@VodafoneUK I honestly think it’s crap that I cannot get the £258 for the trade in if my iPhone XR to pay off the early upgrade fee to get the new iPhone... but instead yous want my phone for free and still pay the early upgrade fee... that is just unfair

I'm about to lose my mind with @VodafoneUK Been trying to pay a bill that's overdue but legit can't pay cause their site keeps crashing, their automated phoning crashes and when put through to an actual person the audio quality is so bad that I genuinely can't hear them.

@VodafoneUK Hey, got a new Superfast Wifi Hub last Thu, its worked perfectly since then until this morning. Im aware that there could be drop outs or slow speeds in 1st 10 days, but the Internet LED lights been flashing all day so I've had no internet at all. Any ideas whats up?

Hei @Google I think you have issues with your CDN and @VodafoneUK broadband. My broadband is fine when downloading from anywhere than google sites. Apps updates and YouTube are slow, really slow. If I turn on VPN your services immediately go faster. Can you please have a look?

@CityFibre @VodafoneUK awful! Website tells me you can deliver fibre to our address - you dug up our path across the gates last year, but you didn’t bother to check if there were drains etc. in the way. Having cancelled Sky, I now need to reinstate, as we “can’t have fibre” 😡
