    @VodafoneUK, what's up with confirming a broadband upgrade order 3 times and cancelling it without warning or communication 3 times? It was bad after the 2nd cancellation and your attempt at charging more as it had rolled into Nov but is just getting silly. Not very good at all.

    @keithdsmall @VodafoneUK Yep, same ... GSM in the house is very hit and miss, and you mostly would need to wander around the garden until it picks up a signal.

    @VodafoneUK PLEASE can someone contact me about an upgrade. I cannot log in as it says the phone number I have provided is not correct when it clearly is. I cannot get through to anyone on the online chat & help desk doesn’t go through either.
