    @VodafoneUK 25mins in a queue for the WRONG department because you’re systems are crap. Now being transferred after going through security - it better be 5mins or less like the advisor stated. But if that team isn’t that busy why did I get queued for the wrong team for so long

    Fed up @VodafoneUK - my phone has had virtually no signal at all for around 17 days or so. Can't make or receive calls. Your advisor gave link to network status tracker and it shows maintenance, and it did have a completion date of 16/6 last week, now there is no completion date

    @VodafoneUK why can’t I talk to someone! Rubbish customer service. Trying to upgrade to sim only plan but website page and app not functioning when trying to select the sim only deals. Been trying for over a week. Sort it out @VodafoneUK
