Reasons why I am leaving @VodafoneUK 1. They don't care about loyal customers. 2. I was unable to get a really good deal because I am an existing customer. 3. The phone support shuts off at 8pm. 4. The chatbot is as useful as a fishnet ******.

I've dealt with plenty of businesses that offer lousy service, but @VodafoneUK make it almost impossible to buy their products. It's as if they would actually prefer people to buy from a competitor. Seriously thinking about shorting the stock. Extraordinary.

@foodblogsLiv @VodafoneUK No. Line went dead half 8. Feel sorry for the agents who probably get a load of stick when/if people get through. Not their fault but the people above them who decide this sort of customer, er, service is acceptable
