Can someone please tell me why it’s taking so long to remove my illegally blacklisted phone from the blacklist? Was told it would take, 10mins, then 3-4hrs, then 24hrs but it’s still not working. Can’t receive texts, can’t use MFA, nightmare! 😡

@VodafoneUK Have been dealing with Adam and numerous colleges at the complainants dept about this for last 24 hours. Was told it would be all sorted out by midday at the latest but still not working. Can send you order, invoice and proof of payment. Really need this sorted out ASAP.
