    I'm about to lose my mind with @VodafoneUK Been trying to pay a bill that's overdue but legit can't pay cause their site keeps crashing, their automated phoning crashes and when put through to an actual person the audio quality is so bad that I genuinely can't hear them.

    @VodafoneUK Brought a new SIM-only contract (took 40 minutes to do it over the phone!), they accidentally shipped the sim to my old address, I've called twice to get that new contract assigned to an only sim I've got at home. No luck so far, any help?
