Can’t even watch the football on a train from Manchester to London because @VodafoneUK is so poor. You know this isn’t normal right? Other countries have mobile networks which work consistently. Even on trains.

@1edmountain @markaizatt @VodafoneUK It’s bad around my ward too. Can’t even contemplate using Bluetooth in the car until you’re a few minutes drive out of the area as it’s so intermittent. To their credit though, they are bringing two new masts to planning in due course.

@VodafoneUK I've sorted that but found an issue. One of the contracts seems to be in contract until Jan 2023. But the device contract would've run out maybe 18 months ago. How is it tied into a contract. Surely it should've gone month to month ages ago.

@VodafoneUK Maybe you should be putting more effort into fixing your customer account app which is still not working after 2 days, can’t call unless you want to wait 4 hours in a queue! My contract is up this week and lots of choice

Not impreesed with my NEW @VodafoneUK wifi. Router in same spot as my @EE router was, but relatively worse internet. Impacting working from home 😡 Tied into poor wifi for the duration of the contract?

@VodafoneUK I can’t do that because my number has been changed over to EE. EE said they would cancel the contract and change everything over, but they didn’t do that, then I got an email saying my account is overdue. I just want to cancel the contract, please help me

@mike_brimson @VodafoneUK Same. It's utterly useless, pretty much like everything Vodafone related. Tobi doesn't even recognise my number to help. So glad both my contracts end soon.
