@VodafoneUK messed up my return 2 mths ago it's cost me £47.43 + charges for being overdrawn. The issue is not resolved. Promised a call back - NOTHING, spent hours on the phone to them (despite being told they would call me, they never do!) still not resolved. CONT....

I cancelled a request to port my number from @LycamobileUK to @VodafoneUK and was told by Lycamobile that the number has been ported. However, when I contacted Vodafone support, I was told that the number isn't with them and that I should contact Lycamobile.

@VodafoneUK in the last 2 days I’ve had various mobile numbers calling with an automated messages saying they are from my network provider and I’m about 2b disconnected. How can I stop these calls as it’s only just started and the calls are constant throughout the day 😩
