    @VodafoneUK I'm quite interested yes, because @virginmedia their WiFi is absolutely terrible promised over 100mbps and I only get 10 haha

    @angelslovebest It came to light today when we went to Skegness @VodafoneUK to upgrade my wifes phone. The manager said he hadn't got the power to cancel the two phones but it was easy just dial 191, what a nightmare

    @rocketrobin2 @VodafoneUK Left them years ago, customer service is poor and very expensive. Ended my daughters contract too as she ended up paying over £70 per month for over two years without getting an upgrade!
