@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK having issues with nuisance calls from a number very similar to my own. Only the last 3 digits are different. I rang one of the numbers back today and the person who answered says she never rang me but has a similar number to me and is having the same problem with 1/2

@carsten2903 @VodafoneUK I've heard the same script from somebody in India or Dubai for the last 2 months worst broadband operator in the United Kingdom and I'm still not getting the speed I'm expecting if you go to trustpilot and resolver and write a review on their you're probably get a quick answr

@VodafoneUK Just a heads up that it's February and there's only 28 days. So you need to reschedule my direct debit that usually goes out on 30th, and NOT fail to present it and then threaten to cut me off for non payment like you have several times previously.

@VodafoneUK Any idea why I keep getting cold calls from mobile numbers belonging to your network? 07769224668, 07769226648, 07769226249, 07769223553, 07769226784. When I answer they just hang up, it's been going 3 days now! FYI; I have an 07769 number, but with diff network now.
