  @VodafoneUK OK, been on hold now for 51 minutes. Take this as notice, if it gets to 60 minutes, I’ll hang up, pop your non-functioning router back in its box and I’ll take full advantage of my 14 day cooling off period to cancel. I’ll get my broadband elsewhere.

  @VodafoneUK after 20 years of being a loyal customer, I am mis-sold and mislead into taking out a phone package. Customer service 0% no offers to reimburse or recognise my complaint. Only left to complain to @CTSI_UK and hope others aren’t mislead in the same way

  @benjaminshearn @VodafoneUK Mate I was in a hotel in Newbury a few years ago and I listened to their staff enjoying their colleagues stories about customer complaints. I cancelled my account the same week.

  Unfortunately due to a problem with @VodafoneUK which means we have no 4G/5G internet / all Plymouth bookings and multiplayer opening day tomorrow will be postponed. Tomorrow we will be running single player games and single player racing until resolved. Truro store unaffected.

  @JoGoodwinDance @VodafoneUK I'd not hold your breath. I've waited 12 days for orders I placed. One for a birthday today and still they are waiting collection by dpd. I was told yesterday they hope to have them collected by next Wednesday for them to then be delivered. Shocking service by both companies!

  Can't help thinking that being transferred 4 times for a simple account question means your customer service system has got too complicated @VodafoneUK. Maybe drop the chatbot and invest in training for real people so that they can answer a wider range of queries?

  My 4G LTE is at 1mbps everywhere I go, but when I tried my wife’s @VodafoneUK SIM card in my phone I was getting 30mbps. Which suggests to me that the excuses about masts, network contention, and my device being the problem from @o2 is nonsense

  @VodafoneUK Hi Lisa Marie I’m trying to cancel one device contract which has come to an end, and open another. To cancel, I have to speak to a rep. Spent so long on hold yesterday and an yet to get through.

  @cmiddisd @VodafoneUK Clair I'm waiting 12 days and my orders are waiting in dpd to collect. I've only been told wait for a text from dpd when they are delivering. Problem is dpd are at least 7-10 days behind on there order collection and deliveries. Shocking service.
