Seriously, @VodafoneUK, what is your major malfunction??! Sent out an upgrade? Send an email titled 'HERE IS YOUR eSIM' with a QR code. Simple. Why create obstacles?? Your online customer service works about 60% of the time, at best, so why create a need to jump through hoops??!
