    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    @VodafoneUK Been a customer 20+ years to be cut off after 61 minutes on hold. Called back, hit upgrade option, answered straight away to tell me they couldn't help!!Put me through to a different department, cut off again after 20 mins on hold!!! FURIOUS

    @VodafoneUK INSANITY! We have had no wifi for a week, have spent 6.5hours collectively on the phone to your technical team, to no avail. There is nothing more that can be done… @VodafoneUK have recommended we cancel the subscription rather than send out a new router????? WTF

    @VodafoneUK Yeah I've cancelled it 4 times now and been met with 5 bills since. Bit of a joke tbh seeing as when I cancelled it again in November I was told it was done with. The fact I've gotten an email from a debt collector is really poor on your guys side.

    I cannot wait to get out of contract with #o2 as I’ve never had such RUBBISH service constantly. Didn’t think I’d say I regret leaving @VodafoneUK but I do. Massively. If you’re in Glasgow, DO NOT switch to @O2 .. better connected my arse.
