    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK Set up a mobile contract for my 85year old Father last night, some 26 hours later phone still not working when I set account up requested I was put down as a contact on account. Just spoken to Joanita Anthony who advised she could not speak to me, I tried to lodge

    @RichardHitchc18 @VodafoneUK In all fairness—Despite feedback, the South-Asian gentleman was efficient. Call quality was atrocious, but the phonetic alphabet got us through the call. Astoundingly bad infrastructure for a company that once prided itself on being … oh, what's that expression? "World-beating"?

    @VodafoneUK @BlossomingGifts I do however appreciate your quick response. Not really your issue but does reflect on you as wouldn't have used them otherwise. Will stick to the tried and trusted @InterfloraUK in future as I normally do. Unfortunately was informed too late to get them for tomorrow.

    Hi @MartinSLewis if @VodafoneUK is increasing my contract price by 9.3% am I able to cancel mid contract, I still have 11 months remaining.
