@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Good on you George! I wish I had the same fortune in dealing with a @nationalexpress bus that never turned up.

  • AdzCrawford2003 Adam Crawford (@AdzCrawford2003) reported

@VodafoneUK Tell me this, so how are customers supposed to stay connected on the underground when you only have 4G in 4 stations across the whole tube network? Someone could be travelling 1 hour on the network with no signal! Another cost cutting measure? Despicable!

  • h0ngk0ngph00ie dean kay (@h0ngk0ngph00ie) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Had an issue with Vodafone years ago trying to sort out my sons account … after trying to get through and no success with ringing customer services we went into one of their shops to speak to the manager , guess what can’t help us we need to ring customer service .

  • JamesCranford89 James Cranford (@JamesCranford89) reported

@VodafoneUK I have tried using a different SIM but it was a Claro SIM that was given to me. The default network is movistar so I was wondering if I could just buy a movistar SIM. The claro SIM did not work so I have a feeling the phone is not unlocked

  • E2020Mc E=mc2 L=CI x p x v2/2 x A ⭐ (@E2020Mc) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK I’d be also lodging a formal complaint with @Ofcom (communication ombudsman) to prevent anyone else being put through this situation again, it’s completely unacceptable.

  • microdoodles Melissa Little Witch (@microdoodles) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Similar experience with ATT in US. The single most difficult aspect of settling my deceased father’s affairs was canceling his phone service with ATT.

  • Limelump1968 Limelump (@Limelump1968) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Vodafone obviously don't like people like yourself standing up to their terrible service, thank you for sharing this, hopefully a lot of people like myself will not be joining Vodafone

  • Dogged_Detritus Change will not come from above (@Dogged_Detritus) reported

@VodafoneUK @GeorgeMonbiot Too little too late. Never using your company.

  • KevinTREvans Kevin Evans (@KevinTREvans) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK Sorry for your lose. When your mother passed away did you not close down her bank account? Once that was done would the DD not be cancelled?

  • rat_blind The Blind Rat (@rat_blind) reported

@GeorgeMonbiot @VodafoneUK It’s despicable how many corporations out there will try and take advantage of the elderly. It’s just yet another inevitable result of capitalism. Capitalism demands that companies make as much as they can regardless of who or what it might hurt. It really sucks
