@SkyHelpTeam I've done that through my app it said no known issues WiFi keeps dropping out and can't even get it on the second floor eventhough I have a booster there. Never had any issues like this with @VodafoneUK

It would be really good if @VodafoneUK didn’t hang up on me after I’d sat in a queue for nearly an hour, to then start the process again and again. I can’t listen to tinny Taylor Swift or Coldplay hold music for much longer.

@galliccelt @VodafoneUK @VodafoneGroup Sorry to see this, which unfortunately is very normal for Vodafone. I've been cut off many times due to billing errors, including a months-long systemic error in which one-off payments through the app were being taken but not recorded. They don't care.
