    @VodafoneUK 1.5 hours on the phone and still waiting. Was ringing to upgrade md phone, with customer service like this I’m not just considering cancelling my contract. #Disgusting

    In Nov 2018 I got an iPhone XR from @VodafoneUK with unltd data for £36 a month. Nearly 2 years later the price has gone up to £51 a month for the same phone but only 48GB of data. If anything the price should have gone down 2 years later. Time to switch to Sky I think 🤔

    @VodafoneUK I was talking about customer service. Was told there would be 1/2 hr wait - and it was at least that. In the #O2 next door I get served fast.

    @8twinge @VodafoneUK Then ditch @VodafoneUK and change providers. And if enough people see this then it might make it clear to @VodafoneUK that their service and attitude needs to change

    @AdmirRusidovic @VodafoneUK Thanks @VodafoneUK for calling me back yesterday. The issue hasn't been resolved but at least I have been compensated and apologised to. You need to let new customers know they can't split their routers and many devices will become useless paper weights with your broadband!!

    @EE I live in Manchester and my partner has @EE and it’s shocking. Can’t even get signal in the kitchen and cuts off all the time when I ring him! @VodafoneUK however, is fine at my house.

    @VodafoneUK Frustrated home Broadband customer. Despite Openreach visit on Saturday and fault supposedly sorted we have again lost connectivity. How the .... do I get this sorted. I would like a human to contact me asap.
