@VodafoneUK please explain why your customer service is so poor and disorganised? You make a complaint, which rightfully gets escalated. They don't call you back, and the next team knows nothing about it. Over and over again. It's the most frustrating process to deal with.

@VodafoneUK I've just had the wrong phone delivered, when I specifically asked for the S21 Ultra, the imbecile at Super Retention has sent me the S21. God your customer service is pathetic I'm now on my 10th service advisor. I'm truly fed up with the unprofessional treatment.
