Nearly 2 years later the price has gone up to £51 a month for the same phone but only 48GB of data. If anything the price should have gone down 2 years later. Time to switch to Sky I think 🤔

Called them every month for the last 4 months for one of there incompetent staff to set up a direct debit they haven’t!! Iv been with them for over 8 years and this year you have been awful!! Finally went to the Ombudsman and vowed never, ever to go back or take any product from them again. 14 years on I've still kept my promise to myself.

No coverage, can never speak to anyone , price increases. I honestly think in UK we'll soon end up paying £100 a month for a faceless AI "assistant" to offer corporate apologies for no service while still holding you to a contract and charging for non payment back up by a court system that allows them to enforce fast track judgments !

I visited the shop, phoned and emailed them but they refused to acknowledge me in any way. I didn’t get a penny back, will never use them again. Low life thieves, please sue them.

The DVLA were terrible for me, they said that they could only refund mum's car tax from the date they received the form, not when it was dated. I had done it to the end of month, as they don't do partials, and lost an extra month because it that.
