    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    I have given up trying to sign up to @VodafoneUK.A sim only package/30GB/Unlimited mins&texts for £10 is truly too good to be true coz they make it impossible to get.Neither online or thru chat.was transferred constantly &hit a brick wall.I gave up! I never give up but u beat me

    @VodafoneUK as we are having the yearly screw your customer price hike. Why does mobile use CPI and WHY do you now add an extra 3.9% on top of that? And for broadband you use RPI ?

    & on top of that, @VodafoneUK still won't let me cancel a mobile internet plan that I don't even use because it doesn't work anywhere near as well as I was promised on purchase unless I pay over £1000 in a cancellation fee. Snakiest company around 0/10🐍🐍🐍

    @VodafoneUK First, it’s nigh on impossible to speak to someone. Second, when I do it’s painfully protracted and involves being passed from pillar to post. Third, you’ve had two chances to put my issues right but you have misled, lied and wasted my time. After 10 years it’s time to leave.

    @TRandolfski @VodafoneUK Know exactly how you feel with delivery UPS they delivered my package far from my home, and the deliver man signed it himself. UPS supoort did not help at all.
