@VodafoneUK messed up my return 2 mths ago it's cost me £47.43 + charges for being overdrawn. The issue is not resolved. Promised a call back - NOTHING, spent hours on the phone to them (despite being told they would call me, they never do!) still not resolved. CONT....

@sanjlal @VodafoneUK My 500mb line started great in February but last month is being throttled down to 10mb every evening. Then yesterday the whole vodafone customer base on my estate went down and still is . Don't do it.

I can not wait to leave @VodafoneUK the coverage is the absolute worst. No signal in the house, no signal out of the house. Customer service no help. £40 a month for basically a brick.

@VodafoneUK @PoorCS shocking service from Vodafone business uk broadband. Ongoing issue for 5months now! Told to wait and wait. UK dept’ only has 1x manager who can deal with all the issues in the entire country. My business can survive COVID, but it will be dealt by Vodafone!

@VodafoneUK I could literally cry! I have just been on to an operator for 1hr 49 mins who was unable to resolve my query and said he was passing me to his team leader - they then cut me off!!! I am sick of the rubbish customer service you provide after 20+ years with you
