I had a message from @VodafoneUK on 8th March to say broadband was fixed but the Internet is still going down numerous times a day so I think they sent the text as a joke knowing full well I can't leave early without being charged.

@VodafoneUK Third attempt at an Openreach engineer tomorrow. First was cancelled with no notification, second was a no-show having been confirmed. Shout out to Sara at your contact centre for owning the problem and booking the third attempt. Wasted over 4 hours so far on calls or chat...

@VodafoneUK Would defo have to be my wife, she keeps the family strong and together, we got Vodafone on about 3 phones and have never had any sort of problem, would defo recommend it, I went turkey and was able to use part of voda roaming to call the mrs and stay in touch

@VodafoneUK My wife, not only a keyworker throughouth shee has moved from private care to the NHS and in addition to that she has had to do huge amount at home with me having ME and my son cerebral palsy, never complains, just quietly gets on with it.

@VodafoneUK I have tried to contact your customer service on 0333 304 0191. Each time I was scheduled a call back only for the call to be cut off every time one of your agents called. I have dm’ed my email and account number. Please can I cancel my broadband contract.
