    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

    @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

    Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneUKdeals @VodafoneGroup - Guys, you tech support tried to sort out why I couldn't use mobile data on my esim on Friday. I don't know what they did but I can't make or receive any calls, sms messages or use data. Spoke to someone yesterday who was sorting ..1/2

    @mrbio1984 @VodafoneUK @O2 Stick with three. I'm lucky to get 1mbps with useless Vodafone. Absolute joke. Also no WiFi on the underground and roaming charges. Never using them again.

    @VodafoneUK Yes I have used a different browser u have used my tablet, my phone I've cleared my cookies and cash from my browser and I still can not get through checkout without reciving the error message and it looks like I'm not the only one having this issue.
