    Most companies are happy to offer help in this awful time of need but no, not @VodafoneUK couldn’t give a damn if you’ve had to close your business and no income at all.... as long as you pay your bill! 😡 Defo won’t be having any more of my custom that’s for sure! #Vodafone

    @VodafoneUK Trying to sort an issue with broadband. It has now been over 5 months and not resolved. Meantime I am paying for a service which isn’t being used. I have had 2 calls to staff who have not got any idea how to resolve. One call took 2.5 hours.

    @GEddolls Been there. @VodafoneUK 3 times failed to close an account properly. Confirmed each time the account had been closed which would be followed by a letter from debt collectors saying I still owed money & a ****** credit rating which eventually got un-******. Never using them again

    Email from @VodafoneUK about bills increasing.. I wouldn't mind but I pay for 5G already but there is no 5G coverage in my area, the customer service is awful & the signal is terrible most of the time. Can't wait until my contract ends.

    So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

    @VodafoneUK great customer service as always - getting threatening emails that if I don’t return my router I’ll get a £72 charge even though they haven’t sent me a returns bag (or even an address) to let me do this. Just another reason why I’ll be switching mobile providers too!

    @VodafoneUK honestly guys if you are thinking of taking out broadband with this company then hell ******* no. Iv literally been on the phone numerous times since 11am and on hold most of the day. Shocking customer service. And before anyone states about the current circumstances

    @VodafoneUK On the phone to your colleague Ali for 20 minutes and then on hold for 10 minutes to Troy only to have the call ended on me. I don't have 1 hour of my life to be on calls to you people when I only want to cancel a contract. I need to work too!

    Never again will i ever buy anything of vodafone 2hrs 45mins of phone calls and still no further forward cant wait till my contracts are finished never again will a go with them @VodafoneUK

    @DPDgroup_news I'm waiting on a parcel. 1st time you sent back to @VodafoneUK as it was broken, you've now delivered 2nd time to a neighbour, no card put through door and we can't find neighbour matching name. Please discuss... this parcel is required for tomorrow

    How do @VodafoneUK survive.? Stood outside Ipswich shop for ten minutes. Locked for security reasons? Eventually got in and stood for another ten minutes and never got served, so we walked out!

    @VodafoneUK ...not even 24h with you guys and I'm already thinking about changing to another provider in my cooling of Period. Mainly due to your client service, the IA is horrible, when you ask for a human, you need a code , that never arrived in my mobile.

    @VodafoneUK your service is a joke. I had fibre broadband installed yesterday. How does it go from ‘ready in 3 hours’ after install to ‘active by midnight’ to ‘24 hour estimate’ It’s been over 24hrs and I still have no connection

    @HMRCcustomers Like I said I am not in the country. So I don't know but it's that time of the year so I am pretty sure I have. I have contacted @VodafoneUK to issue me a sim digitally but since I purchased via @currys they are of no help, and I cannot get in contact with Currys.

    @VodafoneUK worst customer service experience ever top up on app wouldn't work lady could barely speak English asked me to spell my whole name and address then told me to go online to top up when I was calling cos online didn't work!!!! Ridiculous
