@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK Thanks for leaving me with no internet after my switch yesterday, and failing to have a manager call me despite me logging the problem at 8am. WFH, daughter studying a-levels, Vodafone don’t give a toss. Fuming.

@VodafoneUK I have been with them for 10 years and now to upgrade they do fresh credit check as well as telling me if I got discount last upgrade I can’t get one this time around!Bad, expensive network with no respect for the customers. Avoid them!

@VodafoneUK Any chance of a follow up to this ? Provided all the info asked for the accounts team and I'm still getting chased for payment I can prove I paid. Not paying again for May+ late fees when I can prove I paid it ontime If your payment service doesn't work is there point of trying ?
