I keep finding I’m in the middle of a data-hungry operation and I’ve been logged off or lost Wi-fi connection. Several months in a row I’ve run out of data as a result.

However since moving we are constantly receiving a drop in service which is also causing delays in our events. Please call us direct to arrange a solution.

No one can tell me exactly what’s wrong with the line but another engineer can’t come until the 7/9. 2 weeks after the initial date!

Same problem over and over again and all they can do is give us a discount on it because they can’t fix it. Also having trouble with signal on my phone.

Sure, they offer a higher speed, but if it’s not reliable while I’m wfh, it ain’t worth the double you have to pay for it.
