@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK Do you see any solution? because writing to @vodafoneservice did not solve my problem in more than 2 weeks. Also many of my christmas & New year plan failed as there was no alternat. temp. solution from services.

@VodafoneUK @vodafone ….heaven and earth to send the document. And it is always a case of it will be sent in 3working days which either never get sent or a wrong document is sent.

It seems impossible to cancel a @VodafoneUK contract! 'Pay final bill first, then cancel. But you can't get the final bill until you've cancelled.' Result: bills keep coming, but they're not the final bill . . . My advice, Never ever contract with Vodafone. Worst corporate bully.

1/2 - I lost my phone on the 4th of December, thankfully I have an insurance in place through @Barclays with @LikewizeRepair who have asked for a proof of baring to be provided by my network provider @VodafoneUK

@VodafoneUK hmm seems to be a problem. I can't get hold of anyone at Vodafone. Fibre been down for 2 days now and back ups gone down too. What happend to top class customer service?
