@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

Terrible service @VodafoneUK. Been a customer for 16 years but you refuse to waive early upgrade fee for the sake of a couple of months. Need a new phone now so will just go with new provider. Surely a massive company can show a bit of flexibility.

@VodafoneUK extremely frustrated with your customer service help desk. Trying to get help with Vodafone advantage and have been told by 3 of your advisors that my issue is fixed and every time nothing happens!! Very poor customer service..

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup @Vodacom your service is beyond shocking, over 3 hours on the phone tonight, and then got cut off because it’s 9pm and everyone is going home.! The 2.5 hours I spent on Tuesday to customer services and nothing on my account had changed.

@VodafoneUK hi are there problems with you website?? Every time I try to log into my account this morning after I enter my password it times out and says 502 bad gateway - I have tried various devices and browsers and cleared cash and cookies yet it keeps happening - so your end?
