I was told someone would be in touch to update me within 48hrs. Still waiting. Tried phoning but been on hold for over an hour. So I'm still without internet 😭😭

We were discouraged from solving problems like this. Customer service for big companies is toxic. I am so sorry for your loss and trouble.
