Sent my phone for repair in January -advised it would take few days to repair. 3 months later and advisors still cant tell me where my phone is. Lost? Stolen? Without exception, your customer service people have been excellent. I compliment those in India on the 👍quality of their spoken English🙏🏼

Meantime I am paying for a service which isn’t being used. I have had 2 calls to staff who have not got any idea how to resolve. One call took 2.5 hours.

Surely your company has the ability to detect, take down and have prosecuted for what is so obviously systematic abuse calling from Vodafone numbers. Please escalate this complaint.

On an iPhone Xs and Samsung S10e both Vodafone contracts-Speedtest shows under 2MB download-both phones show 4G with 2-3 bars. My other Xs on @EE with similar signal bars has over 100MB download. Something up with your 4G?
