In Nov 2018 I got an iPhone XR from @VodafoneUK with unltd data for £36 a month. Nearly 2 years later the price has gone up to £51 a month for the same phone but only 48GB of data. If anything the price should have gone down 2 years later. Time to switch to Sky I think 🤔

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I got a threatening letter years ago off them after I cancelled my contract for the grand sum of £0.00. It took ages to sort and even went on my credit file which took months to remove. Never again I’d have a contact with them.

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK We had a similar thing when MIL died. I wasn't prepared to take no for an answer. I sent my husband out of the shop and lost my ****. It was horrible to speak to girl who'd barely started her periods being put in such a difficult position by me. :)

But at some point unacceptable behaviour shown by @VodafoneUK and the very poor of choice regarding the collection agency is just bad for the image and unpleasing for the public eye/ reputation. Further how can something like a proxy can be ignored by a company ?!
