@VodafoneUK I was talking about customer service. Was told there would be 1/2 hr wait - and it was at least that. In the #O2 next door I get served fast.

Seriously, @VodafoneUK - ANOTHER complete home broadband outage?! This is the 3rd time I’ve been w/o in just a few months. Had to cancel an online session with a client because of the failings of your service. I am beyond dissatisfied.

@MisterMattLaw @VodafoneUK Two hours? Strap in, I’m in Kesgrave and mines been down for at least 10 hours. It’ll be interesting to see what Vodafone tell you, if anything, as the very few updates given are woefully inconsistent.
