    My wellbeing, after 2 hours onto a foreign chat line, is destroyed. Supposed to be going out to watch the footy but I'm at meltdown. Hubby happy enough for us to stay in, he knows how much it takes to break me. And @VodafoneUK have broken me.

    @Andreasdona72 @VodafoneUK @WWF Yet you can't provide a service charge £47 a month and then when switch providers you demand £201 termination fees. Spent 3hrs this morning on phone trying to talk to someone only to be told it's final and that the it team should have put note on system to wavier fees
