Called them every month for the last 4 months for one of there incompetent staff to set up a direct debit they haven’t!! Iv been with them for over 8 years and this year you have been awful!! Nearly 2 years later the price has gone up to £51 a month for the same phone but only 48GB of data. If anything the price should have gone down 2 years later. Time to switch to Sky I think 🤔

Steven Aley (@LNTBushcraft) reported@Gary_Lucy @VodafoneUK I had a similar experience, I was only without for just over a month but they constantly blamed @OpenreachHelp and conveniently 'forgot' to keep me updated. Once eventually sorted they offer £20 Compensation. They've been great for mobile phone, shocking for broadband service.
