@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

Why would @EE suddenly be demanding bill payment (via SMS and email) from a @VodafoneUK customer??? Very odd indeed! Has there been a data breach at @VodafoneUK?

Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@VodafoneUK Can we just call it quits? @VodafoneUK You can't provide a reliable service and can't manage a fault. I'm sure you won't miss my £22 a month. But three months in and your service is not fit for purpose, so I shouldn't be forced to pay your early termination fee.

@VodafoneUK Mines is your team can't get a simple order correct for the hub. Paying a service as a new customer. I'm bored of trying to fix a problem that shouldn't exist. Now on 4th attempt to get an order correct. You've sent the wrong equipment.

@VodafoneUK Hi people out there don't buy a Vodafone contract unless you are sure what you're getting yourself in for. The network has claimed they are making improvements to 4G and 5G. 4G is still terrible barely lucky to get 1 bar. It's been 5 years and still no improvements.
