    And is it correct that @VodafoneUK should hold the NUC rather than @HuaweiMobileUK? That was the advice I got from @Huawei technical support but Vodafone disagree. Shambles.

    @VodafoneUK what's going on guys? Sent my phone for repair in January -advised it would take few days to repair. 3 months later and advisors still cant tell me where my phone is. Lost? Stolen? Tried complaints dept twice who still haven't phoned me back with any update 😔 help

    @HuaweiMobileUK A pleasure to speak to @HuaweiMobileUK technical support. Much more help than @VodafoneUK who give be different information every time. Still no closer to getting the NUC but at least I now know it is Vodafone that should have it.

    @VodafoneUK Trying to sort an issue with broadband. It has now been over 5 months and not resolved. Meantime I am paying for a service which isn’t being used. I have had 2 calls to staff who have not got any idea how to resolve. One call took 2.5 hours.

    @VodafoneUK I honestly think it’s crap that I cannot get the £258 for the trade in if my iPhone XR to pay off the early upgrade fee to get the new iPhone... but instead yous want my phone for free and still pay the early upgrade fee... that is just unfair

    @VodafoneUK @aligav_torr needs a new phone. Throughout lockdown she has missed out on pain killing injections and hands on back support yet still helped out with our 93 year old neighbour to get through this and still have a smile. She has been epic

    @VodafoneUK not even connected with your business broadband service yet and already had to endure a litany of abysmal customer service failures. If you tell me I’m going to get connected on the 18th of Dec, why I am I now only finding out I’m getting connected on the 21st?

    @VodafoneUK 2/2 Can I add that I’ve been on Vodafone customer service a lot this past week while renewing 3 family plans and sorting out a router issue. Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼

    @VodafoneUK #VeryMeRewards if I can’t have anything my grandad deserves any bit of money/voucher to go towards a stair lift as he’s nearly 80 and certainly not well, he’s really struggling to get up the stairs & my Nan can’t help him as mug anymore, they’ve lived there for over 50 years x

    @VodafoneUK Just gonna add to the other comments. Getting what I pay for and/or some good customer service would be a great prize. Waited a month for a reply for my complaint, called late, can't explain half my issues and now just cut off half way through. Assuming I won't win though.

    @N5JFY Can anyone at @VodafoneUK explain why no-one is accountable for anything you do? 10 hours of calls, 3 hours of online chats, Twitter DMs, 6 weeks have passed and still nobody takes responsibility for sorting out a client's contract problems. Customer service at its worst.

    @VodafoneUK I'm glad Vodafone are responding to people's thoughts here. Been waiting over a year. No prizes to be won. Do away the very me in N, Ireland, all these benefits but buy the time i get to England to use the cinema tickets or stupid offers I'm out of pocket. 😡
