    @MichelleBeckett @SkyUK @VodafoneUK I’ve heard a glut of similar issues like this in the last week! Shame because Virgin flights are our absolute go-to because of their quality and service. Would be good if those levels were carried through all businesses that carry the same name.

    @Ofcom how do I go about making a complaint about @VodafoneUK been charging me 6 months for a service they never activated now after 4 attempts and 4 hours later won’t do an e sim swap on a contract but still want to charge me for a service i can’t get

    @VodafoneUK Your website is the worst. You've got a circular trap - Create an account funnels you to download the app - you can't login to the app, so you try to create an account which takes you to download the app. Your AI bot is the worst too. Hire some humans to help people

    @VodafoneUK what has happened with the coverage in Norfolk/Suffolk. My wife was stranded today, car broken down with no signal. She is diabetic and had to borrow someone else’s phone to ring for recovery. You pay for a contract which you cannot obviously deliver bad service ffs
