In Nov 2018 I got an iPhone XR from @VodafoneUK with unltd data for £36 a month. Nearly 2 years later the price has gone up to £51 a month for the same phone but only 48GB of data. If anything the price should have gone down 2 years later. Time to switch to Sky I think 🤔

I need @joelycett to help me with this @VodafoneUK ****. Nearly 4 hours in. Lied to. Gaslit. Told they can't hear me. Hung up on. 17 phone calls. 18 web chats. And still not even close to being able to a/cancel, and b/get my PAC code.

@VodafoneUK jus called to upgrade my phone. The person I spoke to suggested I upgraded with another company as Vodafone was too expensive!!! Don’t think that is good customer service! Been with you for 22 years!

I have called them. I have web chatted. I've called their direct line. I've requested a call back. I've tweeted them. I get NOTHING. Absolutely nothing. I can't get a PAC code off them. How the HECK am I going to get out of their awful company? @VodafoneUK
