    Just found I felt victim of a @VodafoneUK scam. Got a 1-month contract, but to cancel it I had to give a 30-day notice so I ended up paying two months. No amount of life experience prepares you for the telecom scams :(

    @VodafoneUK I am yet again at the end of my tether with you guys. The service is diabolical, the connection is atrocious. @Ofcom We have had you test the line, but I am certain it is the router. For the past 4 months major issues but you still take money off us.

    @VodafoneUK finally admit they have messed up The answer it to tell me that they won’t sort the problem. Sorting the problem would cost £300. I am a contract customer covered by the FCA a FOS referral will cost £650 no matter what happens. Work out the maths.

    @VodafoneUK is so unreliable. Why has my number randomly stopped work? Literally cannot make or receive calls/text after having technical issues all of last year, can’t log onto the app which has been faulty for months. Can’t get help in store unless I have my bank card.
