  • huxham Paul Huxham 🇬🇧 🇪🇺 (@huxham) reported from Plymouth, England

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

  • ChinnaKaradi Chinna Karadi (@ChinnaKaradi) reported

@VodafoneUK The automatic updates aren't helpful in any way, because all they're saying is that they're working hard to resolve the issue ASAP. Very unhappy with the service, especially after the price hike. I understand things can go wrong and the equipment needs routine maintenance, but...
