@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

At my parent's house in Guildford and they've had no @VodafoneUK signal since Friday. Nothing on the website explaining outage or plan to fix. Completely unacceptable to have zero comms and still no coverage. @vodafone

@VodafoneUK @VodafoneUK Your app says that there is an issue in my area and it will be fixed asap. It would be very helpful, with so many people working from home, if you could be specific. If I had known the whole story, could have tried action today to avoid losing a day’s work tomorrow.

@VodafoneUK hi, the number I use is on my cousin’s name. Im getting voxi and want to keep the number. If my cousin gives me the PAC code and I register the voxi account on my name with it, will it cancel my cousin’s account and move the number to my name with voxi? Thank you
