@VodafoneUK I left Vodafone and a manger from complaints team called me to resolve the issues. I was promised an iPhone 12 pro Max waivered an upfront cost fee and I was told I will be receiving this today

Yo @NOWTV and @VodafoneUK I have an entertainment pass as part of my phone contract. The entertainment pass comes to a close in 10 days time. After that NOW will take £10 from me. NowTV says manage you pass on Vodafone and on Vodafone you can’t manage passes. How do I cancel?
