    Power cut this morning, internet providers infrastructure damaged, it meant falling back on @VodafoneUK for data services. If I lived in the artic circle, or the Sahara Desert, I’d get it. I live in Surrey. How can you be this apocalyptically bad in 2026? It’s disgraceful.

    Dear @VodafoneUK why do you make it SO difficult to speak to a human in your cust service team? Your phone options are designed to send people online at all costs. I’m trying to pay off my device plan but it’s like you don’t want my money. And for that TOBY,worse than useless!

    Hi Vodafone UK. I have an LG GR500FD that is locked to Vodafone UK. The phone displays “Invalid SIM card network lock.” I am currently in Nigeria and need the Network Unlock Code (NUC/NCK). Your online NUC form and webchat aren’t working for me. @VodafoneUK
