@VodafoneUK no broadband here west Wales either. I've done all the checks and restarted the hub. The network coverage check is not working and the assistance page says agents are too busy to help.

@VodafoneUK @kayheads How the f*ck are you not aware of any outages at the moment. MY e you should have the downdetecor page front and centre of your dashboard. My broadband went off at approx 8.10. It passes radius auth so looks to be a backend problem. Nothing to do with BT.

@VodafoneUK @kayheads Not aware? You've had 1000s of tweets telling you the broadband is down. I'd say that pretty much confirms there's an outage FFS!
