Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK - Day three of Vodafone hell... another hour on hold. Still no joy. That's 16 hours now on just one issue. Vodafone's customer service is abusive and torturous. And now I'll have to tell my employer I won't be able to do my job because I will not have broadband.

@VodafoneUK if I’m calling up to specifically talk to a human don’t fob me off with tobi the automated service online it isn’t quicker or easier and then not have the choice to reject that option and just auto say goodbye. It took me over 20 tries to work out a combo that gets

Nice one @VodafoneUK I spent an hour on your help line last night with no success. Tried to log a complaint this am and the line conveniently died. Tried to cancel my contract this pm and once again, after being kept on hold for another 10 mins the line got cut. Poor show

PSA if you’re with @VodafoneUK and trying to call and get access to a human when it’s asks you to say what the problem is just say live chat and tobi links not working. All other combos lead to them saying chat to tobi goodbye 🙄

If you were as big as @VodafoneUK and you decided to up your rates. Would you update the database of the online Chat Bot to answer the most basic questions for a customer? Rather than make the call centre go tilt? With bots like theirs, no wonder poor people aren't scared of AI.

@VodafoneUK Why is your 4g signal (and hence mobile data) so bad in far Bletchley. (MK3 7SE). IT USED TO BE BRILLIANT!! But since around December it's become terrible. Your online "checker" says its good indoors and out. It's far from it!!
