@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

Hey @VodafoneUK would there be anyway of setting up a payment plan for an outstanding bill? Run into slight money issues and can’t afford to pay two months worth of my contract this month, I need my phone though and have already been cut off from using everything.
