@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

Time to end my 2 phone contract and my home broadband with @VodafoneUK. Was in Westfield London today with hardly and network service, having this issue even in surrounding Brough area I live for 2 months and nothing done. Time to end my loyalty with Vodafone for 5 years

@VodafoneUK Absolutely horrendous customer service. 2 weeks ongoing issue that I spent hours and hours on “chat” with various agents and nada! After over 20years of being a customer, I have given up. Shame on you Vodafone!
