    @VodafoneUK messed up my return 2 mths ago it's cost me £47.43 + charges for being overdrawn. The issue is not resolved. Promised a call back - NOTHING, spent hours on the phone to them (despite being told they would call me, they never do!) still not resolved. CONT....

    @VodafoneUK Thanks for the reply, but this is confusing. You sent an email telling me login to activate my account and change my password. Now your saying I cant login until my accounts activated. How can it activate if I cant login? I'm very concerned my account has a known password.

    @VodafoneUK I’ve been trying to purchase a mobile hotspot package on your site for 3 days but the pages come back with errors or I add it to the basket at then it errors.

    @VodafoneUK our contract ran out on 3/06, we could not ring up then due to a bank holiday to say we would not be continuing, when my partner rang today we were told we could cancel from today but will still be charged for 30 days - how is this the case if our contract had expired
