Called them every month for the last 4 months for one of there incompetent staff to set up a direct debit they haven’t!! Iv been with them for over 8 years and this year you have been awful!! Don’t ever use them!

Nearly 2 years later the price has gone up to £51 a month for the same phone but only 48GB of data. If anything the price should have gone down 2 years later. Time to switch to Sky I think 🤔

They only accept phone cancellations, not shop, not online. After 2 hours on the phone I find out i was overchrged £150. Caveat Emptor

To have the order cancelled, knowing about it (as proved by router not being sent), but not to tell the customer is utterly unforgivable. I was expecting FTTP today!
