@VodafoneUK I would just like to thank (NOT) Vodafone for their appalling customer service. I have been waiting for a response to unlock a handset which is mine and has been for 4 years! They then send me an email saying they have unlocked my current phone! No wonder I’ve left!!

@VodafoneUK I’ve never known such poor service, I’ve spent hours on the phone over a number of calls and just continually get put on hold,passed to someone else and then told that managers aren’t available to talk to due to your colleagues promising things they can’t deliver

Cannot wait to get out of our @VodafoneUK internet contract. Nothing but issues from day 1. I can’t even use WiFi at home 90% of the time. Thank goodness for my 30gb of data per month - NOT with Vodafone.

@VodafoneUK seriously are a load of crap this network. Both my personal mobile and work mobile are unfortunately on vodafone contracts and neither are working. Call failure no service txt failed. Absolute rubbish network and coverage in ME10 postcode.

@angel_samson @vodaphone @VodafoneUK Omg i did it on line but ended up with 2 phone accounts !!!! Aparently so many people have done it by accident as vodaphone dont make it clear! I was lucky i manged to cancel it last minute ! Check ur account babes and make sure u dont have 2 phone numbers x
@virginmedia continuing issues with broadband in Telford (TF2) and no reasons given!!! It’s costing me a fortune for awful service and costing me extra with @VodafoneUK because I’m having to use my data 😡😫 #virginmedia #virginmediadown
