@VodafoneUK Trying to sort an issue with broadband. It has now been over 5 months and not resolved. Meantime I am paying for a service which isn’t being used. I have had 2 calls to staff who have not got any idea how to resolve. One call took 2.5 hours.

@GEddolls Been there. @VodafoneUK 3 times failed to close an account properly. Confirmed each time the account had been closed which would be followed by a letter from debt collectors saying I still owed money & a ****** credit rating which eventually got un-******. Never using them again

@VodafoneUK 2/2 You fail customers by not offering better deals until they get their PAC code to switch. I was told the best you could offer SIM only was £12 for unltd texts and calls. Then after I got my PAC you tell me I could get it for £7:50. #unethical
