@VodafoneUK I don't understand why you didn't tell me at any point yesterday that the reason my phone doesn't work is that after the VF sim card was inserted, it wasn't used for 3 months. Apparently, you kill the number. Didn't "Keely" or "Oliver" know that? See all the DMs.

@VodafoneUK Im paying £31/month for high speed internet on my phone. Does high speed mean 2mbps? I don’t think so. Tried Customer Service, didn’t help apart from 1 guy telling me “7mbps is good”. Y’all are a joke, I don’t even know where to go for help. Stealing my ££, love it👏🏽

I've been told my bundle is "stuck" and that the issue has been escalated twice. If this isn't sorted soon I *will* be moving. Go back to the previous provider. (@TMobile?) @VodafoneUK are rubbish.

@VodafoneUK #Shame 6 hours since I DM'd you and no response and now 36+ hours without Broadband and I don't thing it will be sorted this side of the Bank Holiday. Thank you to the @OpenreachHelp engineer who came to tell us the problems he was having in our street might affect our service.
