@Tonysmini @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK I've no service at all now. Openreach email on Christmas day said ultrafast now enabled. Arranged to transfer. Transfer/activation date was given as 15th and Plusnet ceased old service at that point. Vodafone, after me pushing, give various stories about what is happening

@VodafoneUK interesting to see I'm not the only one getting exasperated with the service at @Vodafone. Absolutely shocking. Can't get ANYWHERE with advisers, have wasted hours being passed from pillar to post. Submitted official complaint and still heard nothing. Can any1 help?!

@ViCustomerCare Got a call from you. You requested me to visit any other Vi Store because I have already visited one vi Store who refused. And if the second store also refuses then I go to third store. But you do not want to make sure that your stores give correct service to customer @VodafoneUK

@alantowle @OpenreachHelp @VodafoneUK If you have a current working service, then it may not get done until the restrictions ease up. Different areas of the country are running slightly different levels, but Openreach are being quite firm about it, unless you have a total loss of service, engineers are not coming in.
