    @VodafoneUK Help me Vodafone. Long standing customer. 20+ years. I do NOT want promotional texts AT ALL. Is that too much to ask? I keep asking. Still get texts. Can’t you just leave me alone. It’s counter productive. I am less likely to remain a customer if you keep useless texts.

    @VodafoneUK Have dialled 2345, 3 times just incase, and there is nothing at all about cancelling an automatic top up! There was no human contact and no "press no. so and so" to sort it. AND have to call her bank 🧐 to press this and that, then get passed to another country! Need help now.

    @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Yes I have. No solution offered, rather I have been told service I ordered/bought is no longer available. Option offer is to either cancel existing order or pay more for the same service. Considering that I have waited for 3months... that's ridiculous.
