@VodafoneUK most shocking service provider not helpful in any way! Called them every month for the last 4 months for one of there incompetent staff to set up a direct debit they haven’t!! Iv been with them for over 8 years and this year you have been awful!! Don’t ever use them!

In Nov 2018 I got an iPhone XR from @VodafoneUK with unltd data for £36 a month. Nearly 2 years later the price has gone up to £51 a month for the same phone but only 48GB of data. If anything the price should have gone down 2 years later. Time to switch to Sky I think 🤔

I was considering moving to @VodafoneUK broadband from @virginmedia due to rising price hikes for no extra benefits, no service improvement and recent service interruptions. But after seeing this, I think I'll stay with VM 4 now until I find a BB provider with better pricing asap

After 4 Days of no Mobile Data, Support trying to blame a static mast while I travelled, when it turns out almost whole UK network is down according to DownDetector. I now feel I can no longer trust or rely on @VodafoneUK for essential business data or value for money.
