  @VodafoneUK Hello. I have asked for the "Super Wi-Fi setting to be removed from my account as I want to control my router not use a broken app or call up when I want to change something, I asked for this to be done 5 days ago! I am on day 5 and it still turned on! I was told on Friday it was taken off my account but it's not! I am on the phone again to try and get this sorted AGAIN!

  I worked with Adrian’s Son for a few years while at Vodafone and he was such a positive fun guy. We all loved @VodafoneUK we were a family. Then this awful franchise scheme came in. Dropped all the teams that had worked for them for years. I still don’t know how this is legal?

  @vodafoneuk I was assured I would be compensated for the week’s lack of service I experienced last month but of course NO SUCH THING has been reflected in my bill. Just awful. Morally Bankrupt.
