@VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

@VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

@benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

@VodafoneUK @mightyhoopla I have a deadlock letter and will be filing a complaint against the network and will request a full refund for the entire duration of the contract. I am sick of paying a network that is always giving me problems it’s a waste of my time and energy and I want my money back

@VodafoneUK Can you please try and resolve the issues with the mast in Abercynon once and for all. Still no signal after more than 12 hours yet again after a little bit of rain yesterday, this is happening on a weekly basis.

Being a customer for many a year now, it never being an issue before. It is strange to be told by @VodafoneUK that my order has been cancelled as I have an apostrophe in my name. Predict this answer how likely are you to recommend Vodaphone … not very likely

@VodafoneUK To be honest I’m mad as hell my father had my name put on the contract to be able to sort things out this was before the lock down but now I’m not able to he’s blind and can hardly hear now and I wanted to upgrade the contract but I think I should go to virgin
