In Nov 2018 I got an iPhone XR from @VodafoneUK with unltd data for £36 a month. Nearly 2 years later the price has gone up to £51 a month for the same phone but only 48GB of data. If anything the price should have gone down 2 years later. Time to switch to Sky I think 🤔

@VodafoneUK most shocking service provider not helpful in any way! Called them every month for the last 4 months for one of there incompetent staff to set up a direct debit they haven’t!! Iv been with them for over 8 years and this year you have been awful!! Don’t ever use them!

@VodafoneUK 4 - So, it's like Catch-22 with a bit of Kafka-esque "we can't tell you what the security problem is because that would be a security problem" - even though I can access my account page and you are quite happy to take money from me despite the problem.

@VodafoneUK That is not true. You cannot cancel broadband+landline in any of those ways, Kieron. Would you like to correct what you've said so as not to mislead any other customers? And then explain why you oblige hearing impaired to in fact visit a shop, during a pandemic, to cancel?

@VodafoneUK 2 - As if that weren't bad enough, I am also waiting for a £25 refund for 25Gb of mobile data for that router that I couldn't access. I was told over the phone that my refund was on its way, but I have not heard anything else.
