    @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

    @VodafoneUK your customer service is atrocious. My account number is 176815891 and I’m without broadband for over a month. After spending another 30 minutes this evening with your customer advisors who clearly don’t have access to all the relevant records - it can’t be explained

    @Cann_UK @VodafoneUK Yep, doesn’t surprise me. In the last year, Vodafone’s network has been getting much worse. It’s the lack of capacity across the network and it’s cripplingly congested. You’d be better off switching to EE or Three at the end of your contract

    I’ve been a @VodafoneUK customer since 1994. Never again. Winding down everything I have with them. Their so called ‘Customer Service’ is appalling. They have now taken away my VeryMe rewards even though I am still in contract until 8th October! Good riddance to Rhea!

    @VodafoneUK it must take a lot of hardworking to make your app so ****. Was trying to upgrade 2 numbers on my account but after nothing works I cant be arsed now so well done on missing out on an additional £100 a month.
