@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@DVJones89 @VodafoneUK Have you just signed up recently but service not yet activated? For me I believe it was that they send the invite way too early and you can’t actually complete account registration until your service goes live. That’s how I remember it anyway!

@VodafoneUK it’s been nearly two months since you mis-sold my 84-year-old mother broadband and home phone and you still haven’t given her back her original phone number or updated her on where you are with this. #poorcustomerservice #vodafone #complaint

@John1986ire @VodafoneUK Telecoms depends heavily on electricity for network reliability and I would imagine this will be the same across all mobile networks over the next few months.
