@VodafoneUK I got a code for a deal. I called got told online only, I went online got told app only. After about 40 minutes on the web chat I eventually got someone who seems to know what they are doing. It shouldn't be so hard for a customer of 20+yrs to stay with you.

@EcoFrench @SamsungMobile @VodafoneUK I would never switch to Samsung. Many years ago I had a Samsung Galaxy 4 and it was nothing but trouble. Always crashing. Replaced twice before I gave up on it.

@VodafoneUK contract ends today, got offered a poor deal. Do you not want to keep customers? Been with you about 20yrs. Tried the chat bot box and got cut off. Not the service it used to be.
