    @VodafoneUK Too late, I’m gone!! Over ten hours on the phone and a wait of over a week for something should not have happened and told it will cost me more a month. It’s clear they want my money but not give the service!! 20 years I’ve been with @VodafoneUK one way or another and this!!!

    @VodafoneUK Will you ever transfer my number over? On the verge of returning the phone and cancelling the contract, absolute shambolic customer service, have spoken 3 times on line with staff, all said it would be sorted, still no response

    @VodafoneUK I am not dealing with any more bots. It is NOT acceptable standard of service to help people (other human beings) via a ROBOT. I spent 2 days last week dealing with your bots and your advisors (a minor upgrade from the bot frankly) and nothing was achieved!

    I'm fed up with @VodafoneUK as my Internet has been out 6 times in the last 12 months. This is not acceptable in today's age when everything is Internet based/streaming. Never again.
