    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK are there any connection issues in SE5 at the moment? Signal is very patchy and when I do get 4G connection it is very slow

    @VodafoneUK im unable to stream to twitch due to the connection between you and the twitch servers resulting in impossible to watch streams, is there any solution to fix this? I have opened ports to twitch to try and fix it with no result. Streaming to YouTube has no issues

    @DarrenGuy @VodafoneUK Got through to a human (who was rather nice) after 5 minutes of "I'm sorry, I don't recognise that... press 1 for mobile and 2 for broadband" I'm pressing 2 on a Vodafone phone on a Vodafone network and Vodafone can't recognise it... Aargh. Cancelled now.

    @VodafoneUK why is to do hard to find an email to complaint to customer care? I just found I am still being charged through direct debit for services I terminated years ago!

    Don't use @VodafoneUK - completely unhelpful and no loyalty shown! Want to stay with you but on a new contract through a different shop yet I can't keep existing number and have to give 30 days notice yet if switch network I get to keep the number and don't have to give notice!

    @VodafoneUK I haven't been able to use the device I bought from you for 3+ weeks after switching to a new provider. Every code you sent me failed, you said you'd send another, but never did. I had to pay to get it unlocked at a phone shop. Your customer service rep said I would
