    @VodafoneUK messed up my return 2 mths ago it's cost me £47.43 + charges for being overdrawn. The issue is not resolved. Promised a call back - NOTHING, spent hours on the phone to them (despite being told they would call me, they never do!) still not resolved. CONT....

    @VodafoneUK Why is it impossible to take out a 25Gb with entertainment plan? Been through 3 cancelled orders and 2 reps who couldn't fix it and said issue ongoing for >1 week now? Only option was to take out a more expensive plan or wait... do you have a fix ETA?

    Trying to cancel a phone contract with @VodafoneUK is like pulling teeth....website tells you to ring....only to sit on hold for 25mins twice before being cut off and that TOBi service is pure pish! Complete shambles!
