So @VodafoneUK told me the network issue that’s meant no signal since 11pm could be fixed if I went to their shop. Just been in to be told ‘oh yeah technical team will tell you to do that but it won’t make a difference, we don’t know when it’ll be sorted’. Some customer service!

.@VodafoneUK's complete disregard for customer service & data is the reason I won't recommend them to anyone. It took them 4 months to cancel my contract despite being completed. Now those 4 months have backed up and my information has been passed onto some vulture debt company

@VodafoneUK.. Cont.. Through a switching service as it took outwith agreed timescales and it took until 21/05/2021 to be connected! Contacted today 02/06/2021 to be told there’s was a problem with my order (which was fully working) and it would need to be “reprocessed” again!!...
