@VodafoneUK messed up my return 2 mths ago it's cost me £47.43 + charges for being overdrawn. The issue is not resolved. Promised a call back - NOTHING, spent hours on the phone to them (despite being told they would call me, they never do!) still not resolved. CONT....

@VodafoneUK this is how **** stupid Vodafone are, got a DM from Amanda telling me to go Argos to blacklist quote 'In this case, it would be best to visit the vendor and get the receipt so we can share it with them again and get the device blacklisted' I gave YOU 2 receipts!!

@VodafoneUK someone sent a WhatsApp to my father who Is in his 80s pretending to be me. They convinced him to send £1200. He has phoned his bank and the fraud unit. I called them from an unknown number and it went to a Vodafone voicemail. Can someone help us catch them, please?

@VodafoneUK i cannot log into any accounts. After multiple attempts/ p word resets over a week, all i get are server errors and technical errors. My account and broadband are active and patience is running thin. I'm also within 14 days of connection.???

@VodafoneUK - Customer of 20 years allowed to walk away without so much as a whimper from yourselves. Never in 20 years has my dad had a good deal from yourselves, even when I'm assisting him in finding one. Onto a new network with a better deal and better aftercare.
