    @VodafoneUK messed up my return 2 mths ago it's cost me £47.43 + charges for being overdrawn. The issue is not resolved. Promised a call back - NOTHING, spent hours on the phone to them (despite being told they would call me, they never do!) still not resolved. CONT....

    @VodafoneUK @MartinSLewis Vodafone cancelled my broadband in error and charging me termination fees. Nobody understands the complaint, 5 hrs on phone not resolved. Customer service dreadful, can you investigate them for bad service?

    My father passes away on 7th Jan. We inform @VodafoneUK on 14th Jan. It’s now 2 months on. His number still hasn’t been transferred over to my mother. Stupidly we decided to take out broadband with Vodafone too. Installed on 6th March. Still not connected. Shocking service.

    @VodafoneUK My sim contract has 6 months to run yet I’ve just been informed that my subs’ to YouTube has ended. I was told I’m free to cancel however a disconnection fee will apply. I wasn’t expecting to be given a take it or leave it attitude. No discount was offered.

    @VodafoneUK absolutely appalling customer service been with you around 7 years trying since October to upgrade! Complaint logged assured the problem cancelling the order was fixed and yet again it’s cancelled! 🤬
